        미국, 일본 도시공원의 면적 산정에 대한 비교 연구

        우리나라의 공원녹지정책에서는 인구당 원단위 기준을 적용한 1인당 공원면적 6㎡/인을 목표로 설정하고 있다. 게다가 2013년 수립된 국토해양부 지침에 따라 12.5㎡/인이라는 지표가 모든 기초자치단체에 일괄 적용되면서 지자체의 부담은 가중되고 있는 현실이다. 1인당 도시공원 면적의 적정성에 대한 의문과 논의는 오래전부터 지속적으로 제기되어 오고 있으나, 이러한 논의와 달리 정책적인 변화는 없다. 실제로 해외 도시의 공원 조성 면적에 대한 정확한 자료와 공원 조성 면적 관련 정책 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌조사와 인터뷰조사를 실시하여 1인당 도시공원 면적 산정기준의 배경과 흐름을 파악하고 미국과 일본을 대상으로 공원 확충 정책의 흐름과 현황을 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 공원 조성목표의 경우 일관된 수치보다는 자치체가 자기 지역의 특성을 감안하여 목표를 수립하도록 열린 목표치를 설정한다. 2) 공원계획의 대상은 도시공원뿐만 아니라 녹지, 하천, 운동장, 도립공원, 옥상과 벽면녹화 등을 포함시켜 도시의 질적 제고를 지향하고 있다. 3) 공원정책에 있어 양적 확충보다는 공원서비스 개선, 주민 참여를 통한 질적 개선에 대하여 정책의 비중이 높아지고 있다. 이를 기반으로 본 연 구에서는 도시의 특성을 고려한 자율적인 공원면적 확충 목표 설정, 목표 대상에 녹지, 하천 등의 다양한 녹지자원 포함, 공원의 질적 서비스 향상을 위한 주민 참여와 만족도 조사가 실시되어야 함을 제안하였다. In Korea, the goal of urban park policies is obsessively set to meet 6㎡ park area/person, But since 2013, a new guideline of 12.5㎡ park area/person is established by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries As the new guideline is applied to all primary local authorities, the burden of local authorities is being increased. While the question related to the minimum park area per person has been consistently raised, there has been little research on the minimum. In practice, correct materials on park creation area and park area used for park-related policies in other cities around the world. Focusing on the cases in U.S. and Japan, case studies are conducted based on literature review and interviews to find out the international trends related to the minimum park area. The results are as follows. 1) In case of setting park creation goal, open target values are set such that local authorities establish goals in consideration of local characteristics instead of monolithic values. 2) The target of park project includes green belt, river, playground, provincial park, rooftop and green wall, so that quality enhancement of cities is aimed. 3) Park policies are focused on qualitative enhancement rather than quantitative expansion, through park service improvement and resident participation. Based on these suggestions, it is suggested that flexible park creation goal should be set in consideration of urban characteristics - a variety of green resources, such as greenbelt and river should be added to quantify minimum per capita park area, Resident participation and satisfaction surveys should also be performed in order to enhance qualitative measure of park service.

        Adiponectin Attenuates the Inflammation in Atopic Dermatitis-Like Reconstructed Human Epidermis

        Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic disorder, with a vicious cycle of repetitive inflammation and deterioration of the epidermal barrier function. Adiponectin, an adipokine, has anti-inflammatory effects on various metabolic and inflammatory disorders. Recently, its level was found to be reduced in serum and tissue samples from AD patients. Objective: We aimed to investigate the effects of adiponectin on epidermal inflammation and barrier structures in AD skin. Methods: A three-dimensional in vitro epidermal equivalent model mimicking AD was obtained by adding an inflammatory substance cocktail to normal human epidermal equivalents (HEEs). The expression of epidermal differentiation markers, primary inflammatory mediators, and lipid biosynthetic enzymes was compared between adiponectintreated AD-HEEs, untreated control AD-HEEs, and normal HEEs. Results: Adiponectin co-treatment 1) inhibited the increase in mRNA expression of major inflammatory mediators (carbonic anhydrase II, neuron-specific NEL-like protein 2, thymic stromal lymphopoietin, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and human beta-defensin-2) from keratinocytes in AD-inflammatory HEEs, 2) enhanced the expression of lipid biosynthetic enzymes (fatty acid synthase, HMG CoA reductase, and serine-palmitoyl transferase), and 3) promoted the expression of differentiation factors, especially filaggrin. We also found that the expression of adiponectin receptor-1 and -2 decreased in the epidermis of chronic AD lesion. Conclusion: Activation of the adiponectin pathway is expected to enhance epidermal differentiation and barrier function as well as attenuate inflammatory response to AD as a therapeutic approach.         학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기반한 창의적 문제해결수업에 참여한 대학생의 학습자 주도성의 발달과정과 미래창의융합역량함양에 관한 혼합연구

        목적 본 연구는 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기초로 한 창의적 문제해결력수업에서 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)발달과정과 미래창의융합역량의 함양을 혼합연구방법으로 알아보고 이에 대한 시사점을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 질적자료수집은 15주간의 참여학습자로부터 생성된 수업성찰, 수업과제 결과물, 교수자 면담, 동료평가지 등이다. 수집된 자료의 분량은 A4용지 683장이였으며 줄분석방법(Line by line analysis)을 활용하였다. 질적연구를 지지하고 보완하기 위한 방안으로 양적자료 수집도 진행하였는데 박현희, 곽민정(2023)의 미래창의융합인재역량의 조작적 정의를 바탕으로 전문가 타당도를 통해 본 연구에 맞는 문항만을 활용하여 15주간 수업의 사전-사후로 미래창의융합역량을 측정을 하였다. 수집된 양적자료는 Spss 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 질적자료 분석결과 세가지 핵심주제 ‘학습자 주도성 이해와 발휘’, ‘소통과 협력의 실천’, ‘평생학습자로서의 지속적인 성찰 인식 으로 범주화되었다’.양적 자료 분석의 결과학습자 , 주도성에 기초한 창의적문제해결력 교과목을 수강신청한 대학생들의 미래창의융합역량은 함양되었음을 검증하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 미래를 위한 핵심교육역량인 학습자 주도성에 기초한 창의력문제해결수업은 수강한 미래창의융합역량이 높게 나타났으며, 이는 핵심 주제와도 관련이 있는 것으로 팀프로젝트 활동을 통해 학습자 주도성이 함양되는 수업이 수행되었음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 한계점 시사점, 추후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the development process of learner initiative(student agen-cy) and the cultivation of future creative convergence competency in creative problem solving class based on learner initiative(student agency) and to explore implications. Methods The qualitative data was collected from 15 weeks of class reflection, class project results, teacher inter-views, peer evaluation papers, etc. The amount of collected data was 683 sheets of A4 paper and line by line anal-ysis was used. In order to support and supplement qualitative research, quantitative data collection was also conducted. Based on the operational definition of future creative convergence talent competency by Park Hyun-hee and Kwak Min-jung (2023), future creative convergence measurement was conducted before and after the 15-week class using questions suitable for this study through expert validity.The collected quantitative data were analyzed using the Spss 21 statistical program. Results As a result of qualitative data analysis, it was categorized into three core themes ⁇ understanding and demonstrating learner initiative, practicing communication and cooperation, and ⁇⁇recognizing continuous re-flection as a lifelong learner.As a result of quantitative data analysis, it was verified that the future creative con-vergence ability of college students who applied for the creative problem solving ability course based on learner initiative was cultivated. Conclusions The implications of this study are that the creativity problem solving class based on the learner ini-tiative, which is the core educational capacity for the future, has a high level of convergence ability of future crea-tivity, which is related to the core theme, and it is confirmed that the class in which the learner initiative is culti-vated through the team project activity was performed.Through this, discussions on the results, implications of limitations of the study, and future research directions were suggested.

        국립공원 내 공중화장실에 대한 탐방객 인식에 관한 연구 : 지리산국립공원을 중심으로

        본 연구는 공원 내 공중화장실에 대한 탐방객의 인식이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 현지 설문조사는 지리산국립공원의 성삼재와 중산리 일원을 방문한 탐방객 292명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 공중화장실의 관리상태, 외관, 디자인 요인 모두 탐방객의 공중화장실 이용 만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었으며, 그 중 관리상태가 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 탐방객의 인식과 만족을 향상시키기 위해서는 공중화장실의 청결한 관리 및 유지, 악취 방지, 소모품의 원활한 공급 등에 우선순위를 두어 집중적으로 관리할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study conducts to investigate the relationship between visitors’ perception and satisfaction. Data of 292 visitors were collected from Seongsamjae and Jungsanri in Jirisan National Park. The results showed that maintenance, outlook and design of public toilet are positively related to visitors’ satisfaction. One of the major research findings is that the maintenance of public toilet most affects visitors’ satisfaction. Therefore, the park managers need to put great emphasis on the cleanliness and maintenance, preventing stinks, consumable supplies of public toilet in order to enhance visitors’ perception and satisfaction.

      • 미세혈관 협심증 환자의 임상상 및 지표에 관한 연구

        Background : Microvascular angina or syndrom X is heterogenous and encompasses different pathogenetic entities. Several studies suggest that microvascular angina have good prognosis and occurs predominantly in postmenopausal women. Lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and fibrinogen are the independent risk factor of acute coronary syndrome and are the chief underlying cause of atherosclerosis. We investigated clinical characteristics and markers in patients with microvascular angina. Methods : We studies 23 patients diagnosed with microvascular angina and 16 control group with negative treadmill exercise test and no significant coronary angiogram. We investigated clinical characteristics in patients group and evaluated symptom during a follow-up period of 4.2± 2.5 month. Exercise time in treadmill exercise test was compared between patients and control group. We assessed the level of markers, such as lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and ESR in two groups. Results : There is no difference in age between two groups. Patients group had a tendency to increase in female, hypertension, DM, and smoking history, but there was no statistical significance difference. Exercise duration time was significantly decreased in patients with microvascular angina (p<0,05). Serum lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholestrol, Triglyceride, ESR, Fibrinogen and Homocystein value were no significant difference between microvascular angina and control group. Only CRP was significantly high in patients with microvascular angina (p<0.05). Conclusion : There was no statistical significance difference in age, sex, hypertension, DM and smoking history between two groups but patients group had a tendency to increase the prevalence in hypertension, DM and smoking history, female. Also, Symptom improvement and disappearance in follow-up was presented in 11 patients of 19(57.9%). Exercise tolerance was worse in patients group than control group. CRP value was significantly higher in patients group than control group. There was no statistical significance difference in lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, ESR and Fibrinogen between two groups.

      • [논문]Operational Characteristics of CO2 Laser Adopted by Superposing-Discharge

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

      • NSIP와 BOOP의 고해상전산화단층촬영 소견과 비교

        Purpose: BOOP and NSIP also share similar clinical features such as subacute flu-like illness, the finding of bronchoalveolar lavage, the result of pulmonary function test and more favourable outcome than usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP). The author try to compare the HRCT findings of NSIP with BOOP by pattern and distribution of diseases. Materials and Methods: HRCT findings of histopathologically proven NSIP(Group Ⅰ; 6, Group Ⅱ; 7, Group Ⅲ; 2) in 15 patients(5 male, 10 female, age range, 39-69 years; mean age, 53 years), BOOP in 15 patients(6 male, 9 female, age range, 26-76 years; mean age, 52 years) were reviewed retrospectively. Results: The common pattern of the two diseases was admixed consolidation, ground glass attenuation & reticular densities with/without architectural distortion(NSIP; 53.3%, BOOP; 46.7%). The main component of the pattern wan predominantly consolidation(NSIP; 46.7%, BOOP; 73.3%) and ground glass attenuation(NSIP; 40.0%, BOOP;20.0%). Architectural distotion was more provinent finding with NSIP(mild ; 3, moderate ; 4, severe; 2) compared with BOOP(mild; 7, moderate; 2, severe; 0). The predominant overall distribution was lower lung, peribronchovascular & peripheral lung field in both of the two entities(NSIP;73.3%, BOOP; 73.3%). Peribronchovascular involvement was more common with NSIP(100%) than BOOP(80%), whereas peripheral involvement was more common with BOOP(93.3%) than NSIP(80%). Conclusion: The HRCT findings of NSIP and BOOP were similar in pattern and distribution. But NIP manifested more frequently ground-glass attenuation, whereas BOOP showed more frequently consolidation. Architectural distortion was more severe with NSIP than BOOP. NSIP invoved more frequently peribronchovascular space and BOOP were more common in peripheral lung field.

      • Fluctuations in Abundance and Species Composition of Fishes that appear in the set net fishery in the Dadohae Marine National Park

        In a joint research of the Korean Biodiversity Information Facility (KBIF), the study analyzed species composition and fluctuations in abundance of fishes caught by the set net fishery installed in the offing of Impo, Dolsando in Yeosu-si, Jeollanamdo in June and September 2008. During the study period, there were 11,180 individuals of 54 species of 39 families in 8 orders that appeared in the set net fishery in the offing of the Dadohae Marine National Park. The numbers of individuals that appeared in June and September were shown in Table 2. Among the fishes caught, the Perciformes was the dominant species with 29 species of 22 families followed by the Tetraodontiformes with 6 species of 2 families and the Pleuronectiforme with 5 species of 4 families. There appeared 3 species of 3 families of the Anguilliformes and the Beloniformes, respectively. There were 4 species of 2 families of the Clupeiformes and 3 species of 2 families of the Scorpaeniformes. There was 1 species of 1 family of the Aulopiformes. During the study period, Scomber japonicus was the dominant species with 9005 individuals followed by Trichiurus lepturus with 1500 individuals and Panpus argenteus with 184 individuals. In June, Trichiurus lepturus was dominant with 1200 individuals followed by Panpus argenteus with 150 individuals and Scomberomorus koreanus with 58 individuals. In October, Scomber japonicus was the dominant species with 9000 individuals followed by Trichiurus lepturus with 300 individuals and Scomberomorus koreanus with 45 individuals. It indicates that the dominance of a species has close relationship with water temperature because fishes migrate to feed in this season. Given the frequency of appearance, Scomber japonicus and Trichiurus lepturus most frequently appeared because they were in the middle of growing into adult fishes while the frequent appearance of Scomberomorus koreanus and Panpus argenteus, which were major species of the fishing industry, contributed to the income of fishermen. There appeared rarely seen species in the offing of Yeosu like Pelamis platurus, Rachycentron canadum (Linnaeus), Lobotes surinamensis, Kyphosus vaigiensis, Abudefduf vaigiensis and Siganus fuscescens (Houttuyn). They are subtropical fishes and seem to move here due to the warmer water affected by the global warming. Additional studies on species composition and fluctuations in abundance of fishes that appear in the set net fishery in the Dadohae Marine National Park will be continuously conducted. So, they will contribute to the increase of fishermen's income by transferring the new fish species to fishermen when newly developed rare fish species are fostered in the lab and evaluated for adaptability and growth potential. The research result will be used as basic data to secure national biological resources, and create/manage biodiversity data by building a biodiversity database network.

        조혈모세포이식 환자에서 침습성 진균 감염에 대한 Micafungin의 예방 효과 및 안전성

        Background: Micafungin, a potent inhibitor of 1,3-β-D-glucan synthase, is a novel antifungal agent of the echinocandin class. In vitro study showed that micafungin was effective against Aspergillus species as well as Candida species, but clinical data on the prophylactic efficacy against invasive fungal infections (IFIs) other than candidiasis are still lacking. Materials and Methods: We identified 60 consecutive adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients who received at least 3 doses of micafungin during neutropenic period. Micafungin was started as an alternative in patients who were intolerant or had adverse events (AEs) to primary prophylactic antifungal agents. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed the efficacy and safety of micafungin for prophylaxis against IFIs. Results: The patients either had autologous (n=9) or allogeneic (n=51: 1 syngeneic, 24 sibling, 26 unrelated donor) HSCT. Itraconazole oral solution (n=58) was the most frequently used first line antifungal agent for prophylaxis and was administered for median 11 days. The most frequent cause of switch to micafungin was vomiting (n=42). The duration of neutropenia and micafungin administration was median 13 and 12 days, respectively. A successful outcome was achieved in 45 (75%) patients. Empirical antifungal therapy was initiated in 13 (22%) patients. There were 2 cases (3.3%) of breakthrough fungal infections which comprised a probable invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and a possible invasive fungal sinusitis. There was no case of invasive candidiasis. A total of 53 (88%) patients experienced at least one AE regardless of causality during micafungin administration. The most frequent AEs were hypokalemia, vomiting, diarrhea, and elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase. Among the aforementioned AEs, only 1 case of diarrhea could be classified as a probable relation with micafungin when causality was assessed. There was no AEs that caused discontinuation of micafungin. Conclusions: Micafungin seems to be a safe and effective agent for prophylaxis of IFIs including aspergillosis as well as candidiasis in HSCT recipients. However, further large, prospective, and randomized comparative studies are warranted for aspergillosis.
