      • 식사를 통한 N-Nitrosamine의 추정 섭취량 평가

        단체급식소 12개소의 식단을 수거하여 각 메뉴별 및 1인분 식단별 NA 함량을 분석하였고 인공소화 기법을 활용하여 체내에서 생성 가능한 NA의 함량을 예측하였다. 육류와 어패류를 주재료로 요리된 메뉴들의 인공소화 전·후 NA 함량을 분석한 결과 멸치볶음에서 NDMA 함량이 흔적량 ~ 4.8 ㎍/kg으로 가장 높았고, 채소류를 주재료로 한 메뉴들에서는 불검출에서 흔적량의 NDMA가 정량되었으며, 인공소화 후에도 흔적량 이하로 정량되었다. 1인 분량의 식사를 수거하여 인공소화 전·후의 NA를 분석한 결과 NDMA는 인공소화 전 0.20 ~ 0.78 ㎍/kg의 범위였으나 인공소화 후에는 0.43 ~ 0.80 ㎍/kg으로 약간 증가하였다. 상기의 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 성인 1일 NA 섭취량을 계산한 결과 0.60 ~ 2.34 ㎍/day/person이며, 인공소화를 통한 체내에서의 생성량을 고려하면 최대 5.15㎍/day/person으로 추정된다. N-nitrosamine (NA) contents depending on simulated gastric digestion were analyzed with 12 kinds of diets collected from institutional food service those diets were estimated the total NA amounts including both intake from food directly and its endogenous formation in human body from simulated gastric digestion. NA was determined in dishes of meats, fished and vegetables before and after simulated gastric digestion. N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) contents were from not detected(ND) to 4.8 ㎍/kg in dishes of meats and fishes. After digestion, its contents increased and the highest level was 3.0 ㎍/kg in panbroiled dried anchovy. In vegetable dishes, NDMA was detected as ND ~ trace before and after digestion. The contents of NDMA in diets collected from institutional food service were 0.20 ~ 0.78 ㎍/kg, 0.43 ~ 0.80 ㎍/kg before and after digestion, respectively. The average intake of Na per day to Korean, based on the above data, was 0.60 ~ 2.34 ㎍/day/person. The maximum daily intake of NA was reduced to 5.15 ㎍/day/person when considering NA amounts formed endogenously by simulated gastric digestion.

        Cone Beam CT를 이용한 하악 제 1대구치 맹출 양상에 관한 연구

        건강한 정상 교합 어린이 83명(남자 42명, 여자 41명)을 대상으로 보호자 동의하에 cone beam CT 영상을 촬영하여, 하악 제1대구치의 맹출 양상을 연구하였다. 대상을 발육 정도에 따라 Nolla stage(4-10단계)로 구분한 후 삼차원 기준 평면인 전두면(frontal), 시상면(Sagittal), 수평면(horizontal)에서 각각 하악 제1대구치의 맹출 양상을 관찰하였다. 1. 전두면과 수평면에서, 하악 제1대구치간 폭경은 감소하였는데, stage 5에서 stage 8까지 가장 크게 감소했다가 약간 증가하였다. 2. 시상면과 전두면에서, 하악 제1대구치 맹출량은 교합평면을 기준으로 stage 5에서 stage 7까지 가장 많은 맹출 이동을 보였다. 3. 수평면과 시상면에서, 하악 제1대구치는 제2유구치 원심면으로부터 stage 4에서 stage 6까지 원심으로 이동하였고 이후 큰 변화가 없었다. 4. 시상면에서, 교합 평면과 하악 제1대구치의 근원심 치축이 이루는 각은 stage 4에서 stage 8까지 증가하였다. 5. 전두면에서, 교합 평면과 하악 제1대구치의 협설측 치축이 이루는 각은 지속적으로 증가하였다. 6. 수평면에서, 정중 시상면과 하악 제1대구치의 치축이 이루는 각은 stage 5부터 stage 8까지 증가하다 stage 8이후에는 다시 약간 감소하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the eruption pattern of the mandibular first molar in sagittal. frontal and horizontal views using the cone beam CT scanning. CT images were obtained from healthy 83 children(42 boys. 41 girls) between 3 to 10 years of age with a normal dentition according to Nolla stage. 1. In the frontal and horizontal view. the intermolar width decreased continuously with stage and slightly increased at the last stage. 2. In the sagittal and frontal view. eruption distances from occlusal plane were observed the largest change between stage 5 and 7. 3. In the horizontal and sagittal view. mandibular first molar from distal surface of primary second molar moved distally between stage 4 and 6. 4. In the sagittal view, angle from occlusal plane to mesio-distal axis increased between stage 4 and 8. 5. In the frontal view, angle from occlusal plane to bucco-lingual axis increased continuously during all stage. 6. In the horizontal view, angle from midsagittal plane to long axis increased between stage 5 and 8.

      • 공동주택의 어린이 놀이를 위한 친수공간 특성에 관한 연구

        In recent days, environments-friendly design to pursue the quality of life, health in apartment housing in Korea has been emphasized. These trends lead us to develop and plan various kind of outdoor space such as tracts of green, grass road, ecological pond, stream lets and hydroponic facilities. etc. After the various plans have been proposed, it should be examined to see how much those out door space facilities were needed and how often those were used by residents in apartment housing. Therefore, this study was intended to propose practical planning method for usage of outdoor space facilities in apartment housing through a water friendly space for children. For this study, a literature review and field research are adopted and performed. Field research data were collected through 46 water friendly spaces in 29 apartment housing sites within domestic apartment complexes. Research was based on the water friendly space location in complex, linked system with outdoor space whether it is fit to play or not. Results of this study are summarized as follows: Water friendly spaces were located mainly in the center of apartment complex, which is divided into two categories, Play types and Non-Play types. Non Play types in water friendly spaces were divided broadly into 3 types, pond type, fountain type and mixed with art work type. The Play types in water friendly spaces were divided broadly into 4 types, flat fountain type, arch fountain type, stream type and pool type.

        교합 거상 금관이 어린이 교합 발육에 미치는 영향

        혼합 치열기에서 유치의 탈락 및 영구치의 맹출 과정이 순조롭게 이루어지는 것은 중요한 일이다. 맹출 중인 치아는 인접치유무, 유치의 흡수속도, 유치의 조기상실, 만기잔존, 국소병소나 입술, 혀, 저작근 등의 다양한 요인들에 의해 영향 받을 수 있으며, 이러한 요소들 사이의 균형이 깨지게 되면 인접치 간의 관계가 변하고 심각한 부정교합이 초래될 수 있다. 본 증례는 유치열 및 혼합치열을 가진 어린이들에서 상하악 구치부 교합면에 접착된 교합 거상 금속 스플린트(bite raising metal splint)가 치열에 미친 영향에 대해 보여주고 있다. 이들은 스플린트로 인한 유치의 만기잔존으로 영구치 맹출에 방해를 받거나, 전치부 개방교합, 제 1대구치의 저위 맹출 등 혼합 치열기 발달에 큰 영향을 받고 있었다. 치료로써 고속 핸드피스를 이용하여 스플린트를 제거하고 주기적 점검을 통해 교합변화 및 영구치 맹출 양상을 관찰하였다. Children are in mixed dentition during 6 years after 3 years old. this time is very important for sound permanent dentition. There are many factors of influence to tooth eruption stage ; adjacent teeth, tooth resorption, early loss or retention of deciduous tooth, local lesion, lip and tongue, masticatory muscles, ect. These factors should be in balance, if not, relation of adjacent teeth is changed, then severe malocclusion is occurred maybe. These cases revealed influences of resin bonded metal splint on occlusal surface of children's molar to mixed dentition. Splints interfere with falling off of deciduous tooth, tooth eruption, normal occlusion formation, and development of mixed dentition and occlusion. Therefore we removed the metal splint from teeth, follow-up checked occlusion and tooth eruption.

        시판김치 중 유해세균의 조사

        Three different commercial Kimchi industry-made packaged, department store-made and ordinary market-made were analyzed for their pH, acidity and microbiological characteristics including certain harmful bacteria on selective media during a storage-fermentation period of 7 days at 2℃ or 20℃. The p11 of all the Kimchi samples wasdecreased from 5.85 to 3.82 and their total acidities increased from 0.2 to 1.18 as the fermentation continued during the storage-fermentation. E. call and Salmonella sp. of 0~1101 cfu/mL were found in the industry-made Kimchi just after purchase time. As the storage-fermentation proceeded, the viable numbers of these bacteria had been reduced in all Kimchi samples tested and no bacteria were detected after 5 days at 2℃ and 2 days at. 20℃., respectively. On the other hand, a range of 7.9102℃2.9103 cfu/mL of Staphylococcussp. was detected in the department store-made and ordinary market-made Kimchi samples at the purchase time, which was higher than that of the industry-made Kimchi, and this range wasn't reduced (luring storage-fermentation. The viable number of yeasts in the market-made Kimchi was 2.1103 cfu/mL, These results suggest that some commercial Kimchis were contaminated by some harmful bacteria and that a portion of these bacteria remained alive in the Kimchi, even with high acidity during the edible period.

        가정의 음악환경과 예술교육 경험이 유아의 음악능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 가정의 음악환경과 예술교육 경험이 유아의 음악능력에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 유아의 음악 능력을 향상시키는 효과적인 방안 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 가정의 음악환경이 우수한 상위집단의 유아가 하위집단의 유아보다 높은 음악 능력을 보였다. 가정의 음악환경은 물리적 음악환경과 심리적 음악환경 모두에서 유아의 음악 능력에 의의 있는 영향을 가져왔다. 유아의 조기 예술교육 경험에 따른 음악능력과의 관계에서는 조기에 다양하고 지속적인 예술교육 경험을 한 유아가 높은 음악 능력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the difference of each group's musical audiation by an children's musical home environment and the experience of art discipline. the subjects of this study are 222 for, five and six year old children's at kindergarten in seoul. the questionnaire of PMMA is used to test an children's music listening ability. the investigation to find out an children's musical activity and art discipling was made on the basis of music environment (you Ae-keyong, 1995). The result of this course is as follows. First, the physical music environment showed the development difference of an children's musical audiation. Second, The psychological music environment showed the development difference of an children's musical audiation. Third, The musical experience and art discipline had a greater effect on children's musical audiation. This study has reached following conclusion on the basis of the above results. It is essential to set up and educate the program of music education by which an children's can grow up to be creative and well-rounded in the 21 century society of knowledge and information. And the music activity by teaching an musical element concretely and systematically can make the perception of music high and apply to the new music and help bringing up the aptitude to join the music listening happily. Therefore it is important to make good environment considering the level of an children's development in the educational institution of an children or to make the publicity of the continuous musical education for the active change of the musical environment of an children's home.

        김치 재료 methanol 추출물이 식품유해 미생물에 미치는 항균효과

        This study was carried out to determine the inhibitory effect of methanol extract from kimchi ingredients against Salmonella pphimurium, Listeria monocvtoenes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Esherichia toll which are pathogenic microorganisms and Aspergillus sp, Penicillium sp. Antimicrobial activity of methanol extracts was tested against bacteria by paper disc method. Antifungal activity of methanol extracts was shown by hyphal growth inhibition ratio. The methanol extracts from all materials were effective against E. coil among them. And the antimicrobial activity of the methanol extracts from ginger and onion were lower than the others. The antifimgal activity of the methanol extracts from radish, ginger, and garlic were effective against Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. In the result of identifying antimicrobial effect rate, the methanol extracts from red pepper and radish had more than 40% against S. nphimurium and more than 30% against K coll. Also the methanol extracts front onion had an high inhibitory effect rate of more than 50% against S. tvphi,nurium and that from garlic had more than 60% against S. aureus. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of red pepper was examined 500 pg/mL against L monocytogenes. This value was the lowest among the others.

        Hydrogen Peroxide 농도와 적용시간이 Hydroxyapatite discs의 미백과 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향

        법랑질의 주성분인 hydroxyapatite 분말을 성형하고 소결하여 착색을 유발한 다음 과산화수소의 농도와 적용 기간의 변화에 따라 나타나는 미세 조직과 기계적 성질의 변화 및 미백 효과 등에 관한 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 과산화수소의 농도와 적용시간이 증가함에 따라 미백 효과가 증가되었다. 2. 표면조도는 15% 과산화수소 10일, 30% 과산화수소 7, 10일 적용 시 유의한 차이로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 3. X-선회절 분석결과 미백처리 전·후의 결정상의 변화는 관찰되지 않았으나, 주사전자현미경 관찰시 표면의 미세구조는 과산화수소 농도와 적용시간의 증가에 따라 미세기공이 증가하였다. 4. 2축 굽힘강도는 30%농도의 과산화수소로 7, 10일 적용하였을 때 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05). 5. 미소 경도값은 15% 과산화수소 10일과 30% 과산화수소 3, 7, 10일 적용 후 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05) The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect that various concentration and application time of hydrogen peroxide had on tooth whitening and physical properties. The hydroxyapatite (HA) discs of 12 mm (Φ) x 1.2 mm (t) in dimensions were made by compression (100 kg/㎠) and sintering (at 1350℃ for 2 hours). All specimens were polished sequentially with #240 through #2000 emery paper and one side of each specimen was polished finally with 0.3 ㎛ alumina paste. The discs were placed in sterile whole stimulated saliva overnight at 37℃ in order to form an in vitro pellicle layer. Then the discs were rinsed with distilled water and soaked into staining broth at 37℃ for 7 days. These stained specimens were bleached with hydrogen peroxide according to the change of concentration (3∼30%) and application time (3∼10 days). The specimens were analyzed with a spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface roughness tester, microhardness tester and biaxial flexural strength. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. The bleaching effect was increased with the increased concentration and the extended application time of hydrogen peroxide. 2. The surface roughness was significantly increased from the specimen bleached with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 3. The changes of crystal phase observed by XRD between before and after bleaching weren' t shown of any difference, but microporous structure of surface observed by SEM was shown of increase with the increased concentration and the extended application. 4. The biaxial flexural strength was significantly decreased from bleaching of specimen with 30% hydrogen peroxide for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 5. Microhardness was significantly decreased from bleaching with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 3, 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). Although the tooth bleaching effect was greater when the high concentration was applied, further in vivo experiment will be needed to prove it s safety.

        한국인의 구강위생용품 사용실태에 관한 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the actual state of Koreans' behavior about the use of oral hygiene devices and to collect the baseline data for developing appropriate educational objectives to improve dental health. Questionnaires were used to personally interview 1,685 residents in Korea. The obtained results were as fallows; 1. Average head size of toothbrushes was 23.2㎜ in children, 28.2㎜ im adults. 2. The averagep percent of using dentifrice containing fluoride at home was 66.7% in children, 71.4% in adults. 3. The average percent of using orthodontic toothbrushes was 50.5% in orthodontic patients, and the average percent of using interdental burshes was only 16.9% in orthodontic patients. 4. The average percent of using dental floss was 22.3% in periodontic patients, and the average percent of using interdental brushes was 16.5% in periodonitc patients. 5. The patients usually use oral hygiene devices by means of dentals' suggestions and commercial advertisement. 6. Generally few people use auxiliary oral hygiene devices. To improve the oral health starus effectively, more improved and correct informations and materials should be provide to dentists, dental hygienists and patients.
