        도시공원 입지특성에 따른 그린네트워크 활성화 연구 - 부산광역시 도심권을 대상으로 -

        부산은 해안구릉지의 지형특성으로 인하여 공원의 입지가 이용가치가 낮은 산지 주변으로 다수의 공원이 지정되어 있으며, 지역 간의 균형적 입지 측면에서도 문제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심생활권 내 도시공원에 대한 환경특성 분석과 더불어 주변시가지와의 상호 관계적 특성에 따라 유형을 구분하고, 그린네트워크 활성화를 위한 유형별 도시공원의 관리방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 내륙권역과 해안권역으로 구분하고, 녹지연계적 관점에서 결절부 녹지대에 해당하는 내륙권역의 표고 150~300m, 해안권역의 100~150m 내외의 산지 및 구릉지에 입지하는 도시공원을 분석한 결과, 시가지와 도시공원의 형태가 관입되거나, 지대(地帶)적 중첩의 영향력이 크게 나타나고 있다. 도시공원이 이루는 녹지대는 시가지의 형상과 도시기능에 의해 녹지연계의 방향성과 영향력이 결정적으로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 현황을 바탕으로 도시공원을 유형화하고, 유형별로 미조성 도시공원에 대한 이용성 증진 방안, 녹지연계를 통한 효과적인 그린네트워크 활성화방안을 검토하였다. 완사면 녹지대를 이루는 도시공원은 비교적 양호한 접근성과 뚜렷한 인식성을 지니고 있으며, 중심산지에서 연계된 녹지대가 수렴되는 도시하천과 해안지대에서의 도시기능의 활력과 개방성 확보가 그린네트워크 활성화의 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 고지대생활권에서 녹지대에 분포하는 한정적 가용지와 배후녹지로 연계되는 주요 연결로를 중심으로 일상생활영역에서의 그린웨이를 활성화하고, 주요 도로와 도시공원의 주진입부가 교차하는 지역에 지역 커뮤니티의 거점을 형성하는 것이 그린네트워크 활성화의 주요방안으로 제시하였다. Seen topographically, Busan is a city that is coastal and hilly. In the city, most parks have been formed around mountain areas that are not so useful. They also are unbalanced in location among different regions of the city. The purpose of this study is to find how to manage urban parks towards green network promotion. For the purpose, this researcher first analyzed physical and environmental characteristics of urban parks located within the main living spheres of Busan. Then, the researcher examined interactive relations between those parks and downtown areas surrounding them to classify types of the parks. In association, the researcher classified the entire of the city into inland and coastal regions. And the researcher examined mountainous and hilly urban parks that were 150 to 300 meters above sea level in the former region and 100 to 150 meters above sea level in the latter. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. The above examination found that parks of Busan feature physically penetrating and overlapping with downtown areas of the city. How well the green zones of Busan in form of urban park are inter-connective and influential to each other heavily depends on shapes and functions that the downtown areas of the city have. In this study, urban parks of Busan were grouped according to their types and then analyzed. Based on results of the analysis, the researcher tried to find how to increase the utility of another urban parks that are expected to be formed and how to promote so-called the green network that integrates greens. Considering findings of the study, the researcher would make the following suggestions. In case of forming an urban park in a gently sloped green zone which is easily accessible and noticeable, it's important that the park should include a stream to which another green zone is converged or, if the park is located near a costal area, contribute to promote urban functions and openness. While, in a high-altitude green zone, it's more effective to form so-called the green way that consists of some limited usable site of the zone and greens behind it and then form a hub of regional community at the intersection between the main road and main gate to the urban park, contributing to the green network promotion.

        한국 국립공원 산림생태계의 수목 탄소저장량 평가

        The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the amount of carbon storage for trees in forest ecosystem to support the foundation for carbon neutrality implementation in Korea National Park. It targeted 22 national parks designated and managed as national parks in Korea, and conducted research on forest trees in the terrestrial ecosystem among various natural and ecological carbon sink. The survey and analysis method followed the IPCC guidelines and the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory in Korea. The amount of tree carbon storage in the forest ecosystem of Korea National Park was confirmed to be about 218,505 thousand CO<sub>2</sub>-ton and the amount of carbon storage per unit area was 570.8 CO<sub>2</sub>-ton per hectare. Compared to 299.7 CO<sub>2</sub>-ton per hectare, the average carbon storage per unit area of the entire Korean forest, it was found that about twice as much carbon was stored when assuming the same area. In other words, it means that the tree carbon storage function of the national park is about twice as high as that of the average tree carbon storage function of entire Korean forest. It has great implications in Korea National Park not only provides biodiversity promotion and exploration services as a national protected area, but also performs excellent functions as a carbon sink.

      • 내구유연발수제에 관한 연구(Ⅳ) : 아크릴 공중합체를 주제로 하는 발수제의 P/C혼방직물에의 발수처리 Water Repelling Treatment of P/C Blended Fabrics with Water Repellents Based on Acrylic Copolymer

        To prepare a durable softening water repellent, quaternized stearyl methacrylate-2-diethylami-noethyl methacrylate as a mother resin and quaternized 1-behenoylaminoethyl-2-docosyl imidazo-line which increase the softening effect and the hydrostatic pressure blended with waxes and their emulsifier in various proportions to give water repellent PPSBC. As the results of the measurement of water repellency. washable, tear strength and crease recovery to polyester-cotton(P/C) blended fabrics treated with PPSBC only or addition of textile finishing resin, the physical properties were increased. there was no significant lowering effect in water repellency when PPSBC was treated the antistatic agent by the one-bath method. and the effect of water repellency by the adding the catalyst was studied. PPSBC was confirmed as durable water repellent with the results of making little difference of water repellency as±5 point after and before washing. And, the water repellency mechanism of P/C blended fabrics treated with PPSBC was also discussed in detail.

        In this paper, we present a new buffer pool management scheme designed for video type news objects to build a cost-effective News On Demand storage server for serving users requests beyond the limitation of disk bandwidth. With our proposed buffer cache management scheme, a requested data is check to see whether or not it is worthy of caching by checking its average arrival interval and current disk traffic density, Subsequently, only granted news objects are permitted to get into the buffer pool, where buffer allocation is made not on the block basis but on the object basis. By using this caching policy, the frequently accessed objects are cached and then subsequent streams for those objects are serviced directly from the buffer pool, not contacting the disks where the original copies resides: this eventually leads to the construction of a storage server with relatively low costs.

        사업장 근로자의 건강위험 평가도구 개발

        Health Risk Appraisal(HRA) is usually defined as a process by which we expect of individual's chances of death or acquiring specific diseases within a defined period of time. The concept of worksite as an area of health maintenance and promotion is newly developing. Our movement for health promotion of employees has been increasingly known in the worksite. The aim of this study is to develop health risk appraisal tools about health promotion at the worksite for employees. We performed this study by two steps; one step was to develop a HRA questionnaire of worksites in Korea, another was to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. For developing HRA questionnaire, we reviewed scientific examples at first, and then weighted the score by delphi. To evaluate the reliability of developed questionnaire, we carried out survey by test-retest method. A total of 131 employees completed HRA questionnaire on two times. The results are as follows. The total score of health risk in unhealthy workers was higher than that of healthy workers. The range of test-retest reliability of responses to the questionnaire was 0.57-0.94. Therefore it seems that this questionnaire was very suitable to assess the health behavior of workers. In conclusion, the developed HRA questionnaire can be used as a tool for evaluating health behavior and for providing health counseling materials.

        DNA Chip과 고정화 기술

        DNA chip 기술은, 인간 DNA 염기 서열상의 이상징후와 관련된 질병을 진단하거나 신약 개발을 위하여 특정 DNA 발현의 분석 등에 응용될 수 있다. 현재, DNA chip을 제작하고 DNA hybridization 반응 신호를 감지하는 방법에는 다양한 기술들이 있다. 본 글에서는 급성장하고 있는 DNA 칩의 전반적인 원리, 제조기술, 그리고 DNA를 chip에 고정화 시키는 기술을 중점적으로 소개하고자 한다. 또한 젊은 나이에서의 당뇨 발병과 관련된 유전자인 MODY의 유전자 변이를 진단하는 oligonucleotide DNA chip의 예를 보여주고자 한다. The application of DNA chip technology includes the diagnosis of various human diseases associated with DNA sequence anomalies and the comprehensive analysis of expressed sequences with regard to newer drug designs. There are a variety of options for making DNA chips and detecting hybridized signals. Here, we take a close look at the principles and manufacturing technologies of this rapidly growing area, highlighting the DNA immobilization technology on the chip. Finally we present an example of oligonucleotide chip for the analysis of multiple MODY gene mutations, which are related with diabetes of the young.

        Input shaping is widely accepted to be a useful tool for removing residual vibration in cranes. The UMZV(unity magnitude zero vibration) input shaper is often employed for cranes driven by on-off type motors. However, the UMZV input shaper makes the cranes move slightly further than expected from the original command while it can remove the residual vibration out of the cranes. This paper deals with a method of input shaping scheme which can compensate the position inaccuracy as well as remove the residual vibration of cranes. The proposed method is illustrated through a numerical simulation.
