오이의 品質向上과 運作障害 경감을 위한 有機物 施用 및 輪換式 栽培의 효과에 關한 硏究

處女地 沓田輪換 式栽培地, 3年 連作地, 5年 連作地에 園藝作物을 供試하여 各 土壤別로 標集施肥, 有機物, 및 이들의 조합處理를 함으로써 連作程度와 施肥方法에 따른 作物의 收量과 品質, 土壤의 鹽類濃度 및 土壤理化學性을 比較檢査 함으로써 現象을 하고 나아가서 連作障害를 輕減 또는 防止하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위하여 몇가지 實驗을 수행하였던 바 그 결과를 모색하면 다음과 같다. 1. 供試土壤의 實驗前 pH는 連作年數가 길어질수록 낮아지는 경향이 있었으며 반대로 유기물, 인산, 마그네슘, K, Ca 등은 連作年數가 길어질수록 높았고 C.E.C.도 비슷한 結果를 나타냈다. 2. 土壤內의 E.C.는 試驗前의 경우, 處女地, 沓田輪換式栽培地가 名名 0.35, 0.56이었고 3年, 5年 連作地가 名名 1.20, 1.30으로 連作土壤이 월등하게 높았으며 施肥後의 경우에는 3.00에서 4.35사이로서 全체的으로 높은 수준이었으나 土壤間에 큰 差異가 없었고 降雨에 노출시켜 일정한 기간이 지난후에는 0.39에서 0.43사이로 土壤에 관계없이 원래의 상태로 쉽게 회복되었다. 3. 土壤의 連作程度나 施肥方法에 따른 오이의 蔓長, 莖의 굵기, 節間數는 處理問에差異가 없었으며 유기물이나 미량요소의 施用에 의한 뚜렷한 증가는 나타나지 않았다. 4. 오이의 收量은 5年 連作地가 가장 많았고 다음으로 處女地, 畓田輪換式栽培地, 3年 連作地 順이었는데 이것은 1果의 果重, 果長, 果俓의 증대보다 수확과수의 差異에 의한 것이었다. 5. 連作程度와 施肥方法에 따른 오이의 品質反應중 外的인 品質 즉, 1果의 果重, 果俓, 果長의 差異는 없었으나 內的인 品質중 Vitamin C 含量은 連作年數가 길어질수록 낮아졌다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of application methods of organic material and minor elements, and difference of replanting year on the elevation of vegetable qualities and the reduction of replant-failure in cucumber plants which were cultivated under covering conditions. Used soils were Virgin soil, Paddy-Upland rotation soil, 3 year replanting soil, 5 year replanting soil. Application methods were Standard fertilizer, Standard fertilizer+Organic material, Standard fertilizer+Minor elements, Standard fertilizer+Organic material+Minor elements. Cucumber seeds were sown at August, 15 and transplanted at September, 15 in 1984. The results were summarized as follows; The pH value of the used soil before experiment was showed a decreasing tendency with extending the replanting year. On the other hand, the contents of the Organic material, ??, Mg, K, Ca and C.E.C. were increased with extending the replanting year. Before experiment, Electric Conductivity of 3 year replanting soil and 5 year replanting soil were notably higher than that of the non-replanting soil, Virgin soil and Paddy-Upland rotation soil. Their values were 1.20, 1.30, 0.35 and 0.56 mㆍmho respectively. But E.C. of the soil after fertilization was increased highly, from 3.00 to 4.35 mㆍmho with no relation of the replanting year. And after the soil being opened to the rainfall for about 4 weeks, the soil salinity was easily removed. Replanting year and fertilizer application methods didn't have an influence on the plant height, stem diameter and No. of node of cucumber plant. The yield was, however, affectected by it, not because of the fruit weight, diameter and length but because of the different quantity of the harvest fruits. Vitamin C content of cucumber fruit was decreased with extending the replanting year.

Hypereosinophilic syndrome is characterized by persistent blood eosinophilia of 1,500/ul or more in the absence of known causes and multiorgan dysfunction by eosinophil-related tissue damage. In Korea, some cases of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement have been described with prolonged benign clinical courses. Most of them were diffuse or multifocal lesions in imaging studies, and a few case presenting as a single mass has been described. Here we report a case of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement in a 65-year-old man who presented with multifocal mass lesions. By abdominal US and CT scan, multiple, ill-defined nodules were detected in throughout the liver. Liver biopsy revealed severe eosinophilic hepatitis, suggestive of hypereosinophilic syndrome. Hepatic mass lesions improved after steroid administration for several weeks.

Young stem and leaf segment of Foeniculum vulgare for producing embryologic callus and embryos were cultured in vitro on various medium as well as MS medium treated with different concentration of plant growth regulators alone or in combination with other plant growth on MS medium, whereas was lower in treatments with BAP and kinetin. The combination effect with 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ and cytokinins varied with kind of cytokinins. The plot of BAP added with 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ was effective as high as 2,4-D alone treatment. MS and MT medium were more effective than LS and W medium in production of somatic embryos from incubated embryologic callus. Most favorable plant growth regulator for producing somatic embryos was 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ but IAA, ABA, BAP, and kinetin were less effective at any concentration. BAP 0.01㎎/ℓ added with 2,4-D 0.1㎎/ℓ effective as high as 2,4-D 0.1㎎/ℓ alone in somatic embryo production.

Somatic embryogenesis from incubated embryogenic callus in vitro cultured stem and leaf segment of Foeniculum vulgare promoted with complex addenda(coconut milk, yeast extract, malt extract and sucrose) as well as sucrose added on MS medium containing 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ or not. Treatment of coconut milk 50㎎/ℓ was effective, otherwise the higher concentration decreased production of somatic embryos. Up to 300㎎/ℓ of yeast extract increased embryogenesis rate but 500㎎/ℓ treatment severely dropped the rate. Malt extract and sucrose increased proportionally the rate of somatic embryogenesis with higher concentration, up to 87% in malt extract 500㎎/ℓ and 93% in sucrose 50g/ℓ when 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ was added on the medium. Activated charcoal treatment decreased remarkably the rate of somatic embryogenesis. In all treatment the adding plots of 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ was higher than the non-adding plots in somatic embryogenesis.

Various kinds of zeolites, such as analcime (ANA), cancrinite (CAN), Na-P1 and sodalite octahydrate (SOD) could be synthesized from Hwangto by hydrothermal reaction in a high-pressure vessel. The adsorption characteristics of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) by Hwangto and its synthetic zeolites were investigated using the chemical and electrochemical surface parameters of these adsorbents. The heavy metal adsorptivity among the adsorbents decreased in the following sequences: Na-P1 > SOD > ANA > CAN > Hwangto. This sequence was the same with the values of surface site density (Ns) of these adsorbents and was correlated inversely with the values of pHpzc (pH of the point of zero charge) and the values of Ka2(int) (intrinsic surface deprotonation constant) of the adsorbents for synthetic zeolites, i.e., the adsorbents with higher values of Ns and with lower values of pHpzc and Ka₂(int) for synthetic zeolites showed higher heavy metal adsorptivity. With increasing pH, the heavy metal adsorptivity increased greatly between pHpzc and pH 6 or 7 because of the steep increase of negatively charged sites for synthetic zeolites, but for Hwangto, it increased broadly because of slow increase of negatively charged sites based on its lower surface sites.
施設園藝에 있어서 菜蔬의 品質向上을 위한 人工堆肥의 肥效에 關한 硏究

魚粉, 骨粉 및 기타 有機物로 構成된 人工堆肥의 施用이 葉根菜類의 生育에 미치는 影響을 究明하기 위하여 試驗을 遂行하였던 바, 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 人工堆肥의 施用은 배추의 球重과 무우, 당근의 根重을 현저하게 增加시켰다. 2. 배추의 球高나 葉數에는 人工堆肥 施用의 效果가 없었다. 3. 무우에 있어서 人工堆肥 施用이 生育初期의 根長과 地上部 生體重에 影響을 미치지는 못하나 根長의 差異를 나타냈다. 4. 당근에 있어서도 根長에는 有意性이 없었으나 根莖에는 有意性이 認定되었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Artificial compost application on the growth of chinese cabbage, radish and carrot. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Artificial compost application promoted the weight of head of chinese cabbage, root weight of radish and carrot. 2. There were not differences between treatments on the height of head and No. of leaves in chinese cabbage. 3. Root diameter of radish was promoted by Artificial compost application, but was not promoted the root length and fresh weight and fresh weight of top on early growing stage. 4. In radish, there were non-significant on the root length, but were significant on the root diameter.
