본 작품(www.indaf.org)은'모바일 비전: 무한미학'(Mobile Vision: Unbounded Aesthetics Incheon International Digital Art Festival 2010 (INDAF2010)by General Director Roh Soh-Yeong)을 표방한 INDAF2010의 공식 사이트로 기술적(Technical) 시각적(Visual)으로 통합된 아이덴티티를 효과적으로 적용하여 전시 기획의 이미지를 보유함과 동시에 차별화를 시도했다. 웹 사이트의 단기간 제작 풍토와 저렴해지는 제작비용으로 사이트는 수적 증가하고 있다. 따라서 제작에 있어서 통합적 아이덴티티가 기본 기획과는 다르게 제작되는 현실이 점차 일반화되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 전시사이트에 있어서 전시기획을 대변하는 이미지의 창출과 기획의 소통을 위한 사용자 입장의 접근은 못하다고 할수 있다. 이러한 사이트의 특징적 개별성이 평준화 되고 있는 국내 웹 사이트 시장에서 INDAF2010 공식 사이트는 사용자 측면의 효용성과 제작자 입장의 디자인 측면에서의 효율적 소통을 목표로 한 개발 사례이다. 본 작품 논문은 INDAF2010 공식 사이트에 대한 개념적 접근에서 시작하여 사이트 제작에 있어서 기존 사이트의 문제점과 차별성 그리고 개선 방향을 통하여 디자인 전개과정을 다루고자 한다. This piece is the official INDAF2010 site that represents "Mobile Vision: Unbounded Aesthetics" presented at Incheon International Digital Art Festival 2010 (INDAF2010) by General Director Roh Soh-Yeong and attempted differentiation while maintaining the image of the show by effectively applying the identity that is visually and technically integrated. The number of websites is growing these days because the production time gets shorter and the cost gets lower. In terms of production integrated identities tend to become something else in the end different from what they were initially planned. Especially for sites for exhibitions the user-friendly approach for efficient image creating and communication that represents the exhibition planning is not strategic. Characteristic identities of these sites are equalized in the domestic website market; this development case is to create user efficiency and design efficiency of the sites from the user's perspective and the producer's perspective respectively. This paper covers conceptual approach to INDAF2010 site; issues of the existing site and difference of the new site from the existing site; and design process for improvement. Hopefully this paper will be useful for academic and practical approach to website design.
응급실 손상환자 심층조사 자료를 이용한 2017-2018년 중독 환자의 분석

Purpose: The annual statistics for poisoning are reported based on the data from poison control centers in many advanced countries. In 2016 a study was conducted to analyze the 2016 Korea Poisoning status. This study was conducted to make a better annual report for poisoning statistics in Korea from a 2017-2018 national representative database. Methods: This study was a retrospective analysis of poisoning patients based on the data from an emergency department (ED) based injury in-depth surveillance project by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2017-2018. Bite or sting injuries were not included. Results: A total of 17714 patients presented to 23 EDs because of poisoning. Adults above 20 years old age accounted for 84.6% of the population, while the proportion of intentional poisoning was 60.8%. The poisoning substance presented in the ED were therapeutic drugs (51.2%), gas (20.3%), pesticides (16.4%), and artificial substances (11.4%). Overall, 35% of patients were admitted for further treatment. The mortality was 2.4% (422 cases), and the most common fatal substances in order were carbon monoxide, other herbicides, and paraquat. Conclusion: This study showed the 2017-2018 status of poisoning in Korea. The prognosis is different from the cause of poisoning and the initial mental state of the patient. Therefore, appropriate methods for preventing poisoning and therapeutic plans in specific situations are needed.

Experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU), an animal model of human uveitis, is characterized by infiltration of autoimmune T cells in the uvea as well as in the retina of susceptible animals. EAU is induced by the immunization of uveitogenic antigens, including either retinal soluble-antigen or interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding proteins, in Lewis rats. The pathogenesis of EAU in rats involves the proliferation of autoimmune T cells in peripheral lymphoid tissues and breakdown of the blood-retinal barrier, primarily in the uvea and retina, finally inducing visual dysfunction. In this review, we describe recent EAU studies to facilitate the design of a therapeutic strategy through the interruption of uveitogenic factors during the course of EAU, which will be helpful for controlling human uveitis.

Objective This study aimed to identify the factors affecting posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptom remission prospectively through a 1-year follow-up of sexual assault (SA) victims.Methods A total 65 female SA victims who visited the crisis intervention center were included. Self-administered questionnaires regarding PTSD symptoms and PTSD related prognostic factors were conducted at both recruitment (T1) and 1 year after recruitment (T2). The multivariate analyses were used to determine the significant predictors of PTSD remission/non-remission state 1 year after SA.Results In logistic regression analysis, both anxiety and secondary victimization were identified as significant factors explaining the results on PTSD remission/non-remission state at T2 (Beck’s Anxiety Inventory [BAI], p=0.003; Secondary Victimization Questionnaire, p=0.024). In a linear mixed analysis, both depression and anxiety were found to be significant variables leading to changes in Posttraumatic Diagnostic Scale for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition from T1 to T2 (BAI, p<0.001; Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale, p<0.001).Conclusion Depression, anxiety symptoms, and secondary victimization after SA were associated with PTSD symptom non-remission 1 year after SA.
Attenuation of Experimental Autoimmune Uveitis in Lewis Rats by Betaine

Experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) is an animal model of human autoimmune uveitis that is characterized by the infiltration of autoimmune T cells with concurrent increases in pro-inflammatory cytokines and reactive oxygen species. This study aimed to assess whether betaine regulates the progression of EAU in Lewis rats. EAU was induced via immunization with the interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding protein (IRBP) and oral administration of either a vehicle or betaine (100 mg/kg) for 9 consecutive days. Spleens, blood, and retinas were sampled from the experimental rats at the time of sacrifice and used for the T cell proliferation assay, serological analysis, real-time polymerase chain reaction, and immunohistochemistry. The T cell proliferation assay revealed that betaine had little effect on the proliferation of splenic T cells against the IRBP antigen in an in vitro assay on day 9 post-immunization. The serological analysis showed that the level of serum superoxide dismutase increased in the betainetreated group compared with that in the vehicle-treated group. The anti-inflammatory effect of betaine was confirmed by the downregulation of pro-inflammation-related molecules, including vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 and interleukin-1β in the retinas of rats with EAU. The histopathological findings agreed with those of ionized calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1 immunohistochemistry, further verifying that inflammation in the retina and ciliary bodies was significantly suppressed in the betaine-treated group compared with the vehicle-treated group. Results of the present study suggest that betaine is involved in mitigating EAU through anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory activities.
