This paper deals with classification of load pattern in unit building. A typical load pattern has been an importance role in operation and cogeneration planning of unit building. A Kohonen SOFM has been applied to the measeured data in summer. Also, Correlation Cofficient method has for this. It is shown that the classification of load pattern is very useful.

n-type Si water(100) 위에 Mo를 1000Å을 증착한 후 400℃에서 120분간 pre-annealing(예비 열처리)하고 기존의 FA(Furnace Annealing) 방법과 본 실험실에서 개발, 제작한 RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing) 장치로 post-annealing하여 hexagonal MoSi_2와 tetragonal MoSi_2를 형성하였다. 이는 XRD로 phase를 확인하였으며 AES depth profile를 이용하여 Si의 확산 메카니즘을 조사하였다. 기판의 온도가 400℃인 경우 MoSi_2의 형성이 용이하고 표면의 grain의 morphology 또한 FA방법에 비해 RTA방법이 크고 균일하게 형성되고 pre-annealing한 시편이 균일한 grain을 형성함을 알았다. 이는 grain의 morphology가 확산에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있음을 암시하고 있다. Mo films with a thickness of 1000Å were prepared on n-type Si(100) substrates by electron beam evaporation and heated to form the MoSi_2 of the hexagonal-and tetragonal-phase by the FA(Furnace Annealing) and RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing) methods. The phases of Mo-silicide were confirmed by XRD. AES depth profiles were performed to obtain the Si distribution by the diffusion. Also, the change of MoSi_2 surface morphology was analyzed by SEM and EDX to investigate the mechanism of diffusion. When the substrate temperature was 400℃, well defined MoSi_2 was formed easily, the morphology of grain was distributed largely and uniformly. And it was found that the performance of the pre-annealing before post-annealing lead to lower about 150℃ for the formation temperature of very stable MoSi_2.

<P>A biocompatible, robust polymer micelle bearing pH-hydrolyzable shell cross-links was developed for efficient intracellular delivery of doxorubicin (DOX). The rationally designed triblock copolymer of poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(<SMALL>l</SMALL>-aspartic acid)-poly(<SMALL>l</SMALL>-phenylalanine) (PEG-PAsp-PPhe) self-assembled to form polymer micelles with three distinct domains of the PEG outer corona, the PAsp middle shell, and the PPhe inner core. Shell cross-linking was performed by the reaction of ketal-containing cross-linkers with Asp moieties in the middle shells. The shell cross-linking did not change the micelle size and the spherical morphology. Fluorescence quenching experiments confirmed the formation of shell cross-linked diffusion barrier, as judged by the reduced Stern−Volmer quenching constant (<I>K</I><SUB>SV</SUB>). Dynamic light scattering and fluorescence spectroscopy experiments showed that shell cross-linking improved the micellar physical stability even in the presence of micelle disrupting surfactants, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The hydrolysis kinetics study showed that the hydrolysis half-life (<I>t</I><SUB>1/2</SUB>) of ketal cross-links was estimated to be 52 h at pH 7.4, whereas 0.7 h at pH 5.0, indicating the 74-fold faster hydrolysis at endosomal pH. Ketal cross-linked micelles showed the rapid DOX release at endosomal pH, compared to physiological pH. Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) showed that ketal cross-linked micelles were taken up by the MCF-7 breast cancer cells via endocytosis and transferred into endosomes to hydrolyze the cross-links by lowered pH and finally facilitate the DOX release to inhibit proliferation of cancer cells. In order to find potential anticancer agents, we extracted pheophytin from silkworm feces according to various dry and storage methods such as sun dry, shade dry, fresh freezing dry and freezing dry after freezing storage (for 1∼3 years). The pheophytin extracts, mainly 10-hydroxypheophytin a, little b, of various storage silkworm feces were analyzed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array and fluorescence detection. The content of those pheophytih in old silkworm for 3 years (freezing storage and freezing dried in use, or freezing dried and cold storage) was better than others. The cytotoxicity of the pheophytin extracts and ethanol extracts of various storage silkworm feces were measured using Jurkat cells originated from human leukemia, using dye uptake assay (MTT) in order to find effective photodynamic therapeutic agents. The anticancer activity of those pheophytin extracts in various storage methods showed little difference among them. But ethanol extracts of fresh freezing dried silkworm in the current year was good cytotoxic activity than those of any other silkworm feces. With regards to these results, fresh ethanol extracts of silkworm feces were better than old ones. On the other hands, the pheophytin extracts of old silkworm feces contained the highest percentage of pheophytin content and showed good cytotoxicity against cancer cells by changing the pheophytin into pheophobide in the degradative process.

Newly reclaimed tidal land is known to be in low status of soil fertility. The incorporation of crop residue is an effective method to improve soil properties and fertility in reclaimed saline soils. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of rice straw (RS) application to improve physico-chemical properties of saline-sodic soil and its contribution to productivity of whole crop barley. Increasing rate of rice straw improved growth parameter related to yield of whole crop barley, which increased tiller number significantly (p<0.05).The yield increased by 15% (F.W) and 9% (D.W) in rice straw-amended plots. The content of soil organic matter (SOM) in the surface soil (0-20cm) with rice straw incorporation increased by 5~9% (RS 2.5~RS 7.5) compared to RS 0, in which the content of SOM decreased after two consecutive cultivations. Rice straw incorporation promoted soil physico-chemical properties and nutrient-availability of the test crop, as indicated in change in soil bulk density, porosity and increased nutrient uptake of plant. Especially, the P content and uptake of whole crop barley increased with increasing the rate of rice straw application. In conclusion, the rice straw application at rates of $5.0-7.5ton{\cdot}ha^{-1}$ in reclaimed saline soils effectively improved soil properties and crop productivity, which has potentials to reduce the loss of chemical fertilizers and facilitate the favorable condition for crop growth under adverse soil condition.
Biochemical Properties of Acetylcholinesterase from the Larval Head of Bombyx mori

We investigated some biochemical properties of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the Bombyx mori larval head. 1% Triton X-100 (v/v) was suitable for extracting AChE from the silkworm larval head but 1 M NaCl was not suitable. PAGE analysis showed a single band of AChE that was detected by histochemical staining using acetylthiocholine as a substrate. AChE was also partially purified with Sepharose 6B and DEAE-cellulose column. Finally, the specific activity of partially purified enzyme solution was 7.6. The study on inhibitor specificity indicated that the enzyme under study was a true cholinesterase (ChE) or AChE. AChE activity was maximum at the substrate concentration of $5{\times}10^{-4}$ M and the excess substrate inhibited the AChE activity. The optimal pH and temperature were pH 7.0-9.0 and 30-35$^{\circ}C$.

본 논문에서는 계층적 SVM을 이용한 전력용 변압기의 고장진단 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 전처리 과정, 정상/고장판별부, 고장원인판별부, 열화추이분석부로 구성된다. 제안한 고장진단과정을 보면, 전처리부에서는 DGA에 의해 얻어진 가스 데이터의 특징벡터를 산출한다. 그 다음단계로 정상/고장 판별부에서는 얻어진 특징벡터를 이용하여 SVM에 의해 정상/고장 여부를 진단한다. 고장원인 판별부에서는 진단하고자 하는 변압기가 고장으로 판정이 난 경우에 다중-클래스 SVM에 의해 고장원인을 판정한다. 또한 정상/고장판별부에서 정상이라 판정할 지라도 열화추이분석부에서 FCM에 의해 구축된 고장모델과 정상데이터간의 거리척도를 이용하여 고장추이를 분석 한다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 보이기 위한 실험결과에서 기존의 방법들에 비해서 향상 된 진단결과를 보임을 확인하였다.

건축외장용 접착제 중 일반적으로 사용되는 접착제를 용도별로 선정하였으며, 접착제의 종류는 스티로폼용, 목공용, 석재용, 타일용, 창호전용 등 총 5가지이다. 본 연구에서는 건축외장용 접착제를 대상으로 콘칼로리미터를 이용하여 발열특성을 알아보았다. 실험 조건은 ISO 5660 규격에 맞춰 각각의 접착제를 100 mm<TEX>${\times}$</TEX>100 mm 크기의 성형틀에 굳힌 다음 복사열 50 <TEX>$kW/m^2$</TEX>의 조건으로 실험을 실시하였다. 건축외장용 접착제의 연소특성을 정량적으로 나타낸 연구결과는 각각의 화재위험 정도를 분류하는 기초자료로 활용하는데 의의를 두었다.
주거용 부하에 대한 고조파 영향 분석 및 개선된 부하모델 개발

In this study, we developed RBFN(Radial Basis Function Networks) based load modeling method with harmonic components. The developed method considers harmonic information as well as fundamental frequency and voltage considered as essential factors in conventional method. Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to effectively estimate load characteristics in power lines with harmonics. RBFN has some advantage such as simple structure and rapid computation ability compared with multi-layer perceptorn which is extensively applied for load modeling. To verify the effectiveness, the proposed method has been intensively tested with various dataset acquired under the different frequency and voltage and compared it with conventional methods such as polynomial method, MLPN and RBFN with no harmonic components.
