        가평 전주이씨묘 출토복식 고찰

        In 1995, the costumes were restored in an unknown woman's tomb at the Jeonju Lee's family cemetery in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-Do, and there are currently nine items remaining. In this study, we first introduced these 9 relics to academia and analyzed the morphological characteristics of the costumes. We also estimated the time and person of burial compared with costumes unearthed from other burials. Jeogories (short jacket) are all four items. One of these items was unusual in shape, and the upper part of the seop (gusset) was wrinkled and shaped. This type of Jeogori appears only till the 1520s in other tombs. There are also two skirts, one of which is characterized by a superimposed pattern. The top and bottom / middle part of the skirt were rolled up, and the skirt, which was double-rolled up in this way, was first discovered. An analysis of the shape of Jeogori and skirt indicated that the person buried in the Jeonju Lee's family tomb was believed to have survived until the early 16th century. Based on these estimated periods, as a result of looking at the genealogy of Jeonju Lee's family, it was concluded that the tomb was probably a woman named Lee Geum Myeong (李金命) born in the mid-15C and died between the late 15C and the early 16C.

      • Halogen lamp 광조사기와 Plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기에 의한 광중합 복합레진의 중합률 비교

        Light-cured composite resin that is widely employed in esthetic restorative dentistry shows different degree of polymerization according to chemical composition of resin product, intensity and exposure time of curing unit, method of filling etc. Light cured composite resin is required of multi-layered curing with proper thickness to minimize the problems like insufficient polymerization or polymerization shrinkage. However, it brings the increment of total chair time. Recently. new light curing unit utilizing the plasma xenon arc lamp is introduced. This curing unit is operated at relatively high intensity so shortening the curing time signifiantly. The aim of this experiment was to estimate curing capability of plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit compared to traditional halogen lamp curing unit. Resin specimens were prepared in aluminum mold with diameter of 7mm and thickness of 1mm, 2mm, 3mm. Degree of polymerization was evaluated by Raman spectroscopy after irradiation of specimens with halogen lamp curing unit(Optilux 15O, Demetron, USA) for 20s, 40s. 60s and plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit(flipo, Lokki. Francr) for 2s, 3s, 6s. The following results are obtained. 1. The light intensity was 472mW/cm^2 in halogen lamp curing unit (Optilux 150. Demetron, USA) and 1945mW/cm^2 in plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit (flipo, Lokki, France) In both curing units, the range of wavelength was between 370 and 520nm and showed peak intensity at about 470nm. 2. The degree of conversion at exposured surface was increased significantly with increment of exposure time in both curing unit(p<0.01). Overall degree of conversion was higher in halogen lamp curing unit when compared to plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit, but there was no significant difference. 3. In both curing unit, the degree of conversion at bottom surface was decreased significantly according to an increase in thickness(p<0.05). In thickness of 3mm cured with plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit, the degree of conversion showed decreased values significantly compared to thickness of 1,2mm(p<0.01). 4. In halogen lamp curing unit, the degree of conversion increased in all thickness as exposure time increased, but there was no significant difference in 1.2mm thickness. Plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit showed significantly increased degree of conversion as increase of exposure time in all thickness (p<0.01). From the above results, it was concluded that strong light intensity of plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit did not compensate for short exposure time completely. So. Multi-layered curing within 2mm thickness and additional exposure time Is recommanded when light-cured cpmposite resin is polymerized with plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit.

      • A Development of Assessment Model for Maintenance of Type R Fire Alarm System in the Building

        Type R fire alarm is required intelligent buildings and height buildings which was based on automatic system. But in Korea, maintenance of fire alarm system is very poor. In this study, we developed assessment model for the type R fire alarm system which was assessed by using 96 checklist items. The assessment model was tested through the actual 4 buildings with type R fire alarm system. It is shown that present model can be applied for the assessment of all buildings through the examination of the suitability of assessment model by actual assessment. Also, it was made easily fire manager to carry out checklist for type R fire alarm system in buildings.

      • Phage 항원성에 미치는 trypsin의 영향

        In order to investigate the effect of trypsin(TP) on the phage antigenicity, the Klebsiella phage-host cell system and sheep red blood cells were used, and the results were as follows. The neutralization velocity of Tp-treated phage(Tp phage) by anti-normal phage serum was faster than that of normal phage. And, the neutralization of normal phage by anti-Tp phage serum was remarkably worse than that of Tp phage. The normal phage - neutralizing activity of the anti-normal phage serum absorbed with Tp phage was very weak. However, the anti-Tp phage serum absorbed with normal phage still considerably neutralized the Tp phage. The cold phage hemagglutination(CPH) by normal and Tp phage was most favourable when the reactions are carried out with each phage-correspondig antiserum. The anti-normal phage serum absorbed with Tp phage and the anti-Tp phage serum absorbed with normal phage still formed, with each corresponding phage, the CPH. The neutralization of Tp phage, by anti-normal phage serum, Passed two times through host bacteria and that of Tp phage, by anti-Tp phage serum, Passed three times through host bacteria were similar to the neutralization of normal phage by each antiserum. If the Tp phage is passed two times or three times through host bacteria, the forming capability of CPH by each phage bacame similar, under the anti - normal and anti - Tp phage sera, to that of normal phage. The absorption of Tp phage to host bacteria was a little faster than that of normal phage. If the Tp tretment of phage is done for 48hours at 37℃, the surviving titer was reduced to around 40%.

      • 테니스 활동 충성도와 제약 지각간의 관계

        The purpose of the study was to test the relationship between tennis activity loyalty and perceived constraints. Based on this purpose three hypotheses were established: H1) Tennis activity constraints will predict tennis participants' affective attachment level. H2) Tennis activity constraints will discriminate between high and low group classified by frequency of involvement in tennis. H3) Tennis activity loyalty patterns will demonstrate different effects on tennis constraints. The subjects were 159 university students who were involved in tennis classes at Cheju National University. Tennis activity constraints were assessed by Tennis Activity Constraints Scale(Yang. 1997). Subjects were asked to how important each constraint would be their decision to discontinue or irregular participating in tennis on a 5-point Likert scale (1 =extremely unimportant, 5=extremely important). Loyalty was assessed by combining a measure of affective attachment with a measure of behavior. Affective attachment to tennis was assessed using a 10-item questionnaire developed by researchers. Behavior involvement was measured by their frequency of involvement. Respondents were assigned to one of four group(high loyalty. spurious loyalty, latent loyalty. low loyalty). The major findings of this study were a s follows. First, Tennis participants' affective attachment level could be significantly predicted from time, significant others, and will constraints. Second, Tennis activity constraints of significant others, will and time could be discriminated between high and low group classified by frequency of participation. Third, High loyalty group perceived significantly lower level of time, significant others, and will constraint scores than did latent loyalty and low loyalty group. High loyalty group perceived significantly lower level of facility constraint score than did latent loyalty.

        라오스의 벼 생산 현황과 문제점

        Rice is the single most important crop in Lao PDR. In the 2000 rice production year, total rice production in the Laos reached 2.2 million tons. This is regarded as sufficient to provide national self-sufficiency. The rice harvested area in 2000 was approximately 719,500ha and represented 80% of cropped land area. Approximately 82% of production was from wet season cropped and 18% was from the irrigated dry season. Grain yield per unit area vary from 1.68 to 4.39 ton/ha in the wet season environment. However, the highest grain yield (4.39 ton/ha) obtained from the dry season irrigated crop. Higher yields and reduced year variation in production can be expected with the further intensification of production systems in the low land environments. However, further imporvements in production will be dependent on higher levels of inputs and further alleviation of some the production constraints.

      • 인터넷 고퍼에 의한 교내정보시스템의 설계

        This paper presents the design of a campus-wide information system (CWIS) using the Internet Gopher???, which was originally developed at the University of Minnesota in 1991 for providing an online mechanism for publishing hints on computing services at the university. Because of its simplicity and efficiency. Gopher is considered as one of the promising ways for CWIS with a large population number of users in a campus. However, Gopher lacks some important features which must be provided in order for it to be really suitable as a CWIS. To support these features we added several new protocols to the original Gopher protocol, while maintaining its basic structures so that the compatibility still holds. The system was actually implemented in Kyungsung University and the result says that our modified Gopher system is excellently suitable as a CWIS.

        치자엑스 가수분해물 제제의 피부투과 및 생체 피부조직과의 교차결합에 관한 연구

        Gardeniae Fructus is consisted of geniposide and its derivatives. For the purpose of treatment of skin disease, geniposide and hydrolyzed products (HP) of Gardeniae Fructus were studied on skin permeation and crosslinking with biological tissue. The hydrolyzed products (HP) and active ingredients of Gardeniae Fructus were identified and investigated about skin permeability. Genipin has provided low cytotoxic crosslinking reagents and formed stable and biocompatible crosslinked products. The permeation enhancing effects of geniposide and genipin under the hydrolyzed products of cream and hydrogel preparations were tested using Franz type diffusion cell and the skin of hairless mouse. The remaining pro-portions of geniposide and genipin were measured in the hydrolyzed products of cream and hydrogel preparations. The crosslinking of epidermic and endodermic tissue with genipin under the hydrolyzed prodcuts of cream and hydrogel preparation was observed using light microscopy. Increased absorption ratio of the skin of hairless mouse about genipin was higher than that of geniposide. Loads at break, tensile strengths and skin permeation rate of the hydrolyzed products (HP) of cream and hydrogel preparations were higher than the nonhydrolyzed products (NHP). The hydrolyzed products (HP) of cream and hydrogel of Gardeniae Fructus Extracts were proper preparations and crosslinking agents to increase the trans-dermal absorption with epidermic and endodermic tissue.

        치자 엑스의 가수분해에 의한 피부투과 및 항염효과

        Geniposide and its related iridoid compounds have been used in traditional herbal medicine for the treatment of Jaundice hepatic diseases and various inflammatorys. For the purpose to increase trandsdermal absorption, the hydrolyzed products of Gardeniae Furcuts were identified and assayed of active ingredients and investigated trandsdermal absorption and anti-inflammatory effects. Geniposide was hydrolyzed to genipin by β-glucosidase and it was suggested that genipin was more suitableform than geniposide for transdermal absorption by its lipophilic property. Using Franz type diffusion cell and the skin of hairless mouse, the permeation rate of hydrolyzed products and their emulsion preparation were determined. Genipin have more increased absorption ratio through the skin hairless mouse than geniposide. Also, the emulsion of hydrolyzed products of extracts showed higher permeability than that of nonhydrolyzed preparations. After 9 hours 280.85 ㎍/㎠ of genipin was absorbed and 193.52 ㎍/㎠ in case of geniposide. The Js of geniposide and genipin were 26.27±4.11 ㎍/㎠/hr and 40.35±5.04 ㎍/㎠/hr respectively. After carrageenan injection, the swelling was increased rapidly to 24 hr and maintained as a plateau. But emulsion group were reached about 2.5 mL and the swelling decreased successively from 24 hr to 72 hr. The anti-inflammation effects of extracts and hydrolyzed products emulsion were increased with significant difference with control group after 24 hr, 48 hr and 72 hr. In carrageenan induced edema, inhibition of swelling was increased in case of hydrolyzed product emulsion compare with nonhydrolyzed group at 24 hr, 48 hr and 72 hr after swelling. In histological study, the anti-inflammatory effects of hydrolyzed products were remarkable at 48 hr and 72 hr compare with nonhydrolyzed. Hydrolyzed products of Gardeniae Frucuts extract containing genipin would be a suitable preparation to increase the transdermal absorption and anti-inflammatory effects.
