국내기업 적용을 위한 학습민첩성의 개념정의와 구성요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

[연구목적] 학습민첩성은 Lombardo and Eichinger(2000)가 그 개념을 최초로 주창한 이래 다양한 관점에서 개념정의와 구성요인 연구가 이루어졌으나 국내기업에의 적용을 위한 목적에서의 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 이에 실천적 관점에서 국내기업에의 적용을 위한 학습민첩성의 개념정의와 구성요인을 탐색해보고 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 선행연구에 대한 문헌고찰, 국내 인적자원개발 관련 산학연 전문가를 활용한 델파이 기법, 초점집단면접을 연구방법으로 채택함으로써 삼각검증을 실시하였다. 먼저 문헌고찰을 통해 사전적 구성요인을 도출하였고, 산학연 전문가 23명으로부터 3차에 걸친 델파이조사를 통하여 개념정의와 구성요인을 확인하였고, 2차와 3차 델파이조사 뒤에 초점집단면접을 실시하여 최종적인 개념정의와 구성요인을 확정하였다. 이 과정에서 내용타당도비율(CVR)을 파악하여 델파이조사의 타당도를 검토하였다. [연구결과] 국내기업에의 실질적 적용을 위한 학습민첩성의 개념적 정의에 있어서 포괄적 접근 관점에서의 개념정의가 이루어졌다. 구성요인은 크게 성장지향, 자아성찰, 관계지향, 변화지향, 유연한 사고, 도전적 실험의 6개가 도출되었다. [연구의 시사점] 학습민첩성 구성요인을 확인함으로써 실천적 관점에서의 교육과정 개발과 상관관계 분석을 위한 토대를 제공할 수 있다. [Purpose] Since Lombardo and Eichinger(2000) advocated the concept of learning agility, a lot of studies had been conducted worldwide. But the research for the purpose of applying to Korean companies is relatively insufficient. The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual definition and constructs of learning agility from a practical point of view. [Methodology] For this purpose, we conducted triangulation by adopting literature review, 3-round Delphi method, and 2-round focus group interview. 23 experts from universities, research institutes and industries participated in the Delphi survey. CVR(Content Validity Ratio) was used as a criteria for the selection of constructs. [Findings] The characteristic of learning agility concept derived from Delphi method and FGI is that it takes the comprehensive approach. 6 major constructs of growth-oriented, self-reflective, relationship-oriented, change-oriented, flexible thinking, and challenging experiments are derived. [Implications] Identified constructs provide a foundation for curriculum development and correlation analysis from a practical perspective. As a result, it can help reinforce learning agility in Korean companies.

흉선 유암종을 동반한 제 1형 다발성 내분비 선종증

Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) is an autosomal dominant tumor syndrome. Thymic carcinoid tumors in MEN1 are not common and their natural history is little known. But development of thymic carcinoid tumors is important because in 1993, they were identified as a frequent case of death. There has not been a report of case in Korea so far. We encountered a case of thymic carcinoid in MEN1. A 42 year old man was referred presenting with diabetes of 12 years duration. Abnormal findings in his blood chemistry were hypercalcemia and hyperprolactinemia. 99mTc-sestamibi scintigraphy showed parathyroid adenoma and hyperplasia. Sella MRI showed pituitary macroadenoma. Abnormal CT scan demonstrated multiple pancreas islet cell tumors, bilateral adrenal tumor and thymoma. Subtotal parathyroidectomy with thymectomy was perfomed and thymic carcinoid was confirmed. This is the first report of thymic carcinoid with MEN1 in Korea.(Korean J Med 69:428-433, 2005)

Case Report : Hepatoid Carcinoma of the Pancreas Combined with Neuroendocrine Carcinoma

Hepatoid carcinoma is a primary extrahepatic carcinoma whose morphology, immunohistochemistry, and behavior are similar to those of hepatocellular carcinoma. The most common sites of extrahepatic carcinoma are the stomach and ovary, but nine cases of hepatocellular differentiation of the pancreas have been reported in the literature. We report another case of hepatoid carcinoma of the pancreas that was associated with the development of a pancreatic endocrine carcinoma in a 46-year-old man. Serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was elevated to 262.49 IU/mL and radiological examinations revealed a mass measuring 7.5 cm in diameter in the head of the pancreas. He underwent a conventional Whipple operation, and light microscopy showed adenocarcinoma that was immunopositive for AFP, hepatocyte antigen, cytokeratin, chromogranin, synaptophysin, and alpha-1 antichymotrypsin. Although hepatoid differentiation was not shown unequivocally histologically, other immunohistochemistry findings supported the diagnosis of hepatoid carcinoma combined with neuroendocrine carcinoma. The patient was healthy and had no evidence of recurrence at 4 months after the surgery. This report describes why hepatoid carcinoma should be considered as a differential diagnosis of a pancreatic mass, especially when serum AFP is elevated. (Gut Liver 2010;4:98-102)

Bile duct web is very rare disease and it`s etiology is controversial. Some webs are occurred in the presence of chronic inflammation, frequently associated with bile duct stone, but others are thought to be congenital. Many patients with bile duct web are asymptomatic, but they sometimes present symptom of biliary obstruction and cholangitis. It can be diagnosed by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatogram, typically appearing as thin and shelf like radiolucent ring. We report a case of the common bile duct web with bile duct stones diagnosed by Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in a 65-year-old man. The patient was treated by balloon dilatation successfully.

Paik Nam-June is known as a Video Artist. However, it is not only a video which has been applied as an art presentation tool by Paik Nam-June. But also, he has used every kind of communication tools, from secondhand TVs to the networks of a satellite, among those made by humans ever. Nevertheless, we can not talk about him without mentioning a video. If it is so, only videos can talk about the art world of Paik Nam-June? There is something continued in Paik Nam-June in the various kinds of changes from this time to now. And I, researcher thinks that the very something is the visualization of music. At this time, music is Avant-garde music which has been affected by Arnold Schonberg, John Cage and etc. as 'noise or dissonance.' As mentioned in the above, we have contemplated the art world of Paik Nam-June, which had started after meeting with John Cage at 〈International Summer Course New Music〉 in Darmstadt in 1958, as the visualization of music, not as a media of video. As the result, the work of Paik Nam-June can be seen to be developed by three kinds of influences, as follow. Sound is shown as action-music performance, with the direct influence of absolute hollowness and noise of John Cage, originated from Zen Buddhism, while the foundation of it is known to be from the liberation of dissonance of Arnold Schonberg and creative impromptu of shamanic sound.

Efficiency enhancement in a-plane InGaN/GaN light emitters with carbon nanotubes.

<P>This study investigates the coupling modes of a-plane InGaN/GaN mutiquantum wells (MQWs) with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). The enhancement of light emissions at resonance photon energies can be explained by the surface plasmon coupling of the MQW-SWCNT hybrid structure. The photoluminescence (PL) enhancement ratios of the indigo (2.90 eV) emission from MQWs with SWCNTs reveal three coupling modes at 2.50 eV, 2.97 eV, and 3.42 eV. In addition, the trend of the PL intensity ratios and efficiencies corresponds to that of the PL enhancement ratios. The PL efficiencies for the green (2.46 eV) and indigo (2.90 eV) emissions of SWCNT-coated MQWs are 32% and 110% better than the corresponding values of uncoated MQWs, respectively. The results show that the MQW-SWCNT hybrid structure has the potential to be applied in high-efficiency light emitters in the visible and ultraviolet range.</P>

Clinical Features, Diagnosis, Management, and Outcomes of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in Korea: Analysis of the Korea IPF Cohort (KICO) Registry

Background: The Korea Interstitial Lung Disease Study Group has made a new nationwide idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) registry because the routine clinical practice has changed due to new guidelines and newly developed antifibrotic agents in the recent decade. The aim of this study was to describe recent clinical characteristics of Korean IPF patients.Methods: Both newly diagnosed and following IPF patients diagnosed after the previous registry in 2008 were enrolled. Survival analysis was only conducted for patients diagnosed with IPF after 2016 because antifibrotic agents started to be covered by medical insurance of Korea in October 2015.Results: A total of 2,139 patients were analyzed. Their mean age at diagnosis was 67.4±9.3 years. Of these patients, 76.1% were males, 71.0% were ever-smokers, 14.4% were asymptomatic at the time of diagnosis, and 56.9% were at gender-agephysiology stage I. Occupational toxic material exposure was reported in 534 patients. The mean forced vital capacity was 74.6% and the diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide was 63.6%. Treatment with pirfenidone was increased over time: 62.4% of IPF patients were treated with pirfenidone initially. And 79.2% of patients were treated with antifiboritics for more than three months during the course of the disease since 2016. Old age, acute exacerbation, treatment without antifibrotics, and exposure to wood and stone dust were associated with higher mortality.Conclusion: In the recent Korean IPF registry, the percentage of IPF patients treated with antifibrotics was increased compared to that in the previous IPF registry. Old age, acute exacerbation, treatment without antifibrotics, and exposure to wood and stone dust were associated with higher mortality.

The Historical Re-Examination of the Origin of Joseon Yusool as the MILITARY Tactic from Year 1598

Purpose; This study examined the origin of Joseon Yusool and its value as an intangible heritage as a military martial arts from a macro perspective, and the conclusion was drawn as follows. First, the Joseon military is fought against the Japanese enemy who wielded swords and rifles during the Seven Years War of Imjinwaeran. It was necessary to use Yudo first to overcome the opponent and to win the war. Second, since the Japanese invasion of Korea, Yudo was born in 1637, and a new war physical techniques were established in the martial arts world of Japan Third, the Imperial School of the Korean Empire was established in April 1895(the 32nd year of Gojong s reign) with the training camp, which was established in May to train and command the beginners. In particular, the Japanese Foreign Ministry record was Yudo, the main feature of the Joseon Military Academy in 1905, and the Joseon Military Officers made Yusool as a part of the martial arts. Fourth, the beginning of the Joseon Yusool Department was by Emperor Gojong, 100 strong men, Wolnam Lee Sang-jae, and Ryu Geun-su and Na Su-yeong, who were from the Gojong Imperial Academy. It was the first Yusool of Na Su-yeong, the Joseon Yusool, and the first blackbelt holder Kim Hong-shik of YMCA Yusool. In other words, Yusool already existed be-fore the introduction of Yudo of the Japanese Gangdogwan to Joseon. It was also called Yusool in the 1914 Min-istry of Physical Education report. In conclusion, it was the noble martialism of the ancestors through the Joseon Yusool, and we should preserve and develop the spirit and intangible cultural heritage.

Modeling Methodology for Determing Odor Dilutions to Community Odor Threshold Values of Odor Causing Compounds at Sanitary Landfills

This study is to provide reasonable guidance for evaluating acceptable community odor threshold, and to develop a method for evaluating odor dilutions to community odor thresholds associated with appropriate horizontal isolation distances. The one odor unit strategy incorporated into modeling and analysis provides reasonable criteria for evaluating alternative horizontal isolation distances at sanitary landfills. For effective odor reduction, this study suggests that horizontal isolation distance must provide at least 10³dilutions from the original concentration to render odorous compounds odorless.
