국내 과학기술분야 회색문헌의 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구

Grey literature can be used as a substantial resource in Research & Development but it has trouble to manage. This study aimed at getting a better way to manage the grey literature by grasping the present problems in collecting, organizing and using the grey literature. This research studied the definition, type, and characteristics, usabilities of grey literature from the related materials and it performs the case study on how to manage the grey literature in major institutions. Finally, it suggested management method of various materials through the in-depth interview with the staffs in charge of managing grey literature in government institutes.

This study sought to understand the structural relationship between college students' academic and social achievement goal orientation, basic psychological needs, and academic participation. In order to achieve the research purpose, data on academic and social achievement goal orientation, basic psychological needs, and academic participation were collected from 239 college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As a result, first, it was confirmed that academic mastery goals, academic performance approach goals, and social mastery goals had a significant impact on basic psychological needs. Second, it was confirmed that basic psychological needs had a significant effect on academic participation. Third, it was confirmed that basic psychological needs had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between academic and social achievement goals and academic participation. This study is meaningful in that it identified the structural relationship on academic studies by considering both motivational variables in the academic and social context. It also suggested the need to create a learning environment that satisfies basic psychological needs for high academic participation of college students.

Background: Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) is an aminopeptidase that inhibits the enzymatic degradation of glucagon-like peptide-1, glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptides, neuropeptides, and various chemokines. Recent studies reported that serum DPP-4 concentration is correlated with clinical parameters of obesity. However, research on these correlations has never been conducted in Korea. Therefore, we investigated the relationship between serum DPP-4 concentration and various clinical parameters of obesity in the Korean population. Methods: Patients who visited the Health Promotion Center at Keimyung University Dongsan Medical Center for a regular medical examination between January 2013 and March 2013 and consented to participate in this study were included. We measured and analyzed parameters of obesity. In addition, serum DPP-4 concentration was determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit. Results: Serum DPP-4 concentration was positively correlated with lean body mass, total cholesterol level, and creatinine level. Serum DPP-4 concentration was higher in the obese group than in the normal body mass index (BMI) group. No significant difference in serum DPP-4 concentration was found between the metabolically healthy group and metabolically unhealthy group. Conclusion: Serum DPP-4 concentration was higher in the obesity group than in the normal BMI group, which was associated with obesity-related factors.

This paper aims to point out the validity of career oriented implementation of Free Learning Semester(FLS). To this end, it reviewed the policies on Free Learning Semester that have been implemented since the Free Learning Semester was presented as a presidential campaign promise by the current government as well as the major issues raised along the way. It also provides an overview of Free Learning Semester as well as its characteristics, focusing on the「Middle School FLS Pilot Run Plan」 announced by the Ministry of Education on May 29, 2013. This paper also discusses how the FLS differs from the equivalent systems of Ireland, the U.K., and Demark, to suggest a way forward for the system to be successful with is unique characteristics. In addition, this paper stressed the validity of evidence of Career Education to compare how both are similar from the side of its pursuing philosophy, contents, and delivery methodology. Finally, recommendations are suggested to be win-win of both FLS and Career Education. 이 연구의 목적은 학생들이 자신의 꿈과 끼를 찾도록 중학교 과정 한 학기에서 탐색의 학습기회를 제공하는 자유학기제가 진로교육 중심으로 도입․운영되어야 하는 타당성을 밝히고 향후 과제를 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2012년 대선공약으로 제시한 자유학기제 발표 이후 현재까지 진척된 자유학기제 관련 정책 발전 과정과 쟁점 이슈를 수집․분석하였으며 해외 유사사례인 아일랜드, 영국, 덴마크 정책을 종합하면서 한국만이 갖는 자유학기제 특성과 진로교육과의 연계성을 확인하였다. 또한, 자유학기제가 지향하는 꿈과 끼를 키워주는 행복교육의 대 전제와 지향하는 교수-학습방법, 그리고 기대효과 등의 핵심적 요소가 진로교육의 철학 및 기본방향과 매우 유사함을 지적하면서「진로」중심의 자유학기제 도입이 타당한 근거를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 우리나라 진로교육의 발전 과정을 살펴보면서 자유학기제와 진로교육이 상호 상생하는 전략을 통하여 자유학기제의 성공적인 운영과 진로교육 활성화라는 두 가지 국가 정책이 실현되는 관점을 강조하고 이를 위한 국가정책과 R&D 분야의 향후 과제를 제안하였다.
