In this article, Russia's space threat assessment and space warfare in the Russia-Ukraine war (Russian invasion of Ukraine) were analyzed and summarized. Considering the probability that commercial satellites will also be potential targets of space warfare, it is suggested that not only military satellites but also commercial satellites develop and apply space technology that can be applied equally to space threats when developing space technology. Necessary space technologies is listed.
우주 쓰레기 제거기술을 활용한 우주무기 개발 개연성 고찰 및 우주기동전(Space Maneuver Warfare)의 이해

According to the studies recently published through advanced maui optical and space surveillance technologies (AMOS) Conference 2021, LEO conjunction assessment revolves around not on operating satellites but space debris such as rocket bodies and non-operational satellites, hence suggesting a solution through space traffic management. Against this backdrop, the issue of active debris removal (ADR) has emerged to the surface as an international challenge throughout the globe. In step with this, the United Nations General Assembly approved a resolution calling on nations to halt tests of direct-ascent anti-satellites, to which U.S. and twelve other nations included Republic of Korea were original signatories. ADR techniques are also actively being researched in the civil sector, and these commercial services, if successfully developed, could possibly be utilized for military use as well. As such, this paper will help readers' understanding for the current status of ADR techniques, space threat assessments, on-orbit rendezvous and proximity operations by looking at previous cases, reflecting on space-faring nations' ADR techniques and its development probability in relation to space weapons. As a conclusion, this study will propose the needs of developing space propulsion system by understanding Space Maneuver Warfare in preparation for the future space battlefield.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Korean medicine treatment of cervical vertigo. Three patients were diagnosed as cervical vertigo with correlating symptoms of imbalance and dizziness with neck pain. The diagnosis of cervical vertigo is also dependent on excluding other vestibular disorders on the basis of history, examination, and vestibular function tests. They were treated by acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound at acupoints and sympathetic ganglion chain of their cervical and upper thoracic region. The evaluation of clinical outcome was done by numeric rating scale (NRS), dizziness handicap inventory (DHI) and neck disability index (NDI), EuroQol-five dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) index. After the treatment, the value of their NRS, NDI, DHI was significantly decreased and their EQ-5D index was significantly increased. The traditional Korean medicine treatment at cervical and upper thoracic region could be an effective way to treat cervical vertigo. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2022;32(1):145-155)

For the New development DSL Engine intake ports have to be designed and developed to achieve the emission targets of EuroⅣ. Therefore a variable intake swirl concept was chosen. The intake ports were designed as an "atypical" helical port and a tangential split-port. The tangential split-port was designed as a quiescent port together with a tangential port split by a separation wall. Due to the variable swirl the quiescent port branch could be closed by a flap included in the intake manifold. This study of the 3-way intake port and a variable swirl system (VSS) shows how to effect combustion and emission.

본 연구는 게임을 비롯한 여러 가지 콘텐츠에서 활용하기 위해서 단일 이미지를 이용한 복층 구조의 지형을 제작하는 방법에 대해서 제안한다. 기존의 하이트맵(Heightmap)을 이용하여 복층구조를 제작했을 때의 문제점을 제시하며 어떻게 단일이미지 하이트맵(Heightmap)을 이용하여 복층 구조의 지형을 제작할수 있는지에 대한 방향을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 단일 이미지의 RGBA값을 이용한 복층 구조 지형 제작 방식에 대한 실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘을 검증한다.
