DC traction power system is operated ungrounded so that minimize the stray current. Because the stray current is still present, a rail potential is increased. The ground faults in the DC railway systems are usually detected by a potential relay(64P). And the fault current can be smaller than the current of load starting. 50 it's important to discriminate between the small fault current and the load starting current. The DC fault selective relay (50F) detects a remote short circuit fault. This paper analyzed behaviors of the potential relay (64P) and the DC fault selective relay (50F) using the load starting model in PSCAD/EMTDC.

목적: 외형상 하지의 내반 소견과 방사선 사진상 축성 배열과의 상관 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 평균 26.9세(20-33세)의 자원한 성인 남자 46명을 대상으로, 외형상 하지 내반 여부에 대해 설문 조사를 한 후 체중 부하 기립 상태로 양 하지 전장을 촬영하여 역학적 및 해부학적 측정을 하여 서양인의 보고와 비교하고 외형상 하지 내반 여부와의 관계에 대해 분석하였다. 결과: 하지의 대퇴-경골 간 역학적 축사이의 각은 평균 177.4±2.4°, 슬부의 내반 각은 94.3±2.0°로 서양인보다 내반되어 있었다. 내반 변형이 있다고 답한 군에서 정상으로 답한 군보다 하지의 역학적 축 사이의 각, 슬관절 및 족관절의 내반 각이 내반되어 있었고, 근위 경골의 골간단-골간각이 더 증가되어 있었다(p<0.05). 결론: 남자 대학생 하지의 역학적 축 및 슬부의 내반 각은 서양인보다 통계적으로 유의하게 내반되어 있고, 하지의 외형상 내반 소견은 내반 축성 배열과 관계가 있다. Purpose: To investigate the relationship between the varus appearance and the axial alignment of the lower extremity. Materials and Methods: The axial alignments of the lower extremities of 46 normal male adults (volunteers) were measured from the radiographs and compared with the reports for Caucasians, and between the groups divided according to their subjective appearance. Results: The femorotibial mechanical angle was 177.4±2.4° and the medial obliquity of the knee was 94.3±2.0°, which were the varus compared with the reported reference points. In the group containing those with the subjective varus appearance of the lower extremities, the femorotibial mechanical angle and the medial obliquity of the knee and ankle joint were the varus, and the metaphyseal-diaphyseal angle was greater than in the group containing those with the subjective straight appearance of the lower extremity (p<0.05). Conclusion: The axial alignment of the lower extremities of young male adult Korean is the varus, and the subjective varus appearance of the lower extremity is related to the varus axial alignment.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Colloidal silica was prepared using a direct oxidation process of silicon powders with different purities, average particle sizes, and surface oxidation layer thicknesses in a water solvent with the base catalysts. Purities of 97.00–99.96% and average particle sizes of 200 and 500 mesh of silicon starting materials were evaluated. The materials were thermally oxidized for 3, 16, and 30h to observe the effect of the surface oxidation layer on the formation of colloidal silica. The longer the thermal oxidation time, the higher the oxide layer thickness on the silicon, and the larger the average size of silica particle observed in the product of colloidal silica when silicon particles had the oxide layer up to approximately 50nm. When the oxide film was higher than 50nm, the silica particle size did not increase with an increase in the oxide layer of silicon. The dependence of the average particle silica size on the oxide layer thickness of silicon was observed to be smaller in the colloidal silica from the 200 mesh size of silicon than from the 500 mesh size. The average particle size of silicon was found to affect the average particle size of silica in the direct oxidation, however the correlation between the purity of silicon and the average particle size of silica was not determined as it fell outside the range of this experiment.</P>

방사능에 오염된 시설물의 해체 작업은 예측할 수 없는 방사능의 출현으로 항상 사고의 위험성에 노출되어 있어 계획했던 해체 일정이 변경되어야 하고, 전체 공정의 재설계가 다시 수행되어야 하는 비경제적인 작업이 수없이 반복되고 있다. 해체 디지털 목업 시스템 설계에 필요한 구성인자들을 검토하였다. 조사된 단위 구성요소들은 해체 데이터베이스 시스템, 연구로 시설과 제염 및 해체 장비 모델링 시스템, 방사능 오염 분포도를 제작하는 3차원 방사화 매핑, 그리고 해체 일정을 평가하는데 기초가 되는 단위 작업별 평가식과 가중치 값 등이 있다. 독립적으로 운영되는 이들 구성 요인들을 통합된 시스템으로 만들기 위해 단위 시스템들에 대한 아키텍쳐 구현 연구가 수행되었다. 연구 결과 해체 디지털 목업 시스템을 통합된 환경에서 다양한 시나리오를 시험 평가할 수 있도록 하기위해 연구로 시설의 제염 및 해체 활동을 시각적으로 보여줄 수 있는 가시화(visualization) 모듈과 해체 일정 및 해체 비용을 평가 및 분석하는 시뮬레이션(simulation) 모듈로 구분하여 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐를 구현하였다. It is necessary to forecast the various dismantling activities prior to dismantling nuclear facilities by using various software instead of a physical mock-up system because the dismantling in a contaminated with radioactivity cause the results of an unexpected situation. The component that needs to develop a dismantling mock-up system was examined. There are many component systems such as a decommissioning database system,3D dosimetric mapping that represents a distribution of a radionuclide contamination, a component of modeling for nuclear facility and devices include the decontamination and decommissioning. The research of software architecture about these components was carried out because these component systems that have been independently doesn't describe not only to visual an activities of Decontamination and Decommissioning(D&D) but also to evaluate it. The result was established an architecture that consist of an visualization module which could be visualized an D&D activities and a simulation module which can be evaluated a dismantling schedule and decommissioning cost.
