        K리그 축구 경기에서 나타난 상황 요인 별 주요 공격 분석인자의 상대성 분석

        본 연구는 2020 K리그 경기에서 발생한 주요 공격 인자들을 수집하고 이를 상황 요인(경기 장소, 상대팀 수준, 최근 팀 경기력, 최근 상대팀 경기력) 별 상대성 분석을 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020 K리그 모든 팀들의 전 경기(스플릿 후 경기 제외)를 대상으로 하였으며, 연구의 대상이 된 경기 수는 132경기였다. 자료 수집을 위해 한국프로축구연맹에서 제공하는 ‘데이터포탈’의 공식 자료를 사용하였고, 자료를 정리하기 위해 1차적으로 Microsoft Office Excel 2007을 이용하였다. 통계 분석은 IBM SPSS 25.0을 이용하였으며, 정규성 분포를 이루지 않아 비모수 통계 기법인 Mann-Whitney U 검정법과 Kruskal-Wallis H 검정법을 이용하여 평균 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 첫째, K리그 팀들은 홈에서 경기를 할 때가 원정에서 경기를 할 때보다 더 높은 볼 점유율을 기록했고(α<.05), 둘째, 강팀을 상대로 경기할 때가 중팀과 약팀을 상대로 할 때보다 더 적은 슛, 유효 슛, 패스, 전진 패스와 낮은 볼 점유율을 기록했으며(α<.05), 셋째, 팀의 최근 경기력이 좋을 때와 상대팀의 경기력이 좋지 않을 때 더 많은 패스, 전진 패스와 높은 볼 점유율을 기록했다(α<.05). The aim of this study was to identify the effect of situational variables e.g. match venue, opposition quality, current form, current opposition’s form on key attacking performance indicators from 2020 Korea Football League. All match(n=132) excepted for split matches were used for analysis and the data were provided by Korea Professional Football League(data.kleague.com). Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used to collect data and the data were analysed in IBM SPSS 25.0 to determine differences between independent variables. Normality tests were firstly conducted and Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test was conducted as a non-parametric statistics method. The results showed that ball possessions were significantly different between home and away teams whilst all key attacking performance indicators were significantly different according to different quality of team. Also, there were significant differences in passes, forward passes and ball possessions among current team forms and opposition team forms.

      • A lifetime enhancing and QoS provisioning routing protocol for wireless sensor networks

        A wireless sensor network typically consists of a very large number of small, inexpensive, disposable, robust, and low-power sensor nodes working cooperatively. In this paper, we propose a routing protocol for wireless sensor networks, which focuses on satisfying QoS constraints while maximizing the lifetime of the networks. Our proposed protocol enhances the network lifetime by distributing the traffic flow over multiple paths, while satisfying the different QoS requirements in a dynamic and decentralized manner. Simulation shows that the network lifetime increases without compromising QoS requirements and throughput.

        Double-layered buffer to enhance the thermal performance in a high-level radioactive waste disposal system

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A thermal performance is one of the most important factors in the design of a geological disposal system for high-level radioactive wastes. According to the conceptual design of the Korean Reference disposal System, the maximum temperature of its buffer with a domestic Ca-bentonite is close to the thermal criterion, 100°C. In order to improve the thermal conductivity of its buffer, several kinds of additives are compared. Among the additives, graphite shows the best result in that the thermal conductivity of the bentonite block is more than 2.0W/m°C. We introduced the concept of a double-layered buffer instead of a traditional bentonite block in order to use the applied additive more effectively. The thermal analysis, based upon the three-dimensional finite element method, shows that a double-layered buffer could reduce the maximum temperature on a canister's surface by 7°C under identical conditions when compared with a single-layered buffer. An analytical solution was derived to efficiently analyze the effects of a double-layered buffer. The illustrative cases show that the temperature differences due to a double-layered buffer depend on the thickness of the buffer.</P>

      • Sulfuretin, an Antinociceptive and Antiinflammatory Flavonoid from Rhus verniciflua

        This study was undertaken to evaluate the antinociceptive and antiinflammatory effects of the heartwood extract of Rhus verniciflua (Anacardiaceae) and the two major components, sulfuretin and fustin. The MeOH extract, its EtOAc-soluble portion and sulfuretin showed significant antinociceptive activity in writhing and hot plate test assays and antiinflammaory effects in carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in rats. In particular, treatment of sulfuretin with 10 ㎎/㎏ dose (i.p.) reduced writhing frequency by 48.0% (p<0.0l) compared to that of a control group. Further, the treatment of sulfuretin (5, 10 ㎎/㎏, i.p.) for 7 days prevented the carrageenan-induced hind paw edema significantly (p<0.01). The antiinflammatory effect of sulfuretin was also confirmed by microscopic observation of mast cell numbers in muscle. In addition, sulfuretin suppressed the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) activity (IC_(50) = 28.7μM) in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophage cells. This result indicates that the inhibitory effect of sulfuretin on COX-2 may be one of the antinociceptive/antiinflammatory mechanism.

        Falls in Patients of Medical Institutions in South Korea: A Literature Review

        Background: Like many other countries, falls and related injuries in older adults are great concerns in South Korea. In particular, falls are common in medical institutions, often causing the increase of the length of hospitalization. Objects: The purpose of this review was to help understand and address falls in hospitalized individuals in South Korea. Methods: The review was conducted on literature published in Korean from 2010 to 2022, searched in the Korea Citation Index and PubMed. Keywords used for the search were as fol-lows: falls, fall risk, fall risk assessment, hospital, inpatient, intervention, Korea, and preven-tion. Results: A total of 54 articles were found and reviewed. The most common place of fall ac-cidents was the inpatient room, where there were many cases of falls while walking. Loss of balance was the most common cause of falls, and many falls occurred in patients admitted to the internal medicine. Furthermore, a risk of falling increased with the type of medications taken. In terms of tools to assess patients’ fall risk, the Morse Fall Scale (MFS) was commonly used. Patient-specific fall prevention activities were common to address falls, and they de-creased the frequency of falls and the fear of falling. Factors influencing the effectiveness of the fall prevention activities included attitudes toward falls, education, environmental factors, patient safety culture, and self-efficacy in preventing falls. Conclusion: Our results should help understand and address falls and injuries in medical institutions.

        Inhibitory Effects of the Korean Red Ginseng Extract onthe Content of Neurotransmitter-Related Componentsof the Mouse Brain in Convulsion-induced Model

        of mice with Korean Red Ginseng (KRG) changed glutamic acid and GABA content in themouse brain tissue with pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced convulsion. KRG were orally administered at a dose of50, 100 mg/kg for two weeks. The electroconvulsions (MES) and PTZ-induced convulsion were reduced butthose induced by strychnine, bicuculine and picrotoxin were not. PTZ-induced convulsion decreased the -treated group compared to PTZ group. In the PTZ-treated group, the GABA-transaminase (GABA-T) activity wasincreased by 59.6%, while no effect was observed on glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) activity.       • Successful laparoscopic repair with omental interposition of a recurrent vesicovaginal fistula after total laparoscopic hysterectomy and primary laparoscopic repair

        Objective: Teach a new procedure Target: Adanced practicioners Methods: We present the case of a 45-year old Korean women with a recurring vesicovaginal fistula after three weeks after laparoscopic primary repair of vesicovaginal fistula caused by a total laparoscopic hysterectomy. We performed a laparoscopic vesicovaginal fistula repair with omental interposition on June 28th, 2018. We encountered a large adhesion from prior surgery in the pelvic cavity, so performed adhesiolysis using a harmonic sheers. After adhesiolysis, we performed bilateral ureterolysis that continued to the posterior bladder until it reaches the vesicovaginal space, which is then sharply dissected laterally and distally until the fistula is encountered. A bulb syringe was used to mobilize the vaginal cuff so that the dissection of the vesicovaginal space and mobilization of the vagina could be performed easily. After adequate dissection and resection of the fistula tract from both the vagina and the bladder, a double-layer closure using 3-0 Vicryl was placed in a interrupted suture to secure the bladder. After the first layer of closure, the bladder was retrograde filled with 300cc of sterile water. Then second layer was closed in the same manner. And a single-layer closure of the vagina using a 1-0 Vicryl was placed transvaginally. After omental interposiotion to the fistula site, the procedure was over. There were no serious intraoperative or postoperative complications. Results: On postoperative day 14, the Foley catheter was removed and the patient has had no complication so far. Conclusion: Laparoscopic repair with omental interposition of a recurrent vesicovaginal fistula is feasible and effective.

        Anti-Rheumatoid Arthritis Effect of the Kochia scoparia Fruits and Activity Comparison of Momordin Ic, its Prosapogenin and Sapogenin

        MeOH extract of Kochia scoparia was fractionated into $CHCl_3-$, EtOAc- and BuOH extracts and the last fraction were hydrolyzed by 3%-NaOH ($MeOH-H_2O$) to compare the bioactivities on antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects. Silica gel column chromatography of BuOH fraction afforded a large amount of $3-Ο-{\beta}-D-xylopyranosyl {\;}(1{\rightarrow}3)-{\beta}-D-glucuronopyranosyl$ oleanolic acid (momordin Ic, 4) and that of acid hydrolysate of BuOH fraction gave $3-Ο-{\beta}-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic$ acid (momordin Ib, 3), its 6'-Ο-methyl ester (2) and oleanolic acid (1). Silica gel column chromatography of alkaline hydrolysate afforded a large amount of 4. MeOH extract and both EtOAc- and BuOH fractions were active in the rheumatoidal rat induced Freund's complete adjuvant reagent (FCA) whereas $CHCl_3$ fraction was inactive. Compound 1 and 4 showed significant activities in the same assay but oleanolic acid 3-Ο-glucuronopyranoside (3) showed no activity. These fashions were also observed in carrageenan-induced edema of the rat and in the antinociceptive activity tests undertaken in hot plate- and writhing methods. These results suggest that momordin Ic and its aglycone, oleanolic acid, could be active principles for rheumatoid arthritis.
