무궁화공원의 기능과 스토리텔링 방안 연구 -남양주 김포 대전지역 무궁화공원 조성 방안을 중심으로

This study aims at investigating function of Mugunghwa park, its value as Mugunghwa archetype material to develop park, and searching for plan. The central and local governments try to develop about 20 Mugunghwa park with budget of thousands of millions won. There are also concerns every park will be standardized just showing species of Mugunghwa. Therefore the functions Mugunghwa park should have are suggested based on analyzing correlation between the aim of developing Mugunghwa park and enhancement action. ① Gardening function as offering scenic place ② Educating function as informing correctly and widely ③ Cultural function as offering entertainment. And the parks should be developed based on their differentiation of local characteristic. The strategy is followed for the parks which will be developed in 3 areas. ① Cultural identity and asset of the area ② Considering characteristic of census such as resident, and access such as transportation ③ Review on operation and management The Mugunghwa park should be developed with strengthened educational function in Namyangju Byeolnae, scenic place for Kimpo Hangang new town, and cultural function for Daejeon Doan new town. The functions of park should be internalized and operated within facility and program, rather than being expressed to users directly. In this point of view storytelling strategy seems to be useful. Mugunghwa has been with Korean for longtime and told by record and story. As the archetype materials have their own story, it will be useful to use them as materials for developing park. Besides the archetypes have their own identity with legitimacy, and they will make people have bond of sympathy possibly. As archetype materials are applied as storytelling factors to developing parks in 3 areas, some appropriate materials are found for differentiating the parks. Therefore storytelling strategy based on Mugunghwa archetype material is estimated to work with high value.

주 5일제의 영향은 여가시간 증가로 인한 가족 유대관계 향상이라는 결과를 가져왔다. 가족 간의 친밀함을 더욱 강화시킬 수 있는 다양한 방법들 중에서 놀이공원의 방문이 많이 애용되고 있으며 특히 공적공원의 관람은 저렴한 가격으로 서민들이 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 점 이외에도 다양한 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 관람효과를 높이기 위한 방법의 일환인 사인디자인에 초점을 맞추어 연구하였다. 본 연구는 넓은 공간에서 동선을 고려하지 않은 안내표지판의 배치, 주변 환경의 조화를 고려하지 않은 사인들, 전체 공원 안내사인 디자인의 일관성 부족 등 공적공원의 특성을 제대로 살리지 못하는 문제를 중심으로 사인디자인 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 국내외의 대표적인 공공원과 사공원을 분석하여 그 문제점을 도출한 후 사인의 종류를 분류하였으며 사인의 종류에 따른 디자인 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 나아가서 공원 방문객의 편리성 및 공원사인에 대한 사용성과 사인디자인에 관한 기대요소를 선정하여 평가함으로써 제안하는 디자인의 객관성을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과 각 공원의 특성에 따른 각 사인 체계의 사용성 및 사용자 요구도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 사용자의 기대치에 부응 할 수 있는 공적공원 및 사적공원이 나아가야할 사인체계의 디자인 방안을 제안하였다. The effects of 5day-work-week have given us strong family relationships by increasing sparing time. People who visit national parks enjoy the intimate with family. Especially, the public park has much benefits, such as people visit easily with moderate prices. This research is focused on the sign-design to increase watching effects with low price. However, there are some problems suck as assignments of sign without much considerations for moving line, unmatched with circumstances, lacking of consistency images. Thus, the effect of entertaining is decreased. For this, the paper analysis large-scale public park and large-scale private parks, and solves the several kinds of the problems. We also classify the types of sign designs and propose the sign design methods on characteristics. Therefore, we provide the objectivity of proposed sign designs by evaluating conveniences and expectations, and proposed the design methods of public parks and private parks.

국제사회의 제재 속에서도 북한은 4, 5차 핵실험과 연이은 미사일시험발사로 핵능력과 미사일 능력의 고도화를 추진하고 있다. 북한은 `사실상의 핵보유국`이 되었다. 따라서 안보 현안으로서의 북핵문제의 성격이 달라졌다. 북핵문제를 둘러싼 구조적 환경도 달라졌다. 북핵문제는 남·북한 및 미·중·일·러 6개국 간 이익의 균형을 찾는 복잡한 다차 방정식을 푸는 문제다. 문제의 성격이 달라지고 구조적 환경도 달라지면 문제 해결을 위한 접근 방법도 달라져야 한다. 북한은 7차 당 대회에서 `핵보유국`임을 다시 한 번 명백히 선언했다. 더 이상 비핵화가 김일성의 유훈이라고 언급하지도 않는다. 핵보유국의 입장에서 대미전략과 대외관계 및 대남관계를 추진할 것임을 밝혔다. 북한에게 핵무기는 체제안보와 정권안보, 그리고 유일지배 독재 권력을 담보해줄 수 있는 수단으로 간주된다. 그러나 역대 한국 정부의 북핵문제 해결을 위한 접근은 이러한 북한의 핵개발 계획에 대한 전략적 판단에 미흡했고 오판하기도 하였으며 일관성 있는 전략의 결여 등 총체적인 실패였다. 북한의 핵능력이 증대된 상황에서 북한의 체제안전 보장에 대한 집착과 체제 고수를 위한 공존의 논리에서 해결의 실마리를 찾아야 한다. 6자회담 참가국의 입장에 대한 냉정한 판단위에서 비핵화와 평화협정 문제를 동시 병행적으로 다루어나 갈 것을 제안한다. 또한 북한을 국제사회의 틀로 견인하는 `상응전략`과 `포괄적 관여전략`을 추진해야 한다. 북핵문제는 남북한이 진정한 평화공존의 상태를 이룰 때 최종적으로 해결될 수 있다. While international sanctions are undergoing, North Korea has conducted 4th and 5th nuclear tests and has test-fired short- to long-range missiles many times in 2016. It aims to sophisticate nuclear weapons and missile capabilities. North Korea becomes a de facto nuclear state. This in turn has changed the nature of the North Korea`s nuclear problem. Structural environments surrounding the North`s nuclear issue have also shifted. The North Korea`s nuclear problem is a multi-dimensional equation with which the two Koreas and the four powers try to find a way of balancing their security and strategic interests among themselves. North Korea proclaimed a `nuclear state` once again at its 7th congress of Worker`s Party of Korea. It no loner refers to denuclearization as Kim Il-sung`s instructions. North Korea has made it clear that it will conduct its strategy toward the United States and policy toward South Korea based upon a nuclear power. For North Korea, nuclear weapons are regarded as the last bastion to ensure a monolithic rule of the Kim`s dictatorship as well as system and regime security. But, since the Kim Young-Sam government, South Korea`s approach to resolve the North`s nuclear problem has ended in failure. It has been devoid of intelligence estimate, policy congruence and long-term strategy. Sometimes it has misjudged the North`s intention to go nuclear. Under the present circumstances where North Korea is a de facto nuclear state, it is necessary to find a clue from the fact that North Korea sticks to the system and regime security and the system maintenance. North Korea continues to insist on the reunification of the fatherland outwardly. In reality, however, it seeks to find a way of coexistence in order to maintain its system. With these in mind, I propose that South Korea should deal with the issue of building a peace regime, that is, how to replace the armistice agreement with a peace agreement, in parallel with the issue of denuclearization of North Korea. The North`s nuclear problem can be finally achieved when South and North Korea is in the state of peaceful coexistence in its truest sense.
Efficacy of Safflower on the Acne Skin and Its Application for Facial Cleansing Biomedical Material

Safflower is called as the 'beneficial flower' because 'it helps human health', and it was introduced as red flower in Tonguibogam due to the red color of floral leaf. From old times, it has been used for the material of cloth and rouge. Recently, polyphenol compound, the main ingredient of safflower, known as anti-aging and anti-oxidizing material in the healthy food industry becomes the emerging hot topic. This study aims to confirm by DDT (Disk Diffusion Test) assay, MTT assay, and NF-${\kappa}$B Luciferase activity inhibition assay in vitro that polyphenol compound, which is the main ingredient of safflower, has the anti-microbial efficacy to inhibit the growth of acne germs that make troubles for the teenagers or middle aged. Also it aims to evaluate its clinical efficacy on the acne skin, utilizing the facial cleansing cosmetic form of soap sample. This study can contribute to take a major step forward to the development of cosmetic soap for acne in the cosmeceutical industry.
수산물통조림의 살균조건에 관한 연구(1) 홍합 보일드 통조림 및 홍합 훈제 기름담금 통조림

수산물통조림의 살균조건을 검토하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 홍합 보일드 통조림(평1호부) 및 홍합 훈제 기름담금 통조림(각 3호 B관)에 대하여 업계에서 적용하고 있는 살균조건하에서 열전달치를 측정하고 이로부터 $F_0$값을 산출하여 검토하였다. 홍합 보일드 통조림 (평 1 호부)의 $F_0$ 값은 25.33이었고, 홍합 훈제 기름담금 통조림(각3호 B부)의 $P_0$값은 13.84로, 모두 Clostridium botulinum A 형균의 치사치인 $F_0=4.03$을 충족시키고도 남는 높은 살균강도였다. 특히, 홍합 보일드 통조림(평 1 호관)은 홍합 훈제 기를담금 통조림(각 3호 B관)에 비하여 훨씬 강한 살균강도로 처리하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 동일제품에 있어서 살균온도 및 살균시간이 변동하는데 따라서 $F_0$값이 어떻게 변화하는가를 알기 위하여 살균온도별로 $F_0$값에 따른 B값을 산출하여 그 nomograh를 작성하였다. The present studies were conducted to evaluate the sterilizing efficiency of the thermal processes for the canned sea-mussel products, such as canned boiled sea-mussel in brine (packed into No. 1 flat can) and canned smoked sea-mussel in oil (packed into No. 3B square can), with the purpose of deciding the adequacy of the processes. Heat penetration was tested three times with three cans at a time for each canned product. The tip of the applicator was fixed on the position a little below the geometrical center of the can. The test cans were placed in the middle layer of the basket in which the same canned products were loaded with, and the test cans were arranged to the front, the middle and the rear in the retort. The heat penetration curve of the canned boiled sea-mussel in brine showed a broken logarithmic heating curve while that of the canned smoked sea-mussel in oil showed a simple logarithmic heating curve. The calculated $F_0$ value for the canned boiled sea-mussel in brine was 25.33 and the canned smoked sea-mussel in oil was 13.84. Additionally, the nomographs represents the relationship between $F_0$ values and B values(process time including $42\%$ of come-up time) for the canned sea-mussel products were constructed.

Mt. Jiri, where is located in southwestern area of Korea, can be a treasury of herbal medicine plants grown wild. More than 1200 species currently classified as herbs are grown or cultivated. Recently, the studies on the safflower which attracts the interests in the inhibition of skin aging in the modern people have been actively investigated, and this study aims to confirm that polyphenol compound, the main ingredient of safflower, can be a natural material to cause the delayed effect on the skin aging, inhibiting the generation of wrinkle in the 30 to 40s middle aged females. Primarily, this study is to confirm the anti-oxidizing effect by DPPH assay in vitro, and to evaluate the efficacy of inhibition or improvement on the wrinkle generation in the face skin by clinical trials, additionally. In addition, we are confident to contribute on the improvement of functional cosmetic industry, developing the sample product of anti-aging mask pack which has the main ingredient with the extract of safflower.
손해배상액 산정에 관한 최근 10년간 판례의 동향 (상)(上)

This thesis introduces the trends of korean courts' ruling on damages in medical malpractice cases for past 10 years. First of all, Korean courts' ruling have had a tendency to pay only non-economic damages for not taking the informed consent. If a doctor cannot get the informed consent from a patient, he compensate only non-economic damages for the infringement of self-determination rights of patient. It's enough for the plaintiff to prove the infringement of self-determination rights, if the plaintiff just want to get non-economic damages. The Korean Supreme court have ruled that if plaintiffs want to get economic damages for the infringement of self-determination rights or informed consent, plaintiffs must prove that the infringement of self-determination rights is the proximate cause of the economic damages of patient. There is another tendency for the Korean Supreme court to limit the damages in medical malpractice cases on the ground of patient's diseases' dangerousness or patient's idiosyncrasy. In the past courts often limit the damages only to 70~80% of total damages, but now a days courts mostly limit the damages to 20~30%. This thesis also introduce the Korean courts' trends about Valuing damages in personal injury actions awarded for gratuitously rendered nursing and medical care.

There is only authentication of end-to-end in electronic commerce technique. But in a distributed system, an authentication that is ensured users and computers has a big threats which an identify of those is unbelievable because it can be occurred an fabrication or a false personation. Authentication for other elements included customers and vendors is required in the case that there is many a broker connecting customers with vendors as well. In authentication like above, many elements playing different role participated, were performed by the known techniques, processing was more complicated. In this paper, the Mutual Indirect Authentication technique is used to solve and avoid that condition and the generalized electronic commerce using a mobile agent is accomplished with this technique.

Cloud Computing Service should support efficiency and stability. United States of America, for example, provides FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) accreditation to certify cloud computing service and hence growth of computing service industry is giving benefits of cost reduction and efficiency to companies. However, the use of computing service brings more risk than ever. Because cloud computing holds all the data of multiple companies, problems such as hacking bring out control loss of service and as a result total data of companies can be lost. Unfortunately, cloud computing certification programs do not have any good solutions for this data loss and companies may lose all the important data without any proper data backup. This paper studies such problems in terms of backup problem and provides Data Availability Zone solution for recovery and safe saving of data so that computing service can offer better efficiency and stability.

조합회로에 대하여 고장 진단 검사신호를 생성하는 것은 매우 어려운 문제로 남아있다. ISCAS85 c7552회로의 경우, 약 1억 개의 고장짝(Fault pair)을 가지고 있기 때문에 적은 노력과 시간을 사용하여 좀 더 많은 정보를 얻을 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 고장 진단 검사신호 생성 알고리즘이 제안되었고 구현되었다. 또 새로운 알고리즘과의 비교를 위하여 PODEM을 기본으로 하여 DIATEST 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 구현된 두 개의 알고리즘을 ISCAS85 회로에 적용하여 실행하였으며, 그 결과 두 개 알고리즘 모두 99%의 고장 진단율을 보였으나, 새로운 알고리즘은 각 고장의 검출 및 구별을 동시에 고려하기 때문에 고장 진단 사전과, 고장 진단 결정 트리의 제작시 더 많은 정보를 줄 수 있다. 또한 검사신호의 수를 비교했을 때 새로운 고장 진단 검사신호 생성 알고리즘이 절반이하의 개수만이 필요했다. 다만, vector 생성 속도에 있어서는 DIATEST가 우수하였다. Generating diagnostic test patterns for combinational circuits remain to be a very difficult problem. For example, ISCAS85 c7552 benchmark circuit has 100 million fault pairs, Thus, we need more sophisticated algorithm to get more information. A new diagnostic algorithm for test pattern generation is suggested and implemented in this paper. DIATEST algorithm based on PODEM is also implemented for comparison to the new algorithm. These two algorithms have been applied to ISCAS85 benchmark circuits. Experimental results show that (1) both algorithms achieve fault pair coverage over 99%, (2) total test length of the new algorithm is much shorter than that of DIATEST, and (3) the new algorithm gives much more information used for making diagnostic dictionary, diagnostic decision tree or diagnostic test system despite DIATEST is faster than the new algorithm.
