A Study on Greenhouse Management Framework for Intelligent Control Service of Greenhouse

In this paper, an intelligent control of the greenhouse in the Greenhouse Management Framework (GMF) has been designed for the purpose of increasing the farmer’s profit and promoting the ease of agricultural production. The GMF is divided into Greenhouse Control Engine and Crop Growth Engine. The Greenhouse Control Engine consists of Data Aggregator, Greenhouse Information Storage, and Greenhouse Control Agent. The Greenhouse Control Agent includes Information Analyzer, Control Device Selector, and Greenhouse Control Model. The Crop Growth Engine consists of Crop Status Information Storage and Crop Growth Agent. The Crop Growth Agent includes Crop Status Predictor, Environment Set-points Decisioner, and Crop Growth Model. In this paper, the aim to reduce the consumption cost of the control device driven for the optimal greenhouse growth environment is one of the major features of the framework that is being proposed. In order to reduce heating cost, which consists of a major part in the cost of cultivation, we have tested the performance of our proposal for the GMF through the simulation. The simulated results confirm the decrease of heating costs from the present GMF.

반복되는 유사재난에 대해 기존의 개별재난별 대책도출 위주의 대응전략에서 나아가 사후 도출된 개선대책에 대한 이행사항을 점검하고, 이러한 이행의 적절성ㆍ효과성 등을 평가하여 적합하지 않은 개선대책을 수정하는 등 사후에 지속적인 재난관리가 필요하다. 이러한 사후이행평가제도의 기능이 정립되기 위해 국내ㆍ외 유사한 제도를 비교ㆍ검토하여, 사후 평가적인 기능과 필요성, 평가방법, 평가주체 등을 살펴본다. 특히 사후이행평가를 위해 법적 근거 마련, 환류절차 구축, 외부 전문가 활용을 통한 객관적 평가주체 참여, 정량화된 평가지표 개발 등 기능정립을 위한 방안을 제시한다. The national disaster management system should be improved from taking action to the individualized disaster as the post-continued disaster management for repeated disasters, in order that check for implementation about plans and evaluate appropriacyㆍeffectiveness of these actions for modifying. For developing this implementation evaluation system, we compare similar native and foreign systems regarding post evaluation function, necessity, evaluation method, reviewer. Especially, we suggest way of functioning implementation evaluation system legislating legal basis, prepare procedures for feedback, participating external specialists as objective reviewer, development of quantitative evaluation index.
Dehydrocorydaline promotes myogenic differentiation via p38 MAPK activation

<P>Muscle regeneration is a coordinated process that involves proliferation and differentiation of muscle progenitor cells. Activation of MyoD is a key event in myogenic differentiation, which is regulated by p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK). In a screen of natural compounds for the enhancement of MyoD activity, dehydrocorydaline (DHC) from the <I>Corydalis</I> tuber was identified. Treatment of C2C12 myoblasts with DHC increased the expression levels of muscle-specific proteins, including MyoD, myogenin and myosin heavy chain. In addition, C2C12 myoblasts exhibited enhanced multinucleated myotube formation without any cytotoxicity. Treatment with DHC elevated p38 MAPK activation and the interaction of MyoD with an E protein, which is likely to result in activation of MyoD and promotion of myoblast differentiation. Furthermore, defects in differentiation-induced p38 MAPK activation and myoblast differentiation induced by depletion of the promyogenic receptor protein Cdo in C2C12 myoblasts were restored by DHC treatment. In conclusion, these results indicated that DHC stimulates p38 MAPK activation, which can enhance heterodimerization of MyoD and E proteins, thus resulting in MyoD activation and myoblast differentiation. These findings suggested that DHC may be considered a potential therapeutic compound for the improvement of muscle stem cell regenerative capacity in injured muscle.</P>
The Research of Interworking System for Closed Plant Factories

식물공장은 센서네트워크를 비롯한 U-IT 기술이 접목된 미래 농업기술 중 하나로서 기존 온실재배 기술의 한계인 외부 환경적 요인의 영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 식물공장의 자동화된 재배 시스템은 작물 재배에 대한 편의 제공이라는 단순한 범위을 벗어나 식물공장에서 취득된 정보을 기반으로 하는 지식베이스의 구축과 이를 활용한 교육, 기타 응용 서비스 개발이 가능한 플랫폼으로서의 확장성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 식물공장의 서비스 확장을 위하여 식물공장 간 작물생육과 연관된 정보의 효율적 공유를 위한 Plant Factory Interworking Service(PFIS) 를 설계하고 이에 대한 구현 및 서비스 테스트에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. The plant factory represents one of the future agricultural systems into which ubiquitous information technology (U-IT) is incorporated, including sensor networking, and helps minimize the influence of external experimental factors that constrain the use of existing greenhouse cultivation techniques. A plant factory’s automated cultivation system does not merely provide convenience for crop cultivation, but also expandability as a platform that helps build a knowledge database based on its acquired information and develop education and other application services using the database. For the expansion of plant factory services, this study designed a plant factory interworking service (PFIS) which allows plant factories to share crop growth-related information efficiently among them and performed a test on the service and its implementation.
고설수경재배 딸기를 위한 온실 복합환경 제어시스템 설계
