Change of the Magnetocapacitance Ratio in Ferromagnetic Materials

The magnetostriction effect, the change in the mechanical properties of a magnetic material in an external magnetic field, has been studied for possible technological applications such as actuators. We present the fabrication of a multilayered magnetocapacitor containing magnetic layers of Ni0.98Co0.02Fe2O4 (NCFO) and compare it with our prior magnetocapacitor in which CoFe2O4 (CFO) and CoNiFe (CNF) were used as the magnetic layers. In particular, we measured the surface/ interface microstructures and the change in the lattice constant of the BaTiO3 (BTO) film in NCFO/BTO/NCFO, CFO/BTO/CFO, and CNF/BTO/CNF multilayered thin films. Our study suggests that there is a correlation exists between the magnetocapacitance and the lattice constant of BTO, which varies with the type of ferromagnetic (FM) material embedded in the magnetic layer.
봉약침치료(蜂藥鍼治療)의 퇴행성슬관절염(退行性膝關節炎)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Objective : The study was performed to evaluate the effect of treatment for Osteoarthritis of knee joint by using Bee Venom Acupuncture that is well known for anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Methods: We investigated 50 cases of patient with Osteoarthritis of knee joint from 1st July 2001 to 31st December 2002, 50 cases of patient with Osteoarthritis in knee joint treated at the department of acupuncture & moxibustion of Kyung-Won University Oriental Hospital were randomly selected for two group. One group was treated by Bee Venom Acupuncture therapy, the other group was treated by Filiform Acupuncture therapy. We studied nine-point scale and improvement degree of the grade of clinical symptoms. Results: 1. In the results of treatment, 88% were above "Good" of Bee Venom Acupuncture and 68% in Filiform Acupuncture . 2. In the nine-point scale. Bee Venom Acupuncture was more effective than Filiform Acupuncture. 3. In the improvement degree of the grade of clinical symptoms. Bee Venom Acupuncture was more effective than Filiform Acupuncture. Conclusions: In the treatment of Osteoarthritis of knee joint. Bee Venom Acupuncture can be regarded as more effective treatment than Filiform Acupuncture in the clinical practice. This is expected to be available for clinical use.

The Effects on Heat Treatment Influence of P.V.C Mechanical Properties. Impact strenght and bending strenght are comparatively more affected than tensile strength by heat treatment, and glassy transition temperature seems to change at around heat treatment temperature 120℃, and also it shows that mechanical strength weakens at this temperature range. As the heat tretment temperture goes up, the fine defects of the surface turn into smoothness and the structures begin to be arranged. In the case that heat treatment temperature is over the glassy transition temperature, as the heat treatment time with temperature increase is getting longer, the ratio of strength improvement goes up. Specially, in bending, during 5-minute and 10-minute heattreatment, the proportional effects between loads and heat treatment temperature seem to appear at the heat treatment temperature between 120℃ and 200℃.

This study aims at the examination of the relation between the juvenile participation in the sports activities and leisure satisfaction and leisure limitation. To accomplish the purpose of this study was to analyze the leisure satisfaction and the leisure limitation by the general characteristics(sex, academic career of parents, he junior-senior high schools, and the status of health) and the degree of sports participation and to examine the relation between the leisure satisfaction and the leisure limitation. The subjects were the students of the junior-senior high schools under the influence of the board of education of D. Metropolitan City. The 715 questionnaires have been chosen as the final examples and used be analyzed.The conclusions of the study were as follows There were higher score of the leisure satisfaction on the boys, the midd le school student, higher education career of mother, and health students.There were higher score of the leisure limitation on the girls, the high school student, lower education career of mother.There were higher score of the leisure satisfaction on the degree of the sports participation(the participant, higher frequency, plenty of time)There were lower score of the leisure limitation on the degree of the sports participation(the participant, higher frequency, plenty of time)There were the influences the limitation factors of motivation, psychology, and structural facilities on the physiological, and the psychological satisfaction, the influences the limitation factors of motivation, psychology on the educational satisfaction, the influences the limitation factors of the structural time on the environmental satisfaction
수직연소식 보일러에서 운전조건이 미연분 발생에 미치는 영향

The main objectives of this study were to collect the experimental data that could be used to predict the combustion characteristics of the pulverized coals and applied to find out the optimum operating conditions of utility boiler. Properties of coals were examined from the standpoints of combustion characteristics, propensities of slagging and fouling, and several environmental pollutants. The results of non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis by TGA showed that the weight losses of the coals began at the temperature range of 580 to 600℃ and ended at the temperature range of 778 to 814℃. The activation energy of test coal was calculated by Chatterjee-Conrad Method, a differential method and that result was E = 32.0kcal/mol. DTF test was found that if the case of sufficient air supply for complete combustion, fineness and furnace temperature are dominant effect of combustibility. Finally, the test of utility boiler told optimum operating conditions of boiler.
