        In a case of driving beginnners, it is very difficult to park a car perfectly because driver's knowledge makes more errors than intelligent mechanism when they are performed repeatedly. However skilled drivers be of experienced knowledge are able to park a car quickly. In this paper, we analyzed driving patterns of skilled drivers, designed the fuzzy controller to park based on it, and perform auto-parking simulation of a car using that controller.

        1920년대 申采浩와 梁啓超의 역사연구방법론 비교 : E. 베른하임을 참고하여

        'Introduction' of the book 'Korean ancient history' written by Shin Chae Ho was highly influenced by Liang Qichao's(1873~1929) book 'The methodologies of Chinese history'. Shin Chae Ho borrowed many ideas and most of the organizational framework of his 'Introduction' from Liang Qichao. Shin Chae Ho dealt with the same themes that was found in 'The methodologies of Chinese history' but discussed it in terms of historical documents or events in Korea. Since Liang Qichao referred to 'Introduction to history' written by Ernst Bernheim when he wrote his book, it can be assumed that modern methodologies of western history was adopted by Shin Chae Ho in his 'Introduction'. Shin Chae Ho believed that history is a document of mental activities that develop both spatially and temporally. He emphasized the importance of objective descriptions of historical facts. He also knew the importance of explanations for causal relationship in writing history and of studies of historical records. All these reflect the influences of Liang Qichao and Ernst Bernheim on Shin Chae Ho. However, Shin Chae Ho had his uniqueperspectives as well. For example, he said that history is a struggle between 'me'(or 'us') and 'others'. He also emphasized the importance of specificities and uniqueness of each nation(Minjok). These are indications of his own 'nationalistic history'. In summary, Shin Chae Ho adopted modern methodologies in Western history from Liang Qichao and Ernst Bernheim and developed a new methodology of his own. We now call it methodology of nationalistic history.

        동학농민전쟁기 일본군ㆍ조선군의 동학도(東學徒) 학살

        The 1894 genocide of Donghak believers during the period of the Donghak peasants' war can be summarized as follows. First of all, the Japanese army, the Joseon Gyeonggun (the army for the capital city), the local army, Yuhoegun (the Confucius army), and Mingun (the militia) committed the genocide. The executions were mainly done by Joseon Gyeonggun and the local army. Most of the decisions for execution were made by the Japanese army, who had command at that time. Yuhoegun and Mingun of Yangban (the upper class) often captured and handed over suspects to Gyeonggun and the local army. It was highly plausible that the following genocide guideline was made before October 16 when the Japanese reported to the Joseon government that they would send the Japanese army to suppress the Donghakgun (the Donghak army). The genocide guideline said that the Japanese would "put an end to Donghakgun." The Joseon government proposed that innocent people should be excluded, but the Japanese set the internal guideline for "extirpation" and "extermination" and gave the direct order to the 19th Battalion of Japanese Reserve Infantry which was sent. However, the massacre was not committed against every Donghak believer. Before the Jangheung Battle, the Japanese army and the Gyeonggun slaughtered the Donghak Believers who fought in the battle, who caused disturbances and created havoc, or who had appointment documents for leaders of Donghak among the arrested Donghak believers. After the Jangheung Battle, every Donghak follower found in Gangjin, Haenam, Jindo, etc. in the vicinity of Jangheung was executed. At this time, severe suppression occurred in Mujang, Heungdeok, Gochang, Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Muan, etc. along the West coast where the Donghak influence was strong. It is assumed that thousands of Donghak followers were arrested and executed. The main force of the massacre was the 19th Battalion in Japanese army, which was specially reinforced to liquidate Donghakgun. The 19th Battalion, divided into three companies, drove Donghakgun in the Southwestern corner of Korea and chose to eradicate Donghakgun finally in Jangheung, Gangjin, Haenam, etc. in the Southwest. Lee Gyutae, Lee Duhwang, Lee Jinho, and Seong Hayeong of the Joseon Gyeonggun actively participated in the military operation.

      • 베르까우어의 교회론에 나타난 보편성 연구 : 연속성과 경계의 개념 중심으로

        Berkouwer investigates the catholicity of the church in his major work on ecclesiology – De Kerk I, II(1970, 1972) - in light of the centrality of the gospel and the correlation between revelation and faith. In his critical examination of ecclesiological discourses, he presupposes the preceding position of the Holy Spirit in relation to the church in credo ecclesiam. The focus of this research is on the boundaries and continuity of the church, as they are deemed to be the central pieces of Berkouwer’s account of catholicity. The way in which he critically overcomes an abstracted and formal manner of theologising and explicates the boundaries and the continuity as a dynamic reality is analysed and examined. Lastly, the article suggests a room for compensatory contribution to Berkouwer’s thought by means of the concept of concurrence. 베르까우어는 그의 커리어 후기에 작성한 교회론(De Kerk I, II)에서 교회의 보편성을 복음의 중심성과 계시와 믿음의 상관관계의 원리를 통해 조명한다. 그는 신앙고백(credo)이 상정하는 교회에 대한 성령의 선재성을 전제로 하고, 은사와 부르심이라는 구체적이고 역동적인 관점을 통해 여러 전통적 명제들에 대한 담론을 비평적으로 검토한다. 이 논문은 베르까우어의 보편성에 대한 담론 중 핵심적인 요소인 경계와 연속성에 대해 탐구한다. 이에 대해 그가 전개한 주요 논점들을 제시하고 그가 어떻게 추상화 또는 도식적 고정화를 통한 접근을 비평적으로 극복하고 그리스도의 복음이 시사하는 역동적 실제로서의 경계와 연속성을 설명하는지에 대해 살펴본다. 또한, 보편성에 대한 그의 논의가 가진 약점을 분석하고 동시성(concurrence) 개념을 통한 보완적 방향성을 탐색한다.

      • 경추 척추관절증 환자에서 척수관 전후경의 방사선학적 검토

        With the improvement of economic condition and medical care, the average life span has increased, thus making geriatrics an important consideration in the medical field. Degenerative changes of the cervical spine in aged are not uncommon. The discrepancy between symptoms and radiologic features of the cervical spine. Now we surveyed 34 Koreans with cervical spondylosis and myelopathy and 23 normal Koreans. The results of the survey are as follows: 1. In normal control groups, the average sagittal diameter of cervical spines is shorter than European by 1.5mm and longer than Japanese by 1.0mm. 2. Sagittal diameter of the cervical spines is 17.77mm in normal control group and is 16.96mm in patient group. There is a statistically significant difference between normal and patient groups by 0.81mm. 3. Statistically average sagittal diameter in men at each level is longer than in women. 4. The symptoms are most frequently appeared in women more than 40 years old. 5. Average initial sagittal diameter is shorter than normal in patient with spondylosis and myelopathy. Irritation and compression signs of spinal cord and nerve roots are dependent on spur formation and disk herniation. 6. Myelopathy is frequent in those whose sagittal diameter is shorter than 14mm. 7. At 6th cervical spine level, the diameter is shortest.

        류마티스 관절염 환자에서 발생한 Mycobacterium intracellulare에 의한 관절염 1예

        비정형 항산균에 의한 근골격계 감염은 매우 드물며, 진단이 지연되는 경우가 많다. 저자들은 류마티스 관절염환자에서 수차례 스테로이드 주사 후에 생긴 M. intracellulare에 의한 관절염을 진단하고 수술적 치료없이 약물 치료만으로 좋은 결과를 보인 예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Nontuberculous mycobacteria are ubiquitous organisms that are frequently present in the water, soil and animal reservoirs. Nontuberculous mycobacterial infections of the musculoskeletal system are rare and usually associated with predisposing factors, such as prior joint disease, trauma, use of intraarticular or oral corticosteroids, or an immunocompromised state. A sixty five-year-old patient with rheumatoid arthritis was hospitalized due to swelling on the left wrist. M. intracellulare was cultured from the aspirated joint fluid. The patient was successfully treated with clarithromycin, ethambutol, and rifampin. We report this case with review, emphasizing high suspicion for nontuberculous mycobacterial infection in patients with predisposing risk factors.

        The propose of this paper was to examine the effect of surface roughness and shear stress of support medium on the development of biofilm in a rotating biological contactor. The surface roughness of PMMA as a support media was adjusted to 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, and 3㎛, respectively. Shear stress was varied with speed of rotating biological contactor. At low shear stress, bacterial attachment was not varied greatly with surface roughness. But at increased shear stress, bacterial attachment was changed sharply with surface roughness.

        본 논문에서는 필기체 숫자인식의 최적 신경망 구조 설계를 위하여 유전자 알고리즘과 역전파 알고리즘을 병합하는 방법을 이용하였으며, 유전자 알고리즘은 유전인자의 역할에 따라 독립적으로 적응하는 개선된 선택, 교배, 돌연변이 연산자를 제안하였다. 실험결과는 유전인자의 역할에 적응하는 개선된 연산자들의 실행으로 최적의 신경망 구조를 설계하였고, 설계된 신경망 구조에서의 학습이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타내었다. In this study, the method of using both genetic algorithm and back propagation is proposed to design the structure of optimal neural network recognizing handwritten digits. Improved selection, crossover and mutation operator which can control the genetic algorithm independently according to the role of gene are used in the proposed method. Simulation result shows that the neural network of this method can search effectively the optimal hidden node numbers, connection weight, learning rate and the momentum because of above proposed operators.
