본 연구에서는 기존의 초음속 고등훈련기 재형상 모드에 모델추종 적응제어 기법을 적용하여 새로운 개념의 고장허용 제어기를 설계하였다. 실제 비행제어 시스템에 적용할 수 있도록 제어기 설계와 자동 탑재코드 생성에 사용되고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 제어기를 구현하였다. 초음속 고등훈련기의 비실시간 비선형 검증도구로 사용되고 있는 프로그램을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 성능을 검증하였다. In this study, a new fault tolerant controller based on a model following adaptive technique is applied to the reconfiguration mode of supersonic advanced trainer. The designed controller is applied to the flight control system of high performance aircraft. To verify the performance of the proposed controller, numerical simulations are executed using a non-realtime nonlinear verification tool.
Hybrid Fault Detection and Isolation Techniques for Aircraft Inertial Measurement Sensors

In this paper, a redundancy management system for aircraft is studied, and fault detection and isolation algorithms of inertial sensor system are proposed. Contrary to the conventional aircraft systems, UAV system cannot allow triple or quadruple hardware redundancy due to the limitations on space and weight. In the UAV system with dual sensors, it is very difficult to identify the faulty sensor. Also, conventional fault detection and isolation (FDI) method cannot isolate multiple faults in a triple redundancy system. In this paper, two FDI techniques are proposed. First, hardware based FDI technique is proposed, which combines a parity equation approach with a wavelet based technique. Second, analytic FDI technique based on the Kalman filter is proposed, which is a model-based FDI method utilizing the threshold value and the confirmation time. To provide the reference value for detecting the fault, residuals are calculated using the extended Kalman filter. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed FDI methods, numerical simulations are performed.

This paper presents a preflight diagnosis method for detecting multicopter’s motor abnormalities using jig equipment data. While operating multicopters on a regular basis, determining whether it can perform the flight or not is important. For this, we use disturbance observer’s output as a feature for detecting degree of the abnormality by Gaussian process regression. During the ground inspection test where most of the disturbances are under control, motor degradation and disturbances are significantly correlated. Then, motor degradation can be estimated using the Gaussian process regression. To create multivariate output models against different degrees of motor abnormalities, we use multitask a Gaussian process regression model. To verify the performance of the proposed approach, actual preflight tests on a ground jig device developed in-house were performed with an actual quadcopter drone.
무인기 군집비행을 위한 행위기반 분산형 최적제어기 설계

본 연구에서는 다수 무인기의 군집비행을 위한 행위기반 분산형 제어기법을 제안한다. 각 무인기는 특정한 영역으로 비행해야하는 고유의 임무와 동시에 무인기 간의 거리를 유지해야하는 요구조건도 가지고 있다. 이러한 두 가지 요구조건은 서로 상충된다. 제어기를 설계하기 위하여 각 무인기가 통신채널을 통하여 상태변수를 교환할 수 있다는 가정 하에 결합형 동역학을 적용하였다. 군집비행의 성능을 개선하기 위하여 제어이득 행렬의 최적화를 수행하였다. 제어기의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 다수 무인기의 경로점 통과 임무를 위한 수치 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. The behavior-based decentralized approach is considered for multi-UAV formation flight. It is assumed that each UAV has its own mission of flying to a specified region, while the distances between UAVs should be maintained. These two requirements may conflict with each other. To design the controller, coupled dynamics approach is applied to multi-UAVs with an assumption that each UAV can communicate with each other to share the state-information Control gain matrices are optimized to acquire better performances of formation flying. To validate the proposed control approach, numerical simulation is performed for the waypoint-passing mission of multi-UAVs.
DBSCAN 을 사용한 효과적인 모바일 데이터 오프로딩

Recently, many researchers claim that mobile data offloading is a key solution to alleviating overloaded cellular traffic by dividing the overloaded traffic with femtocells, WiFi networks or users. In this paper, we propose an idea to select a group of users, known as VIPs, that is able to effectively transfer the data to others using Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise, also known as DBSCAN algorithm. We conducted our experiments using NCCU real trace dataset. The results show that our proposed idea offload about 70~77% of the network with VIP set size of four, which is better than the compared methods.
