니클라스 루만의 사회적 체계이론으로 본 소통매체로서 태권도

본 연구는 루만의 사회적 체계이론을 활용하여 소통매체로서 태권도에 대해 살펴보기 위해 설계되었다. 소통매체로서 태권도는 체계/환경의경계 긋기와 재진입을 통해 획득된 형식(결과물)인 동시에 비개연적 사실이자, ‘잡음으로부터 질서’를 부여받은 의미이다. 소통매체로서 태권도는 추상적으로 설명 가능한 기능체계들의 의해 관찰되고 소통주제로 활용되어지며 다음과 같은 기능과 역할을 한다. 첫째, 소통매체로서태권도는 정리, 기억, 선택 기능을 한다. 둘째, 소통매체로서 태권도는불확실성을 완화하고 확실성을 부여받아 소통을 진행하게 만들어 주는과정기능을 수행하는 동시에 체계와 체계를 연결시켜주는 구조적 접속(연동) 매체로서 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. This study was designed to examine Taekwondo as a communication medium by utilizing Luhmann social system theory. Taekwondo as a communication medium is a form (consequence) acquired through drawing the boundary of system/environment and re-entry and at the same time, it is an unprobable fact and a meaning that is given the‘Order from noise’. Taekwondo as a communication medium is observed by abstractly explicable functional systems and utilized as a communication theme and plays the following functions and roles. First, Taekwondo functions as a communication medium organizing, remembering, and selecting. Second, it can be seen that Taekwondo as a communication medium plays a role as a structural connection medium that connects the system and the system while performing a process function that alleviates uncertainty and gives certainty to proceed communication.

사회적 체계이론의 관점으로 본 경쟁스포츠의 일곱 가지 특성

본 연구는 루만의 사회적 체계이론을 이론적 자원으로 활용하여 현대사회의 경쟁스포츠가 기능체계로써 갖추어야 할 일곱 가지 특성을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구는 기존 존재론적 사고에 기인한 경쟁스포츠는‘무엇인가?’에 대한 물음이 아니라 경쟁스포츠는‘어떻게 구성되어 지는가?’라는 물음으로 돌아 올 수 있으며, 존재론적 사고가 아닌 인식론적 구성주의의 사고를 통해 경쟁스포츠를 바라 볼 수 있도록 하는데 그 의의가 있다. 경쟁스포츠 역시 다른 기능체계들처럼 고유한 작동 방식에 따라 환경과 구별되며, 재-도입(re-entry)을 통해 폐쇄적으로 조직하고 선별하며 작동한다. 이렇듯 경쟁스포츠가 기능체계로서 갖추어야 할 일곱 가지 특성은 첫째, 환경과의 차이인 폐쇄성(환경 개방성)이 있어야 한다. 둘째, 다른 기능체계들처럼 자기생산(Autopoiesis)하여야 한다. 셋째, 의미를 가지고 소통하여야 한다. 넷째, 외부면/내부면을 관찰한다. 다섯째, 환경 개방적이고 구조적 연동을 하여야 한다. 여섯째, 주도적 이항코드(자기지시 프로그램, 주도적 기능, 매체 생산)를 가진다. 일곱째, 자기기술 한다. 이렇듯 기능체계가 갖추어야 할 일곱 가지 특성을 나타내고 있는 경쟁스포츠는 분절적 분화와 계층적 분화 과정을 거쳐 기능적으로 분화된 현대사회에서 정치, 종교, 예술, 학문, 경제 등의 기능체계들처럼 기능체계로써 확고한 지위를 부여 받았을 뿐만 아니라 앞서 서술한 일곱 가지 특성을 갖추고 있다. This study aims to identify seven properties of competitive sports in modern society as a functional system to be qualified by making use of the theory of Niklas Luhmann’s social systematic theory. This kind of study is returning to the question like ‘How do competitive sports consist of?’not to the question like ‘What are competitive sports?’resulting from ontological thought and this study also has a meaning to see the competitive sports from the epistemic constructive thought not from the ontological one. Competitive sports operate with organizing and sorting closed though re-entry and are also distinguished from the environment in accordance with inherent operating ways like other functional systems. Like this, the seven properties to be qualified in competitive sports as a functional system should have firstly, closure(environmental openness) which means differentiation from the environment. Secondly, it should have autopoiesis like other functional systems. Thirdly, it should interact with a meaning. Fourthly, it should observe inside/outside. Fifthly, it should have environmental openness and structural interlocking. Sixthly, it has a dominant binomial code(self-directed program, dominant function, media production). Lastly, it should be self-descriptive. Like these, competitive sports have been assigned to a firm status just like functional systems in politics, religion, arts, study, and economy in modern society which has undergone segmental and hierarchical differentiation and also have the seven properties described above.

자바카드 기반 무선단말기용 사용자 인증 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

자바카드는 스마트카드 플랫폼에 자바의 기술을 접목시킨 것으로 스마트카드와 같은 작은 메모리를 가진 임베디드 장치를 위한 프로그래밍에 필요한 패키지와 클래스를 정의하고 있다. 또한, 자바카드는 국제 표준인 ISO-7816과 산업 명세 표준인 EMV와 호환된다. 그러나, 현재 국내외적으로 USIM이 장착된 IMT-2000에 자바카드를 이용한 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 지원하고 있지 않다. 본 논문은 표준화된 3GPP 규격(SMS), 자바카드 기술규격(APDU) 그리고 암호화 기술 등을 사용하여 자바카드 기반 무선단말기에 적용 가능한 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 설계 및 구현하였다. 표준화된 기술을 이용한 자바카드 사용자 인증 기능 지원으로 자바카드 응용 프로그램 개발 지원 도구의 보안 기능, 무선상거래, 무선보안, 전자지불시스템, 모바일 인터넷, 위치서비스 그리고 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 등에 적용 가능하다. Java card is one of promising smart card platform with java technology. Java card defines necessary packages and classes for Embedded device that have small memory such as smart card Jana card is compatible with EMV that is Industry specification standard and ISO-7816 that is international standard. However, Java card is not offers user authentication protocol. In this paper, We design and implement an user authentication protocol applicable wireless devices based on Java Card using standard 3GPP Specification (SMS), Java Card Specification (APDU), Cryptography and so on. Our Java Card user authentication techniques can possibly be applied to the area of M-Commerce, Wireless Security, E-Payment System, Mobile Internet, Global Position Service, Ubiquitous Computing and so on.

철근콘크리트 커플링 보의 해석기법과 병렬 전단벽의 거동 비교

Ductile coupled flexural walls are the primary seismic load resisting systems of many structures. The coupling beams of these structures must exhibit excellent ductility and energy absorption ability. But the present analytical method about nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete coupling beam scarcely anything. This paper composed of two subjects. First subject is a suggestion of analytical method of diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beam and longitudinally reinforced concrete coupling beam and rhombic coupling beam, and selected 5 specimens for that. Second subject is a comparison of seismic behavior of fully coupled shear wall and partially coupled shear wall. This paper used lDAHC-2D and Midas Gen 4.3.1 for the purpose of achievement these subjects. Suggested analytical method expected that it showed good agreement with reinforced concrete coupling beam inelastic behavior. Also, comparison of seismic behavior result showed that fully coupled shear wall have good behavior than partially coupled shear wall.

The following topics were selected and discussed : Working memory, mathematical models of memory, implicit memory, memory in real life, emotion and memory, representation models in memory. As the memory is composed of many different systems, and current development in the research of memory mainly depends on the conspicuous progresses of diverse fields of neurosciences, interdisciplinary approach is strongly needed.

This study was conducted to identify allelopathic effect of Ganghwa domestic Artemisia spp., named Sajabalssuk and Ssajuarissuk, for various receptor plants including clover (Trifolium repens L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), lawn grass (Zoysia japonica Steud.), dandelion (Taraxacum platycarpum Dahlst.), and dahurianpatrinia (Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. ex Trevir). Receptor plants were treated with the aqueous and essential oil extract of Artemisia plants. In consequence, their allelopathic effects were evaluated by measuring seed germination rates, seedling growth, and dry weights of the receptor plants. The seed germination and seedling growth of the receptor plants were inhibited by all treatments of both aqueous and essential oil extracts of the Artemisia plants, and, in addition, the inhibitory effects were increased according to the higher concentration. Among the donor plants, A. $sp.^*III$ showed most effective allelopathic effect. Comparing the alleopathic effect among the receptor plants, seed germination was most inhibited in lawn grass while inhibitory effect of seedling growth was comparatively higher in dandelion. Although inhibitory effects were comparatively lower, the allelopathic effects of Artemisia plants were identified in clover and alfalfa since the seedling growth of these plants were inhibited more than 70%. Thus, in result, Ganghwa domestic Artemisia spp. could be possibly used for weed control since natural products of the plants showed inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of various receptor plants.

권력이론의 관점에서 본 태권도 권력樣相의 문제점과 개선방안

This study aims to examine the creation of power and its exercise theory, how this power is created and exercised especially in Taekwondo and then what kinds of problems there have been and how it can have the legitimacy when the power is exercised in Taekwondo. Firstly, it seems that the creation of power and its exercise in Taekwondo and the historical description of Taekwondo have a close relation with the modern history of the Republic of Korea. Secondly, the characteristic of power which is related with the course of introducing Taekwondo into the Olympics, its globalization and Taekwondo competition is that the power is microscopic. Thirdly, it seems that the characteristic of power shown in issuing the certificate of the level is due to the particularity of the Taekwondo certificate. The creation and exercise of power which Taekwondo has had so far have a great number of problems, which have distorted the genuine meaning of Taekwondo. According to Jurgen Habermas, the power is not always negative. When the power does not have the legitimacy rather than it is compulsive or suppressive, it is considered to be negative. The property of power itself is not negative and the power which does not have the legitimacy is just negative. If the phenomenon of power shown in Taekwondo is recognized from Harbermas' point of view, it is likely to cope with things more wisely. 본 연구는 권력의 생성 및 행사에 관한 이론을 살펴보고 이를 토대로 태권도계에서 권력이 어떻게 생성되고 행사되는지 알아본 뒤, 그 과정에서 나타난 문제점은 무엇인지 비판적으로 검토하는데 목적이 있다. 태권도계에서 권력의 생성 및 행사의 정당성을 마련하기 위한 권력 생성의 이론적 토대가 될 수 있다는데 그 의의가 있다. 태권도계의 권력 양상은 첫째, 태권도 역사기술과 관련하여 권력의 생성과 행사는 한국의 근대사와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 둘째, 경기태권도와 관련해서 세계화 및 올림픽 정식종목 채택에서 나타나는 권력의 특성은‘미시적 권력(micro power)’이라 할 수 있다. 셋째, 태권도 단증발급 과정에서 나타난 권력의 특성은 태권도 단증이 가지는 의미의 특수성에 기인하는 것으로 보인다. 연구 결과 태권도가 가지는 권력의 생성과 양상은 이와 같은 문제점을 내포하고 있었다. 문제는 이러한 관례로 인해 태권도가 지니고 있는 긍정적 의미가 점점 더 퇴색되고 있고 긍정적 이미지와 함께 부정적 의미가 대칭화 된다는데 있다. 사회철학자 하버마스(Habermas)에 의하면, 권력은 항상 부정적인 것만은 아니다. 권력이 부정적으로 해석되는 이유는 행위 과정에서 강제적이거나 억압, 폭압적이라는데 있다. 권력의 부정적 이해는 전적으로 정당성(legitimacy)의 결여로부터 생겨난다. 말하자면 권력 그 자체는 부정적인 것이 아니다. 즉 정당성이 결여된 권력만이 부정적인 것이다. 따라서 하버마스의 권력이론 관점에서 검토해 볼 때 지난 반세기 동안 태권도계에서 관찰되어 온 권력 양상의 전개과정의 이해는 보다 큰 설득력을 얻을 수 있으며, 이러한 인식은 권력 지향적 태권도 구성원들에게 좋은 지침을 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다. 이번 연구는 태권도계에서 권력의 생성 및 행사 과정에서 정당성을 마련하기 위한 이론적 토대가 될 수 있을 것이다.
