Purpose : The purpose of the research is that get a cut above clinical practice effect through satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, oversight of training and evaluation system. Clinical training consists of part of university in Gwang Ju and Jeon nam. Method : The target of training student was studying at physiotherapy a tree or four-year-course collage in Gwang ju and Jean nam. Data collection period is from 21 November 2012 to 1 February. We explained how to do a means of collecting data and get students consent fill in questionnaire. Data collection prossed by using spss 10.1 program also independent proofs, descriptive statistics, crosstabulation, regression analysis and frequency analysis. Results : The subjects average age is 24 in general characteristic. A school system of subjects was a tree-year-course students. They were 58people(39.1%). A school system of subjects was a four-year-course students. They were 90people(60.9%).The male was 72(48.6%) and the female was 76(51.4%). We researched to know about satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, environment of practical establishment, trainee manage and evaluation method. All-round satisfaction of clinical training average was 1.90 Satisfaction of clinical training period and content average was 1.83Satisfaction of environment of practical establishment average was 1.88 Satisfaction of clinical training establishments` trainee manage and evaluation average was 1.94 Conclusion : It is important that student can get specific their future and can do at clinical throught clinical training after their graduation improving satisfaction of clinical training would give to impact a physical therapist reserve.

Methods: We collated and reviewed previously conducted review studies on border closures during infectious disease outbreaks to derive relevant themes and factors. Results: According to our systematic review on border closures and travel restrictions, the effects of such containment efforts are limited. We suggest considering the following factors when determining whether to impose border closure measures: (1) disease characteristics, (2) timeliness of implementation, (3) transmission delay and the basic reproduction number, (4) globalization and pandemics, and (5) social and economic costs. Conclusions: Our assessment indicates that the effects of border closures are at best temporary and limited. Alternative measures must be contemplated and implemented to suppress the spread of COVID-19 in particular and infectious diseases more broadly.
Characteristics of Surface Micromachined Pyroelectric Infrared Ray Focal Plane Array

We have developed surface micromachined Infrared ray (IR) focal plane array (FPA), in which single SiO2 layer works as an IR absorbing plate and Pb(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 thin film served as a thermally sensitive material. There are some advantages of applying SiO2 layer as an IR absorbing layer. First of all, the SiO2 has good IR absorbance within 8 ~ 12 μm spectrum range. Measured value showed about 60% absorbance of incident IR spectrum in the range. SiO2 layer has another important merit when applied to the top of Pt/PZT/Pt stack because it works also as a supporting membrane. Consequently, the IR absorbing layer forms one body with membrane structure, which simplifies the whole MEMS process and gives robustness to the structure.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We developed a cost-effective process to fabricate a flexible integrated organic light-emitting diode (OLED) substrate using a screen printing, an electroless copper plating, and a delamination process. Photolithographic method and expensive material such as silver paste were not used. Green OLED devices with the flexible integrated substrates were successfully fabricated, and the electro-optical characteristics such as leakage current and external quantum efficiency of the flexible OLED devices were comparable to those of OLED devices with a glass substrate. In this study, we conducted a sur vey targeting 191 physical therapists (PTs) and 159 occupational therapists (OTs) in South Korea to explore attitudes toward virtual rehabilitation. Utilizing the Korean version of the ADOPT VR by Glegg et al., OT exhibited significantly more experience with virtual reality (VR) and active video games (AVG) than PT. Therapists with VR/AVG experience scored significantly higher in most categories, and the scores in each categor y were significantly correlated with the Behavioral Intention categor y, reflecting the willingness to use VR/AVG. The biggest barriers identified were insufficient funds and setup assistance for the equipment. Differences in responses between the groups with and without VR/AVG experience were most prominent in terms of lack of interest and funding. Therapists’ attitudes, perceptions, and intentions toward VR/AVG are crucial factors in the establishment and implementation of VR/AVG; thus, the results of this study provide valuable evidence for future policies related to VR/AVG in rehabilitation medicine

Acyclic Diterpenoids from the Leaves of Capsicum annuum

The leaves of Capsicum annuum L. were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned successively with EtOAc, n-BuOH, and $H_2O$. Three acyclic diterpenoids were isolated from the EtOAc fraction through repeated silica gel column chromatography. The physico-chemical and spectroscopic analyses including NMR, EI-MS, and IR indicated that the three compounds correspond to ${\alpha}$-tocopherol (1), phytol (2), and vitamin E quinone (3). This is the first time these compounds have been isolated from the leaves of C. annuum.
Build and Performance Test of a 3-cell Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Stack

A 3-cell stacked anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell was designed and fabricated to achieve a complete gas seal and the facile stacking of components. The stack was assembled with a unit cell with $10{\times}10cm^2$ area, and each cell was interconnected by a stainless steel 430 separator using a proprietary sealant sheet. The stack performance was examined at various gas flow rates of $H_2+3.5vol%\;H_2O$, and air at a fixed temperature of $800^{\circ}C$. No gas leakage was found from the sealing between cells and inter-connects within a measurement system in this research during a prolonged time of 500 h in operation. The test resulted in an open circuit voltage of 3.12 V, a peak power of 149 W, and a power density of $0.61W/cm^2$, while the long term durability of the power showed 19.1% degradation during the prolonged time of 500 h when tested at $800^{\circ}C$.
