Marssonina coronaria associated with apple blotch disease causes severe premature defoliation, and is widely distributed in Korea. Thirteen isolates were collected from orchards located in Gyeongbuk Province from 2005~2007. All isolates displayed over 99.6% and 99.2% sequence similarity to each other in internal transcribed spacer regions and partial sequences of 28S rDNA, respectively. The isolates were phylogenetically closely related to Chinese isolates. Selected isolates did not differ in their pathogenicity. The optimum conditions for fungal growth were 20oC and pH 6 on peptone potato dextrose agar (PPDA). Peptone and mannose were the best nitrogen and carbon source, respectively. Fungal growth was better on PPDA than on common potato dextrose agar. This study provides valuable information for integrated disease management program and facilitates the routine culturing of M. coronaria.
A study for production simulation model generation system based on data model at a shipyard

Simulation technology is a type of shipbuilding product lifecycle management solution used to support production planning or decision-making. Normally, most shipbuilding processes are consisted of job shop production, and the modeling and simulation require professional skills and experience on shipbuilding. For these reasons, many shipbuilding companies have difficulties adapting simulation systems, regardless of the necessity for the technology. In this paper, the data model for shipyard production simulation model generation was defined by analyzing the iterative simulation modeling procedure. The shipyard production simulation data model defined in this study contains the information necessary for the conventional simulation modeling procedure and can serve as a basis for simulation model generation. The efficacy of the developed system was validated by applying it to the simulation model generation of the panel block production line. By implementing the initial simulation model generation process, which was performed in the past with a simulation modeler, the proposed system substantially reduced the modeling time. In addition, by reducing the difficulties posed by different modeler-dependent generation methods, the proposed system makes the standardization of the simulation model quality possible.

We established a method to produce differently shaped polymeric nanoneedle arrays using silica microparticles by using multistep plasma etch processes. The etching conditions of each step were determined by exploring etching parameters such as power, bias power, gas composition and amount, pressure and time. The silica microparticles became unstable and irregular nanoneedle arrays were formed due to difference of etching rates between silica and polymer when silica microparticles were etched continuously in one step. Through the introduction of stabilization step in which selective etching is done on silica microparticle to reduce the diameter of silica microparticles and hence to move the center of mass of the silica microparticle inward, the instability of silica mask was removed and irregularity of nanostructures was minimized. As a result, multistep etching process to fabricate polymeric nanoneedle arrays was established. Depending on the conditions of each step, polymeric nanostructure arrays with various morphology were fabricated.

<P><B>Summary</B></P> <P>We report proteogenomic analysis of diffuse gastric cancers (GCs) in young populations. Phosphoproteome data elucidated signaling pathways associated with somatic mutations based on mutation-phosphorylation correlations. Moreover, correlations between mRNA and protein abundances provided potential oncogenes and tumor suppressors associated with patient survival. Furthermore, integrated clustering of mRNA, protein, phosphorylation, and N-glycosylation data identified four subtypes of diffuse GCs. Distinguishing these subtypes was possible by proteomic data. Four subtypes were associated with proliferation, immune response, metabolism, and invasion, respectively; and associations of the subtypes with immune- and invasion-related pathways were identified mainly by phosphorylation and <I>N</I>-glycosylation data. This study investigates the fundamental properties of the color concrete corresponding to the various types and contents of the coloring agent. For the properties of the fresh, the flow is gradually decreased corresponding to increasing of the coloring agent, and It is approached to the target flow on 3~6% of the adding amounts. The air content is increased in accordance with the increase of the coloring agent. For the properties of the hardened concrete, the compressive strength is increased about 9 and 12% in the case that 3~6% of red and yellow coloring agents is mixed. And they are decreased when white and black coloring agents. The chromaticity of red (a*)and yellow (b*) is appropriate at 6% of the adding amounts, and luminosity of the white and black is also favorable because of economy at 6%, so the formative article is manufactured successfully to aim in the result of this study.

세계적 금융 위기로 인한 기업의 사업 환경이 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 기업이 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 적응하는 점은 과거보다 더욱 중요해 졌으며 이를 위해 세계적 제조 기업들은 기초 생산 인프라 와 고도의 IT 기술의 융합을 통해 위기 극복을 시도하고 있다. 특히 제조업의 제조 경쟁력을 증대 시킬 수 있는 제조 프로세스의 통합, 제품 개발과정에서의 협업, 공급자와 생산자의 유기적인 정보통합을 지원하는 시스템의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 협업 및 정보통합에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있는 상황에서 본 논문에서는 파워보트 협업생산 및 정보통합을 지원할 수 있는 웹기반 시스템을 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다. 기 시스템은 설계 및 생산과정에서 협업을 지원하기 위해 파워보트의 제품구조 분석, 설계 및 생산 프로세스 분석 등을 통해 설계되었으며 제품정보 및 전사 컨텐츠 관리를 지원한다. 이를 통해 파워요트 개발 프로젝트에 참여하는 다수 기업설계 및 생산 정보의 통합관리 및 동시 작업을 통한 생산성 증대가 기대된다. The business environment is changing rapidly because of the global crisis. In order to survive and enhance competitiveness in the global market, global manufacturing companies are trying to overcome the crisis through the convergence of production infrastructure and IT technology. The importance of systems to support the integration of manufacturing processes, collaboration in product development, and information integration of providers and producers is therefore increasing. In this paper, research is conducted on the design and implementation of a collaboration system to support a power-boat manufacturing company in this situation of increased demand for collaboration and information integration. The system was designed through product-structure and production-process analysis, support product data management, and enterprise contents management. The company involved in the power-boat development project is expected to show an improvement in productivity through the integrated management of information and collaboration provided by this system.
