        초등국어 1학년의 연필 잡는 법 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze how to hold a pencil in the first grade of elementary school Korean and to find ways to help students write correctly. Methods A case study method was used among the qualitative studies, and interviews with Yoo Sang-eon for a single case of how to hold a pencil, Hangul files related to his claims, YouTube materials, student handwriting materials, and testimonials were used in this study. Textbooks and teacher s guides were analyzed in a multi-layered manner, along with texts and letters. Results As a result, it was found that there was a problem with the position of the finger guiding in the current 2015 revised curriculum for the first grade textbook. In other words, if you look at the position of your fingers when writing, holding a pencil while holding your thumb and index finger in a circle is not the optimal way. Also, it is not appropriate to place your elbows on the desk when writing, so it is a guideline that needs to be corrected. On the other hand, Yoo Sang-eon s method of holding a pencil is a better way to help students write correctly. Here s how to hold a pencil correctly, as he suggests. First, put the tip of the thumb and middle finger together to make a round shape, and then place the pencil on the nail area of the middle finger and the area next to the bone where the index finger begins. Second, lift your thumb upwards, bend it at a right angle, and press the pencil gently from above. Third, bend the forefinger close to a right angle and put it lightly between the thumb and middle finger without straining. Fourth, write in such a way that the wrist or arm where you are writing extends slightly over the edge of the desk. Conclusions If you write according to the shape and position of the finger holding the pencil as suggested by Yoo Sang-eon, the force of the finger applied to the pencil is maintained evenly, so that you can write more correctly. 목적 이 연구의 목적은 초등국어 1학년의 연필 잡는 법을 분석하고, 학생들이 바른 글씨를 쓰도록 돕는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 방법 이 연구에서는 질적 연구 가운데 사례 연구라는 연구 방법을 사용하였고, 유상언의 연필 잡는 법이라는 단일 사례를 대상으로 그와의 인터뷰 자료와 그가 주장하는 내용과 관련한 한글 파일, 유튜브 자료, 학생들의 글씨 자료, 소감문이나 편지글 등과 함께 교과서와 교사용지도서를 다층적으로 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 현행 2015 개정 교육과정 1학년 교과서에서 안내하고 있는 손가락의 위치에 문제가 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 즉, 글씨를 쓸 때 손가락의 위치를 보면, 엄지와 검지를 둥그렇게 모으면서 연필을 잡는 방법은 최적의 방법이 아니라는 것이다. 그리고 글씨를 쓸 때 팔꿈치를 책상 위에 올리도록 한 것도 적절하지 못해서 수정해야 할 지침이다. 이와 달리 유상언이 제안하는 연필을 바르게 잡는 방법은 학생들이 글씨를 바르게 쓰는 데 도움을 주는 더 나은 방법이다. 그가 제안하는 연필을 바르게 잡는 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 엄지손가락과 가운뎃손가락 끝을 맞잡아 둥글게 만든 후 가운뎃손가락의 손톱 부위와 집게손가락이 시작되는 뼈 옆 부위에 연필을 올린다. 둘째, 엄지손가락을 위로 들어서 직각으로 꺾은 후 연필을 위에서 지그시 눌러 준다. 셋째, 집게손가락도 직각 가깝게 꺾어서 엄지와 가운뎃손가락의 사이에 힘주지 않고 살짝 붙여만 준다. 넷째, 글씨 쓰는 손목이나 팔이 책상 모서리에 약간 걸치는 정도로 해서 글씨를 쓴다. 결론 유상언이 제안하는 연필 잡는 손가락의 모양과 위치에 따라 글씨를 쓰면, 연필에 가해지는 손가락의 힘이 균등하게 유지되어 편안한 자세로 글씨를 더 바르고 쉽게 쓸 수 있다.

        조혈모세포이식 환자에서 침습성 진균 감염에 대한 Micafungin의 예방 효과 및 안전성

        Background: Micafungin, a potent inhibitor of 1,3-β-D-glucan synthase, is a novel antifungal agent of the echinocandin class. In vitro study showed that micafungin was effective against Aspergillus species as well as Candida species, but clinical data on the prophylactic efficacy against invasive fungal infections (IFIs) other than candidiasis are still lacking. Materials and Methods: We identified 60 consecutive adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients who received at least 3 doses of micafungin during neutropenic period. Micafungin was started as an alternative in patients who were intolerant or had adverse events (AEs) to primary prophylactic antifungal agents. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed the efficacy and safety of micafungin for prophylaxis against IFIs. Results: The patients either had autologous (n=9) or allogeneic (n=51: 1 syngeneic, 24 sibling, 26 unrelated donor) HSCT. Itraconazole oral solution (n=58) was the most frequently used first line antifungal agent for prophylaxis and was administered for median 11 days. The most frequent cause of switch to micafungin was vomiting (n=42). The duration of neutropenia and micafungin administration was median 13 and 12 days, respectively. A successful outcome was achieved in 45 (75%) patients. Empirical antifungal therapy was initiated in 13 (22%) patients. There were 2 cases (3.3%) of breakthrough fungal infections which comprised a probable invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and a possible invasive fungal sinusitis. There was no case of invasive candidiasis. A total of 53 (88%) patients experienced at least one AE regardless of causality during micafungin administration. The most frequent AEs were hypokalemia, vomiting, diarrhea, and elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase. Among the aforementioned AEs, only 1 case of diarrhea could be classified as a probable relation with micafungin when causality was assessed. There was no AEs that caused discontinuation of micafungin. Conclusions: Micafungin seems to be a safe and effective agent for prophylaxis of IFIs including aspergillosis as well as candidiasis in HSCT recipients. However, further large, prospective, and randomized comparative studies are warranted for aspergillosis.

        Many surface theories and techniques have been developed and being applied to the development of commercial CAD packages. Especially many complex geometric shapes can be defined simply by combining and operating primitive surface. In this paper some primitive surface theories are used to generate the rectangular mesh on the surface. These surface generation algorithms include a bilinear surface, a ruled surface and a pipe shape surface generations with specific base curves.         관상동맥협착증에 있어서 관상동맥우회술의 치료효과

        Sixty-one patients with coronary artery stenosis underwent coronary artery bypass grafting from February 1986 to September 1993 at the department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. There were 41 men and 20 women with a mean age of 54 years(range, 25 to 79 years). History of myocardial infarction was noted in 17 patients(28%). Twenty-eight patients(46%) had single-vessel disease, 24 patients(39%) had double-vessel disease and 9 patients(15%) had triple-vessel disease. The left main disease was in 4 patients(7%). Single aorta-coronary grafts were placed in 37 patients(60%), double or more grafts in 24 patients(40%). An average of 1.4 grafts were performed per patient. Saphenous vein grafts were employed in 49 patients(80%), and the internal mammary grafts, which were anastomosed to left anterior descending artery in 23 patients(38%). The mean bypass time was 135 minutes and cross-clamp time was 45 minutes. Early mortality was 16.4% (10 patients). Perioperative myocardial infarction was the most common complication, followed by atrial arrhythmia, wound infection, bleeding, pneumonia, pneumothorax. The 51 survivors were followed-up for 1 to 72 months, averaging 31 months. Ninety-five percent of the survivors were in New York Heart Association class I or Ⅱ postoperatively. There was one late death. Poor ejection fraction was significantly associated with hospital death(p<0.05).

        혈청이 마우스 간 세포주 BNL CL.2의 Nitric Oxide 생성에 미치는 영향

        마우스 간 세포주인 BNL CL.2의 시험관내 배양에서 혈청과 IFN-γ가 세포주의 nitric oxide(NO) 생성과 세포 손상에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 실험을 하였다. 혈청이 공급된 배양에서 IFN-γ에 의한 세포 생존율은 거의 변동이 없었으나, 혈청을 제거한 배양에서는 약 65%의 생존율이 유지되었으며, NO 생성 억제제인 N -monomethy-L-arginine (NMA)의 첨가는 농도 의존적으로 세포의 생존율을 감소시켰다. 혈청이 제거된 BNL CL.2세포주는 IFN-γ단독 처리에서도 NO 를 생성할 수 있었으며, IFN-γ와 lipopolysaccharide (LPS)의 복합 처리는 세포주의 NO 생성을 상승적으로 증가시켰다. 또한 protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitor인 herbimycin A와 genistein에 의해서 NO 생성이 억제되어 PTK의 활성이 혈청이 고갈된 BNL CL.2 세포에서 NO의 생성에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있기 때문으로 판단된다. IFN-γ의 독성은 혈청을 제거시킬 때 NO 생성 억제제에 상승적으로 간 세포를 손상시키며, 이때 NO가 IFN-γ에 의해 유도된 손상을 어느 정도 억제시키는 것을 알 수 있었다. Nitric oxide (NO) plays an important role in immunologic defense, and influences upon the functioning of secretory tissues and cells. It also exhibits cytotoxic/cytostatic activity as one of major operating effectors of the cellular immunity system. We investigated the effects of serum on the cell damages and NO production in the mouse liver cell line BNL CL.2 to establish the role of NO. We observed that, when BNL CL.2 cells were cultured in serum-free medium, they were induced to cell damage by the stimulation of IFN-γalone or IFN-γplus LPS. Serumstarved cells showed large amount of nitrite accumulation and NO synthase (NOS) expression in response to IFN-γalone in dose-and time-dependent manners, but serum-supplied cells did not. The production of NO was blocked by protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitors, genistein and herbimycin. These results suggest that the deprivation of serum in the BNL CL.2 cell culture medium might primed with the cells to produce NO when the cells are triggered by IFN-γ and the involvement of PTK signal transduction pathway in the expression of NOS gene in murine hepatocytes.

Quality is defined not by internal perceptions, but buy the standards and expectations of the customer. Quality is conformance to customer requirements. To achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction, every employee ana managers must develop a passionate commitment to customer requirements. New products and services are also most likely to result from a focus on customer needs. Customer needs could be met best by the most effective quality management system. Thus, everyone, from the CEO to the mewest-hired employee, must become customer-focused. Customer focus equals customer satisfaction which will gurantee competitive advantage.         Phenol was separated from wastewater by membrane solvent extraction, using a microporous bydrophobic hollow fiber module. The system was operated counter-currently and cocurrently with the aqueous phase flowing through the fiber lumens and the solvent flowing through the shell side. MIBK was used as an extracting solvent. Separation efficiency of countercurrent flow method was better than that of cocurrent flow method.

        Normal feet have the longitudinal arch for the distribution of the weight. The longitudinal arch is known lateral and medial longitudinal arch. Collapsed arch of the foot is flat foot and it is the cause of the foot pain. Of course the low arch does not always make a foot problem in sports and daily activity. Longitudial foot arch is visible in the standing foot lateral radiograph, Harris mat and visual observation. In Radiographic study the lateral Talo-lst Metatarsal angle is known in standing foot lateral film. But the longitadinal medial arch is not correctly obtained in Talo-lst Metatarsal angle. So this study for Calcaneo-lst metatarsal angle in standing lateral foot radiograph is more valuable angle in medial longitadinl arch. And we do the study on difference in the longitadinal arch in normal weight versus overweight person.

        모래다짐말뚝의 원심모델링

        This paper is results of extensive centrifuge model experiments about design factors influencing the bearing capacity and the settlement behaviors of SCP (Sand Compaction Pile). Centrifuge model tests were carried out changing design factors for SCP method such as replacement area ratio (as= 20, 40, 70%), improvement ratio to footing width (W/B = 1, 2, 3), and amount of fines in sand pile (#200 = 5, 10, 15). Therefore, the effects of these design factors on the bearing capacity and the settlement behavior of SCP were investigated and changes of stress concentratio rato due to such an design factors were also investigated. Centrifuge model testing technique for preparing and installing centrifuge model of sand compaction pile, using freezing them, was also developed. As results of centrifuge model tests, more fines in sand compaction pile increases the bearing capacity of SCP. Optimum improvement ratio to footing width was found to be 2. Values of stress concentration ratio was in the ranges of 1.5 - 3.5. The depth of bulging in sand piles was found in the range of 2.0 - 2.5 times of pile diameter.
