As you know, more than 70% of Korean vocabularies are composed of Chinese characters based on coinage power of Chinese characters. To correctly and speak our national language, therefore, it can be said understanding Chinese characters is essential. This will apply the same in case a foreigner learns Korea. In Korean education targeting on foreigners, Chinese characters education is one of useful methods able to increase learning effects. Of course, some may say this mostly corresponds to learners living in the Chinese characters culture world who are already aware of Chinese characters, but, as earlier stated, because most of Korean vocabularies are composed of Chinese characters, learning Chinese characters may contribute more or less to understanding of Korean language. This paper mostly referred to the necessity of instruction in Chinese characters in relation to Korean language education. First of all, the proportion of Chinese characters used in Korean was reviewed and it was confirmed that learning Chinese characters was essential in understanding Korea. For that, the author examined 「vocabulary list for Korean learning」 provided by the National Institute of the Korean Language and the proportion of Chinese characters in Korean ability test questions. Also, it was examined how Chinese characters was being taught in Korean education giving in Korean educational institutions, home and abroad. Through this, it was confirmed that home and abroad Korean educational institutions have recognition, though not yet universal, that Chinese characters education is necessary for learning Korean and Koreanology. In the next place, the contents of Korean textbooks which utilized Chinese characters was inquired into and their features were described. The investigated textbooks say "To know Chinese characters leads to easy understanding of Chinese characters vocabularies and the meaning of many vocabularies of Chinese characters containing the same ones, so that it is greatly helpful to increasing vocabularies of Korean language. In the end, the author examined the effects obtainable in Korean education through Chinese characters education. Exact understanding of Chinese characters and Chinese language is a useful way leading to the exact understanding and good command of Korean. Especially, it can raise the learning effects from the viewpoints of learning Chinese characters vocabularies. Even if the necessity of Chinese characters in Korean education has been admitted, there may be some different opinions as to whether Chinese characters should be stressed without fail even though, in case of a student of non-Chinese characters culture, he/she must learn another language besides Korean letter(Hangeul) in a certain time. In addition, among the greatest problems, there are an error where the meaning of Chinese characters used in Korean, Chinese and Japanese is different and an error occurring by the influence of expression methods and grammar in Chinese or Japanese style. These problems will require appropriate instruction by an educator. That is, as to an error occurring by the influence of Chinese and Japanese in the process of giving Korean education, if an education is provided by well summarizing and comparing the above-mentioned matters, higher learning effects may be obtained. It is true that the necessity of Chinese characters in Korean education is not widely recognized. It is necessary to continue to study how to teach Korean through comparison of Chinese characters of Korean, Chinese and Japanese and of Chinese vocabularies.

This study apprehends the preference about alien for Korean tea consumers and the standard of choosing tea and the characteristics of taste and also tries to find out the ways of tea-classification of Korea. Tea consumers like soft, clean, sweet in its taste and they like least rough taste and more or less don"t like heavy, bitter in its taste. roasting green tea has a taste of sweetness, cleanness, unripenness and steamed tea has a high laver taste and anything else has no distinctive taste. They like mostly unripenness aroma and sweet aroma out of roasting green tea and laver aroma, chestnut flavor and green laver flavor out of steamed tea and fresh-floral flavor out of fermented tea. There is not any distinctive preference trend according to the color types, they like tea which has light color but don"t dark color. In order to classify Korean tea from alien tea, there needs to develop processing machine and technology for roasting green tea in Korea, to cope with the consumers who focus on the taste. And also we need to have public relations widely about excellence and uniqueness for the Korean tea and support the Korea-style tea and at the same time, develop the appropriate crop technology. To keep the essential difference of tea, we have to establish the standard of evaluation, make tea-related goods various where tea is growing distinctively. Futhermore, we have to support the environmental friendly tea garden and set up the circulation system in accordance with our situation, promote for the Korean tea to be well-known to the world.

중공 PC기둥을 사용한 플랫 플레이트 슬래브-기둥 접합부의 전단보강

Recently, Construction Business, is changing very quickly, exceedingly needs to slim down the expensive by material costs and term of works. Because of that reason, new technologies of construction studies are very popular. It is part of a Shell PC column. Therefore, intend of study was to investigate the response of column-slab connection of Shell PC column and flat plate slab that has been widely used in high rise buildings. Shear reinforcement methods of column-slab connection joint are two types of stud rail and shear band. Three test specimens are consisted of RC column-slab connection joint shear band(RC-24-B) as reinforcement and Shell PC column-slab connection joint shear band (PC-24-B) and stud rail (RC-24-S) as reinforcement, respectively. The load of test is preformed to combined gravity and cyclic lateral loading. The test results showed that the strength and ductility of the RC-24-B and PC-24-B with the shear band as reinforcement were improved more than PC-24-S with stud rail as reinforcement.

에코인공경량콘크리트를 사용한 플랫플레이트 슬래브-기둥 접합부의 뚫림전단 성능 및 보강효과

Reach on the high-strength lightweight concrete and the flat plate slab system have been doing for reducing dead load of structure and the maximum of doing the use area. But the lightweight concrete has a weak on the shear behavior, and flat plate slab is need to punching shear reinforcement at the critical section of around of columns. Typical shear reinforcement methods are stirrup and stud rail method. Two methods respectively have a disadvantage of economic efficiency and construction efficiency. Consequently, the objective of this study is to investigate in punching shear performance of flat plate slab using the lightweight concrete. Also shear reinforcement method is proposed for maximizing economic efficiency and construction efficiency, and that is compared with the conventional reinforcement method.

농촌계획 : 농촌마을종합개발사업의 공동소득사업 성과분석

Since 2004, Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MIFAFF) has been carrying out comprehensive rural village development project as the core one of Rural Area Development Schemes in Korea. Up to now, 56 projects had been completed after having with 5-year plan implementation period, on which it is possible to try post-project evaluation works. This study aims to propose a rational income-generation works model of comprehensive rural village development project, based on fulfillment checking results of their statutory stepwise working procedures specified in the project guidelines and their interim/post project performance analysis results in 56 project areas above mentioned. In comprehensive rural village development project, income-generation works generally have both quantitative and qualitative effects to rural communities; the former is focussed on income increasement of villagers, while the latter on community revitalization through job creation and spill-over effects of other linked community activities. So, the research works of this study focussed on these two comprehensive effects above mentioned.

본 연구에서는 실험·실습 가상교육 또는 원격 교육 콘텐츠가 학습 효과를 향상할 수 있는 효과적인 교육 수단으로 인정되고 있으나 원격에서 실험·실습을 하기위한 환경구성의 어려움을 극복을 위한 방안으로 웹 기반의 하드웨어 원격제어 기술을 이용하여, 임베디드 시스템 활용 교육을 위한 가상교육 시스템을 구현 하였다. 본 가상교육 시스템의 구성은 서버 시스템과 학습 시스템으로 되어 있다. 서버 시스템은 컴파일 서버, 원격 실습 서버, 웹 서버, Telnet 서버, 웹 카메라 서버 등으로 구성한다. 학습 시스템은 이론 강의, 가상 실습, 원격 실습의 세 부분으로 구성한다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시스템은 원격지에서의 프로세서 실습 환경을 제공하기 위해 웹에서 동작하는 Telnet 클라이언트를 제작하여 임베디드 하드웨어를 제어한다. 또한 이론학습 과정을 별도로 구성하고, 원격제어가 불가능한 개발환경 구축 과정은 가상 실습으로 학습하게 하였다. 이러한 점을 활용하여 임베디드 시스템의 효율적인 학습이 가능하다.
