      • Study on Effect of Massage Technique based on Chaos Theory

        According to the mechanism of EMG signal, we know that the sacrificial electrical signal is with weak signal, low frequency, alternating, nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics. Nonlinear analysis includes higher order spectral analysis and fractal and chaos analysis.Chaos theory is one of the main parts of nonlinear science, and the electrical signal of the surface has a strong randomness, so we could consider the nonlinear analysis of EMG signals from the perspective of chaos. We mainly studied on the nonlinear analysis algorithm of EMG signal detailedly in this paper. Experiments show that,according to the quantitative analysis of several important parameters of rolling massage with chaos theory, we can measure objectively the action situation of related muscle groups in the operation course, then guide the professional massage students to understand the norms of operation in training of operation and help to lead their manipulation to the best power structure.

      • A Novel Information Fusion Model for Assessment of Malware Threat

        It is not only important for security analysts to judge some binary code is malicious or not, but also to understand the malware “what to do” and “what’s the impact it posed on our information system”. In this paper, we proposed a novel information fusion model to quantitate the threat of malware. The model consists of three levels: the decision making level information fusion, the attribute level information fusion and the behavior level information fusion. These three levels portray special characteristics of malware threat distributed in the assessment model. Combined with the static analysis technology and real-time monitor technology, we implemented a framework of malware threat assessment. The experiment demonstrates that our information fusion model for malware threat assessment is effective to quantitate the threat of malware in accuracy and differentiation degree. In the end, we discussed several issues that could improve the performance of the model.

      • A Detection Framework of Malicious Code Based on Multi-Classifiers Ensemble

        Malicious code detection is one of the important missions of malicious code analysis. Current researches on the detection of malicious code mostly focused on single classifier, whereas the single classifier is not suitable for the detection based on features of different types. We utilized multi-classifiers ensemble based on fuzzy integral to improve the accuracy of the detection framework. A framework based on the Choquet fuzzy integral was proposed to fuse the analysis results of the base classifiers with different features. And the genetic algorithm was used to obtain the fuzzy measure. Finally, the result of Choquet fuzzy integral was compared to a threshold predefined to determine the maliciousness of binary code. Experiment showed that the framework proposed in this paper could be used to determine the maliciousness of binary code more accurately.

        Activated carbon supported VN, Mo2N, and W2N as catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination

        The development of green catalysts for the calcium carbide acetylene method synthesis of vinyl chloridemonomer (VCM), is essential material to industrial polyvinyl chloride production. The original catalystHgCl2 easy to volatile during the reaction lead to environmental pollution. Here we present threedifferent transition metal nitride load into activated carbon (AC): VN/AC, Mo2N/AC, and W2N/AC as novelcatalysts. W2N/AC and Mo2N/AC was a relatively stable catalyst to compared with VN/AC. All of themVCM selectivity can maintain 98%. More HCl ratio for Mo2N/AC lead its acetylene conversion reach 80%. The former two catalysts are promising candidates for acetylene hydrochlorination.

        Circ-SNX27 sponging miR-375/RPN1 axis contributes to hepatocellular carcinoma progression

        Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a prevalent malignant tumor with high fatality. It has yet to be reported whether circ-SNX27 can affect the progression of HCC. This study attempted to analyze circ-SNX27's precise role and underlying mechanisms in HCC. HCC cell lines and tumor specimens from HCC patients were analyzed using quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting to quantify the expressions of circ-SNX27, miR-375, and ribophorin I (RPN1). Cell invasion and cell counting kit 8 experiments were conducted for the evaluation of HCC cell invasion and proliferation. Caspase-3 Activity Assay Kit was utilized to gauge the caspase-3 activity. Luciferase reporter and RNA immunoprecipitation assays were executed to ascertain the relationships among miR-375, circ-SNX27, and RPN1. To determine how circ-SNX27 knockdown affects the growth of HCC xenografts in vivo, tumor-bearing mouse models were constructed. Elevated expressions of circ-SNX27 and RPN1 as well as a reduced miR-375 expression were observed among HCC cells and HCC patient tumor specimens. Knocking-down circ-SNX27 in HCC cells abated their proliferative and invasive abilities but raised their caspase-3 activity. Moreover, the poor levels of circ-SNX27 inhibited HCC tumor growth among the mice. Circ-SNX27 enhanced RPN1 by competitively binding with miR-375. Silencing miR-375 in HCC cells promoted their malignant phenotypes. Nonetheless, the promotive effect of miR375 silencing was reversible via the knockdown of circ-SNX27 or RPN1. This research demonstrated that circ-SNX27 accelerated the progression of HCC by modulating the miR-375/RPN1 axis. This is indicative of circ-SNX27's potential as a target for the treatment of HCC.

        Carrageenan Oligosaccharides Extend Life Span and Health Span in Male Drosophila Melanogaster by Modulating Antioxidant Activity, Immunity, and Gut Microbiota

        Carrageenan oligosaccharide (CAO), the hydrolysate of carrageenan from marine red algae, is used as a prebiotic additive or medical material. In this study, male Drosophila melanogaster was used as an animal model to explore the possibility that CAO can extend the life span through its relationship with antioxidation, immunity, and gut microbiota in vivo. The results show that a certain amount of CAO effectively prolonged the average life span and improved the climbing vitality and fecundity of male Drosophila. In addition, 0.125% CAO in the diet significantly increased the activity of Cu,Zn-superoxide dismutase (Cu,Zn-SOD) and catalase (CAT), reduced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), and significantly repressed the expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) gene in old male Drosophila tissues. In the intestinal microbiota analysis, 0.125% CAO in the diet increased the diversity of gut microbiota and improved the abundance of Commensalibacter at the genus level in Drosophila on the 40th day. The above results indicated that CAO supplementation could extend the life span of male Drosophila by improving antioxidant activity, immunity, and by regulating intestinal microflora.

        Solidification Structure Refining of 409L Ferritic Stainless Steel Using Fe-Ti-N Master Alloy

        A novel in-situ synthesized Fe-Ti-N master alloy was employed as a grain refiner for refining of the 409L ferritic stainless steel solidification structure. Two groups of experiments have been carried out to test the grain refinement performance of the Fe-Ti-N master alloy. In one group, 2 wt% of the Fe-Ti-N master alloy has been added into 409L ferritic stainless steel melts with various temperatures just before casting. In the other group, 409L ferritic stainless steel melts with 2 wt% Fe-Ti-N master alloy added at 1803K were held for various times before casting. It was found that high melt temperature resulted in a lower proportion of equiaxed grains and coarser structures. As the holding time increased, the proportion of the equiaxed grain zone decreased quickly. However, the proportion of the equiaxed grain zone re-increased when the holding time was extended longer than extreme points. The mechanisms of these experimental phenomena have been analyzed in terms of thermodynamics.

        A new ferulic acid ester, 1'-methyl-2'-hydroxyethyl ferulate (1), together with methylcaffeate (2), 4-hydroxy cinnamic acid (3), ferulic acid (4), caffeic acid (5), diosmetin (6), luteolin (7), 5,3',4'-trihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone (8), eriodictyol (9), kaempferol (10), quercetin (11), acacetin-7-O-glcopyranoside (12), 4-($\beta$-glucopyranosyloxy) benzoic acid (13), luteolin-7-O-(6"-feruloyl) glucopyranoside (14), luteolin-7-O-glucopyranoside (15), kaempferide-3-O-rhamnopyranoside (16), quercitrin (17), kaempferol-3-O-glucopyranoside (18), prunasin (19), quercetin-7-O-glucopyranoside (20), quercetin-3-O-glucopyranoside (21), plantaginin (22), linarin (23), luteolin-7-O-rutinoside (24), and chlorogenic acid (25) were isolated from the aerial parts of Dacocephalum peregrinum. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and HR-ESI-MS analyses. In addition, compound 1 exhibited mild inhibitory effect on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.

        Nonlinear response history analysis and collapse mode study of a wind turbine tower subjected to tropical cyclonic winds

        The use of wind energy resources is developing rapidly in recent decades. There is an increasing number of wind farms in high wind-velocity areas such as the Pacific Rim regions. Wind turbine towers are vulnerable to tropical cyclones and tower failures have been reported in an increasing number in these regions. Existing post-disaster failure case studies were mostly performed through forensic investigations and there are few numerical studies that address the collapse mode simulation of wind turbine towers under strong wind loads. In this paper, the wind-induced failure analysis of a conventional 65 m hub high 1.5-MW wind turbine was carried out by means of nonlinear response time-history analyses in a detailed finite element model of the structure. The wind loading was generated based on the wind field parameters adapted from the cyclone boundary layer flow. The analysis results indicate that this particular tower fails due to the formation of a full-section plastic hinge at locations that are consistent with those reported from field investigations, which suggests the validity of the proposed numerical analysis in the assessment of the performance of wind-farms under cyclonic winds. Furthermore, the numerical simulation allows to distinguish different failure stages before the dynamic collapse occurs in the proposed wind turbine tower, opening the door to future research on the control of these intermediate collapse phases.
