또래협력학습 과정에 의한 유추문제수행 향상 아동의 대화내용 분석

본 연구는 김민화․박희숙․최경숙(2002)의 연구에서, 또래 협력과정을 통해 유추 문제 해결의 수준을 상승시킬 수 있었던 아동들을 대상으로 그들의 또래 협력 시 보였던 대화들을 분석하여, 어떠한 대화의 내용들이 또래 협력 유추 문제 해결에 도움이 되었는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 유추 문제 해결 뿐 아니라, 또래 협력 학습이라는 학습과정의 성공요소로서 어떠한 언어 상호작용이 필요한 지 알아보는 데 본 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다. 그 결과, 유추문제 해결 상승 결과를 상, 중, 하 수준으로 분류했을 때 전반적으로 공유의 기능이 중요한 작용을 한 것으로 보였다. 이것은 일단 협력 활동에 있어 서로의 의미를 교류하는 작업이 필수가 된다는 것을 보여준다. 특히, 사전 유추 문제해결 단계에서 상수준과 중수준 유추 문제 해결 수준을 받은 아동들이 사후 문제해결 수준에서 모두 상수준으로 유지되거나 증진된 아동들의 경우, 이들은 협력 과정동안 관리 기능의 대화 내용이 두드러지게 나타났다. 관리의 기능은 공유하는 내용을 통제하고 정교화 하는 기능으로, 이러한 내용의 대화 과정이 유추문제 해결을 증진시키는 데 중요한 기능을 할 수 있었던 것으로 보였다. 이러한 결과는 협력 과정에서 서로의 의미를 공유하고 더 나아가 협력하는 동료들과의 상호작용에서 상위-인지적 기술을 발휘할 수 있도록 할 때 문제해결에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것을 말해준다고 생각되어진다.

종합병원 간호사의 감정노동과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 감정노동과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 영향이 어떠한가를 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 전라북도에 소재한 종합병원 3곳에서 2017년 8월 10일부터 8월 25일까지 이루어졌다. 수거된 자료 중 총 188부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구 목적에 따라 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 독립표본 t-test, 일원분산분석, Scheffé의́ 사후검정, 피어슨 상관분석, Process Macro를 이용한 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대상자의 감정노동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 사회적 지지가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 사회적 지지가 높아질수록 감정노동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 부정적 영향을 감소시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 간호업무성과를 높이기 위해서는 업무현장에서 원활한 사회적 지지를 통한 긍정적인 조직문화를 구축할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 또한 사회적 지지를 효과적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 실무현장에서 모색하고 실천할 필요가 있으며, 감정노동에 적절히 대처하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 전략을 탐색하기 위한 노력이 필요하다고 생각된다. 더불어 감정노동과 간호업무성과의 관계를 조절 혹은 매개하는 또 다른 변수를 규명하기 위한 추후연구를 제언한다. Purpose: The present study was conducted to determine the influence of social support on the relationship betweenemotional labor and nursing performance of general hospital nurses. Methods: Data collection was conducted atthree general hospitals in Jeollabuk-do from August 10 to 25, 2017. Collected questionnaires (188 nurses) wereanalyzed based on percentages, means, SD, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé, Pearson correlation analysis, and moderatedregression analysis using SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. Results: Social support was found to moderate the influenceof nurses’ emotional labor on nursing performance. That is, high level of social support can reduce the negative effectof emotional labor on nursing performance. Conclusion: Based on findings in the present study, it can be said thatestablishing positive organizational culture through harmonious social support at the work site is necessary toimprove nursing performance. In addition, measures to effectively improve social support need to be explored andpracticed at the work site. Efforts should be made to come up with strategies to properly cope with and overcomeemotional labor. The results of this study suggest the scope for further research to identify additional variables thatmoderate or mediate the relationship between emotional labor and nursing performance.

This study investigated the kindergarten teacher's and parent's recognition about children's play in rural and urban areas. A questionnaire was developed for this study and was used in collection of data. The questionnaire consisted of 69 items and divided into seven areas. The subjects used in this study were one hundreds teachers and one hundreds forty parents from rural and urban areas. In analyzing data, the collected questionaries were processed into a statics by t-test in the SAS program. The results showed that recognition of the kindergarten teachers and parents' recognition about the play was revealed as low. There was a significant difference on the recognition of children's play between kindergarten teachers and parents. The scores of kindergarten teacher's awareness were higher than the parents.

보육실습 전과 후 예비보육교사의 불안과 실습적응 과정에 관한 연구

This study investigated pre-service teacher's anxiety and it’s role in practicum experience. Subjects were 96 pre-service teachers at department of early child-care. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires that covered anxiety in practicum experience and pre-service teacher's reflective writings and teaching journals were also collected and analyzed. The major results of this study were as followings: 1. Pre-service teacher's anxiety were shown in activities and relationship aspects: the evaluation of practice teaching, the planning and operation of education and interaction with young children and relationship with staff and colleagues. The entire anxiety levels decreased after practicum experience. 2. According to the collected data, the early childhood pre-service teachers had difficulties in interaction, behavior guidance, effective teaching method at the developmental level and guidance of every day life in 1~3 weeks but they overcome and adapted thanks to guidance and encouragement from the guidance teacher. Until now, most of the previous studies have focused on the difficulties and conflicts that pre-service teachers experience in practice, and the study on the support for solving difficulties and conflicts and the process of overcoming conflicts among pre-service teachers was limited. If the director and the guidance teacher develop a manual that can be used immediately in the field and conduct practical training, the quality of the childcare practice can be improved and the positive effect on the various aspects after the guidance can be expected.
