The electrode is formed as the last process of the solar cell device and affects the characteristics. Ag paste for crystalline silicon solar cells, such as p-PERC and TOPCon structures, penetrates the anti-reflection film during the electrode formation process, and glass frit for contact with the emitter layer is added, and it is processed at a high temperature of 700~800℃. On the other hand, since the crystalline silicon-based heterojunction solar cell is in contact between the TCO layer and the electrode, the Ag paste for forming the electrode does not require a glass frit, and the process temperature when forming each layer is 200℃, so the low temperature Ag paste must be used. The low-temperature Ag paste is difficult to form fine line width electrode due to the problem of viscoelasticity, and the adhesion properties on the surface are not good. In this study, electrodes of fine line width were formed and the adhesion and electrical properties of the electrodes formed according to the curing conditions were analyzed.

히스토그램 인터섹션은 영상에서 컬러가 가지는 값의 빈도 수를 이용하여 간단하면서도 효율적으로 영상을 검색하는 방법으로, 영상의 글로블 특성을 잘 나타내는 반면 영상에서의 위치 정보가 누락되어 다른 영상을 동일 영상으로 인지하기 쉽고, 영상 내에 포함된 형상 정보를 표현하는 적절한 방법은 아니다. 영상에 대한 1차원 투영을 이용하면 영상의 개략적인 형상 정보와 함께 위치 정보를 나타낼 수 있어 히스토그램의 단점을 극복할 수 있지만, 영상 크기에 따라 투영 벡터의 길이가 달라져 색인 데이타로 사용하기에는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 투영벡터에서 영상이 가지는 형상 정보의 첨두치를 이용하여 첨두치들 간의 상대거리 및 최대 첨두치에 관한 정보를 검색에 사용하였다. 검색 성능의 확인을 위하여 히스토그램 인터섹션 및 투영벡터만을 이용한 경우의 검색 결과와 비교하였고, 실험 결과를 이용하여 각 방법의 장단점을 분석하였다. Histogram intersection method, that counts the occurrence of color pixels, is one of the easy and simple color image retrieval methods. The method has an appropriate global property but does not contain the knowledge of shape for images. The absence of spatial information makes it difficult to discriminate images of the similar histogram. The application of one-dimensional projection to each image enables to obtain shape or spatial information of image. But in this case there is another problem having different length of the projection vector according to the size of each image. Thus this paper proposes a method that uses relative distances between peaks and their maximum value in the projection vector. In order to verify retrieval performance, the experimental results between the histogram intersection method, the projection only method, and the proposed one are compared and analyzed.
결정질 실리콘 태양전지 Ag 전극의 소결 조건에 따른 특성 분석

태양전지의 전극은 가장 마지막 공정으로 태양전지의 효율에 큰 영향력을 끼치는 중요한 역할을 한다. 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에서 전극은 건조와 소성 과정을 걸쳐 반사방지막을 뚫고, 이미터와 접촉하여 우수한 전기적 특성을 보이게 된다. 본 연구에서는 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 전극을 스크린 프린팅 방식으로 형성하고, 소성 온도와 벨트 속도를 변경하여 전기적 특성 분석을 진행했다.

<P>In order to meet the increasing demand for high performance in smartphones, recent studies suggested mobile cloud computing techniques that aim to connect the phones to adjacent powerful cloud servers to throw their computational burden to the servers. These techniques often employ execution offloading schemes that migrate a process between machines during its execution. In execution offloading, code regions to be executed on the server are decided statically or dynamically based on the complex analysis on execution time and process state transfer costs of every region. Expectedly, the transfer cost is a deciding factor for the success of execution offloading. According to our analysis, it is dominated by the total size of heap objects transferred over the network. But previous work did not try hard to minimize this size. Thus in this paper, we introduce novel techniques based on compiler code analysis that effectively reduce the transferred data size by transferring only the essential heap objects and the stack frames actually referenced in the server. The experiments exhibit that the reduced size positively influences not only the transfer time itself but also the overall effectiveness of execution offloading, and ultimately, improves the performance of our mobile cloud computing significantly in terms of execution time and energy consumption.</P>

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sprinter pattern bridging exercise using theraband on activation of lower extremity and abdominal muscle and to find out postures that can effectively improve abdominal and lower extremity muscle strength and increase abdominal stability. Methods: This study was designed as a cross-sectional study. The following research was done with applicants attending S university in Seoul to compare the difference in muscle activity between one-leg-Support bridging exercise and sprinter-pattern bridging exercise using theraband. For 48 study participants, we first measured their MVC. Then, we applied one-leg-support bridging exercise and sprinter-pattern bridging exercise at random order. These data were expressed as the percentage of maximal voluntary contraction (%MVC).Electromyography analysis was performed by measuring the external obliques, internal obliques, biceps femoris, and gluteus maximus. Results: There was a statistically significant increment of muscle activity in external and internal oblique muscle(p<0.001)by sprinter-pattern bridging exercise using theraband. On the lower body, statistically significant increment of muscle activity in biceps femoris and gluteus maximus was found(p<0.05). On the other hand, on erector spinae, there was statistically significant decrease in muscle activity(p<0.05). Conclusions: Efficient treatment is expected when sprinter-pattern bridging exercise using theraband is applied clinically.For patients with chronic knee and ankle pain who have difficulty bearing weight, including low back pain and internal rotation of the femur, starting with a low weight bearing, we think it will be helpful in planning systematic training aimed at progressively strengthening the lower extremities.

지금까지 모바일을 위한 본격적인 보안 소프트웨어 연구는 대부분 모바일 기기의 성능 제약 때문에 서버를 활용하는 서버-클라이언트 모델로 진행이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 서버-클라이언트 모델과 비슷하게 서버를 활용하면서도 다른 추가적인 이점을 가질 수 있는 모바일 수행 오프로딩 프레임워크를 활용한 모바일 기기의 보안 가능성에 대해 이야기한다.
