In this study, a regenerative braking co-operative control algorithm was proposed for electric vehicle equipped with electric booster brake. Regenerative control algorithms for (1) front control and (2) front-rear control type electric booster system were suggested. To evaluate the performance of the control algorithm, electric vehicle performance simulator and a HILS were developed. It was found from the HILS results that the co-operative control algorithm of the front-rear control type is able to recuperate more braking energy than that of front control type.

<P>An external capacitor-less ultra low-dropout (LDO) regulator that can continue to provide high power-supply rejection (PSR) over a wide range of the load current is proposed. Using the loop-gain stabilizer (LGS) to fix the dc level of the output voltage of the error amplifier to the optimal value, the LDO can keep maximizing the unity-gain frequency, while the load current changes widely up to 200 mA. Despite the multiple poles in the regulating loop, the stability can easily be obtained due to an intrinsic left-half plane zero, generated by the auxiliary path of the LGS. The proposed LDO was fabricated in a 40-nm CMOS process, and it had an input voltage of 1.1 V. When the dropout voltage was 0.1 V and the load current was 200 mA, the measured PSRs were -60 and -35 dB at 1 and 10 MHz, respectively. Due to the LGS, the dc loop gain was maintained to be high, resulting in good load and line regulations of 19 mu V/mA and 0.75 mV/V, respectively. While the total current consumption of the LDO was 275 mu A, the LGS consumed only 7 mu A. The area was 0.008 mm(2) with 4-pF on-chip capacitance for compensation.</P>
초·중등 현직교사의 학생 이해에 대한 인식 및 연수 요구도

이 연구는 교사들을 대상으로 학생 이해에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 학생 이해의 현황, 학생과의 소통, 학생 이해 관련 연수의 필요 및 요구도 등에 대해 질문지를 구안하였고 전국의 초ㆍ중등 현직 교사들을 대상으로 유층표집을 통해 온라인/오프라인 설문으로 총 445명의 자료를 확보하여 분석에 활용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 교사들은 학생을 이해하고 있고 (9.8%) 학생 이해를 위해 노력 한다고(84.9%) 응답하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 가장 이해하기 어려운 학년으로 초등학교 6학년(59.2%), 중학교 2학년(66.7%), 고등학교 1학년 (57.6%)을 꼽았다. 셋째, 교사들은 학생 이해가 어려운 원인으로 교사 자신(37.1%) 을, 학생 이해의 방해 요인으로 업무 부담(56.1%)과 성장 경험(43.2%)을 가장 많이 선택하였다. 넷째, 학생에 대한 정보의 원천으로 교사들은 개인적 경험(62.6%)에 의존하고 있었다. 다섯째, 학생 이해를 위한 연수에 필요한 내용으로 초·중등교사들은 공통적으로 학생들 사이의 또래 문화 및 집단 심리, 정서적 교류 방법, 커뮤니케이션 역량 강화 프로그램을 가장 많이 선택하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate teacher s perceptions and needs of student understanding in the field of education. A questionnaire designed to elicit teacher s perceptions and needs of student understanding that was consist of student understanding current status, communication with students, needs of student understanding education training program. It was given to 445 school teachers who were teaching at different sized district by nonproportional stratified sampling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, most of the teachers showed that they understand students(79.8%) and they try to understand students(84.9%). Second, most teachers replied that 6th grade of primary school, 2nd grade of middle school and 1st grade of high school students were most difficult to understand. Third, most of teachers showed that a cause of difficulty of student understanding was teachers themselves(37.1%) and factors of disturbance of student understanding were a load of business(56.1%) and experience of growth(43.2%). Fourth, most of teachers depend on private experience(62.6%) to understand student. Fifth, peer culture, group psychology, emotional exchanging method and communication competence strengthening program were commonly required in both primary school teachers and secondary school teachers for teacher training program of student understanding.
Multiband Directional Neighbor Discovery in Self-Organized mmWave Ad Hoc Networks

<P>A 60-GHz radio is an attractive technology in wireless home networks because it can provide high data rate up to a few gigabits per second. A 60-GHz network generally uses directional antennas and has a problem of neighbor discovery (ND), although it has an advantage of high data transmissions. In particular, if a directional antenna is used in self-organized wireless ad hoc networks, the ND time and energy consumption can be significantly increased. To solve this problem, we propose a multiband directional ND (MDND) scheme, in which management procedures are carried out by using the 2.4-GHz band with the omnidirectional antennas, whereas data transmissions are performed by using the 60-GHz band with directional antennas. Analytical models on the ND time and energy consumption are also derived by considering assisted and beamforming periods in the ND procedure through the omnidirectional and directional antennas. Performance evaluation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme outperforms comparative schemes that use only directional beamforming in terms of the average ND time and energy consumption.</P>

The aim of this review is to investigate clinical studies on oriental medicine treatment for obesity in Korean literature and to propose for the better method of clinical studies in order to seek more effective treatment. Electric searches were performed with NDSL, National assembly library, RISS4U, DBPIA, KISS, KMBASE, KoreaMed, Korean traditional knowledge portal and Oasis. Also, 21 major journals associated with oriental medicine in Korea were searched manually. Eighty three studies were included and analyzed in terms of study design, subjects, interventions, results and evaluation of safety. The numbers of controlled, non-controlled and case studies are respectively 26(31%), 43(52%) and 14(17%). Studies using sample size less than 30 accounts for 49% and studies using subjects diagnosed as obese or overweight by specific criteria were 35(42%). Studies which used more than 2 interventions or co-interventions were 76%. Clinical studies which used single herbal medicine were few and clinically studied single herbal medicine were limited to ephedra. More than half of 83 studies were studied for 8 weeks and less. 12% of 69 studies(except case studies) were not statistically analyzed and studies which evaluated safety of intervention were 22(27%) and reported adverse events were 9(11%). To improve the quality of clinical studies on oriental medicine treatment for obesity, studies need to use restricted number of interventions and subjects need to specifically diagnosed as overweight or obese. In addition, various kinds of single herbs need to be clinically studied based on experimental studies and herbalogy.
화재대응역량 개선방안에 대한 연구: 제천스포츠센터 화재 사례를 중심으로

연구목적: 이 연구는 우리나라 화재대응시스템에 대한 총체적인 점검이 필요하다는 판단하에 제천 스포츠센터 화재 참사 사례분석을 통해 나타난 문제점을 다각적으로 도출하여, 효과적인 화재대응 개선방안을 모색하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 정책자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 분석대상으로 2017년 발생한 제천 스포츠센터 화재 참사 사례를 대상으로 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 결과: 제천 스포츠센터 화재대응의 문제점은 ①) 119 종합상황실 운용상 문제점 ②소방 현장지휘관의 역량 부족 ③ 초동 대응능력 부재 ④ 소방장비 관리상의 문제점 ⑤ 소방인력 배분상의 문제점 등을 도출하고 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 제천 스포츠센터 화재 참사에 대한 사례분석을 통해 문제점을 다각적으로 분석한 결과 119 종합상황실 운영 개선방안, 소방 현장지휘관 역량제고 방안, 초동 대응능력 개선방안, 소방장비 관리상 개선방안, 효율적인 소방인력 배분 개선방안 등을 제시하였다. Purpose: Under the evaluation that an overall inspection on the South Korean fire response system is necessary, this research deduces problems from the case of Jecheon sports center fire from multiple perspectives, and aims to suggest policy materials to develop effective improvement measures for fire response. Methods: The 2017 Jecheon sports center fire case was selected as the subject of analysis to analyze problems and suggest measures for improvement. Result: The Jecheon sports center fire response displayed problems in ① 119 situation room operation ② On-site firefighting commander’s capability ③ Initial response ④ Firefighting equipment maintenance ⑤ Firefighting personnel distribution. Conclusion: A multilateral case analysis of the Jecheon sports center fire tragedy suggests improvement in 119 situation room operation, on-site firefighting commander’s capability, initial response, firefighting equipment maintenance, and firefighting personnel distribution.
