DNA를 고정한 탄소나노튜브 페이스트 전극으로 옥시테트라싸이클린 항생제의 분석조건을 연구하였다. 사각 파형 벗김 전압전류법과 순환 전압 전류법을 사용하여 최적조건에서 1-10 ngL?1의 정량 가능 범위에 도달하였다. 벗김법 0.1 mgL?1 농도에서 15번 반복 측정하여 0.068%의 상대표준편차였으며, 벗김법 최적 분석 조건에서 0.4 ngL?1의 검출 한계를 얻었다. 개발된 결과를 양식어류의 세포에서 응용하였다. A simple prepared paste electrode (PE) of DNA immobilized on a carbon nanotube was utilized for monitoring the antibacterial agent oxytetracycline (OTC), using square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Given these conditions, SWASV and CV working ranges were observed within 1-10 ngL-1 OTC. In the SWASV and CV for OTC concentrations of 0.1 mgL-1, the relative standard deviations (n=15) were 0.068 and 0.067, respectively. At the optimized condition, the detection limit was found to be 0.4 ngL-1 OTC. This method was applied to the hatchery fish tissue.

The electrochemical wifi sensing of brain wave detection was described by in vitro graphical art painting tattoo sensors (ATS), and a diagnostic printed working probe was made using carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), and nafion polyma conductor and mineral oil painting solutions. The analytical ATS para strengths were optimized by wifi control from different sites of the Internet under multi-network conditions. This diagnostic thinking current can be tasked on in-vivo or vitro skin surfaces, sensing ranges for –2.0 V ~ 2.0 V potential windows. The scan directions of anodic and cathodic, chrono scanrate used were 0.5 mV /Sec, under optimum para conditions. An acoustic music strength was obtained on the forehead skin surface. The overall application was used for human computer interface circuits.

연구는 potentiometric chrono cyclic accumulation voltammetry에 의한 fiber flexible wireless in vitro 착용 인식 폴리필름 프로브의 개발에 대한 연구이다. 센서는 합성된 식물 섬유, 라텍스 그리고 전해질을 사용하여 피부코팅용전해필름을 합성 하였다, 실시간 시험 관내에서 피부 표면에 코팅 후 체내 분석 측정진단에 사용하였다. 통계적 세기 및 기타 최적 조건의 산화 환원 전류를 측정하였다. 반복된 최적 조건과 근육 표면에서 증폭된 신경자극 신호의 증폭전류를 측정하였다. 진단신호는 대시간 전류, 순환전압 전류, 벗김 전류 등을 증폭 측정 하였다. 검출신호는 증폭 프로그래밍을 통해 무선 전송 하였으며 전압 전류 증폭워크스테이션 회로를 사용하였다. 최적의 실시간 볼타모 그램은 생체 내 그리고 체외의 신경 신호를 피부 표면에서 직접 측정토록 응용 하였다. This study presents a fiber flexible wireless in vitro wearable sensing poly film probe for a potentiometric chrono cyclic accumulation voltammetry. A fiber modification film was prepared by using modified coated plant fiber latex and electrolyte, analytical measurements were performed on skin surface in real and in vitro, statistic strength and other optimum redox oxidation current were examined. Under optimum conditions diagnostic stimulation neuro signals amplified in muscle surface, detected skin current could be amplified in muscle surface. An diagnostic linear working equations were obtained with an blue tooth voltammetric workstation by with a controlled amplified programing, which assay of cyclic, stripping and diagnostic chrono amplified currents for in vivo signals can be detected. The muscle probe was simulated by an external voltammetric programming. which of optimum real voltammograms can be applied to in vivo vital detection of body signals of in vivo and vitro at skin surface and in any organic structure.

In a brain computer interface, visible wave recognition of memory sensing tasks is developed using the electric eye circuit of a cadmium sulfide photo diode (CDS). The probe was used for the chronocyclic voltammetry of three electrode systems. On the in vitro skin muscles, diagnostic neuro currents were varied using the muscle tension strength. Optimum detection parameters were explored - such as analytical potential windows, anodic and cathodic scan directions, and the amplified frequency. Other para meters were also examined. The statistic chrono cyclic detection limit sought was from the initial.-2.0 V to -0.8 V switching potential, as well as the 0.5 V/Sec scan rate. Diagnostic optimum results can be applied to in vivo memory detection on the muscles of forehead skin as well as on the surface of the back of the hand. This process can be used for muscle strength, thinking memory recognition and the brain-computer interface augment character control.
적외선 광 다이오드 작업 전극을 사용한 아트 페인팅 분석 연구

The electric circuit of an infrared photo diode electrode (IPDE) was utilized for the monitoring of artist`s painting pigments such as white blue and red (Zn, Fe, Hg) color ions by voltammetry. Here, red color were optimized using stripping and cyclic voltammetry. Analytical parameters were determined as follows: pH 3.5 electrolyte solution; deposition potential of 0.0 V; and accumulation time of 160 sec. Working ranges were observed within the concentrations of 100.900 ugL-1 and 3-30 mgL-1, and the relative standard deviations in measured concentrations of 12 mgL-1 (n=15) was found to be 0.2%. The analytical detection limit was attained at 80.0 ugL-1, to which the IPDE method was found to be applicable to pigment sensor or color variation in painting art image.

As brain computer interfacing depends on neuro-amplification from electro feeling circuits, it is inevitable that augmented systems more strongly activate body controls. For this investigation, the brain computer interfaced thinking current was analyzed using electrochemical voltammetric circuits with diagnostic electrodes made with 0.1 mm thick, 5 mm diameter Ag film working, counter and reference electrodes, potential windows used to 2.0 V initial, 2.0 V switching potential, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometric working current used to 1.0x10-5A on the forehead skin. On the skin surface, diagnostic real time detection was performed as redox potential, amperometric sensitivity, deposition time, scan potential and other strengths were obtained, Under optimum conditions, in vivo applications of thinking currents for five sensing assay and neuro imagination was analyzed by interfaced circuits.

Brain computer interface neuro diagnostics were described using an art painted tattoo membrane (PTM) by in vitro electrode on the skin surface. The PTM membrane of skin film was made from Carboxymethyl cellulose plant pulp back bone structure and mineral oil mixing three electrode systems. The analytical chrono cyclic potential windows were of 2.0 ~-2.0 V. The accumulation scan direction of oxidation and reduction current were used, and a sophisticated method of stripping accumulation was performed to - 2.0 V deposition potential. Furthermore, a 30 second stripping time and other para strengths were optimized, such as square wave amplification, increment potential, redox direction and differential delta strength. These were examined in an electrolyte solution, and a standard sensing of working range was attained to ㎎/L metal detection. A trace detection limit of optimum para meters can be applied to neuro assay of in vivo diagnostics for memory sensing and imagination character recognition. Developed here are the results demonstrating the usability for brain computer interfaced neuro control.
