Wind load is evaluated based on Standard Design Loads for Building of AIK(Architectural Institute of Korea), which was obtained from wind-tunnel experiment for an isolated building in open country, actual wind load can be different from the code because of terrain, building geometry, wind direction, separation distance between the buildings. Among them. separation distance is the most important factor. This paper presents the interference factor for sqaue section high-rise building structure, focusing on the separation distance. Interference factor was obtain from the force balance test in a wind tunnel.
Clinical Significance of a High SARS-CoV-2 Viral Load in the Saliva

Background: Patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can unknowingly spread the virus to several people during the early subclinical period. Methods: We evaluated the viral dynamics in various body fluid specimens, such as nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, saliva, sputum, and urine specimens, of two patients with COVID-19 from hospital day 1 to 9. Additional samples of the saliva were taken at 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours after using a chlorhexidine mouthwash. The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) viral load was determined by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR). Results: SARS-CoV-2 was detected from all the five specimens of both patients by rRT-PCR. The viral load was the highest in the nasopharynx (patient 1 = 8.41 log10 copies/mL; patient 2 = 7.49 log10 copies/mL), but it was also remarkably high in the saliva (patient 1 = 6.63 log10 copies/mL; patient 2 = 7.10 log10 copies/mL). SARS-CoV-2 was detected up to hospital day 6 (illness day 9 for patient 2) from the saliva of both patients. The viral load in the saliva decreased transiently for 2 hours after using the chlorhexidine mouthwash. Conclusion: SARS-CoV-2 viral load was consistently high in the saliva; it was relatively higher than that in the oropharynx during the early stage of COVID-19. Chlorhexidine mouthwash was effective in reducing the SARS-CoV-2 viral load in the saliva for a short-term period.

The purpose of this study was to comparative analyze the kinematic factors track start movement of female high school swimmers. Conclusions are as follows. First, the average total time was short track start operation is excellent players. However, significant differences were not. Second, horizontal COM(center of mass) position from the track start operation has moved far away to have excellent players. And it showed significant differences in the E4 (p<.05). And vertical COM position was all excellent players and non excellent players move in a downward direction. And a significant difference was found. Third, the tracks start operation in horizontal COM velocity showed a significant difference in the E1 and E4 (p<.05). And it showed that excellent players fast. And vertical COM velocity was not a significant difference between excellent players and non excellent players. Fourth, the angle of the lower body joints in the track start operation showed right and left hip joint and knee joint extension of excellent players of this P2 significantly. And the hip joint of the left leg showed a significant difference between the E1 and E2 (p<.05), the knee joint angle did not show significant differences. Fifth, the angular velocity of the hip joint from the track start operation faster mean angular velocity of excellent players. However, a significant difference was found. And the angular velocity of the knee showed a significant difference in the E1 and E3 of the right leg (p<.05). Sixth, there was no significant difference in angular momentum between the excellent players and the non excellent players during the swimming track start. The angular momentum of the excellent players showed larger angular momentum than that of the non excellent players. Taken together, the above results were excellent players effectively use both the front left leg of the back legs, the movement of these are not considered a factor that acts as a quick get away to increase the horizontal CM velocity.

The ability of protoberberine alkaloids, berberine and berberrubine, to act as topoisomerase II poisons is linked to the anti-cancer activity. Minor alterations in structure have a significant effect on their relative activity. Berberine, which has methoxy group at the 19-position, is significantly less potent than berberrubine. Several observations support non-specific binding to HP14 by the berberine: (i) nonspecific upfield changes in $^1H$ chemical shift for protons of the berberine; (ii) the broadening of imino protons of HP14 upon binding of the berberine; (iii) very small increases in duplex melting temperature in the presence of the berberine. Our results reveal that substitution of a hydroxyl group to a methoxy group on the 19-position, thereby converting the berberrubine to the berberine is associated with a non-specific DNA binding affinity and a reduced topoisomerase II poisoning. The presence of a bulky 19-methoxy substituent decreases intercalating properties of berberine and makes it inactive as topoisomerase II poison.

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate 40-50’s housewives’ emotional experiences via leisure activities. For this goal, we employ the day reconstruction method (DRM). The following is the main results from investigating a data set with 473 sample size. First, housewives’ leisure frequencies are made in the order of using smart phone, using internet, social activities, napping and resting, sports activities. Second, housewives’ positive emotional experiences are strongly obtained by attending cultural, hobby, and social activities. On the other hand, negative emotions are experienced when they conduct passive leisure activities such as using internet and smart phone, sleeping and napping. Third, although their activities are frequently accompanies by their partners, the most significant positive emotional experiences are obtained when accompanies by friends and neighbors. On the other hand, the most significant negative experience are obtained via leisure activities with their children. Fourth, the most significant positive emotion is obtained in the night time by affections, comfort, and satisfaction. On the other hand, the most significant negative emotion arises in the morning time when their husbands or children leave for works or schools, respectively. Finally, most leisure activities except for suing smart phone increase and reduce positive and negative emotions, respectively, although happiness and life satisfaction are significantly affected by social, sports, and religious activities, but using internet is negatively significant.

Thermal batteries are used in military power sources that require robustness and long storage life for applications in missiles and torpedoes. $FeS_2$ powder is currently used as a cathode material because of its high specific energy density, environmental non-toxicity, and low cost. $MS_2$ (M = Fe, Ni, Co) cathodes have been explored as novel candidates for thermal batteries in many studies; however, the discharge characteristics (1, 2, 3 plateau) of single cells in thermal batteries with different cathodes have not been elucidated in detail. In this study, we independently analyzed the discharge voltage and calculated the total polarizations of single cells using $MS_2$ cathodes. Based on the results of this study, we propose $NiS_2$ as a potential cathode material for use in thermal batteries.
