월악산 잣나무 및 화백나무 형성층의 계절적 활동과 적산온도와의 관계

The current study was conducted to investigate (1) the duration of cambial activity and (2) the effect of degree days on the initiation of cambial activity of the Pinus koraiensis (PK) and Chamaecy- paris picifera (CP) planted in Mt. Worak. In addition, the differences of the seasonal cambial activities according to the diameter were also investigated using C. picifera with a diameter of 30 cm (CPL) and 15 cm (CPS), which were planted in the same year. The cambium samples were weekly collected using a mini-borer (Ø 2 mm), so called Traphor, between April and October in 2017. The results obtained are as follow. The initiation of the cambial activity of CP (April 21-28) were slightly earlier than PK (April 21). The species with the longest cambial activity was CPS (147.2±12.1 days), followed by PK (141.6±9.8 days) and CPL (139±12.1 days). The degree days inducing the initiation of the cambial activ- ity for PK and CP were 180.5 and 180.5-242.8, respectively.

The purpose of this paper is to prevent driver from accidents by effectively notifying the driver blind spot warning in a short distance such as a narrow alley when using a two-wheeled vehicle. It is easy to see that two-wheeled vehicles are more fatal in the event of an accident. We analyzed and researched a safety warning device in low-speed driving to identify critical factors for drivers in two-wheeled vehicle driving, and to identify areas that can be improved. Based on the analysis and research, an experiment was conducted and a warning system was applied to the manufactured motorcycle.

This study was designed to find out the effects of soybean protein and milk protein between nondiabetic and diabetic rats. The experimental results are summarized as follows. 1. Total food intake was higher in diabetic soybean protein group than other groups but it was not significant. 2. The change of body weight was lower in diabetic soybean protein group than other groups and the soybean protein was effective to maintain the ideal body weight. 3. The effects of lowering total cholesterol and glucose in serum was higher in soybean protein groups than the milk protein groups.
실리콘 웨이퍼 공정용 알루미나 정전척의 제작과 특성에 관한 연구

정전척의 유전체 물질로 열전도도와 유전특성 그리고 기계적 특성이 우수한 알루미나에 TiO₂첨가하여 유전체의 비저항을 변화시켜서 정전척(electrostatic chuck)에서 발생하는 정전력인 쿨롱힘(coulomb force)과 존슨-라벡힘(Johnsen-Fahbeck firce_의 영향을 규명하려 하였다. 그리고 비저항, 인가전압, 온도, 습도가 정전력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 고찰하였으며, 인가전압에 따른 응답 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. Alumina electrostatic chucks for silicon wafer process with wide range of electrical resistivity were fabricated by controlling the amount of TiO₂ addition (0 wt%, 1.3 wt%, 2 wt%, 2.8 wt%). UV/Cl₂(g)에 의한 Si-wafer 표면금속 오염물의 건식세정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 실리콘 웨이퍼 표면에 존재하는 미량의 Zn, Fe, Ti 금속 오염물들이 UV-excited chlorine radical을 이용한 건식세정 방법으로 제거되는 반응과정을 연구 하였다. 실리콘 웨이퍼 상에 진공증착법으로 원형패턴이 있는 Zn, Fe, Ti 박막을 증착시켜 상온 및 200℃에서 UV/CI₂세정하였을 때, 염소 래디컬(CI*)이 Fe, Zn, Ti와 반응하여 제거되는 것을 반응 전후 광학현미경과 SEM을 통해 표면 형상 변화를 관찰하였고, in-line으로 연결된 XPS를 통해서 반응 후 웨이퍼 표면에 남아있는 화합물의 화학적 결합상태를 관찰하였으며, UV/CI₂세정 후 실리콘 기판이 손상받는 정도를 알기 위해 AFM으로 표면 거칠기를 측정하였다. 광학현미경과 SEM의 분석에 의하면 Zn와 Fe는 쉽게 제거되는 반면 염화물을 형성하기 보다는 휘발성이 적은 산화물을 형성하는 경향이 강한 Ti은 약간만 제거되는 것을 확인하였다. XPS 분석을 통해서 이들 금속 오염물들이 chlorine radical과 반응하여 웨이퍼 표면에 금속 염화물을 형성하고 있는 것을 확인하였고, UV/CI₂세정처리를 하였을 때 실리콘 웨이퍼의 표면 거칠기가 약간 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 지금까지의 결과를 통해 볼 때, 습식세정과 UV/CI₂건식세정을 병행하면 플라즈마 및 레이저를 사용하는 다른 건식세정 방법에 비하여 보다 저온에서 실리콘 기판의 큰 손상 없이 비교적 용이하게 금속 오염물을 제거할 수 있음을 알수 있었다. The reaction mechanisms of dry cleaning of Zn, Fe and Ti trace contaminants on the Si wafer using UV/CI₂ have been studied by SEM, AFM and XPS analyses. The patterned Zn, Fe and Ti films were deposited on the Si wafer surface by thermal evaporation and changes in the surface morphology after dry cleaning using CI₂and UV/CI₂at 200℃ were studied by optical microscopy and SEM. In addition changes in surface roughness of Si wafer by the cleaning was observed by AFM. The chemical bonding states of the Zn, Fe and Ti deposited silicon surface were observed with in-line XPS analysis. Zn and Fe were easily cleaned in the form of volatile zinc-chloride and iron-chloride as verified by the surface morphology changes. Ti which forms involatile oxides was not easily removed at room temperature but was slightly removed by UV/CI₂at elevated temperature of 200℃. It was also found that the surface roughness of the Si wafer increased after CI₂and UV/CI₂cleaning. Therefore, the metallic contaminants on the Si wafer can be easily removed at lower temperature by continuous processes of wet cleaning followed by UV/CI₂dry cleaning.
Preparation and Characterization of Radiation Fabricated β-Glucan Hydrogels for Wound Dressing

화학가교제의 사용없이 감마선을 이용하여 β-glucan, poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA), poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP), κ-carrageenan(κC), glycerin으로 구성된 고분자 하이드로젤을 제조하였다. 25, 50, 75 kGy로 감마선 조사선량을 달리하여 하이드로젤을 제조한 후, 젤화율, 팽윤도, 압축강도의 측정을 통해 제조된 하이드로젤의 물리적 특성을 확인하였다. 조사선량의 증가에 따라 하이드로젤의 가교밀도가 증가되어 젤화율과 압축강도는 증가하였고, 팽윤도는 감소되었다. 제조된 베타글루칸 하이드로젤로 손상된 조직의 재생 특성을 평가해 보기 위해 동물실험을 수행하였고, 그 결과 베타글루칸이 함유된 하이드로젤이 빠른 상처 치유능을 나타내었고, 상용제품과 비교 시에도 동등한 치료효과를 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 감마선으로 제조된 β-glucan/PVA/PVP/κC/glycerin 하이드로젤은 화학가교제 독성의 우려 없이 β-glucan에 의한 향상된 치료효과와 더불어 향후 조직재생용 소재로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Hydrogels consisted of β-glucan, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP), κ-carrageenan (κC) and glycerin were prepared by gamma-ray irradiation for damaged tissue regeneration. Irradiation doses of 25, 50, and 75 kGy were exposed, respectively, to the β-glucan hydrogel to evaluate the effect of irradiation dose on physical properties. The physical properties were examined such as gel fraction, absorption ratio, and compressive strength. It was found that the gel fraction and the compressive strength increased with increasing the irradiation dose. This is due to the fact that the crosslinking density increases with increasing the irradiation dose, whereas the absorption ratio decreased with increasing the irradiation dose. On observing the wound healing of rat skin, the resulting hydrogels accelerated the wound repair, which can be attributed to the release of β-glucan from the hydrogel. Therefore, radiation fabricated β-glucan/PVA/PVP/κC/glycerin blended hydrogel was suitable for wound healing and could be considered as good tissue regeneration biomaterials without chemical toxicity.
