Vol.97 No.-

The origin of the Western Henan Tune has always been the focus of academic debate. The key issue of the debate is whether the Western Henan Tune comes from Xiangfu Tune or Shanshan Bangzi. Most scholars believe that Xiangfu tune is the main tone of Henan opera. The western Henan tune is derived from Xiangfu tune. However, the most important way to determine the origin of a tune is to see whether it is similar to other tunes in terms of style and rhythm. In the process of gestation and formation of the clapper in western Henan, the rhythm and style of the clapper were influenced by the clapper's accent. Then the melody changes with the spread of regional language, pronunciation and local folk music. When the Bangzi accent spreads to the west of Henan, it will be combined with the local folk music, language and pronunciation to form the “Western Henan Bangzi”. When it spreads to the east of Henan, it will form the Xiangfu tune and the Eastern Henan tune. However, to this day, the mountainous area in western Henan still retains the most primitive singing voice of the Western Henan Tuning (Kaosh Theatrical troupe). In the absence of records in the classics, through the study of folk proverbs, literature methods, and tune textual research on the origins of Western Henan Tiao, the relationship with Henan Bangzi, Xiangfu Tune, Shanshan Bangzi and other Bangzi accents is discussed, and the final conclusion is Conclusion The Bangzi in the west of Henan is the predecessor of the Bangzi in Henan, and it is also the five-tone palace mode.

      • Research on the Strategy of Role Management Based on Grid Environment

Yi He LIU,Yu Ping QIN,Shuang ZHANG 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.2

The grid security affects directly the development of the grid and the practical application of grid system software. The access control is one of important contents of grid security research. The traditional access control models have ignored the subject security, and can not be solved with the dynamic grid, and the characteristics of the coexistence of multiple security strategy etc problems. Regarding expanded the concepts under the common network environment subject, the object, safe service, granularity control, the concept of subject/ object decomposition and the organization classifications are defined. Using the RBAC model and BLP the model basic principle, some of the new access control security strategy based on the grid environment has been defined in the paper. After discussion shows that the new rules emphasis on the subject security, and adapt to the dynamic nature of grid environment and characteristics of the coexistence of multiple security strategy. The new rules are compatibility with existing network access control model, they are secure and are also an expansion under the common network environment access control strategy, and this has certain positive significance to the grid security research.

RhoGDI2 induced malignant phenotypes of pancreatic cancer cells via regulating Snail expression

        Yi Bin,Hu You,Zhu Dongming,Yao Jun,Zhou Jian,Zhang Yi,He Zhilong,Zhang Lifeng,Zhang Zixiang,Yang Jian,Tang Yuchen,Huang Yujie,Li Dechun,Liu Qiuhua 한국유전학회 2022 Genes & Genomics Vol.44 No.5

Background: Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor 2 (RhoGDI2) has been shown to contribute to the aggressive phenotypes of human cancers, such as tumor metastasis and chemoresistance. Objective: This study aimed to assess the effects of RhoGDI2 on tumor progression and chemoresistance in pancreatic cancer cells. Methods: The expression of RhoGDI2 in pancreatic cancer cells was detected by Western blot analysis. Gain-of-function and loss-of-function approaches were done to examine the malignant phenotypes of the RhoGDI2-expressing or RhoGDI2-depleting cells. The correlation between RhoGDI2 and Snail was also analyzed. Results: Differential expression of RhoGDI2 protein in pancreatic cancer cell lines was identified. Gain-of-function and loss-of-function experiments showed that RhoGDI2 induced the malignant phenotypes of pancreatic cancer cells, including proliferation, migration, invasion, and gemcitabine (GEM) chemoresistance. The upregulation of RhoGDI2 stimulated the expression of Snail, resulting in the altered expression of epithelial marker E-cadherin and mesenchymal marker Vimentin, which were characteristics of the tumorigenic activity of epithelial-mesenchymal transition. The expression of RhoGDI2 and Snail was upregulated in clinical tumor samples, and higher expression of RhoGDI2 or Snail was significantly associated with poor patient survival in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Conclusion: The findings indicated that RhoGDI2 promoted GEM resistance and tumor progression in pancreatic cancer and that RhoGDI2 might be a potential therapeutic target in patients with PDAC.

      • SPEED UP EXECUTION OF PARALLEL LOOP

        He, Wang Yi,Yu, Wang Zhen,Tong, Sun,Shun, Guo Fu 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1

When sequential loops are transformed into parallel loops that can be executed on distributed parallel computer system, the backward data dependence introduced by loops greatly weakens parallel degree. This paper analyzes performances of this kind of dependence and presents a loop-restructuring method to eliminate it or decrease its intensity as much as possible. In addition, the technique of reducing synchronization overhead given in 〔3〕 is spread to reduce communication overhead between iterations of parallel loops.

Effect of Ginger Extract and Citric Acid on the Tenderness of Duck Breast Muscles

        He, Fu-Yi,Kim, Hyun-Wook,Hwang, Ko-Eun,Song, Dong-Heon,Kim, Yong-Jae,Ham, Youn-Kyung,Kim, Si-Young,Yeo, In-Jun,Jung, Tae-Jun,Kim, Cheon-Jei Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resource 2015 한국축산식품학회지 Vol.35 No.6

The objective of this study was to examine the effect of ginger extract (GE) combined with citric acid on the tenderness of duck breast muscles. Total six marinades were prepared with the combination of citric acid (0 and 0.3 M citric acid) and GE (0, 15, and 30%). Each marinade was sprayed on the surface of duck breasts (15 mL/100 g), and the samples were marinated for 72 h at 4℃. The pH and proteolytic activity of marinades were determined. After 72 h of marination, Warner Bratzler shear force (WBSF), myofibrillar fragmentation index (MFI), pH, cooking loss, moisture content, sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and protein solubility were evaluated. There was no significant (p>0.05) difference in moisture content or cooking loss among all samples. However, GE marination resulted in a significant (p<0.05) decrease in WBSF but a significant (p<0.05) increase in pH and MFI. In addition, total protein and myofibrillar protein solubility of GE-marinated duck breast muscles in both WOC (without citric acid) and WC (with citric acid) conditions were significantly (p<0.05) increased compared to non-GE-marinated duck breast muscles. SDS-PAGE showed an increase of protein degradation (MHC and actin) in WC condition compared to WOC condition. There was a marked actin reduction in GE-treated samples in WC. The tenderization effect of GE combined with citric acid may be attributed to various mechanisms such as increased MFI and myofibrillar protein solubility.

An integrated dendrite-free zinc metal electrode for corrosion inhibition in aqueous system

        Yi-Fan Hu,Li-Feng Zhou,He Gong,He Jia,Peng Chen,Yi-Song Wang,Li-Ying Liu,Tao Du 2022 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.39 No.9

Zinc ion batteries have gotten increasing attention as a potential candidate for lithium-ion batteries, due totheir high specific capacity (820 mAh·g1), energy density, and safety. Inevitably, dendrite and corrosion create sometrouble for this system. Herein, an integrated Zn electrode coated by Zn-Al metal oxides prepared by a simple spincoatingmethod was utilized to increase the rechargeability for aqueous zinc ion batteries. By coating the Zn anodewith an artificial electrolyte interface, the wettability of Zn anodes was improved and impedance was reduced. Thecoating suppressed not only the appearance of dendrite but also the formation of corrosion products. The symmetricalcells with coating have a low overpotential (43mV) and an excellent life span. Meanwhile, the applied full batteriesexhibit an improved capacity retention rate (86.67% after 120 cycles), great rate performance and low apparent activationenergy (24.6 KJ·mol1). The simple production methods and superior corrosion suppression effects provide newideas for the anode protection of aqueous system batteries.

      • Ellagitannins from Camellia oleifera Fruit Shell Extractives

        Yi-Chang He,Wei Gao,Jie-Fang Yang,Young-Soo Bae,Chun-Xia Yang,Wei Ding,Zhen-Jun Gu,Mei-Jie Wu,Dong-Bo Yu,Hwang Gao,Cheng Zhou,Chun Gong 강원대학교 산림과학연구소 2022 강원대학교 산림과학연구소 학술대회 Vol.2022 No.10

Camellia is valued not only for its aesthetic contribution as ornament but also for its economic importance as it provides the beverage, tea, and edible oil in some countries, notably China. Apart from its use for ornamental purposes and production of tea, it is one of the four main oil-bearing trees (palm, coconut, olive, and tea) in the world. Camellia oleifera C. Abel, which originated in southern China, is notable as an important source of edible oil obtained from its seeds. It is commonly known as the oil-seed camellia or tea oil camellia, though to a lesser extent other species of Camellia are used in oil production too. Camellia japonica, one of the other tea trees, is distributed in Korea, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Previous studies have revealed that Camellia oleifera has significant biological activities and includes various kinds of chemical constituents such as terpenoids and flavonoids in its leaves, roots, seeds and fruit shells. The others also have reported the recent advances in the utilization of Camellia oleifera C. Abel through a review of nutritional constituents, bio-functional properties, and potential industrial applications. However, there was no study on nut shell extractives of Camellia oleifera even in China and moreover, hydrolysable tannins of the nut shell have never been reported yet. A phytochemical study of fruit shell of Camellia oleifera C. Abel led to the isolation of two ellagitannins, tellimagrandinⅠ(3) and tellimagrandin Ⅱ(4), including gallic acid (1) and ellagic acid (2). The structures of the isolated compounds were unambiguously elucidated on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic data, especially 2D NMR such as HSQC and HMBC and MS data. Compounds 3 and 4 were first isolated from the extractives of Camellia oleifera fruit shell.

Gallotannins from Nut Shell Extractives of Camellia oleifera

        ( Yi-chang He ),( Mei-jie Wu ),( Xiao-lin Lei ),( Jie-fang Yang ),( Wei Gao ),( Young-soo Bae ),( Tae-hee Kim ),( Sun-eun Choi ),( Bao-tong Li ) 한국목재공학회 2021 목재공학 Vol.49 No.3

Camellia nut shell was collected, dried at room temperature and ground to get fine powder. The powder was extracted three times with 95% EtOH, combined, evaporated, and then freeze dried. The crude powder was dissolved in H2O and then sequentially fractionated with n-hexane, CH2Cl2, EtOAc and n-BuOH. A part of EtOAc fraction was chromatographed on a silica gel and on a Sephadex LH-20 columns using MeOH, aqueous MeOH, EtOAc-n-hexane and EtOH-n-hexane to isolate gallotannins. Three gallotannins, 1,2-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 1,2,6-tri-Ogalloyl- β-D-glucopyranoside (3) and 1,2,3,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), including gallic acid (1), were isolated and elucidated by NMR and Mass spectroscopies. Although nothing new, these gallotannins were first reported from the nut shell extractives of camellia tree (Camellia oleifera C. Abel). This study was to investigate the chemical constituents, especially hydrolysable tannins, of nut shell extractives of Camellia oleifera and to provide basic information for the future chemical utilization of this species.
