아프리카 DR콩고의 농촌종합개발사업현황과 과제: 추엔게 지역을 중심으로

The main objectives of the Project are to improve quality of life through income generation, capacity building and betterment of living environment for the beneficiaries in the project area, and to strengthen relationship and cooperation on agricultural and rural development between Republic of Korea and Democratic Republic of Congo through the successful implementation of the Project. The Project scopes are based on the R/D (Record of Discussion) signed on July 2010 by the representatives of both governments. The components of the Project would be largely classified as the followings: Improvement of living condition(Construction of public facilities: community center, drinking water, construction of farming facilities: complex plaza (multi-warehouse), rice drying facility). Income generation: Increment of agricultural productivity(operation of demonstration farms (rice, vegetables, farmyard manure), establishment of income increment facilities (construction of fish farms and establishment of rice milling center). Capacity building: job training(plastering and brick making, baking, beauty art, sewing training courses, organization of village committees (organizing and operating village development committee and sub-committees), overseas training (high and working level courses in Korea). Provision of equipments and materials (agricultural machineries and tools, office equipments, job training materials etc). We suggest that the Tshuenge Community Development Committee should continuously develop the “community business units” established by the Project. The central and provincial government should assist Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities of the Tshuenge Community Development Committee. For having ownership and unification for Tshuenge community, through the leading role of the Tshuenge Community Development Committee, Carrying on the “Love Tshuenge” campaign should be recommended. The central government should prepare the law or regulation related to O&M of public projects, also should establish the own department to play a role in O&M policy implementation for the public projects. 콩고민주공화국의 수도 킨샤사에 인접하고 있는 추엔게지역은 지리적으로 유리한 입지여건을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 넓고 기름진 농경지를 보유하고 있는 도시근교 농업지역이다. 또한 콩고강과추엔게강을 수원으로 하는 풍부한 수자원을 확보하고 있어 건기에도 물 걱정 없이 농사를 지을 수있는 유리한 여건을 구비하고 있는 지역이다. 이 지역에 한국정부가 시행한 DR콩고 추엔게 농촌종합개발사업은 대한민국 농림수산식품부의 공적개발원조(ODA) 자금에 의한 무상지원사업으로2010년 7월 9일 양국 대표단의 R/D(Record of Discussion) 체결에 의해 시작되었다. 그 이후 2010년 11월부터 2014년 10월까지 4년간에 걸쳐 사업을 해왔으며 주요목적은 소득증대, 주민역량강화, 생활환경개선 등을 통한 사업지역 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 본 사업의 성공적인 수행을통한 양국 간 농업․농촌개발 분야 협력 강화에 있다. 사업내용은 전문가 파견, 농촌인프라 건설, 주민역량강화, 한국초청연수, 기자재지원 등으로 구성되어 있다. 지금까지의 추엔게지역 농촌종합개발사업의 현황에 대해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 한국 정부가 농촌종합개발사업에 있어서 개선되어야 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

스포츠 지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진, 프리젠티즘의 관계 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among emotional labor, job burnout, and presentism of sports leaders. The study subjects used data from 173 sports leaders working in Gyeonggi-do using the convenient sampling method. For data processing and analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS 22.0 program. Based on the derived results, the following conclusions were obtained. First, surface behavior and internal behavior, which are sub-factors of emotional labor of sports leaders, had a significant effect on job burnout. Surface behavior was identified as an antecedent variable to increase job burnout, and internal behavior was confirmed as an antecedent variable to lower job burnout. Second, surface behavior and internal behavior, which are sub-factors of emotional labor of sports leaders, had a significant effect on presentism. Surface behavior was identified as an antecedent variable to increase presentism, and internal behavior was identified as a antecedent variable to lower presentism. Third, job burnout had a significant effect on presentism. It was confirmed that job burnout plays a key role as a variable to increase presentism. Therefore, in order to lower presentism, it is necessary to come up with a way to lower job burnout.

프로축구 코칭행동과 팀 효능감의 관계에서 코치-선수관계 유지의 역할 검증

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of the coach-athlete relationship maintenance on the relationship between coaching behaviors and collective efficacy in pro-soccer athletes. Participants(N=234; athlete=212, coach=22) completed a battery of questionnaires to measure the perceived coaching behaviors(autonomy supportive and controlling coaching behaviors), coach-athlete relationship maintenance and team efficacy. for the data analysis , SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for the descriptive statistics, cronbach's α, correlations, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling, The results showed that First, autonomy supportive coaching behavior positively affected the coach-athlete relationship maintenance. Second, controlling coaching behaviors negatively predicted the coach-athlete relationship maintenance. Third, coach-athlete relationship maintenance positively affected the team efficacy. Fourth, autonomy supportive coaching behavior positively affected the team efficacy. Fifth, controlling coaching behaviors negatively predicted the team efficacy. Thus, suggest meaningful that supervisors and coaches will operate a re-education program for efficient coach-athlete relationship maintenance strategy through training in sports psychology. 본 연구는 코칭행동과 팀 효능감의 관계에서 코치-선수관계 유지가 어떠한 매개효과로 작용하지를 검증하였다. 프로축구 선구선수 212명과 코치 22명 총 234명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 코칭행동(자율성지지 코칭행동, 통제적 코칭행동)과 코치-선수관계 유지 그리고 팀 효능감에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 목적표집방법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자율성지지 코칭행동은 코치-선수관계 유지에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 통제적 코칭행동은 코치-선수관계 유지에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 코치-선수관계 유지는 팀 효능감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 자율성지지 코칭행동은 팀 효능감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 통제적 코칭행동은 팀 효능감에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 감독이나 코치들을 대상으로 스포츠심리상담 교육을 통해 코치-선수관계 유지 전략에 대한 교육 프로그램을 운영하는 것도 의미가 있을 것이다.
