        This study aims is suggested a development methods of reasonable for security to identity of urban park which supplement to demerits of urban natural park and arboretum. Park orinted arboretum had characteristic not only enjoyment but learned to use all facility of park and exhibition at the same time to function of scientific research, education and park. Case study is conducted on the YU DAL SAN in Mok po city.

        흰쥐 Kupffer 세포에 대한 Propofol의 작용

        Background: Propofol has an antioxidant capacity and can be used for ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver. However, the effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells have not been establisked. Methods: Kupffer cells were isolated and cultured from male Sprague-Dawley rats. The effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells were evaluated by a phagocytosis assay, TNF-α gene expression, and superoxide anion release after administering propofol in different concentrations on the cultured Kuprrer cells. Results: The latex bead phagocytosis by the Kupffer cells was suppressed when the Kupffer cells were exposed to propofol irrespective of concentrations. Higher propofol concentrations decreased the loss of Kupffer cells after latex bead phagocytosis. Propofol induced TNF-α mRNA expression in the Kupffer cells, but the mRNA expression level after 50㎍/ml of propofol decreased. The pattern of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by propofol was different to that induced by LPS: TNF-α mRNA was expressed continuously in the propofol-treated cells until 16 hours after exposure to propofol, whereas the level of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by LPS was evident after 2 hours and was not found thereafter. TNF-α production after propofol treatment was not higher than that of the control. Formazan presipitation did not show any qualitative differences between cells untreated or treated with propofol concentrations of 0.5, 5.0, and 50 ㎍/ml. Conclusions: These results showed that propofol might inhibit Kupffer cells. This suggests that propofol and be used for patients with ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver.       • 間歇的 運動에 의한 脫水 및 水分攝取의 生理的 效果

        This study aims at revealing the physiological responses of dehydration (DH) and rehydration (RH) in intermittent exercises at the work intensity of 70% HR max. First, with general student public, three times of exercise (each for 20 minutes) at the given work intensity were taken, with a break for 25 minutes respectively. Their heart rate, rectal temperature and plasma electrolyte concentration both DH and RH were measured. Second, in two groups of athletes and non-athletes, 9 rounds of exercise (for 100 minutes) and 8 breaks (for 60 minutes) were taken, with RH forced 10 times to compensate for the subjects' water loss. Their change in sweat loss and plasma electrolyte concentration as well as the IVDP(Intensive Voluntary dehydration Phenomenon) were experimented. The summary of this research follows. 1) Mean heart rate and rectal temperature in intermittent exercises were higher at DH than at RH, growing up at the increasing level of DH. 2) RH saw no change in the plasma concentration of Na+, K+ and Cl-, while DH observed a significant increase. 3) HCO₃made a significant decrease at DH before growing up. 4) Mg++ had no change, while Ca++ increased significantly at RH and DH. 5) Lactate showed an increase with significance at RH and DH, especially greater at DH. 6) Osmotic pressure increased meaningfully at DH. 7) Anion gap increased significantly at DH and RH. 8) On the other hand, when the forced RH was held, the group of athletes had greater sweat loss per body surface area than that of non-athletes. 9) The athletes' plasma concentration of Na+ and Cl- revealed a clear decrease. 10) There was seen no significant change in the plasma concentration of K+, Mg++ and Ca++ in both groups. 11) The IVDP occurred at the RH of 2.3ℓfor athletes and more than 2.5ℓfor no-athletes.

      • 適地植裁 評價基準을 위한 CHECK LIST 개발에 관한 기초적 연구

        This paper is a basic study on evaluation criteria for standard development of optimal planting. This paper is focused on systemical and resonable landscape woody plants. According to this study, we can make a better quality of green space and affect environmental improvement. The expect effect is as followed. 1. Optimal planting and tree selection is possible for maximazing potential power of site and landscape woody plants. 2. Landscape woody plants can be presented new harmonized planting pattern of ecology, function and aesthetics instead of former aesthetical woody plants. 3. This study can present new direction as planting indicator of landscape planting design. This study classify placement characteristics and trees, then allot weighted value as evaluation criteria.         An eleven year old castrated male Maltese was presented to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. In physical examination, approximately 0.5 cm round mass was observed on tail base. This small elevated mass has also shown alopecic and firm configuration. It was differentially diagnosed as sebaceous adenoma and hyperplasia by fine needle aspiration. After surgical removal, the sample was diagnosed as sebaceous hyperplasia by histopathological examination. It has not yet shown any signs of recurrence and prognosis has teen good.

      • PCR과 SDS-PAGE를 이용한 Bifidobacteria의 동정

        SDS-PAGE를 이용한 단백질 패턴의 분석결과, 같은 종의 Bifidobacterium은 동일한 단백질 패턴을 보이며, 다른 종의 Bifidobacterium은 서로 다른 패턴을 보이고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 SDS-PAGE를 이용한 whole cell protein 패턴 분석으로 Bifidobacterium을 간편하고 빠르게 동정할 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. DNA homology 98% 이상으로 PCR에 의해 동정에 어려움이 많았던 B. catenulatum, B. Pseudocatenulatum group, B. animalis을 SDS-PAGE로 확인한 결과, B. catenulatum과 B. pseudocatenulatum, B. animalis는 뚜렷한 단백질 패턴의 차이를 보임으로써 구별이 가능했다. PCR 수행 시 primer제작은 기존에 보고된 것과 NCBI blast program을 통하여 제작을 하였으며, 그 결과 B. longum, B. bifidum, B. adolescentis 3종류의 종에서만 특이적으로 band가 나타나는 것을 확인할 수가 있었다. 본 실험에서는 SDS-PAGE와 PCR을 이용한 균주 동정법으로 신속하고 정확하게 Bifidobacterium을 탐색할 수 있었으며, 발효유 제조나 의약품 제조 등 산업적으로 이용 될 수 있을 것이다 (Mitsuoka, 1984). Bifidobacterium is a Gram-positive obligate anaerobic bacterium which is able to change cellular shape by nutritional conditions and dominant species in intestinal microflora of human. In order to identify Bifidobacteria spp. in human intestine, PCR and SDS-PAGE of whole cell proteins were used. Species-specific primer sets based on the 16S rRNA, 16S-23S intergenic spacer and heat shock protein genes of three Bifidobacteria spp. were constructed using NCBI blast program (Bifidobacteria adolescentis, B. longum and B. bifidum). PCR products using each primer sets showed the same sizes of expected target genes. From the SDS-PAGE of whole cell proteins in bifidobacteria, profiles of SDS-PAGE between 13 type strains showed distinct differences. These methods will be useful for monitoring and evaluating Bifidobacteria spp. in human intestine microbial population.

        우리나라의 항생제 남용 문제는 세계적으로 심각 하다고 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 정부는 다양한 정책을 도입하고 있으며 특히 축산물의 항생제 남용 문제를 해결하기위해 사료 관리법을 강화하여 항생제 사용을 억제하고 있어 항생제를 대체 할 물질이 필요하다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 우리나라의 다양한 해조류를 이용한 항생제 개발을 통해서 항생제 남용 문제를 해결하고 소비자들에게 믿을 수 있는 축산물을 제공 할 것으로 보인다. Feed official law was strengthened recently. The antibiotic use is suppressed with feed official law reinforcement. The antibiotic transfer material is necessary. To use the seaweeds and transfer the antibiotic. It is a possibility of a high income. This is new bio industry. This the goods production which is competitive power is possible. It is a possibility of eating the livestock where also the consumers are good.

      • Hemeroby 등급을 적용한 나주시 보호수의 토지이용현황에 관한 기초적 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to reveal the Law-Protected Trees related to the patterns of landuse according to the Hemeroby Index in Naju City. The results of this study were as follows : 1.According to the land pattern classification (in Naju City). it was appeared that the hightest hemeroby index part of the space is a oligo-hemeroby. 2.This study revealed that the most frequent hemeroby index based on the vegetation structure is a meta-hemeroby. 3.This research showed that major land utilization patterns of Law-Protected Trees are located both β-euhemeroby and α-euhemeroby. 4.The supplementary facilities where Law-Protected Trees are located consisted mainly of both poly-hemeroby and meta-hemeroby
