      • 유한요소법을 이용한 승용차 steering column의 3-piece 용접부에 대한 열응력해석

        Welding of 3-piece is a important technological method in mechanical engineering. Co₂/MAG(Metal Active Gas) welding means that matal part in steering column of passenger car are joined by melting(with or without a filler material) or that new material is added to a matal part by melting. The welding thermal stresses appear due to a non-uniform temperature field. inhomogeneous material properties, external restraint and volume changes during phase trnsformations. The analysis of thermal stresses may also be possible to avoid some large expensive expriments or experimental parametric studies which can often be made less expensively by numerical simulation. The thermal and mechnical properties of material very with temperature, so that the temperature dependence of material properties must be taken into consideration in the thermal stress analysis of these elements. In this study analysis the thermal stresses distribution of 3-piece welding area in steering column for passenger car using finite element method(FEM). Therefore it calculates the numerical value that can be applied to the optimun design of welding parts and the shapes. The significant results obtained in this study are summerized as follows. At early stage of the cooling, the abrupt thermal stresses gradient has been shown in vicinity of the bottom face of welding area. In the thermal stresses analysis due to temperature gradient and heat shocking maxinum stress was occurred in the top part of welding zone and stresses were distributied from 1950 MPa to -1900 MPa.

        In this study, deformations and stresses of aluminum alloy piston at 1600cc gasoline engine of passenger cars during high speed driving(3000rpm) is analyzed by the 2-dimensional elasto-plastic theorem using finite element method(FEM). Thermal deformations and stresses are considered temperature gradient and firing pressure at a time. The results obtained in this study are summurrized as follows. In distortion analysis of piston head, maximum deformation was shown in the ring groove of the piston head by temperature gradient, and accuracy disproportion was 1% in the radial direction but 60% in the axial direction. In the thermal stress analysis due to temperature gradient and firing pressure, maximum atress was occurred in the inner comer of the piston, and stresses were distributed from 24 ~ 28MPa to -28 ~ -32MPa. But plastic-deformations were not occurred.

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        기립성 못견딤증의 혈역학적 이해와 진단

        립성 못견딤증은 기립 자세에 의해서 악화되고 눕게 되면 증상이 소실되는 여러 임상적인 상태를 포괄하는 용어로 사용된다. 기립성 못견딤증의 정의 자체는 매우 단순하지만 새로운 개념의 기전 및 임 상 유형들이 소개됨에 따라 명명법 또한 자주 바뀌고 있어 이를 임상 에 적용하여 정확히 진단하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 기립 시 나타나는 혈액 쏠림 현상을 극복하고 의식을 유지하기 위해서는 심혈관계의 해부학 적 구조 및 반사 작용의 기능이 온전하고, 혈액량이 충분하며 근육펌 프와 같은 물리적 기전이 제대로 작용해야 한다. 이러한 보상 기능 중 어느 하나라도 불충분하거나 제대로 작용하지 않게 되면 기립성 못견딤증이 나타나게 된다. 소아청소년에서 자주 발생하는 기립성 못견딤 증에는 초기 기립성 저혈압, 체위성 미주신경성 실신과 체위성 빈맥 증후군이 있다. 초기 기립성 저혈압은 기립에 의한 초기 일련의 반응 이 지연되어 나타나는 증후군으로 기립 직후 현기증, 어지럼증, 빈맥 등의 증상이 나타나며 대부분의 경우 60초 이내에 증상이 소실되고 혈압 및 맥박도 안정화된다. 체위성 미주신경성 실신은 자율신경계 활동도의 갑작스러운 변화에 의해 혈압, 심박수, 뇌혈류량이 감소하여 의식을 소실하는 실신으로 정의된다. 체위성 빈맥증후군은 기립에 의 해 유발되는 과도한 동빈맥(sinus tachycardia)으로 정의되며 기립과 관련한 어지럼증, 두통, 가슴 통증, 피곤등의 증상이 거의 매일 나타나 는 만성 기립성 못견딤증으로 분류된다. 체위성 빈맥증후군은 저혈량, 카테콜아민 항진 상태(high catecholamine status), 비정상적 국소 혈관 긴장도, 및 골격근의 근육 펌프 기능 저하와 같은 다양한 기전에 의해 발생하므로 치료 역시 기전에 따라 개별화되어야 한다. 두통, 만 성 피로 증후군, 불면증, 및 섬유근통 증후군과 같은 비특이적이고 치 료가 잘 안 되는 만성 신경계 질환과 기립성 못견딤증간의 연관성이 제시되고 있으므로 기립성 못견딤증에 대한 소아신경과 의사의 이해 와 관심이 필요하다. Orthostasis means standing upright. Thus, orthostatic intolerance (OI) can be simply defined as “the development of symptoms during upright standing, that are relieved by recumbency.” However, OI might be a confusing topic in clinical practice because of the recent appreciation of the condition’s clinical variant, emerging understanding of its diverse mechanisms, and its nomenclature, which seems to change annually. OI is not fatal but should be differentiated from potentially lethal disorders, including seizures or cardiogenic syncope. Typical signs and symptoms include loss of consciousness, lightheadedness, and visual difficulties. However, patients also experience multiple and nonspecific symptoms that seem unrelated to orthostatic intolerance, such as headache, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, and exercise intolerance. This review was aimed at expanding the comprehension of this confusing and easily missed topic by providing better understanding of the normal hemodynamic response to orthostasis and the basic pathophysiological concepts of major syndromes of OI.

        Guidelines for Manufacturing and Application of Organoids: Heart

        Cardiac organoids have emerged as invaluable tools for assessing the impact of diverse substances on heart function. This report introduces guidelines for general requirements for manufacturing cardiac organoids and conducting cardiac organoid-based assays, encompassing protocols, analytical methodologies, and ethical considerations. In the quest to employ recently developed three-dimensional cardiac organoid models as substitutes for animal testing, it becomes imperative to establish robust criteria for evaluating organoid quality and conducting toxicity assessments. This guideline addresses this need, catering to regulatory requirements, and describes common standards for organoid quality and toxicity assessment methodologies, commensurate with current technological capabilities. While acknowledging the dynamic nature of technological progress and the potential for future comparative studies, this guideline serves as a foundational framework. It offers a comprehensive approach to standardized cardiac organoid testing, ensuring scientific rigor, reproducibility, and ethical integrity in investigations of cardiotoxicity, particularly through the utilization of human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiac organoids.
