        서울시 지하철 역사내부의 음향특성평가에 관한 연구

        This study aims at providing useful data for the design of underground stations through an extensive survey of acoustic properties in underground stations in Seoul. In order to improve the sound efficiency at the underground station, sound characteristics in the space of the underground station were studied. Architectural features of underground stations located in Seoul were examined by visiting every site and analyzing drawings. The distinction in architectural features of this study resulted in the line-side section, the shape of under-platform section and ceiling material. Number of underground stations was selected and categorized based on architectural features, such as line-side section, the shape of platform section and ceiling material. Each selected station was revisited and the noise levels were measured and compared with the architectural features. The study found that the Sum-Sik type is more efficient than the one of the Sang-Dae-Sik type, which can be used for subway stations. The semi-circular section for the railway-side seems to contribute on the attenuation of noise transmitting from trains to the platform. In addition, the aluminum absorbing panel, net luber and zinc plate (panel 40% and net 60%) as ceiling meterial are more efficient than the horizontal aluminum spendral panel, vertical aluminum spendral panel with line and zinc plate (panel 40% and net 60%), respectively.

      • 동종 골수 이식한 백혈병에서 단반복 유전자로 살펴본 혼합 키메라 현상의 의의

        연구배경 : 동종 골수 이식한 백혈병에서 키메라 현상의 분석은 착상, 질병 재발과 이식 거부를 이해하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 최근 STR을 PCR로 증폭한 검사법에 의해 매우 민감하고 유용하게 혼합 키메라 현상을 검출할 수 있다고 보고되고 있으나, 이 방법의 민감도와 임상적 의의는 아직 완전히 정립되지는 않았다. 따라서 PCR-STR검사법이 혼합 키메라 현상을 민감하게 검출하는지 보고, 동종 골수 이식 후 혼합 키메라 현상의 변화 양상을 관찰하고, 키메라 현상의 임상적 의의를 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 형제로부터 동종 골수 이식한 급성 백혈병 6명과 만성 백혈병 2명의 모두 8명을 대상으로 하였다. 44개 골수 검체에서 phenol/chloroform방법에 의하여 단핵세포 DNA를 추출하였다. DNA는 CTT 삼중체, vWA와 amelogenin시발체를 이용하여 증폭하였다. 증폭 산물은 5% 폴리아크랄아미드 젤에서 전기영동 뒤 은 염색으로 확인하였다. 2명의 DNA를 여러 비율로 혼합하여 상기 검사를 하여 검출 가능 최소 농도를 결정하였다. 결과 : 상기 검사법의 검출 가능 최소농도는 0.25%였다. 혼합 키메라 현상은 8명중 4명에서 관찰되었다. 혼합 키메라 현상은 보인 1명에서 급성 및 만성 이식편대 숙주 질환이 나타났고, 완전 공여자 키메라 현상을 보인 1명에서 만성 이식편 대 숙주 질환이 나타났다. 점진적으로 증가하는 혼합 키메라 현상을 보인 2명은 이식 후 12개월에 질병 재발을 보였으나, 완전 공여자 키메라 현상을 보인 경우엔 재발이 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : PCR-STR검사법은 동종 골수 이식 후 남아 있는 환자 세포를 검출하고 키메라 현상을 관찰하는데 유용한 방법이다. 또한 이 검사법은 동종 골수 이식 후 재발의 조기 진단, 이식편 대 숙주 질환의 평가와 면역 관용에 임상적으로 응용할 수 있으리라 생각한다. Background : Chimerism analysis after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) for leukemia could be helpful understanding of the early marrow engraftment, disease relapse, and graft rejection. Recently, a PCR technique which amplifies short tandem repeats(STR) has been reported to be highly sensitive and reliable in detecting mixed chimerism. But its sensitivity and clinical significance has not been established. The purpose of this study was firstly, to confirm whether a PCR-STR in highly sensitive enough ti assess mixed chimerism, secondly to monitor the changing patterns of mixed chimerism after allogeneic BMT, and lastly to determine correlation between the chimeric status and the clinical outcome. Methods : A study was made eight patients (six with acute leukemia and two with chronic leukemia) who underwent unmanipulated allogeneic BMT along with matched donors. DNA was extracted from mononuclear cells of 44 bone marrow samples using a phenol/chloroform method. Amplification of DNA was done using CSFIPO-TPOX-TH01(CTT) triplex with or without vWA or amelogenin primer. The amplified product was separated on 5% polyacrylamide gel and was confirmed by silver staining. The sensitivity of CTT triplex method was determined by mixing DNA from two person in serial proportion using the same method. Results : The sensitivity for CTT triplex method was 0.25% Mixed chimerism was documented in 4 of 8 patients. ONe of four patients with mixed chimerism developed acute and chronic graft versus host disease (GVHD) and one of four patients with complete donor chimerism also developed chronic GVHD. Two patient with progressive mixed chimerism relapsed at 12 months post-BMT, whereas no patient with complete donor chimerism has relapsed. Conclusion : The study has found that PCR-STR was an effective method for the detecting residual host cell and monitoring the chimeric status after allogenic BMT. PCR-STR can also be clinically applicable in early prediction of relapse, appropriate assessment of GVHD, as well as tolerance after allogeneic BMT.

        Enamel Microabrasion을 시행한 법랑질과 복합레진의 전단결합강도

        Enamel microabrasion은 염산과 연마제를 사용하여 치아의 착색을 제거하는 술식으로서, 그 효과는 법랑질 표층에 국한된다. Enamel microabrasion으로 모든 착색이 치료 가능한 것은 아니므로, 착색이 깊을 경우에는 microabrasion후에도 제거되지 않고 남은 착색부위를 광중합 복합레진을 사용해 수복할 것이 권장된다. 본 연구의 목적은 enamel microabrasion의 방법과 시간이 법랑질에 대한 복합레진의 전단결합걍도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이었다. 아무런 처치도 하지 않은 대조군을 1군으로 하였고, 18% 염산과 fine pumice의 혼합물을 hand applicator로 치면에 5초씩 5,10회 적용시킨 것을 각각 2,3군으로 하였다. 10% 염산과 연마제의 혼합물인 기성품 PREMA를 10:1 gear reduction handpiece로 20초씩 5, 10회 적용시킨 것을 각각 4,5군으로 하였다. 여기에 37% 인산으로 부식 후 복합레진을 결합시켜 thermocycling 후 전단결합강도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 2군이 가장 높은 결합강도(24.36±3.34MPa)를 나타내었고, 3군이 가장 낮은 결합강도 (19.35±3.43MPa)를 보였다. 전단결합강도는 2>4>5>1>3군의 순서로 감소하였다. 2. 2군은 1군과 3군보다 통계학적으로 유의성있게 높은 결합강도를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 3. 염산과 pumice로 enamel microabrasion을 시행한 2,3군과 PREMA를 사용한 4,5군 사이에는 유의한 결합강도의 차이가 없었다 (p<0.05) 4. 파절면 검사에서, adhesive failure는 3,4군에서 나타났고, cohesive failure는 1,2,3,4군에서 관찰되었다. 5군에서는 mixed failure만이 관찰되었다. 5. SEM관찰에서, 염산과 pumice로 enamel microabrasion을 시행한 2,3군에서는 인산으로 부식한 것과 비슷한 표면양상이 관찰되었고, PREMA로 처리한 4,5군에서는 1군과 흡사한 매끈한 표면양상이 관찰되었다. 각 군의 시편을 인산으로 부식시킨 다음에는 전형적인 산부식 후의 표면양상이 관찰되었고, 군간 별다른 차이가 없었다. Enamel microabrasion is a means by which superficial enamel discoloration is removed using hydrochloric acid and fine pumice. As enamel microabrasion alone may not by sufficient in cases of deeper discoloration, composite resin restoration is recommended in areas where there is remaining discoloration. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different methods and number of applications of enamel microabrasion on the shear bond strength of composite resin to enamel. Untreated control was designated as groups1,5-second applications of a mixture of 18% HCI and fine pumice were performed 5 and 10 times on groups 2 and 3, respectively. A commercially available mixture of 10% HCI and abrasives (PREMA) was appliedusing a 10:1 gear reduction handpiece 5 and 10 times on groups 4 and 5, respectively, with each application lasting 20 seconds. After etching with 37% phosphoric acid, composite resin was bonded. Thermocycling was performed and shear bond strength was measured. The following results were obtained: 1. Group 2 showed the highest bond strength(24.36±3.34), while group 3 showed the lowest (19.35±3.43). Shear bond strength decreased in the following order: 2>4>5>1>3. 2. Group 2 showed bond strength significantly higher compared to groups 1 and 3(p<0.05). 3. There were no significant differences between groups 2 and 3, which had been microabraded using HCI and pumice, and groups 4 and 5, to which PREMA had been applied, when bond strengths were compared(p>0.05) 4. When modes of fracture were examined, adhesive failure was observed in groups 3 and 4, while cohesive failure was observed in groups 1,2,3 and 4. Only mixed failures were found in group 5. 5. When viewed using a SEM, groups 2 and 3, which had been microabraded using HCI and pumice, showed surface appearances similar to that of enamel etched with phosphoric acid. Groups 4 and 5, treated with PREMA, exhibited a smooth surface similar to that of group 1. All groups showed similar, typical surface characteristics following phosphoric acid etching.

      • 두발과 신경외과 수술후 감염과의 관계

        신경외과 영역의 두부 수술시 일반적으로 시행되는 삭발이 수술후 감염 방지를 위해 필요하다고 생각되어 행하여지고 있다. 그러나, 전체적 삭발이 수술후 환자에게 심리적 위축감과 조기 사회생활로의 복귀에 지장을 주는 것은 사실이다. 저자들은 1992년 6월부터 1993년 3월까지 두부 수술을 받은 186명의 환자중에 59례를 부분적으로 삭발하였고 동 기간동안 127례는 전체적으로 삭발하여 수술하여 이 두 환자군 사이의 감염율을 비교하였다. 부분 삭발하여 수술한 환자군에서는 감염이 한명도 없었으며 전체 삭발하며 수술한 환자군에서는 127례 중 3례로 이 두군에서 통계학적 의의는 없었다. 따라서, 부분 삭발이 수술후 환자의 외모에 추형이 없고 가발이 필요없이 조기 사회적 복귀가 가능한 바 권장할 만하여 보고하는 바이다. The value of removing hair in preparation for neurosurgery is addressed in detail. The authors compare of the postoperative infection rate between 127 case of whole scalp hair shaving group and 59 case of partial scalp hair shaving group. The postoperative infection rate for the whole scalp hair shaving group was 2.4% and 0% for the partial scalp hair shaving group. These data are discussed in the context of extension nonneurosurgical and microbiologic literature. It is concluded the removal of haler by shaving does not lowed the risk of surgical wound infection, and may increase the risk. A technique for preparing skin and hair for neurosurgery and for the management of hair during neurosurgical procedures is discussed.

        기술금융기관의 효율성 분석사례

        This case was to assess the efficiency of 26 technology appraisal centers(TAC) of Korea Technology Finance Corporation(KOTEC) and improve the efficiency. The research is based on the analysis of data collected from 2011 to 2013 with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). As the number of employees and business administrative expenses were used as input variables, leveraging the number of technology appraisal cases, the amount of technology credit guarantee provision and the amount of debt collection through exercising indemnity rights as well as revenues accruing from the technology appraisals were used as output variables. The purpose of those variables are aimed at representing the differentiated features of KOTEC from other conventional credit guarantee institutions. The analysis result showed that the efficiencies of TACs were high overall and improving in the way that their efficiency values show mostly over 0.9 on average. CCR model showed that the number of effective DMUs –represented as Technology Efficiency(TE) Value was 1 – was 7 in 2011 and 13 in 2013 while BCC model showed that the number of DMUs, whose values of Pure Technology Efficiency(PTE) was 1, was 15 in 2011 and 17 in 2013 respectively. The number of DMUs, whose value of Scale Efficiency(SE) is 1, had also been increased from 7 in 2011 to 13 in 2013. The number of DMUs was to show the status of “Constant Returns to Scale(CRS)” increased from 7 in 2011 to 13 in 2013. The number of DMUs was to show the status of “Increasing Returns to Scale(IRS)” was 16 in 2011 and 11 in 2013. The number on “Decreasing Returns to Scale(DRS)” had decreased from 3 in 2011 to 2 in 2013 respectively. Therefore, the number of efficient DMUs whose input was proportional to output –signaling the optimal efficient status- increased by 6. The number of DMUs which still had inefficiency and needed to step up the input had been decreased by 4 while the number of DMU which need to be scaled back the input is decreased by 1. Overall, efficiency of TACs has been increased. The result implies there are many DMUs which could increase the size efficiency, not through removing the inefficiencies by decreasing the input, but through scaling up the total size of output, leveraged by the consolidation of the internal analogous operation in order to make a synergy effect as well as the reduction of outsourcing tasks which have been related with claim collection process and hiring external technology appraisal experts. The benchmarked DMUs which could be the reference group were An-san, Sa-Sang and Sung-Nam TACs. They were located near to the industry complexes. So, their geographical conditions were well positioned to access to the technology-innovative corporations and venture startups, solidifying the fundamental to provide supply in accordance with the increasing demand of technology finance. The value of this study was that it analyses the efficiency of KOTEC takes the key role of technology financing based on technology appraisal. This research was distinctive in that it defined the input and output variables to measure the efficiency of credit guarantee institutions while earlier studies, most of which researched credit-evaluation based guarantee institutions, did not deal with those variables. It has implications which could be applied to evaluate the efficiency of public technology appraisal institution in the future.

        이상 시의 시간의식 연구

        This essay purposes to explain the consciousness on time in Lee Sang’s poems, focusing specifically on his poem, Strange Reversible Reaction. The argument will start from the obvious fact that the poet"s literature was based on the discovery of the material condition, called, the colony Gyeongsung. Through this discussion, what caused rejection and distrust for the time, which appear repeatedly in his literary texts, will be explained. Once, the modernist Lee Sang was dreaming of the perfect world of modernity. But the modern world he experienced was nothing but a cruel civilization with no vitality. As a result, he gave the death sentence to the world and tried to build up a new civilization. His literary texts will answer to the question, “Did the straight line kill the circle?”

      • 醱酵飼料 제조에 관한 硏究 : 3. 醱酵飼料 제조시 水分添加 水準에 따른 아미노산 組成에 관한 硏究 3. A Study on Amino acid Composition as added Moisture Levels

        To estimate the essential and nonessential amino acid compositions as added moisture levels in manufacturing fermentation feedstuffs, the three kinds of experimental conditions, T1, T2, T3 were made with rice bran(90kg), leaf mold(10kg) according to added moisture 40kg, 60kg, and 80kg, respectively. In T1 and T2 cases, the contents of threonine, phenylalanine, histidine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, cystine, arginine increased significantly during fermentation, however, in T3 case, the thereonine content increased significantly after 9 hours fermentation but decreased at 12 hours fermentation(P<0.05). In T1 and T3 cases, the contents of valine, leucine and arginine increased significantly after 9 hours fermentation and decreased at 12 hours fermentation(P<0.05). Methionine increased for three hours fermentation and then did not increase in content in the T1 and the T3. In T2 case, methionine level increased gradually for whole fermentation time. In T3 case, phenylalanine, histidine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and cystine increased significantly after 9 hours fermentation, but decreased at 12 hours fermentation(P<0.05). In T1, T2 and T3, isoleucine, lysine, serine, proline, glycine, alanine and tyrosine increased significantly during fermentation time(P<0.05).

        보성산 유기농 녹차의 품질에 따른 카테킨 함량과 항산화능 비교 분석

        유기농 녹차의 등급별 총페놀 함량과 항산화능은 각 추출 용매에 따른 수율을 확인하였을 때 물 추출에 비하여 수용성 유기용매의 추출 수율이 유의적으로 높았다. 유기용매를 이용한 추출수율은 물을 이용할 때 보다 총페놀 함량은 1.5에서 3.2배, 항산화능은 1.8에서 3.8배 정도 높게 나타났다. HPLC 분석을 통하여 총페놀 함량과 항산화능의 상관관계를 비교 시 총페놀 함량이 증가함에 따라 항산화능이 1차 선형관계로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. HPLC분석을 통하여 유기농 녹차에 함유되어 있는 다양한 카테킨의 함량이 채엽시기에 따라 변화가 나타났다. 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 성분 중 가장 많이 존재하는 EGCG가 건조중량당 5.8-7.7%의 함량을 보였고, caffeine은 1.7-2.9%의 함량을 보였다. 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 함량은 일반적으로 채엽 시기가 늦어짐에 따라서 점차 감소하였다. 유기농 녹차의 등급에 따른 항산화능은 최상급인 우전에서 가장 높았으며 최하등급인 엽차에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. HPLC 분석에 의한 유기농 녹차의 등급에 따른 총 카테킨 함량(㎎/g)은 우전(155.4), 세작(147.7), 중작(143.2), 엽차(135.1), 대작(130.5)의 순서로 감소하였다. 이를 통해 녹차의 채엽 시기가 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 성분 및 항산화능에도 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 전반적으로 상급의 유기농 녹차 일수록 총페놀 및 카테킨 함량이 많으며 또한 더 높은 항산화능을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of various solvents on extraction of bioactive phenolics and to analyze the antioxidant capacity and contents of individual catechins in various grades of green teas organically grown in Boseong, Korea. The organic green teas, based on their harvest seasons, were categorized into five grades such as Woo-Jeon, Se-Jak, Jung-Jak, Dae-Jak, and coarse tea. Solvents used to extract phenolics from these teas included water at 23℃ and 70℃ as well as 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol and ethanol. In general, aqueous organic solvents of methanol and ethanol led to higher extraction yields of phenolics than water at 23℃ and 70℃. Total phenolics and antioxidant capacity of the teas extracted with the aqueous organic solvents were approximately 1.5 to 3.2 and 1.8 to 3.8 times higher than those with water at 23℃ and 70℃, respectively. Coarse tea, the lowest grade of green tea, showed approximately 30-60% lower total phenolics and antioxidant capacity compared with the higher grade ones. Reversed-phase HPLC analysis was performed quantitatively to identify individual catechins, gallic acid, and caffeine in teas extracted with 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol. Based on their dry weights, the organic green teas contained about 1.7 to 2.9% of caffeine. Content (㎎/g dry weight) of tea catechins decreased in the following order: Woo-Jeon (155.4) > Se-Jak (147.7) > Jung-Jak (143.2) > coarse tea (135.1) > Dae-Jak (130.5). (-)-Epigall℃atechin gallate was the most abundant among the catechins analyzed. The highest grade of green tea, Woo-Jeon, had the highest amount of (-)-epigall℃atechin gallate at 77.4 ㎎/g dry weight. Overall, the higher grade of organic green teas tended to have the higher level of antioxidant capacity and catechins.

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

        This study investigates the performance of the reinforced concrete frame with the steel plate slit damper. The test was carried out to investigate the structural behavior between the reinforced concrete bare frame and the reinforced concrete frame with the steel plate slit damper. The test results showed that the energy absorption capacity of the damped-frame was several times larger than that of the bare frame.
