        화학중합형 및 광중합형 레진접착제가 금속 및 도재브라켓의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed for comparison of shear bond strengths and failure patterns of four experimental groups which combinated mesh-backed metal brackets and texture based ceramic brackets(Transcend series 2000(TM)) with chemically cured resin (Mono Lok2(TM)) and visible light cured resin (Transbond(TM)). Brackets were bonded on the extracted human bicuspids, after etching them by manufacturer's recommand, and the shear bond strengths were measured on the Instron machine 24 hrs passed in the 37℃ water bath. The results were as follows. 1. Ceramic brackets, transcend series 2000(TM), bonded with MonoLok2(TM) showed statistically higher shear bond strength than mesh-backed metal brackets bonded with MonoLok2(TM). 2. There was no significant difference in shear bond strengths between metal and ceramic brackets bonded with Transbond(TM). 3. Ceramic brackets bonded with both Transbond(TM) and MonoLok2(TM) showed primarily fractures between brackets adhesive interface. 4. Enamel crack was not found in anyone specimen.

      • 컴퓨터를 이용한 혈액학 교육시스템의 개발

        연구목적 : 전통적인 의학교육 시스템은 최근 개발되고 있는 여러 가지 영상 진단법 등 시각적 자료를 전달하는데 한계가 있으며, 이러한 한계는 모든 분야에 걸쳐서 나타나지만 특히 혈액학이나 심장학 등 시각적인 자료가 진단에 필수적인 분양에서 두드러진다고 할 수 있다.본 연구는 혈액학 교육에 사용되던 기존의 강의실 교육에 시각적 자료가 첨부된 CD-ROM을 개발하여 혈액학 교육 시스템을 개선하기 위한 것이다. 대상 및 방법 : 기존의 혈액학 교육에 있어서 필수적으로 강의 되어오던 자료를 수집하여 체계적으로 정리하였다.강의 자료에 따라서 필요한 영상 자료를 충북대학교 병원에 입원한 혈액질환 환자들의 검사 자료로부터 수집하여 컴퓨터를 기반으로 한 의학영상 처리 및 분석시스템을 통하여 이미지 파일로 변형하였다.또한 입원 환자들 중 대표적인 증례들을 수집하여 실제 임상 진료와 유사한 형태의 증례를 통한 학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 결과: 본 CD-ROM은 혈액학 교육에 필요한 대부분의 영역을 포함한다 각 질환의 병태생리, 진단, 임상양상, 치료 및 예후 등 전통적으로 강의되어 오던 강의록에 이미지 파일로 변형된 영상 자료를 필요한 곳마다 링크시켰다.따라서 학습자는 특별한 장치 없이 텍스트 및 영상을 한 화면에서 볼 수 있어 전통적인 교육 시스템에 비하여 시,공간적인 장점을 갖는다 할 수 있다.또한 입원 환자들로부터 수집된 증례를 통하여 실제 임상 진료와 매우 유사한 경험을 하도록하여 교육효과를 증대시켰다. 결론: 혈액학 교육에 있어서 멀티미디어적 효과를 극대화시켜 질환의 병태생리 등 강의실 교육자료뿐 아니라 진단에 필수적인 시각적 자료를 손쉽게 접할 수 있는 CD-ROM의 개발로 전통적인 강의방법이 갖는 한계를 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Purpose : The traditional medical education system has its limitations in effectiveness of conveying informations in multiple modalities used in diagnosis of patients with hematologic diseases.This study was performed to develop such a multimedia system using computer based CD-ROM, which includes visual assistant systems, several hematological case studies as well as the traditional text-wise education systems. Materials and Methods: The informations about hematologic diseases were compiled and organized.The main visual data was peripheral blood smears, bone marrow data, and several laboratory results accrued from patients admitted to Chungbuk National University Hospital.Each visual data were transformed through computer-based medical image processing and analyzing system and saved as to JPEG files.Case studies were also acquired from admitted patients and the laboratory data of that patients were used unmodified as possible as. Results : The CD-ROM covers almost all kinds of hematologic diseases that must be included in ordinary medical education courses.The text part includes pathophysiology, diagnosis, clinical features, treatment and prognosis of each hematologic diseases.The essential visual data were linked to each text part and accessible with ease, by one click.Case studies were simulated to actual clinical settings and presented step by step from diagnoses to treatments. Conclusion: A multimedia approach for the study of hematologic diseases has been developed and available in CO-ROM format.This system has advantage over traditional education system in conveying all kinds of visual data which is essential in educating hematologic disorders.

Therefore the clock tower was designed a sphere form by stainless steel with a glossy surface and to has a clock per four orientation.

        의료관계 해부 감정예의 분석적 연구(I) : 1990년 국립과학수사연구소 감정예

        A study of 118 autopsy cases associated with medical care in 1990 was present according to the medical department, the mode of treatment and the cause of death. The Pediatrics showed the highest rate (25.4%), followed by the Obstetrics & Gynecology (22.9%), and Internal medicine (20.2%). According to the mode of treatment, medical accidents during operation and anesthesia were 29 cases (24.6%) with highest rate in Obstetrics & Gynecology (13 cases), 38 cases (32.2%) were during medication and/or injection with highest rate in Internal Medicine (18 cases), and 51 cases (43.2%) were during general medical practice with highest rate in pediatrics (19 cases). The most prevalent cause of death was the disease of respiratory system (34.9%, 30 cases) and the diseases of cardiovascular and urogenital system accounted for 31.4% and 11.6% respectively. The main cause of death in Internal medicine was the disease of cardiovascular system (11/24 cases), the respiratory system in pediatrics (15/30 cases) and the disease of urogenital system in Obstetrics & Gynecology (9/27 cases. ) Asphyxial deaths were 7 cases and the death due to adverse drug reaction accounted for 10 cases.

        동아시아 근대만화의 특징

        근대만화의 출발점은 만화의 기본적인 형태 즉, 글과 그림의 완전한 결합 형태로 풍자화의 전통에서 출발했으며, 동아시아 3개국은 근대미술과 서양의 새로운 서구의 만화형식인 카툰과의 결합을 통해 ‘만화’라는 매체가 본격적으로 자리 잡기 시작했다. 각 나라에 사정에 맞게 진화된 근대만화는 초기 체제와 외세, 그리고 내부 부패에 관한 풍자로부터 점차 일반 민중의 계몽의 수단으로 발전해 왔다. 그러나 체제비판은 탄압으로 이어졌고 근대 동아시아를 둘러싼 제국주의의 발호로 이들 나라의 근대만화는 모두 체제선전, 전쟁참여, 식민찬양 등의 과정을 겪어야만 했다. 세계만화의 큰 부분을 근대에서 현재에 이르기까지 상당부분을 과점하고 있는 동아시아의 만화의 토대가 바로 근대만화에서부터 출발하고 있으며, 따라서 근대 동아시아 만화가 가지는 특징들은 그런 의미에서 매우 의미가 크다 하겠다. Modern comics find their roots in caricatures, which have a basic element of comics as a combination of wrings and drawings. In three East Asian countries, new media, comics have been developed by joining modern arts and cartoons which is a news form of western comics. As modern comics have evolved according to situations of the three countries, they expand from the satire on the system, foreign invasions, and internal corruption to the enlightenment of the people. However, the criticism on the system lead to the oppression, and the imperialism in East Asian countries enforce the agitation, war engagement, propaganda of the colonialism on the comics. Current East Asian comics have been occupying the largest part in the world comics, and have their roots in the modern comics. So it is meaningful to investigate the characteristic of modern East Asian comics.

      • Sort-Last 병렬 렌더링을 위한 효과적인 메모리 프로세서 구조

        본 논문에서는 각각의 그래픽 가속기에 픽셀 캐시를 사용가능 하게 하면서 성능을 증가시키고 일관성 문제를 해결하는 병렬 렌더링 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조에서는 픽셀 캐시 미스에 의한 latency를 감소시켰다. 이러한 2가지 성과를 위하여 현재의 새로운 픽셀 캐시 구조에 효과적인 메모리 구조를 포함시켰다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 구조가 16개 이상의 레스터라이저에서 거의 선형적으로 속도 향상을 가져옴을 보여준다..

        Government has propelled strongly the Agricultural - cum - Industrial region development project in the nation wide. This project will not only provide employment opportunity for rural inhabitants, but also be designed to activate the rural economy. Under this project, building sites of 3 to 30 hactres will be established in the rural area in order to settle factories which are suitable to the rural condition. In this report, the researches which relating to the achievement conditions of planning, design and constructions of the building sites and the contribution conditions of Agri. - cum - Industrial Region development prejects, activated to the rural economy and regional develop ment in the Kyungpook regional areas, were surveyed and studied.         Successful Obliteration of Unclippable Large and Giant Middle Cerebral Artery Aneurysms Following Extracranial-Intracranial Bypass and Distal Clip Application

        Large to giant middle cerebral artery aneurysm is a challenging disease, especially when incorporating important perforating arteries. Surgical risk increases by perforator infarction and anatomical complexity. In this clinical setting, extensive consideration of surgical options is needed. The two cases described here were unruptured and had rather stable wall. Because of their large and giant size, hardness and incorporated arteries, it was not affordable to isolate them by means of clipping or trapping. The procedure as the alternative to conventional treatment modalities, extracranial-intracranial bypass followed by clipping of only the efferent artery successfully treated the aneurysms.
