        This study is to determine and analyze the effect of work-and organization-related factors of Sports Center employees on their devotion to the organization. In so doing, this study involved 348 people who are currently working for Sports Centers around Kyonggi Province. The survey used in the study was Survey on the effect of work- and organization-related factors of Sports Center employees on their devotion to the organization. And t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, recurrent analysis were introduced to analyze the data resulting from the survey. Based on the analysis, following conclusion was drawn : First, Sports Center employees work-related factor based on their personal background variables showed a statistically significant distinction according to their age, level of education, monthly salary, position and the length of their service. In addition, organization-related factor suggested a statistically significant distinction according to the employees age, monthly salary, position and the length of their service. Secondly, Sports Center employees degree of devotion to the organization indicated a statistically significant difference according to their gender, age, monthly salary, position and the length of service. However, no difference was shown in the level of education. Thirdly, the study suggested that both work-related factor(β= .463) and organization-related factor(β= .368) had an influence on the degree of devotion to the organization.

      • 경찰관의 운동참여에 따른 직무 Stress와 직무만족에 관한 연구

        This study is for the purpose of examining effects related to duty stress & duty satisfaction due to Police of officers' Physical exercise participation, helping more efficient duty Performance, and positive self-formation. Furthermore, providing basic data that can be helpful to the improvement of police duty. The objects of the study were police officers who were taking part in education program in Police Comprehensive Academy, and the number of police officers who answered the questionnaire is 356 police officers, but data used for real analyzation consist of 300 police officers. The tools for the study were based on Ivancevich's duty stress model in order to measure stress. And also questionnaire used on Kim yoon hee, Kim mae ja, Jo kyung soon, Lee hart kyung's study was used as a complementary tool. The instrument for measuring duty satisfaction rate was developed by Paula. And I used the instrument based on questionnaire that was used by Ko hee soon, Park ki hyung, Kim bum sik, Lee jong kil, Lim bun jang, Jo young chang, Hackeman, Lawlar and Oldham's study. Data analysis is Processed statistically with SPSS/PC+, I Performed T-verification, ANOVA-verification in accordance with the purpose of study after getting the percentage and the real number in case of general characteristics of the objects, and examine an average and standard variation in case of duty satisfaction and duty stress rate. And I set an err rate to 0.5. I verificated co-relation between stress and duty satisfaction with Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study is as follows, The first, among sociological characteristic and external factor of duty satisfaction, The married is more significant statistically(p< .01, p<.05) compared to the unmarried in terms of compensation system and working condition , which are subfactor of duty satisfaction . In terms of the length of one's service, the longer service term one has the higher significance level one shows in compensation system, working condition, safety, and external factor which are sub-factors of duty satisfaction In terms of an academic background, one who graduated from a high school shows significance statistically only in working condition which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction compared to other people (p<0.5) The second, among sociological characteristic and internal factor of duty satisfaction, the married is more significant statistically(P<.05) compared to the unmarried in terms of achievement which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction. In terms of age the older one shows higher significance level in stability which is a subfactor of duty satisfaction compared to younker one(p<.05) In terms of the length of one's service the longer service term one has ,the higher significance level one shows(p<.01, p<.05). The third, in terms of duty stress due to sociological variable, the married is more significant statistically(p<.05) in case of stress stems from police duty than the unmarried Interms of age, welfare and duty stress are significant statistically(P<.05) Interms of the length of one's service, police's work is significant statistically(P<.05). One who graduated from junior college is significant statistically in police's work, welfare, stress and gets a lot of stress in personal relations(p<.05). The forth, groups participating in exercise are more significant statistically in stability(p<.001), feeling of stability(P<.001), achievement(p<.001), internal factor(p<.01), external factor(p<.05) than croups not Participating in exercise. The fifth, groups participating in exercise are more significant statistically only in personal management than groups not participating in. The sixth co-relation between duty satisfaction and duty stress is r=-0.3814, (P<.001) ,which shows opposite co-relation. so, a result the more stress one has, the lower duty satisfaction he gets.

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.

      • 都市街路計劃線의 設計. 測設에 對하여

        When future street lines are drawn in urban planning, the lines are entered on cadastral maps without recourse to actual field setting and put on public notice. Thus, when the property owners attempt to build structures on their properties adjacent to these planned streets, they frequently encounter difficulty in precisely setting their property boundaries by plane table survey, disputes often ensue, or the structures end up placed incongruously above or below the street level which is not known prior to the actual construction of the streets, with the met result of permanently damaging the proper functioning of the structures. This paper treats methods for realistically setting the boundaries and elevations of the ill-defined streets to eliminate the causes for such inconvenience of the property owners. The proposed methods deal with; 1. Setting of street lines along a. straight line b. simple curve c. transition curve 2. Setting in elevation of street levels.

      • 竝列處理技法에 依한 交通配分에서의 最短經路探索

        The objective of study is to introduce the shortest path searching algorithms and compare the efficiency(or speed) of the shortest path searching in traffic assignment between sequential method and parallel processing method. The main purpose of parallel processing is to perform computations faster than can be done with a single processor by using a number of processors concurrently. The research area is Daegu city. This study performed with the system as follows; IMS B008-1(Transputer motherboard with 4 TRAMs) and algorithm. It was written ANSI-C language. The result of elapsed running time with 3 TRAMs achived speed up of average 2.75 times(2.71∼2.84) compared with 1 TRAMs. If the hardware system could be composed with the configuration of Mesh or Hypercube architecture, study more efficient parallel algorithms, we can expect to make efficient use of memory, perform traffic phenomenon as a real time.

      • 비정상교통류에서의 운전자 경로학습 : Systems Dynamics Approach

        경로유도는 교통의 수급문제를 해결하기 위한 방법 중의 하나이다. 본 연구는 공공기관의 경로유도에 있어서 비정상교통류상태에 있는 운전자들의 경로학습을 스텔라 시뮬레이션 언어로 Systems Dynamics화 한 것이다. Systems Dynamics는 경영과학이나 산업공학의 분야에서 의사결정과정의 수치해석적 또는 이론분석적 관리에 의한 조직적 접근법이다. 본 연구에서의 Systems Dynamics는 비정상교통류에서 운전자의 행태를 분석하기 위한 유용한 시뮬레이션법이라 생각된다. 특히, Systems Dynamics는 동적인 변화의 상황에 뛰어난 적응성을 보여주었다. The route guide is a method which is one of the solution of the traffic demand problems. For the route guide by a public corporation, this study is modeling of the route choice behavior under nonstationary traffic condition with systems dynamics approach using the Stella simulation language. The systems dynamics is systematic approach supplemented by the decision making process of management to the numerical and theoretical analyses in the field of the operations research or the industrial engineering. In the results of this study, the systems dynamics seems to be one of the useful simulation methods for the analysis of a driver's behaviour under nonstationary traffic condition. The systems dynamics approach, especially, shows a good and adaptive respondence at a dynamical changeable conditions.

        From the experimental study on the 3-axis cutting work of Mild steel, the characteristics such as spindle speed and feed for the third point height, average spacing of roughness peaks, bearing ratio. Experiments is roughness for sampling length determine of measuring length of cutting feed 200, 400, 600, 800mm/min and spindle speed 800, 1000, 1200, 1400rpm. Third point height is spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition 1000rpm at 200, 400, 600mm/min third point height to minimum decreased. Third point height is feed with most suitable cutting condition 400mm/min at 1000, 1200, 1400rpm third point height to minimum decreased. Average spacing of roughness peaks are spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition feed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are increased. spindle speed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are decreased. Bearing ratio is spindle speed with feed increased to bearing ratio decreased.

      • 지방산, 지방 알코올 및 프로필렌글리콜이 클렌부테롤의 경피투과에 미치는 영향

        Clenbuterol, a selective β_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a potent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. For the purpose of developing a transdermal preparation for clenbuterol, we attempted to select an optimal solvent system and permeation enhancer among fatty acids and fatty alcohols which are known to accelerate the penetration of various drugs in permeation experiments using hairless mouse skin and Franz diffusion cell. Apparent partition coefficient of clenbuterol was increased as pH of buffer solution was increased and solubility of clenbuterol was increased as the percent of propylene glycol(PG) in buffer solution(pH10) was increased. Permeability of clenbuterol from different buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixtures was decreased as the percent of PG in pH 10 buffer solution was increased and among the various enhancers studied, lauryl alcohol was found to be the most effective enhancer, increasing the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 76-fold compared with control. Lauryl alcobol(0-2%) enhanced the permeability of clenbuterol concentration-dependently. In this study, the optimal solvent system for the penetration of clenbuterol was found to be 50/50 buffer(pH 10)/PG solvent mixture containing 2% lauryl alcohol.

      • GPS測位法을 이용한 移動體의 位置測定에 관한 硏究

        본 硏究에서는 人工衡星 測位法인 GPS 技法을 이용하여 測位點이 連續적으로 변화하는 경우에 대해 實測해 보았다. 實測方法은 自動車를 이용하여 그 走行軌跡을 測定하였으며, 大邱市의 衛路上에서 870個 測定點에 대하여 分析해 보았다. 測定裝備는 移動體 測位의 目的에 적합하다고 판단되는 NavTrac모델을 利用하여 分析하였으며, 그 結果는 다음과 같은 結論을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. GPS測位裝備 중 移動體資料用으로 精度 25mRMS 範圍로서 基本圖面 1/25,000 圖上에서 位置表現이 充分하였다. 2. 都心部에서의 測位誤差는 PDOP 3∼15(15∼75m)의 範圍로서 實測結果 測位誤差가 50m 以上인 地點은 總 測位地點 870個 地點 중에서 3個 地點으로 分析되었다. 3. 測位結果의 解析을 위한 座標系의 變換에 있어서 WGS-84를 東京座標系로 變換하여 分析하는 것이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 分析 結果로 볼 때 그 利用目的에 따라서 적정한 GPS測位 裝備를 이용하는 경우 매우 效果的인 3次元 座標를 구할 수 있을 것으로 判斷된다. This paper presents the results of research to develop an automatic measurement of a navigation by Global Positioning System(GPS) technique with the help of NavTrac model(manufactured by Trimble Ltd.). An experimental cruising assesses the accuracy of the GPS for the dimensional navigation. The GPS position was analyzed in terms of the plane coordinates(X, Y), which are gained by the transformation of WGS-80 to Tokyo coordinate. From the results of the test cruising, the differences between actual and cruised coordinates are did not exceed ±25m. This error bound is assumed to be an heuristic discriminative region at 1/25,000 base map. The use of this GPS positioning technique would be well suited for avariety of applications where cost effectiveness becomes an important factor.
