국내 포털사이트의 클라우드 스토리지 서비스 사용성 평가 연구 : 네이버 N드라이브와 다음 클라우드를 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 포털사이트(Portal Site)의 선두주자인 네이버와 다음에서 제공하고 있는 클라우드 스토리지(Cloud Storage)의 사용성을 평가하고 네이버에서 제공하는 N드라이브와 다음의 클라우드 서비스를 집중 분석하여 이용자의 편리성을 도모하고 개선하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구의 방법으로는 첫 번째, 문헌연구를 실시하여 클라우드 스토리지의 개념 창출의 유래를 찾아 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템(Cloud Computing System)에 대한 분석을하고 두 번째, 정성적 평가를 위한 사용성 평가를 실시했다. 이 때 사용성 평가는 총 7개의 태스크(Task)를 중심으로 인터뷰 방식으로 실시하였으며 정확하고 공정한 분석 결과를 위해 각 태스크를 네이버 N드라이브와 다음 클라우드 두 사이트에 순차적으로 실시하였다. 피실험자들의 효과적인 실험 결과 도출을 위해 시간과 에러(Error)를 기록하고 시선 추적 장치(Eye-Tracker)를 사용하여 경험 바탕의 씽크 얼라우드(Think-Aloud)를 위해 사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 사용성 평가로 네이버 N드라이브와 다음 클라우드에서 제공하고 있는 클라우드 스토리지를 분석하여 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 클라우드 스토리지의 바로가기 아이콘이나 직접가기 경유노선을 명확히 하여 사용자의 이용 편리성을 높이도록 한다. 둘째, 클라우드 스토리지에서 이용률이 높은 파일 업로드(Upload)와 다운로드(Download) 서비스의 UI(User Interface)개선과 사용방법 설계가 필요하다. 셋째, 일반 이동 저장 장치와의 차별성을 둔 폴더공유 서비스의 특화와 서비스를 위해 모호한 권한 설정명시를 명확히 한다. 넷째, 각 포털사이트 클라우드 스토리지의 파일 정렬 기능을 확고하게 하고 UI개선을 통하여 사용자들의 편의를 돕는다. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of cloud storage services of two front-running web portals, Naver NDrive, and Daum Cloud. We will also make suggestions on how to improve their user experience(UX)To achieve ccurate results, we first gathered information of the cloud computing system and the origin of cloud storage. Then we performed 7-task in-depth interviews of both web portals' cloud storage services on a certain user group. We recorded the interviewees' eye movement with an eye-tracker device, times per task, and trial and error. For fair evaluation, interviewees were told to do the same tasks for both sites. The interviewees were also told to answer a survey afterwards to collect further opinions after experiencing both cloud storage services. After analyzing results of this user experience test, we propose the following. First, the web portals should have prominent shortcut links on their main page that lead to the cloud storage for easier access. Second, the user interface(UI) architecture of frequently used functions like file upload and download should be improved. Third, folder-sharing should be emphasized in order to differentiate cloud storages from personal storage devices or desktop. Fourth, because files and folders continue to accumulate in these storage spaces, it is essential to have better file rearranging user interface.

소아 천식 환자에서 게임을 통한 천식 교육법의 유용성

Background: Education for understanding the disease itself is important in the management of asthma. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the repeated education for the asthmatic children through various games. Method: A 15 school-aged children with mild-to-moderate asthma who participated in the Soonchunhyang asthma camp were enrolled. We compared each score of the test which consisted of 4 components of asthma (triggers, preventions, treatments and courses). The first test was performed without any education. Thereafter, the second, third and fourth tests were conducted repeatedly with various games. Result: The average score of the first test was 11.93±5.20. Meanwhile, the scores of the repeated tests showed gradual improvement; the scores of the second, third and fourth tests were 15.64±4.77, 18.06±2.96 and 18.6±2.47. The score of the second test showed improvement as compared to that of the first test (P<0.01). The score of the third test compared also showed improvement as compared to the second test (P=0.03). Conclusion: The interesting games as a tool for the education of asthma could be helpful in not only understanding the disease itself but also improving the compliance of patients. While driving, the stress concentration occurs between cord and rubber in the interface of cord-rubber composite used in tire belt. The inter-laminar shear strain in the cord-rubber composite causes the delimitation of the belt layer and the breakage of the belt. In this study, the inter-laminar shear stress and strain of the belt layer with respect to single axis tensile were analyzed by using ABAQUS, commercial FEM code, and compared according to Edge Per Inch(EPI). As the result, inter-laminar shear strain is tend to nonlinear and cord-rubber composites seems the combined behavior of shear and torsional deformation.

증상을 동반한 신생아 A형 간염

Hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection is a common cause of acute hepatitis, but is rarely responsible for neonatal hepatitis. HAV infection is usually transmitted by the fecal-oral route, but during the neonatal period can be transmitted by the intrauterine vertical route or postnatal horizontal route. HAV infection is usually self-limited, but it can be potentially life-threatening in adults. The clinical course and symptoms are mild and the infection can be asymptomatic in newborns. Recently, we experienced a case of symptomatic neonatal hepatitis A. To our knowledge, this is the first case of neonatal hepatitis with HAV infection in Korea. 성인에서 A형 간염은 현증 감염이 대부분이지만, 소아에서는 무증상 또는 경한 증상을 보이는 경우가 많았다. 그동안 외국에서는 임신 및 분만 기간 동안에 발생한 A형 간염의 산모와 이로 인한 신생아 A형 간염에 대한 증례 보고가 드물지 않게 있었다. 국내에서는 20대와 30대의 젊은 성인에서 A형 간염에 대한 항체 양성률이 낮아지고 있는 가운데, 이들 산모들의 A형 간염에 대한 위험성이 증가하고 있는 상황이며, 아직까지 국내에서는 A형 간염에 이환된 신생아에 대한 증례 보고가 없었다. 이에 저자들은 A형 간염 산모로부터 이환된 것으로 보이는 급성 A형 간염 신생아를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Lipopolysaccharide에 의해 활성화된 대식세포 및 지방세포 배양액에 의한 IEC-6세포모델계 Cytokines 분비 및 Galectin-3 발현 조절

Galectin-3 (Gal-3), a member of the beta-galactoside-binding lectin family and expressed by many cell types including immune cells such as macrophages and numerous cancer cells, has been reported to be involved in colon cancer development and overexpressed in colorectal tumors. In order to determine relationship between inflammation and colon carcinogenesis, conditioned media (CM) from LPS-stimulated or non-stimulated macrophage, 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes and differentiated adipocytes were utilized to induce inflammation in rat intestinal IEC-6 cells, followed by analysis of Gal-3 by western blot. Although preadipocyte and adipocyte cells showed increased secretion of tumor necrosis factor-α by incubation in the conditioned media from preadipocyte and adipocyte cultures, their culture media failed to regulate Gal-3 expression in IEC-6 cells. In conclusion, Gal-3 expression in IEC-6 cells was not affected by conditioned media collected from adipocyte and macrophage cultures, suggesting that cytokines produced from preadipocyte and adipocyte may not be directly involved in Gal-3 expression in rat intestinal IEC-6cells. When driving, tire breakages of tire-related damage occupy the highest proportion about 40%. As the main causes of these tire breakage, the repetitive interlaminar shear strain causing the delamination of the belt has been pointed out. In this study, the interlayer behaviors depending on the angle of the 2-ply cord-rubber laminates were analyzed. Cord-rubber composites seems the combined behavior of shear and torsional due to the complex structure forming the symmetric cord. 2-ply cord-rubber composite laminates that seems the combined behavior of the shear and torsional deformation due to tensile load through the 3-D finite element analysis were analyzed. The results show that shear stiffness and torsional stiffness tended to decrease proportionately with the increase of cord angle.

급성 입인두 감염 후에 발열과 경부 강직을 주소로 내원한 Lemierre 증후군 1례

Lemierre 증후군은 급성 입인두 감염의 합병증으로 생기는 질환으로, 이차적인 혈전 정맥염과 여러 장기를 침범하는 전이성 색전이 특징이다. 1940년대 이후 항생제가 도입되면서 “잊혀진” 질환이었지만, 영상의학 검사가 발달하면서 Lemierre 증후군의 보고가 많아지고 있다. 건강한 16세 남자 환자가 입인두 감염 후에 5일간 지속된 발열과 경부 강직으로 응급실에 내원하였다. 입원 초기에는 뇌수막염에준하여 치료를 시작하였으나 추후 경부 전산화 단층촬영에서 오른쪽 속목정맥 안의 혈전이 발견되어Lemierre 증후군으로 진단하였다. 환자는 입원 2일째 갑자기 복시를 호소하였으나 곧 증상이 호전되었으며, 그 외 전이성 색전에 의한 증상은 발견되지 않았다. 총 3주간의 항생제 치료 후 정맥 내 혈전이 소실된 것을 경부 초음파로 확인하고 치료를 종료하였다. Lemierre syndrome is a rare disease involving multiple organs affected by septic emboli following oropharyngeal infection. After the introduction of penicillin in the 1940s, it became a "forgotten" disease. However, due to the development of diagnostic image modalities including neck computed tomography (CT) scan, the number of published reports of Lemierre syndrome and diagnosis has been increasing since the 1990s. In this report, we describe a case of Lemierre syndrome, following oropharyngeal infection in a 16-year-old patient, who manifested with persistent fever and neck stiffness. Neck ultrasonography confirmed thrombus formation in the right internal jugular vein without definite evidence of septic emboli to other organs. After the three-week-long antibiotics therapy was completed, the thrombus in the right internal jugular vein finally disappeared.

Milk Collected at Night Induces Sedative and Anxiolytic-Like Effects and Augments Pentobarbital-Induced Sleeping Behavior in Mice

Milk has long been known and used to promote sleep. The sleep-promoting effect of milk has been attributed to its psychological associations (i.e., the memory of a mother giving milk at bedtime) and its rich store of sleep-promoting constituents (e.g., tryptophan). Studies have shown that milk harvested at night (Night milk) contains exceptionally high amounts of tryptophan and melatonin. In the present study, we evaluated the psychopharmacological properties of Night milk, particularly its probable sleep-promoting/enhancing, and anxiolytic effects. Night milk was orally administered to ICR mice at various concentrations (100, 200, or 300mg/kg). An hour after administration, assessment of its sedative (open-field and rotarod tests) and sedative sleep-potentiating effects (pentobarbital-induced sleeping test) was conducted. For comparison, the effects of Day milk (daytime milking) were also assessed. In addition, the effects of Night milk on anxiety behavior (elevated plus maze [EPM] test) and electroencephalographic (EEG) waves were evaluated. Night milk-treated animals exhibited decreased spontaneous locomotion (open-field test) and impaired motor balance and coordination (rotarod test). Furthermore, Night milk shortened the sleep onset and prolonged the sleep duration induced by pentobarbital sodium. These effects were comparable to that of diazepam. In addition, Night milk significantly increased the percentage of time spent and entries into the open arms of the EPM, indicating that it also has anxiolytic effects. No significant changes in EEG waves were observed. Altogether, these findings suggest that Night milk is a promising natural aid for sleep- and anxiety-related disturbances.
