It was attempted to observe the uptake of ginseng saponin by red blood cells in this study. The effect of the saponin on protein biosynthesis using immature red blood cells of rats was also investigated and the following results were obtained. 1. Red blood cell suspension in isotonic buffer was incubated in ginseng saponin solution of various concentrations and the 50% hemolysis was found to be 3×10^(-3)%. 2. when the red blood cell suspension was incubated with 10^(-4)% ginseng saponin containing radioactive saponin (0.014 μCi) about 19% of the total saponin was taken up by the cells and mcst of them were in cytosol fraction. 3. When glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase was assayed in the presence of various amounts of ginseng saponin, it was found that the activity was stimulated in 10^(-5)% saponin solution. 4. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase of the red cells which were incubated in 10^(-4)% saponin solution was found to be stimulated (20%). 5. When immature red blood cells were incubated in reaction mixture containing 10^(-4) saponin, it was found that the protein biosynthesis was stimulated about 124% of the control.

쥐의 적혈구에 대한 인삼 사포닌의 용혈 활성과 그 침투 여부를 조사하고 미숙 적혈구에서의 단백질 합성에 미치는 인삼 사포닌의 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 적혈구를 여러 가지 농도의 인삼 사포닌 분획을 포함한 등장액에 방치하였을 때 사포닌의 농도가 $1{\times}10^{-3}%$ 이하일 때는 용혈 활성이 전혀 관측되지 않았으며, $10^{-2}%$ 이상에서는 현저한 용혈 활성을 나타내었고, $3{\times}10^{-3}%$ 때는 50%의 용혈을 나타내었다. 2. 적혈구를 $^{14}C$으로 표지된 방사성 인삼 사포닌($0.014\;{\mu}Ci$)을 함유한 $10^{-4}%$ 사포닌 분획 용액에 10분간 방치하면 가해준 사포닌의 약 19%가 적혈구내로 침투되고 그 대부분은 세포질에 존재함이 관측되었다. 3. 적혈구를 $10^{-4}%$ 인삼 사포닌 분획 용액에 10분간 방치한 후 분리한 시토졸의 Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase의 활성이 크게(20%) 증가된 것으로 보아도 침투된 인삼 사포닌이 원형질 분획에 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 4. 사혈성 빈혈을 일으킨 쥐에서 얻은 미숙 적혈구에서의 $^{14}C$-leucine의 단백질로의 편입도 $10^{-4}%$ 사포닌 분획 용액에서 촉진(20%)되었음이 관찰되었다. 중국 문화산업의 공급 측 구조 개혁(供给侧改革) 의의와 시사점 연구

본 연구는 중국에서 2016년부터 본격적으로 추진되고 있는 “문화산업 공급 측 구조 개혁(供给侧结构性改革)”과 관련하여 학계의 연구동향과 정부의 정책 내용을 분석함으로써 한국 문화산업이 나아가야할 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 중국의 학계 등의 연구에서 제시하고 있는 중국 문화산업의 주요 문제점으로 수요공급의 불일치, 과잉공급 문제, 낮은 문화 소비율, 투융자 구조의 불합리, 국제적 영향력 부족 등을 지적하고 개혁할 것을 주문하고 있다. 한편 정부에서는 2016년부터 2020년까지 추진되는 <13.5 시기 문화산업 발전 규획(十三五时期文化产业发展规划)>의 지도 사상에서 공급 측 구조 개혁을 주 노선으로 설정하고, 문화산업 전반에 대한 개혁 과제들을 반영하는 등 정부차원이 강한 의지를 반영, 개혁의 속도를 높이고 있다. 본 연구를 통한 한국에의 시사점으로는 4차 산업혁명 등 문화산업 환경 변화를 반영한 새로운 문화산업 정책 방향을 제시할 것과 소비자 요구에 부응하는 유효한 공급 확대, 투융자시스템 개선, 수요시장 확대, 공정한 시장경쟁 환경 조성 등 5대 분야를 중심으로 시사점을 제시하였다. Regarding “Supply-side Structural Reforms of Chinese Cultural Industry(供给侧结构性改革)” that has been genuinely promoted since 2016 in China, this study aims to analyze research trends in academic circles and policies carried out by the government and draw implications about what culture industry should pursue in Korea. First of all, research conducted through industrial-educational cooperation mainly and commonly points out such problems as imbalance between demand and supply, oversupply, low culture consumption, absurdity in loans and investments structures, and lack of international influence and demands reformation. In the side of the government, <13.5 Plan for Developing Culture Industry promoted from 2016 to 2020 reflects the government’s strong will taking structural reformation in the side of supply as its major route and presenting tasks to reform culture industry in general. Next, concerning implications for Korea, this author suggests them in five areas: to establish directions for new culture industry policies reflecting the changes of environment in culture industry, say, the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, to increase valid supply correspondingly to consumer demand, to improve loans and investments systems, to enlarge demand markets, and to form environment for fair market competition.
오배자의 항산화활성 및 B16 Melanoma cell을 통한 멜라닌 생성 억제능에 관한 연구

To search for new skin-lighting agents, the inhibitory property of Galla Rhois Extracts and Fractions on melanogenesis was investigated. The inhibitory action of Galla Rhois Extracts and Fractions on mushroom tyrosinase was revealed. To explore the action of Galla Rhois Extracts and Fractions on melanogenesis, the inhibition of tyrosinase and melanin contents were measured in B16F10 melanoma cells. Results show that ethylacetate fraction of Galla Rhois has strong antioxidative activity and inhibited tyrosinase activity. Also ethylacetate fraction of Galla Rhois reduced melanin contents in B16F10cells. Therefore, this data indicate Galla Rhois as a potential pigmentation reagents.

Peucedani japonici Radix is the root of Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg and has been used for folk medicine for curing palsy andalleviation of fever, and recently as its leaves are also used for food, its production and consumption are increasing. In the results ofconducting experiments to confirm the efficacy of Peucedani japonici Radix for whitening and anti-wrinkle, by using MeOH extract, itwas divided into CHCl3 and 30% MeOH Fr., and 60% MeOH Fr., MeOH Fr., H2O Fr., and from 30% MeOH Fr., two substances wereisolated and from CHCl3 Fr., one substance was isolated, and as a result of confirming the structure through the results of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FAB-MS, it was confirmed that these substances were guanosine, adenosine, and scopoletin. In order to evaluate the efficacy ofthese isolated compounds for whitening and anti-wrinkle, experiments on tyrosinase inhibition activity and elastase inhibition activitywere conducted. As a result of the experiments, it was confirmed that tyrosinase inhibition activity had relatively superior tyrosinaseinhibition activity efficacy in scopoletin (IC50=67.21.g/mL), compared with kojic acid (IC50= 26.96.g/mL) which was used as thepositive control group. And in the anti-wrinkle efficacy, it was confirmed that scopoletin (IC50=375.12.g/mL), although elastaseinhibition activity efficacy was low, had relatively superior inhibition efficacy, compared with ursolic acid (IC50=66.98.g/mL) whichwas used as the positive control group. Through these results, it was confirmed that Peucedani japonici Radix could be used as mult-functional material for whitening and anti-wrinkle.

The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze five physical educational value orientation of pre service elementary teachers. This study was analyzed difference of value orientation by sex, subject, grade. The subject of this study were 210 pre service elementary teachers. On the basic of the analyzed data, the conclusions following; 1. National university of education grade 9 students were highly recognized in the ecological integration value, and social reconstruction value was the lowest recognized. 2. National university of education physical education grade 4 men and women students were highly recognized in the ecological integration value, and social reconstruction value was the lowest recognized. 3. There were difference in grade ; physical education grade 1, 2, 3 were highly recognized in the ecological integration value, and grade 1, 2 students disciplinary mastery value, grade 3 students social reconstruction value was the lowest recognized.
