      • Rifampicin에 의한 것으로 추정되는 위막성 대장염1예

        Pseudomembranous colitis, caused by altering the normal colonic flora and allowing the multiplication of Clostridium difficile, is an deleterious adverse effect of antibiotics. But it is rarely reported by rifampicin. Rifampicin is one of the first line drug in the treatment of tuberculosis and many patients are exposed to its potential adverse effects. We experienced a patient that had abdominal discomfort and hematochezia due to pseudomembranous colitis after receiving antituberculous medication, and which was probably caused by rifampicin. A 82 years old man was admitted with abdominal discomfort and hematochezia for one week. On the past history he had been diagnosed as endobronchial tuberculosis about 4 months ago. Colonoscopy revealed multiple discrete whitish mucosal lesion on rectosigmoid colon, and histologic findings were consistent with pseudomembranous colitis. The antituberculous agents were discontinued and vancomycin was administered. The patient's symptoms were resolved within several days. There was no recurrence after reinstitution of the antituberculous agents excluding rifampicin. We report here on a case of pseudomembranous colitis probably due to rifampicin.

        이국취향의 요인과 현대패션에 나타난 이국취향

        This study aims to analyse a trend of exoticism which is often mentioned inthe contemporary western fashion. I analyse the internal elements of the exoticism in the fashion. By applying these elements to the exoticism of modern fashion, I intended to make it a useful instrument for interpreting modern fashion. The results of this study are as follow. The internal elements of exoticism are summarized as escapism, curiosity, fantasy, hybridism and pluralism. 1. From the 19th century to the 1960s : The exoticism shown in the western fashion are influenced by such elements as curiosity and escapism. And diverse and plural exotic elements added a fantastic element to the exoticism. 2. After 1960s : Escapism acted much more because people thought exoticism offer a refuge from overall social problems of modern consumer society. Late in the 20th century, fantastic and hybrid element became more prominent in exoticism. And I found pluralistic view point was the other element of exoticism.

      • 몇가지 멀칭資料가 마늘의 生育에 미치는 影響

        In the cultivation of the garlic, the limitted factor was known as the soil temperature in the spring, injury Hylemyia antiqua and soil moisture. This study was carried out to find out the effect of various mulching treatment on the growth of gralic, and the influence of various mulching such as transparent plastic film, straw and black plastic films on the soil temperature, soil moisture, appearance of Hylemyia antiqua, and development of clove and yield. The mulching treatment was applied on 30th March 1977, and Susan local variety was exermined as sample. The result were summerized as follows, 1. In the early period of growth, the soil temperature was raised about 5.2℃ by double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top),4.6℃ by transparent vinyl, 2.7℃ by black vinyl, 1.5℃ by straw compare with control. The latter period of growth, there was no different on the soil temperature between mulching treatment. 2. Moisture content in the soil was high by the mulching treatments at dry season. In mulching, double mulching (straws under, transparent vinyl top) treatment was effective, and the order of subsequently was straw, black vinyl, double mulching (trans-parent vinyl under, straw top), transparent vinyl, control. After the rain, the straw mulching was highest moisture content and the order of subsquently, control, double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top), double mulching (transparent vinyl under, straw top), black vinyl, transparent vinyl. 3. Appearance of weeds was significantly decreased double mulching (straw under, trans-parent vinyl top, black vinyl, double mulching (transparent vinyl under, straw top), and straw, but transparent vinyl was signinificantly increased the weed appearance. 4. The root dry weight was increased more by mulching treatment than control, and among the treatments, double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top) treatment was heaviest in root dry weight. 5. For the protection of Hylemyia antiqua, the mulching treatment was effective. But straw mulching was not. The fresh weight, the diameter, and the clove weight were increased by mulching treatment, auld among the treatment, double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top) treatment was most effective. In the early growth stake, the growth under the transparent vinyl mulching was more effective than double mulching (straw under transparent vinyl top) treatment, but in later growth stage, double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top) treatment promoted the growth more than transparent vinyl mulching. 7. The bulb weight was increased by mulching treatment more than control. Among the treatment, double mulching (straw under, transparent vinyl top) treatment was most effective.

        남성 정장류 생산업체의 개별주문생산 실태

        The research of the current situation of made-to-measure production by ready-made men's suit companies was done by interviewing and surveying the made-to-measure specialists. It was apparent that most frequently purchased items in Mass Customization were jackets of formal dress. The results of the research on the current situation of Mass Customization by ready-made clothes companies were as follows. The Mass Customization accounted for 3∼10%. The advantages of Mass Customization were more acceptable sizes, designs and details while the initial reasons for it were unusual physical figures and designs. The posture of a customer during measuring turned out to be critical enough to influence fitness after production. The companies in the research were found out to have materials for Mass Customization in storage and the sizes and other data of fixed circle of customers who would want Mass Customization saved in computer in most of the cases.

      • 건축 조형 교과 연구 : Aesthetic Viewpoints Upon the Resources of Form in Architecture 건축 형태의 원천에 관한 미학적 입장들의 모형 비교

        Teachers of architectural form in their class(either Architectural Design or Architectural Form) has various viewpoints about the sources of architectural form. In this paper the author compares some very typical models of positions on architectural form. There can be three major resources from which the architects derive their architectural form, 1) nature, including the human body 2) artefacts and precedents, whether ordinary, artistic or architectural and 3) architectural project itself, with emphasis either on form or content. Deep concerns in nature brings out classic rules or organic spontaneity in architectural form. In this context, 'natural-ness' and 'abstraction' are some of major problematic themes. These themes cover also some domain of the second position which contains the typological approach. Kitch or straight revivalism might be some pitfalls in this position. In contrast the anti-aesthetic attitudes or the formalists emphasize the autonomy of either architectural program or form. These positions don't seem to be easily reconciled, and the students need some critical intelligence. Originality could be achieved with generosity and openness to these various views but not with some anarchistic relativism.

      • 개별 주문 생산에 의한 남선 재킷의 착의 평가 : 중년 비만 남성을 중심으로

        This study is to evaluate the production process and feeling to get dressed of the pattern of a formal jacket according to characteristics of a customer's physical figure which is not covered by ready-made clothes and thus is required individually ordered one. The experiment jackets were made to fit the body sizes of overweight middle-aged men subjects who were physical figure "LB" or "LBB" with body mass index over 1.65 which means no ready-made clothes will fit them. Size fitness and wearing comfort of the experimental jackets by each alteration were evaluated. Alteration methods of jackets were different from each other according to the companies. For the subjects who was "LBB" physical figure with thick belly and 181㎝ in height, the experiment jacket which was small in width between front bodice pattern and back bodice pattern came short of the standard of upside down triangle physical figure set by the National Institute of Technology and Quality, while it induced a better evaluation form the subject who had upside down triangular shape and "LB" physical figure and 173㎝ in height since he had broad shoulders and small waist to better fit in the experiment jacket with a small width between front and back pattern.

      • 菜蔬栽培에 미치는 Plastic Film의 被覆效果에 관한 硏究

        菜蔬의 促成栽培에 있어 하우스의 被覆材料로 使用되는 poly film 과 PVC, EVA flex film 等이 被覆效果를 比較하여 가장 適正한 材料選擇에 參考로 하고저 이들 필름을 딸기, 오이, 토마토, 고추를 供試作物로 하여 實驗한 結果 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 하우스의 保溫力을 보면 poly film에 比하여 PVC 0.5 ∼ 1.0℃, EVA 1∼ 2℃로 EVA가 가장 效果的이였다. 2. 하우스내의 日光 透過는 EVA가 가장 좋으며 PVC, poly film은 다같이 낮았다.(時間이 經過되면 poly보다 PVC가 좋다) 3. 하우스의 位置別照度는 南側이 가장 높았고 다음이 中央, 가장 낮은 것은 北側이었다. 4. 토마토育苗에 미치는 영향은 poly보다 PVC, EVA가 效果的이었으나 PVC, EVA 間에 差異가 認定되지 않았다. 5. 토마토의 收穫量에 미치는 영향을 보면 poly에 比하여 EVA 6%, PVC12%의 增收가 認定되었으며 特히 早期收穫量은 poly에 比하여 PVC가 29%나 增加되었다. 6. 고추育苗結果는 poly에 比하여 EVA가 乾物重에서 17%, 總收穫量에서 10%나 많았으며 早期收量은 2倍로 큰 效果가 認定되었다. 7. 딸기에서의 被覆效果를 보면 poly에 比하여 PVC 被覆으로 開花期가 8日間이나 促進되었으며 早期收量은 83%나 增加하였다. 8. 이상의 결과로서 하우스의 被覆材料로서 poly film보다는 앞으로 PVC 나 EVA film을 使用함이 效果的일 것이다. This study was carried out to find out the influence of the plastic films(POLY, EVA, PVC film) on the vegetable, In this study, strawberry, cucumber, tomato and red popper were exermined as a sample. The results were as follows. 1. PVC and EVA films were more effective than POLY on the heat insulation of the plastic house by plastic film covering. PVC was 0.5 ∼ 1.0℃, EVA was 1∼ 2℃ higher than POLY film. 2. PVC and EVA films were more effective than POLY film on the light intensity at the plastic house than POLY film. 3. There was much difference in light intensity under the plastic films owing to the location such as south side was highest and north side was lowest. 4. PVC and EVA film were more effective than POLY film for the growth of tomato seedling, and effective growth was not recognized between PVC and EVA. 5. PVC and EVA film were more effective than POLY film for promoting yield, 6% by EVA, 12% PVC were promoted yield of tomato. Especially premature yield was increased 29% by PVC film covering compare to poly film. 6. The dry weight of red pepper sedling was more increased 17% by covering EVA film than PVC and EVA covering promoted the total yield 10% and premature yield was double. 7. PVC film covering was promoted 8 days the flowering date of strawberry and increased the yild 83%. 8. Because of above result, it was found out that PVC and EVA films will be more useful matter than POLY film in vegetable forcing.

        중증의 둔상환자에 대한 외상처치의 적정진료 평가

        The trauma is the leading cause of death in the first four decades of life, but, in Korea, the trauma system and emergency medical services system are not develped well. Because the outcome of severely injured patients often depends on the severity of trauma and quality of trauma care, the verification of the institutional capability to care for trauma patients according to the "optimal care" guideline has been a natural sequel. And the quality assurance for evaluating outcome of trauma care is need to develop or upgrade trauma care furthermore. The present study is an prospective evaluation of trauma outcome and quality assurance of our hospital by use of TRISS and Z statics. Logistic function norms related TRISS values to patient`s survival probability(Ps). 155 patients, who were severely injured by blunt trauma(ISS≥16) and older than 15 years old, were analyzed. Among them, 38 patients(24.5%) were died. Ps of survivals was 0.9152 and deaths was 0.2501. Z static of deaths was -0.0494. Unpredicted deaths, who were died inspite of Ps≥0.5, were reviewed, and unapt trauma care was found in 4 cases. By using both TRISS and Z statics, emergency physician will be more accurate in assessing the quality assurance of severely injured patients.

        2.3 V/230 F급 각형 전기이중층 커패시터의 제조

        활성탄분말(BP-20)에 전도성 개량제(Super P, VGCF 및 AB)를 혼합하고 결합체로 전극의 유연성을 갖게 하는 P(VdF-co-HFP)와 전극의 기계적 강도를 높이기 위하여 가교 결합력이 우수하고 분산제인 PVP를 사용하여 전극을 제조하였다. 활성탄, 전도성 개량제(Super P) 및 혼합결합제 [P(VdF-co-HFP): PVP=7:3]의 비율을 90:5:5 wt.%로 단위셀 전극을 제조했을 때 전기화확적 특성이 가장 우수하였으며, 전도성 개량제를 첨가함으로써 전기전도도 향상과 충전밀도를 높여 내부저항이 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 임피던스 측정결과 전도성 개량제를 첨가한 경우 등가직력저항이 작아지며, 전극과 전해질의 계면에서 전하전이속도가 빠르고 RC 시간상수가 작아져 전류가 정상상태에 빨리 도달하여 급속충전이 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 전도성 개량제가 첨가된 경우 단위셀의 자기방전은 이온흡착에 의하여 충전되는 EDLC의 특성상 초기 전해액 내 이온 농도의 확산과정에 의하여 지배되었고, 전기이중층을 통한 누설전류에 의한 자기방전은 전극물질에 상관없이 일정하였다. 2.3V/230 F급 EDLC는 방전전류에 상관없이 IR drop에 의한 내부저항(DC-ESR)이 일정하기 때문에 순간 정전시 보조전원 등과 같은 산업안전용으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. Electrodes were fabricated based on activated carbon power BP-20, conducting agent such as Super P, vapor grown carbon fiber(VGCF) and acetylene black(AB), and the mixed binders of flexible poly-(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) [P(VdF-co-HFP)] and cross-linking dispersion agent of polyvinypyrrolidone(PVP) to increase mechanical strength. In the electrode fabrication of unit cell, it was ascertained that electrochemical characteristics were greatly increased with 90wt.% of BP-20, 5wt.% of Super P and 5wt.% of mixed binder [P(VdF-co-HFP) : PVP = 7 : 3]. Also electric conductivity was increased and internal resistance was decreased with addition of conducting agent. According to impedance measurement of the electrode with the addition of conducting agent, we found that it was possible to charge rapidly due to the fast steady-state current convergence caused by low equivalent series resistance(AC-ESR), fast charge transfer rate at interface between electrode and electrolyte and low RC time constant. The self-discharge of unit cell showed that diffusion process was controlled by the ion adsoprtion in the beginning, but this by current leakage through the double-layer at the electrode/electrolyte interface had a minor effect and voltages of curves were remained constant regardless of electrode material. We found that the 2.3V/230F grade EDLC would be applied to industrial safety usage such as uninterrupted power supply(UPS) because of the constant DC-ESR by IR drop regardless of discharge current.

        PVdF-HFP를 이용한 전기이중층 커패시터에서 폴리피롤의 첨가 효과

        단일 결합제 poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVdF-HFP)를 분산매 n-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP)에 용해시킨 후 화학 중합법에 의하여 합성된 폴리피롤(polypyrrole, Ppy)과 활성탄을 배합하여 슬러리 상태의 활성물질로 전극을 제조하였다. 단위셀의 충ㆍ방전 특성, 등가직렬저항(equivalent series resistance, ESR), 비정전용량(specific capacitance), 에너지밀도, cyclic voltammetry (CV) 및 임피던스(impedance) 특성 등의 전기화학적 특성을 측정하였다. 결합제를 5 wt%로 고정하였을 때 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 갖는 전극을 제조하기 위하여 Ppy의 무게함량이 8 wt% 이내로 첨가하는 것이 적당하였다. 특히 BP-20의 전극에 첨가된 Ppy의 무게함량이 7 wt%일 때 전극의 전기전도도 19.0 S/㎝, 비정전용량 30.88 F/g, ESR (1 ㎑) 1.95 Ω, 에너지밀도 7.25 Wh/㎏ 및 동력밀도 624 W/㎏ 등으로 전기화학특성이 좋았고, 대용량 EDLC (electric double layer capacitor) 전극으로 사용할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Electrodes were fabricated with activated carbons such as YP-17 and BP-20, conducting polymer of polypyrrole (Ppy) prepared by chemical polymerization in our laboratory and mono hinder of poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVdF-HFP) in n-methyl-2-pyrolidinone (NMP). Electrochemical characteristics of unit cells such as charge-discharge, equivalent series resistance (ESR), specific capacitance, specific power, cyclic voltammetry(CV) and impedance were measured. It was noted that Ppy should be added within 8 wt.%, in order to fabricate electrode which had excellent electrochemical characteristics with the fixed 5 wt.% of mono binder. Especially, it was ascertained that the BP-20 electrode fabricated from 7 wt.% of Ppy exhibited good electrochemical characteristics with electric conductivity of 19.0 S/cm, specific capacitance of 30.88 F/g, ESR of 1.95 Ω at 1 kHz specific energy of 7.25 Wh/kg and specific power of 624 W/kg, and was compatible with EDLC(electric double layer capacitor) of large capacitance.
