        This study is designed to grasp the elements and situations of stage fright in order to propose a part of ways to cope with it. We make 511 top-class high school players, male and female, in the central districts (Seoul, Inchon, Kyungki, Chungbuk, and Kangweon Province) on object of questionnaire, and get the following results. Through players generally have all-round characters they show weakness in the superiority and emotional stability while showing strength in the sonformity. This fact comes to be related to the elements which cause stage fright. Physiological changes also have many effects on the symptom of stage fright. Especially, stage fright increases when players show sensitive reaction to the self-consciousness of final consequence which comes from the tension or uneasiness of sympathetic nerve, Thus, it turns out that players make use of reducing psychological burden by physical exercise or adjusting the level of demanded result in order to release the stage fright.

        24시간 혈청농도를 이용한 lithium 치료량 예측법의 평가

        Lithium salt is a primary therapeutic and prophylactic agent for manic depressive disorder. But, safety range of the lithium salt is relatively narrow and the dosages to maintain optimum therapeutic serum level vary among individuals. By these reasons, it has been suggested that the application of lithium should start from low dosage and increase gradually by close observations of therapeutic effects and side reactions. This method, however, takes relatively longer period to reach the effective serum lithium level and manifests possible lithium toxicity. In 1973, Cooper and his colleagues reported the 24-hour serum lithium level as a prognosticator of dosage requirements for rapid and safe use of lithium salt. The authors attempted to evaluate the accuracy of this method as prognosticator of dosage requirements. Subjects of the study was 25 cases of manic depressive disorder. According to Cooper's method 600mg of lithium carbonate was administered orally to the patients and blood was sampled 24-hours later. The required dosages of lithium carbonate to reach therapeutic serum level (0.6∼1.2mEq/L) had been given orally and serum lithium levels were checked on the 7th and 14th days respectively after initial medication. The results are as follows: 1. Sensitivity of Cooper's method could be proved to be 0.80∼0.84. If th range of optimum serum lithium level is assumed to be 0.6∼1.5mEq/L, the sensitivity would be 0.96∼1.00. 2. After the Cooper's method, the 7th day serum checking seems to be sufficient to confirm therapeutic serum level. From the above results, the Cooper's method was proved to be useful prognosticator of dosage-requirement for rapid and safe lithium treatment.

      • 응집과 응결에 대한 이론적 고찰

        일반적으로 수중에 존재하는 콜로이드 입자와 용존성 오염물질은 수중에서 안정한 분산상태를 유지하여 침전이나 여과와 같은 물리적 처리로는 제거할 수 없다. 이와 같은 크기의 입자를 효율적으로 제거하기 위한 고·액분리 공정으로 응집은 수처리에서 널리 사용되는 단위공정이다. 특히 응집은 산업폐수처리에서 입자성과 용존성 물질을 제거하여 유용한 금속성분을 회수하기도 하기에 중요한 공정이라고 할 수 있다. 콜로이드 입자의 응집은 두 입자 사이의 전기적 반발력과 van der Waals힘에 의한 인력사이의 에너지 장벽을 극복할 수 있는 충분한 운동에너지를 가해 주거나, 입자표면의 반대전하를 가진 응집제를 가하여 표면전하를 중화시키거나, 전해질을 첨가하여 입자간의 반발력을 감소시켜 에너지 장벽을 낮춤으로서 이루어진다. 수처리에서 응집공정을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 적절한 응집제를 선택하고 최적 응집제 주입량을 적용하여 요구되는 수질기준을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 응집공정은 수처리 시스템의 전체 공정을 경제적으로 설계하는데 중요한 역할을 하리라 생각된다.

      • 周易의 數槪念에 의한 景福宮 配置計劃에 關한 考察

        본 연구의 목적은 고대의 세계관과 철학 속에 나타나는 수의 개념이 건축물의 공간과 형태 구성에 어떠한 원리로서 작용하는가를 밝히는 데에 있다. 본 논문은 이 연구의 초기적 단계로서, 기 발표된 유사 연구의 내용에 대한 검토와 조선시대의 대표적 궁궐인 경복궁의 배치계획에 나타난 수개념의 상징성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과로서, 건축의 배치계획이 단순히 기능의 해결과 외견상의 형식미에 그치지 아니하고 당시의 세계관과 우주관등의 형이상학적인 개념의 표현이었다는 것을 엿볼 수 있다. 특히 수개념과 관련하여 경복궁의 배치계획에 나타난 상징성으로는 천문사상의 상징, 홍범구주의 상징, 문왕팔괘의 상징, 그리고 음양오행의 상징등에 대한 가능성을 찾을 수 있었다. This study was carried out to clarify how concept of numbers in the ancient view of world and philosophy acts on the composition of space and form in architecture, and what principle exists between them. As the first phase, literatures related were reviewed and the symbolism represented by the number concept at Kyungbok palace was investigated which is one of typical examples for the similar kinds in the Chosun Dyanasty.

        분석결과 검증 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 실험실간 협력 실험

        The residual study of pesticide has been used in various areas, such as food safety, environmental protection, establishment of tolerance, and explaining the pathway and reaction mode of pesticides, and its importance was expected to increase further more. The aspect of food safety, the pesticide residue survey have been practiced at many organizations, but there were no verification of analytical results at present. In this experiment, we focused on instrumental stability, including response of each instrument and the recovery ratio of each organization's method. As samples for this experiment, we prepared cucumber and sesame, and chose 4 pesticides (bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, and ethoprophos), which were mostly detected from pesticide residue survey and widely used for each crop. The standard deviation of peak areas in the chromatogram of each pesticide were under 1.212 %, so it showed that most instruments were stable. The relationship of recovery ratio of each organization were over 0.996 for every pesticide and each organization. Finally, the analytical results for pesticide residue from each participated organization were not statically significant and we could put confidence in the result from each organization.

        골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자에서 하악골상행지 시상분할골절절단술후 상순과 하순의 연조직 변화에 관한 연구

        Purpose : The prediction of profile change as a result of orthognathic surgery remains a problem during preoperative planning because of the difference relative movements of the hard and soft tissues. This study was performed to predict the changes o( upper and lower lips after BSSRO with non-rigid fixation Material and Methods : 15 patients wish skeletal Class III malocclusion treated by bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy(BSSRO) and mandibular setback were selected for analysis. Cephalometric data of presurgery and postsurgery 12 months were used. Wilcoxon signed rank test, calculation of Spearmans correlation rho and simple regression analysis were performed to predict the relations between hard tissue changes and soft tissue changes. Results : The horizontal change of hard tissue Pogonion and those of lower lips showed high correlation and the ratios were from 71% to 84%. The horizontal change of hard tissue Pogonion and those of chin showed high correlation and the ratios were from 90% to 92%. The horizontal change of hard tissue Pogonion and those of upper lips showed moderate correlation and the ratios were from 7% to 18%. Conclusion : This study suggests that the changes of lower lips are highly affected by the hard tissue change of mandible and those of upper lips are moderately affected. In comparison with other studies, no significant differences were found among the fixation methods.

      • 근사적 전과정 평가 방법론 개발

        본 논문에서는, 제품을 환경적 특징 (characteristic)에 따라 그룹핑하여 제품군을 형성하고, 제품군내의 제품 속성들로 환경영향 드라이버 (Environmental Impact Driver; EID) 인덱스(index)를 표현함으로써, 제품의 초기 설계 단계에서 사용할 수 있는 한가지 근사적 전과정 평가 방법론을 제안한다. 환경영향 드라이버 (Environmental Impact Driver; EID) 인덱스인 즉 하나의 환경 범주와 제품 속성들 사이의 상관 관계를 조사하여 통계적으로 관계를 검증한다. 개념설계 단계에서 그룹된 제품의 근사적 전과정 평가 결과를 예측하기 위하여 인공신경망 모델이 개발된다. 이 학습 모델은 각각의 환경영향 범주에 대해 관련 제품 특성들을 관련시킴으로써 일반화가 될 수 있다. 역전파(Backpropagation) 알고리즘을 갖는 인공신경망 모델이 사용되며, 그 결과는 중회귀분석의 결과와 비교된다. 제안된 방법은 완전 전과정평가 방법을 대체할 수는 없으나, 설계 개념 대안들에 대한 근사적 환경영향평가 결과를 제공해 준다. This paper proposes an approximate life cycle assessment (LCA) for the conceptual design stage by grouping products according to their environmental characteristics and by mapping product attributes into environmental impact driver (EID) index. The relationship is statistically verified by exploring the correlation between total impact indicator and impact category. Then an artificial neural network model is developed to predict results of approximate LCA of grouping products in conceptual design stage. The training is generalized by using identified product attributes for an EID in a group as well as another product attributes for another EIDs in other groups. The neural network model with back propagation algorithm is used and the results are compared with those of multiple regression analysis. The proposed approach does not replace the full LCA but it would give an approximate LCA results for design concepts.

      • 결핵균 30 kDa 항원과 Triton X-100 Solubilized Protein 항원에 의한 대장암 주변 림프절 단핵구의 활성화

        Tumor-draining lymph node mononuclear (TDLMN) cells are specifically sensitized to the growing tumor but such cells are deficient for mediating an antitumor response. In this study, we examined the feasibility of using mycobacterial 30 kDa or Triton X-100 solubilized protein (TSP) antigen to stimulate mononuclear cells of colon cancer-draining lymph node for the generation of cell mediated immune effector cells. The proliferative response of TDLMN cells stimulated with mycobacterial 30 kDa or TSP antigen was determined by ^(3)H-thymidine incorporation assay. The proliferation of TDLMN cells to mycobacterial 30 kDa or TSP antigen was significantly increased in PPD (+) patients, but a poor response to the 30 kDa or TSP antigen was observed in PPD (-). The expression on γδ T cells to mycobacterial 30 kDa or TSP antigen was assessed by flow cytometry. The γδ T cells from PPD ( + ) patient responded only to 30 kDa antigen but to TSP antigen. An investigation of cytokine mRNA expression was undertaken using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to follow TDLMN cells stimulated with the 30 kDa or TSP antigens for 5 days. The IFN-γ and TNF-α mRNA expression was only induced in TDLMN cells of PPD ( + ) patient in response to the 30 kDa or TSP antigen. The IL-2 mRNA expression was induced in both PPD (+) and PPD (-) in response to the 30 kDa or TSP antigen. But the IL-4 mRNA expression was not induced in response to the 30 kDa or TSP antigen. These results suggest that the 30 kDa and TSP antigens may serve as biologic response modifier for the generation of cell mediated immune effector cells.
