메틸트리옥틸-암모늄 이온 Ionophore를 이용한 요오드 이온 선택성 고체 접촉 전극

In this study, an iodide ion selective poly(aniline) solid contact electrode based on methyltrioctyl-ammonium ion ionophore as a sensing material was developed. This electrode was made of Me-TOA 2.0, PVC 30.0, and NPOE 68.0. The electrode exhibits a good linear response of 58.8 mV/decade (at 20±0.2℃, r2=0.9998) within the range of 1×10(-1) M~1×10(-5.2) M KI solution. When the electrode was used with different alkyl chain ionophores and plasticizers, this electrode had the best result in response characteristics. The electrode showed a good selectivity for iodide ion than any other anions and is suitable detect it in aqueous solutions of pH 3.0~12.0. Their standard deviation in the measured emf differences was ±1.2 mV at iodide sample solution of 1.0×10(-2) M and ±0.9 mV at 1.0×10(-4) M. Their stabilization time was less than 125 sec, and response time was less than 22 sec.
MALDI-TOF 질량분석기를 이용한 소가죽과 물소가죽의 감별법

This study was performed to develop a reliable method for identifying distinct animal species of finished leather products, using MALDI-TOF MS (matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry). A series of leather samples from two different species of Bovidae, bovine (Bos taurus) and water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis), were used as controls to ensure the validity of the method. The samples were treated in 2-mercaptoethanol to destroy the disulfide bridges of the protein chains and were then digested with trypsin, an endoproteolytic enzyme, to cleave the protein chain into peptides containing lysine (K) and arginine (R) residues. The modified peptides were mixed with an HCCA matrix (α-cyano hydroxycinnamic acid) to form the sample/matrix composition. This mixture was then eluted onto a steel target plate and ionized by laser. The formed pool of cleaved peptides was measured by MALDI-TOF MS and arranged according to their molecular weight to charge ratio (m/z). The comparison of the mass spectra allowed the investigation of species-specific peaks between bovine and water buffalo leather. Traditional microscopic methods were used to verify consistency with the experimental values determined by MALDI-TOF MS.

유구 이전의 안정성은 고분자 재료의 물리적 우수성뿐만 아니라 작업성과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이들 유구 이전 재료들은 토양에 함유된 수분 함량이나 낮은 온도와 같은 주위 환경의 영향이 없이 작업이 가능해야 하며, Epoxy최종 생성물로부터 Urethane 1차 생성물을 박리시키는 작업 공정 중의 안정성과 작업성도 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 우수한 물리적 특성을 갖는 저점도의 Epoxy polymer와 경화제 및 유구 이전을 위한 박리제에 대한 합성에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 이 유구 이전 전용 저점도 Epoxy는 우수한 접착 강도와 자체 강도, 작업성 등의 물리적 안정성을 유지하고 있으며 특히, 박리제는 우레탄과 저점도의 Epoxy 간의 우수한 박리 안정성을 나타내고 있다. Stability of the moving historic sites have something to do with the degree of easiness of work as well as physical property of polymer product. These agents should be able to use without the effect of outer environments like water or low temperature and must have stability during progress of working the peel off Urethane pre-product from Epoxy surface. So, we synthesized low viscosity epoxy resin and hardener with best physical quality and separation media for the moving of historical sites. These products have very good tension strength, adhesion strength, low viscosity and various physical properties that the users want. Particularly, separation media products have good separation of Urethane pre-products surface and Epoxy final product surface.
Simultaneous Determination of Traces of Platinum and Rhodium by Differential Pulse Polarograpy

백금과 로듐 모두 미량으로 존재할 때 펄스 차이 폴라로그래피법으로 동시 정량할 수 있는 용액조건을 확립하였다. 포름알데히드 0.004%(w/v)-히드라진 0.0012$(w/v)-황산 0.75 M의 조건에서 가장 예민한 수소 촉매파를 얻을 수 있었다. 이 조건에서 단일 금속의 검출 한계는 $7.3{\times}10^{-11}\; M\; Pt$ 그리고 $3.2{\times}10^{-11}\; M\; Rh$이었다. 이 농도범위에서 로듐(10배 이상)과 이리듐(100배 이상)만이 백금을 방해하였다. 로듐은 어떠한 여타 백금족 원소(1000배 이상의 백금, 500배의 이리듐 존재하에서도)의 방해도 받지 않았다. Simultaneous measurements of trace platinum and rhodium, based on catalytic reduction of protons by the adsorbed Pt-formazone and Rh-formaldehyde complexes formed in formaldehyde-hydrazine-sulfuric acid medium, were demonstrated. The conditions for the measurements of Pt and Rh both present at trace levels (>10-10 M) were 0.004% (w/v) formaldehyde-0.0012% (w/v) hydrazine-0.75 M sulfuric acid. In this medium method detection limits are 7.3${\times}$10-11 M Pt and 3.2${\times}$10-11 M Rh. And dynamic ranges are 5${\times}$10-10~6${\times}$10-8 M and 1${\times}$10-10∼2${\times}$10-8 M for platinum and rhodium respectively. In the linear dynamic ranges, Rh and Ir interfere platinum in the presence of only 10 and 100 times that of Pt respectively. There are no interferences from other platinum group metal ions for rhodium even in the presence of a 500-fold excess of Ir(IV), a hundredfold excess of platinum.
세로토닌 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB>수용체 방사성 추적자 <SUP>18</SUP>F-Mefway의 합성과 소동물 뇌 PET 연구

세로토닌 수용체 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB>에 대한 방사성추적자로 알려진 <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway를 개선된 방법으로 합성하고, 소동물 뇌 microPET 연구를 통해서 이 수용체에 선택적으로 결합하는 지를 확인하려고 한다. 기존 합성 방법을 수정하여 전구체를 합성하고, [<SUP>18</SUP>F]?과 130℃에서 30분간 교반하여 <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway를 합성하여, Solid phase extraction(SPE)과 HPLC를 이용해 정제한 다음, 소동물 뇌의 microPET 다이나믹 영상을 얻었다. Oxalyl chloride와 LAH/diethyl ether을 사용해서 기존 합성수율 9%에서 34%로 <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway 전구체를 향상된 수율로 합성할 수 있는 개선된 방법을 확립하였다. 이렇게 합성된 <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway는 세로토닌 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB>수용체 영상용 방사성 의약품으로서 신경정신질환 연구에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway has been developed as radioligand for serotonin receptor 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB>. The object of this study was to obtain the mefway precursor with the higher yield than previous method and to identify whether 18F-mefway can bind to 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB> or not. from microPET imaging of small animal brain. Precursor was prepared by a modification of the reported procedure then [<SUP>18</SUP>F] labeling was performed by adding 18F ion at 130℃ in the hot cell for 30min. After purification of reaction mixture using alumina Sep-pak and HPLC, microPET images of small animal brain were determined. The chemical yield of precursor was increased from 9% to 34% using oxalyl chloride and LAH/diethylether. We synthesized a precursor which was successfully labeled with no-carrier-added <SUP>18</SUP>F-by new synthetic route. This research suggest that <SUP>18</SUP>F-mefway will be used a radiopharmaceutical for evaluation of central nerve system disorder as imaging a gent for 5-HT<SUB>1A</SUB> receptor.
