      • Investigation of Probiotics Content in Distribution Health Functional Foods and a Study on Changes in the Storage Temperature

        The aim of this study was to determine and analyze probiotic contents, coliform E. coli group of 113 samples of health functional foods containing probiotic bacteria distributed in 2020. In all 113 health functional foods, probiotic contents were detected more than the number of bacteria guaranteed in the product, and all coliforms were also negative. The average of probiotic contents per daily intake was 2.5×10<SUP>10</SUP> CFU. By packaging type, the average content of probiotics was highest in capsule products. The average content of imported products was higher than that of domestic products. The changes due to the preservation methods were also determined and analyzed in six probiotic products. The effects of preservation temperature (4℃, 20℃, and 37℃) and storage period (test once every 4 weeks up to 48 weeks) on probiotic contents. After 48 weeks, the average reduction in probiotic content was by 63.3%; the lowest reduction occurred at 4℃ and the highest reduction occurred at 37℃. In addition, 2 of the 6 products showed a rapid decrease in probiotic content by more than 90% at 37℃ after a storage period of 4 weeks.

        직장어린이집 교사의 역량 요구분석

        이 연구는 직장어린이집 교사가 최고수준의 성과를 나타내기 위해 필요한 직무역량에는 어떤 것이 있는 지를 규명하고 이러한 역량들이 직장어린이집 교사의 연령과 학력 경력에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는 지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 이 연구는 기존에 개발된 직장어린이집 교사의 역량모델의 역량지표를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 직장어린이집의 역할과 직무에 따른 역량 요구도를 도출하고 요구분석을 실시하여 우선순위를 파악하였다. 역량 요구도는 중요도와 보유도간의 차이를 검증하는 Borich의 요구도 공식을 사용하였으며, 연령과 학력, 경력별 차이를 알아보기 위해 (SPSS/ PC(win 22.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 그리고 변인별 특성에 따른 인식의 차이를 일원변량분석을 통하여 산출하였다. 유의성이 조사된 경우에는 Scheffé의 사후검정을 실시하였다. 직장어린이집 교사의 역량에 대한 요구분석의 결과 우선 순위의 역량에 대하여 연령과 경력, 학력에 따른 인식의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 실천적, 이론적 함의를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to find out what job competencies are needed for teachers at work daycare centers to achieve the highest level of performance, and to find out how these competencies differ according to the age and educational background of daycare center teachers. In order to achieve this research purpose, this study conducted a survey using the competency indicators of the competency model of the existing nursery school teachers. Based on this, the competency demand map according to the role and job role of the workplace daycare center was derived and the priority was identified by conducting demand analysis. For the competency requirements, Borichi s needs formula was used to verify the difference between importance and retention, and frequency, percentage, and variables were used using the (SPSS/PC(win 22.0) program) to identify differences by age, education, and career. Differences in perception according to each characteristic were calculated through one-way variance analysis. When significance was investigated, Scheffé s post-test was conducted. It was possible to confirm the difference in recognition according to educational background, and based on the results of this study, practical and theoretical implications were proposed.
