      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역 식생 변화

        본 연구는 지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역의 모니터링 결과를 분석하여 체계적인 복원관리를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복원사업이 완료된 2017년도에 식생 모니터링을 위한 조사구 12개소와 대조구 4개소를 설치하였고, 2017년과 2020년의 상대우점치, 종다양도지수, 유사도 등의 변화를 분석하였다. 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되었던 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0∼1.4552로 나타났고, 대조구와의 유사도지수에서는 1개 조사구가 1.32%로 분석된 것을 제외하고 모두 0%로 나타났다. 조사구의 종다양도지수 및 유사도지수가 매우 낮은 것은 복원사업 시 식재된 수목이 고사하거나 멧돼지 피해, 유수에 의한 침식으로 유실되는 등의 영향으로 판단되었다. 반면 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되지 않은 미식재 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0.9538∼2.3222로 나타났고, 유사도지수는 최대 8.33%까지 분석되었다. 국립공원 생태경관 복원공사지역의 복원 공법 개발을 위한 장기 모니터링과, 미식재 조사구의 천이과정을 분석하는 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. This study aims to obtain basic data for systematic restoration by analyzing the monitoring results of the Shimwon Valley Ecological Landscape Restoration Project area in Jirisan National Park. In 2017, when the restoration project was completed, 12 monitoring plots and 4 control plots were installed for vegetation monitoring, and changes in the relative dominance, species diversity index and similarity between 2017 and 2020 were analyzed. The species diversity index of the surveyed areas where trees were planted during the restoration project was 0-1.4552, and the similarity index with the control group was 0% except for one survey area at 1.32%. The very low species diversity index and similarity index in the survey areas were attributed to the loss of trees planted during the restoration project due to death, damage by wild boars, or erosion by running water. On the other hand, the species diversity index was 0.9538-2.3222 in the monitoring plot where no tree was planted, and the similarity index was analyzed to be as high as 8.33%. It is necessary to continue the long-term monitoring for the development of ecological landscape restoration methods in the national park and analysis of the succession in monitoring plots where no trees were planted.

        Winding Fault Diagnosis of Induction Motor Using Neural Network

        This paper proposed a fault diagnosis technique of induction motors winding fault based on an artificial neural network (ANN). This method used Park's vector pattern as input data of ANN. The ANN are firstly learned using this pattern, and then classify between 'healthy' and 'winding fault' (with 2, 10, and 20 shorted turn) induction motor under 0, 50, and $100\%$ load condition. Also the possibility of classification of untrained turn-fault and load condition are tested. The proposed method has been experimentally tested on a 3-phase, 1 HP squirrel-cage induction motor. The obtained results provided a high level of accuracy especially in small turn fault, and showed that it is a reliable method for industrial application

        본 논문에서는 유도전동기의 고정자권선 고장진단을 목적으로 이상적인 전동기의 전류신호와 실시간으로 운전하고 있는 전동기 전류신호를 Park’s Vector에 각각 적용시켜 Park's Vector 패턴을 만들고 패턴 피크값의 기준치와 측정치의 편차를 이용하여 오차치를 벗어날 때 고장으로 진단하는 Park's Vector 패턴의 피크값을 이용한 고정자권선의 고장진단을 시도하였다. 숙달된 작업자가 Park’s Vector패턴을 보고 고장을 분석해야 했던 방법과는 달리 패턴을 비교하지 않고도 자동으로 고장을 진단하고 정보해주는 진단 방법을 제시하였다. 실제 전류분석 및 진단을 위해 상용 프로그램인 LabVIEW를 이용하였다.

        암환자의 삶의 질 도구개발

        This study was undertaken to develop an instrument to be used for measuring the concept of duality of life of Korean patients with cancer multidimensionary and correctly. It can contribute in holistic nursing care for Korean cancer patients and also provide and validate basic data to help oncology nurses measure the outcome of nursing intervention correctly. To develop this instrument, the researchers first estabilished a conceptual framework based on the results of qualitative data analysis and indepth interview method Development of the scale was conducted using a method in which 31 items were assessed by subjects' self report using linear analogue scales. The subjects were 79 D.M. Patients. 103 patients with acute illness, and 91 cancer Patients residing in Busan, Korea. Data were collected during the period from July, 24 to August 14. 2000. This instrument consisted of 31 items with a self report stale. This instrument covered 4 dimensions of cancer patients : 1) Physical wellbeing 2) psychological wellbeing 3) social wellbeing and 4)spiritual wellbeing. Each item had a possible score of 10. The reliability of the scale was tested with Cronbach's alpha. Validity was evaluated by examining the relationships of this scale. Youn's Quality of Life Questionnare scores and the Simple Quality of Life scale. Two separate runs of multiple regression were used to predict scores on the Simple Quality of Life measuremend. Further validation was obtained by examining the correlation between the instrument subscores and Youn's Quality of Life measurement subscore for convergence of this scale. Examination of the discriminant. power of the instrument was done using ANOVA test. The results are summarized as follows : 1.The reliability of the instrument for the quality of life was 0.8321 (Cronbach's alpha.), physical wellbeing dimension 0.6343. Psychological wellbeing dimension 0.6501, spiritual wellbeing dimension 0.5883. 2.This instrument had a high correlation with Youn's Quality of Life measurement(r= 0.636) in cancer Patients, whereas it had a low correlation with Simple Quality of Life measurement(r= 0.455) in cancel patients. In the D.M. patients, the instrument correlated with both the Youn's Quality of Llfe measurement and Simple Quality of life measurement(r=0.313. r= 0.407) and in the acute stage patients. the instrument had no correlation. 3.Multiple regression of individual Items on the Simple Quality of Life scores accounted for 56.8% of the variance in the Simple Quality of Life measurement, whereas, Youn's Quality of Life measurement scores accounts for 31.7%. The correlations collected from the three group had the same patterns of variations but especially the instrument developed in this study had higher disciminant power than that of Youn's Quality of Life Measurement.

      • 주택선호 특성분석을 통한 수요 맞춤형 주택공급방안 : 대전시민의 선호도 조사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 수요자 중심의 주택시장에서 지역의 인구구조와 사회경제적 지위에 따라 다양화 되고 있는 주택소비자의 주택선호 특성을 제대로 반영하지 못한 체 지역의 수요량을 초과하는 공급과잉이 부동산시장의 침체와 맞물려 미분양아파트의 증가로 이어짐으로써 중견건설사들의 부도를 초래하고 있는 현실을 주목하고, 대전시를 사례로 주택공급업체들에게 주택소비자들의 정확한 주택선호 특성 분석을 통하여 다양하고 차별화된 욕구를 반영한 주택을 개발하고 수요 맞춤형 주택을 공급할 수 있는 방안을 제공하려는데 연구목적을 두고 있다. 대전시민의 주택선호특성을 분석하기 위하여 층화다단추출을 통하여 180명의 샘플사이즈를 확정하고 설문을 통하여 대전시민의 주택선호특성에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 컴퓨터 통계프로그램을 통한 빈도분석과 교차분석을 실시하였다. 주택소비자들의 특성에 따른 주택선호 교차분석은 0.05 유의수준에서 카이자승(χ²) 검증이 이루어졌다. 자료분석을 바탕으로 주택공급방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주택공급업자는 성공적인 주택분양을 위해 지역 주택 소비자의 생애주기와 사회·경제적 특성 그리고 인구구조에 따른 주택선호 특성을 면밀히 분석한 다음, 소비자의 주택선호 특성에 바탕을 둔 다양한 형태의 주택을 개발하여 공급하여야 한다. 둘째, 우리나라 주택 분양시장의 문제점은 주택업체가 주택유형의 다양화 시대에 소비자들의 욕구를 무시한 채 아파트 중심의 획일적인 대량공급과 수익성이 좋은 중대형위주의 아파트를 대량 공급하는 관행이 미분양의 원인이 되고 있음이 파악되었다. 따라서 주택공급업자는 앞으로 대량 공급보다는 주택 수요자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 다품종 소량 생산 체제로의 전환을 통하여 전문성과 경쟁력을 향상시켜야 한다. 셋째, 대전시민이 선호하는 주택유형이 아파트 중심에서 전원주택과 도시형생활주택이 선호되는 주택다양화 경향을 보이고 있고, 주택선택의 기준이 양적인 측면보다 질적인 측면이 더 중시되고 있는 점을 감안 할 때 앞으로의 주택공급은 일률적인 아파트 공급에서 벗어나 접근성이 양호한 시 외곽지역에 양질의 전원주택 공급이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 주택소비자의 특성인 연령과 직업 그리고 소득 더 나아가서 현거주지에 따라 주택소유형태, 거주지, 주택규모, 주택유형이 달라지고 있기 때문에 앞으로의 주택공급은 획일적 주택공급이 아니라 소비자의 특성과 욕구를 겨냥한 맞춤형 주택공급과 주택공급의 다양화가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Under the situations in which some good construction companies go bankrupt because of the increasing accumulation of unsold houses due to the over-supply of houses without reflecting the characteristics of housing consumers' housing preferences, it is the objective of this study to supply housing construction companies with the demand-oriented housing supply method which enable housing companies to develop houses to meet with the various and differentiated housing needs through the analysis of consumers' housing preferences characteristics. To achieve the study objective 180 respondents were chosen through the multi-stratified sampling method and they were interviewed by the questionnaire specially designed for this study to collect data on the housing preferences of consumers. Data collected were analyzed by the SPSS computer program and cross-tabulation analysis were made by χ²-test. Based on the study results some housing policy-measures are recommended as follows. Firstly, it is recommended that in order to make successful housing supply various housing types of houses should be developed and supplied on the basis of consumer's housing preferences characteristics after the detailed analysis of regional consumer's housing preferences changing with their life-cycle, socio-economic characteristics, and population structure. Secondly, it was found out that the accumulation of unsold-houses comes from the habitual housing supply practices without paying to consumer's various housing needs in the era of housing-type diversification such as characterless apartment-oriented large-scale housing supply and the large-scale supply of better-profitable medium and large apartment houses. Accordingly it is recommended that in the future housing construction company has to increase its specialization and competitiveness through the transformation of its structure into the 'multiple-products and small-production system' rather than large-scale supply. Thirdly, it is urged that good quality of garden houses are to be supplied in the suburban areas with good access beyond the uniform apartment-oriented hosing supply considering the fact that the criteria of housing-choice is giving more emphasis to quality aspect rather than to quantity aspect and also considering that the trend of housing-type diversification is noted to happen in Daejeon city and housing-type preferred by Daejeon citizens is changing into garden-house and urban life-style house from the apartment house-type dominance. Finally, through this study it was also found that future housing characteristics such as ownership-type, residential area, housing-size, and housing-type are changing depending upon housing consumer's characteristics such as age, job, housing-size, and housing-type. Therefore it is proposed that the future housing supply should be diversified beyond the simple and uniform housing supply to satisfy consumer's characteristics and specific housing needs.

        한국인 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애와 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자 다형성의 관련성 : 가족기반 연구 및 환자-대조군 연구

        Objectives : Recent genetic studies have suggested a preferential transmission of the Dopamine D5 receptor gene (DRD5) 148bp marker allele. The aim of this study is to test the association between DRD5 and ADHD. Methods : 106 Korean children with ADHD and their parents were analyzed using the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) and haplotype-based haplotype relative risk test (HHRR). And also the ADHD children were compared with 212 ageand gender matched normal controls. Results : We found the evidence for an association of short alleles of DRD5 dinucleotide repeat polymorphism in both Case-control and family based studyies. Additionally, we observed some evidence for biased transmission of allele 152 bp and 144 bp. Conclusion : Our results lend credence to the notion that the relationship between ADHD and DRD5 is complex. The number of cases and informative transmissions in our study were small, therefore it would be premature to make any conclusions Con-ceming the role of DRD5 in ADHD. Further work is needed to support these findings.

      • 디지탈 영상처리를 위한 데이타 취득 시스템에 관한 연구

        A computer vision system for recognition and processing any visible objects is designed. Analog video images are digitized and stored in the internal memory of a microcomputer system and these digitized data are output through a bit-image printer. The kirsch edge operator is used for the processing. In order to compare the result of Kirsch edge enhancement, two images "a Man" and "a figure" are tested. Because of the limitations of the speed of A/D converter and the capacity of internal memory, the operation of the system is a still-picture mode. Upper 4 bit date of the memory are used for printing out the image, so as to the gray levels are sixteen. The output size of the bit-image printer is 120x120, and 2 horizontal lines are printed simultaneously per 1 carriage return because the printer has a 8 pin head. The system is designed to have compatibility with any microcomputer system which has a S-100 bus structure.

      • 디지탈 필타 설계에서 이동 평균법을 사용한 잡음제거 특성에 관한 연구

        The smoothing method, which is one of the noisy signal processing techniques, is used in order to process the data corrupted with Gaussian White Noise using 5,7 and 9 size window functions. A simple convolution averaging, polynominal curve-fitting and adaptive smoothing methods are used for smoothing. The maximum size of the window function for the simple convolution averaging method is 7, which is about 1/3 of the total sequence, because of the obvious distortion to the original signal. The distortion characteristics of ploynominal curve-fitting method is better than that of the simple convolution averaging method even though the S/N ratio of it is degraded by 3.77 dB for the window size of 5 and 3.63dB for the window size of 9. It is found that the characteristics of filtering of adaptive smoothing method is the best for the 25 sequence data judging from distortion inducement.

      • D-F/F을 이용한 고속 CMOS 이중모드 Prescaler의 설계

        주파수합성기에서 D-플립플롭으로 구성된 프리스케일러는 고속동작과 저전력을 필요로한다. 최근 이 주제를 가진 논문들이 발표되었다. 발표된 논문들은 트랜지스터의 수를 감소시켰지만, 저속동작에 단점이 있고, 고속동작을 실현시켰지만 전력소비가 많은 단점들을 보여주고 있다. 본 논문은 D-플립플롭에서 클럭 트랜지스터의 수를 줄이고, 글리치감소 뿐만아니라 VDD와 GND 사이의 short circuit current path를 개선하였다. 제안된 D-플립플롭을 적용한 프리스케일러는2.4GHZ의 최대동작속도와 3.3mW의 전력소비를 보였다. 제안된 D-플립플롭을 적용함으로써 NAND-플립플롭을 적용한 프리스케일러는 1.7GHZ의 최대동작 속도를 얻었다. D-플립플롭을 사용한 제안된 프리스케일러는 0.6㎛ CMOS 공정변수를 이용하여 HSPICE로 시뮬레이션하였다. The prescaler with TSPC dynamic D-F/F used in PLL is required to have features of high speed and low power consumption. There were several papers published for these subjects. Some of the papers show the less number of transistors in a D-F/F with lower speed, while others show high speed with higher power consumption. This paper minimizes the number of clock transistors in the D-F/F and improves the short circuit current paths from VDD to GND as well as glitch generation. The prescaler by applying the proposed D-F/F is increased in maximal high speed, 2.4GHz and achieved the power consumption of 3.3mW. The prescaler adopted the NAND-F/F by applying the proposed D-F/F circuits showed the maximum speed of 1.7GHz. The proposed prescaler using D-F/F is simulated in 0.6㎛ CMOS technology with HSPICE.
