The presence of ultrasonic wave in caustic cleaning process enhances the remove pollutants, and more homogeneous, textured structure. The silicon wafers, cleaning in Deconex OF 145 solution (0.5~2wt %) with DIW under ultrasonic environment for 5 min. The presence of uniform thin layer of SiO2 on c-Si surface enhances etching rate in the caustic etching mixture solution of NaOH (1.5 wt %), DI water and IPA (6 wt %) at 90℃ for 20 min and results in a fine, more homogeneous and small textured structure.

미더덕의 이용 다변화를 위하여 아임계수 추출물을 제조하고 생리활성을 평가하였다. 미더덕은 동결건조 분말 상태로 10, 30, 60분 동안 다양한 온도(50, 100, 200, 300℃)에서 추출되었다. 아임계수 조건은 ACE 저해 활성, 항산화 활성, AChE 저해 활성과 같은 중요한 생리학적 특성을 상당히 증가시켰다. 200℃, 60분 추출물에서 가장 높은 ACE 저해활성을 나타냈으나 더 높은 온도 조건인 300℃에서는 급격히 감소하였다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능과 ABTS라디칼 소거능은 300℃, 30분 추출물에서 공통적으로 가장 높은 값을 보였고, AChE 저해 활성 또한 같은 경향을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 아임계수 추출이 미더덕의 생리활성을 증가시키는 유용한 가공방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. For diverse application of Styela clava (Korean name: miduduck) as a food material, subcritical water (SCW) extract was prepared and its physiological activity was evaluated. To accomplish this, S. clava powder (0.1 g) was placed in a stainless vessel containing 10 mL of distilled water, after which SCW extraction was carried out at 50, 100, 200, and 300℃ for 10, 30, and 60 min. SCW treatment significantly increased important physiological properties of the extract such as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity, antioxidant activity, and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity. The highest ACE inhibitory activity was found in samples subjected to SCW extraction at 200℃ for 60 min; however, the activity decreased at higher temperature (300℃). The SCW extract of S. clava prepared at 300℃ for 30 min showed the highest antioxidant activity [1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activities] and AChE inhibitory activity. These results indicate that SCW extraction might be a useful method for increasing the physiological activity of S. clava.
허혈성 심질환에 있어서 아데노신 급속 정맥투여후 관동맥압의 변화에 관한 연구

Background: Adenosine interacts with A1 receptors present on the extracellular surface of cardiac cells, activating K+channels in a fashion. It produces coronary vasodilatation and AV nodal block. The half-time is one to six second and has ultra-short action. In ischemic heart disease, fractional flow reserve(FFR) can be achieved safely with intravenous adenosine infusions at a rate of 150㎍/kg/min which cause maximal coronary hyperemia. Purpose: We investigated the patients who have had ischemic heart disease(n=8). After adenosine intravenous administration(150㎍/kg/min), the effect cause maximal hyperemia of coronary artery. During peak maximal hyperemia, we reported clinical findings, coronary hemodynamics and electrocardiogram findings. Methods: After diagnostic coronary angiography and left ventriculography, catheter was advanced into the ostium of coronary artery. We investigated coronary hemodynamics such as systolic coronary artery pressure, diastolic coronary artery pressure, mean coronary artery pressure and heart rate. To assess the use of adenosine for determination of fractional flow reserve, hemodynamics and electrocardiogram were measured at basal state and during peak maximal hyperemia. Results: Symptoms developed 1.5-2 minute after adenosine intravenous administration and each symptom disappeared 2-2.5 minute after adenosine administration. Two patients represented asymptomatic appearance and six patients complained of flushing, chest pain, palpitation and headache. In eight patients with ischemic heart disease, 1.5 minute after venous administration of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine, coronary artery pressure decreased and heart rate increased significantly. Conduction abnormalities after administration of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine were transient 2nd degree AV block 2 cases(25%). Conclusions: Adenosine is a potent ultra short-acting vasodilator. Although coronary artery pressure decreased and heart rate increased and mild cardiovascular symptoms occurred after continuous infusion of 150㎍/kg/min of adenosine, it is useful as an agent for determination of fractional flow reserve.

As the semiconductor wafer is required to be thinner for better compactness and higher integrity of the electronic products, mechanical dicing saw technique using the diamond blade is facing serious problems such as low cutting speed, tool wear, side wall crack and back side chipping. Recently, UV laser dicing process has emerged as an alternative methods to the blade dicing especially for the very thin wafers below 100㎛. In this study 355 nm UV laser dicing system has been developed in order to improve the productivity and reliability of ultra thin wafer dicing process. For the quality improvement of the developed dicing system various laser parameters are investigated such as power, speed and frequency of the laser beam. Moreover various measurement techniques are employed to evaluate the dicing quality using optical microscope, SEM and focused ion beam.

Most concrete is recently made of an aggregate which is properly absorbed, and earned in it in order to do capability at every fields. We have been close to demand new capability of high flowing and enduring for specific concretes. That is difficult to cope with claiming the efficiency on deterioration from lack of a high quality aggregate. Therefore, For solving the problems we apply to a packing method for using dried materials. That is to say it is a kind of making into an instant. In this study, There is a purpose to present fundamental data, comparing and analyzing a phenomenon about aggregate's absorption following the rate of adding water, for using existing materials.

The aim of this research is analysing CIS/2 AAM model fot investigating the Steel Framework Process Data Modeling Standards. This paper introduces CIS/2 AAM model and LPM/5 which is produced by CIMSteel project. and produces it's STEP Part 21 File Translator for exchanging building data, The overall objective of this paper is to analysis LPM/5 Logical Product Model and to evaluate File Read/write Translater. The results of this paper are as follow; 1) The study on CIS/2 is helpful to developing dominant Steel Framework Process Model 2) It may be basis of developing analysis application, which is based on STEP modelling technique.
전기화재 원인 분석 및 EMTP를 통한 1선 지락사고 분석

Everyday, we use electricity from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed. Not only it is closely interlinked with our everyday lives, but electric power is also an indispensable source as it is literally the fuel for sustaining industrial and economic development. Against this backdrop, electrical accidents are hazards that not only impose an inconvenience to people, but can also become a disaster that causes substantial loss to a country. Many of factors simultaneously contribute to the occurrence of an electrical fire, but in this paper, we specifically conducted research on line-to-ground faults. As single line-to-ground faults occur the most frequently in the distribution system, we analyzed earth fault currents that occur from the single line-to-ground fault. Moreover, we used the Electro-Magnetic Transient Program(EMTP) to model and simulate OCR (Over Current Relay) during inverse time which can separate fault sections in the distribution system to prevent accidents from spreading into an electrical fire.
하악 유구치 치근단 병소에 의해 변위된 계승 영구치의 맹출유도

적절히 치료받지 못한 유치의 치수 감염은 치근단 주위로 확산되고 그 치근단 병소는 계승 영구치의 조기 맹출, 법랑질의 저형성이나 저석회화, 발육정지 등의 합병증을 야기할 수 있다. 특히 유치의 치근단 감염은 계승치의 변위를 야기할 수 있으며, 계승 영구치배의 위치변화는 선행 유치의 치수변성으로 인한 것이 가장 많다. 본 증례보고는 하악 유구치의 치근단 병소에 의해 계승치가 변위된 경우로서, 증례 1은 하악 우측 유구치 하방의 치근단 낭에 의한 계승치의 변위가 관찰되어 유치 발치 및 조대술을 시행한 후 obturator를 장착하였고, 증례 2는 하악 우측 제2유구치 하방의 치근단 농양에 의한 계승치의 변위가 관찰되어 유치를 발거하고 공간유지장치를 장착하였다. 본 증례를 통하여 하악 유구치 치근단 병소에 의해 계승 영구치가 심한 변위을 나타낸 경우, 적절한 치료를 통해 계승 영구치의 적절한 맹출을 유도할 수 있었기에 보고하는 바이다. Primary teeth and the permanent successor must be understood as interdependent units, where each one of them interacts with and depends upon the other. The spread of pulpal inflammation in primary teeth to the periradicular tissues can lead to early eruption, enamel hypoplasia or hypocalcification, developmental arrest of permanent successor. Also the periapical inflammation cause permanent tooth displacement in various direction. We describe here two clinical cases of displaced permanent successor caused by periapical lesion of mandibular primary molar in children.
