黃槿(Hibiscus hamabo)과 無窮花(Hibiscus syriacus)의 種子發芽에 미치는 鹽害의 영향

In this experiment the effects of salinity from 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, and 5.0% NaCl on Hibiscus syriacus L. and Hibiscus hamabo Sieb. & Zucc. seed germination, with various temperature and Ca treatments, was investigated in petri -dishes with 10m1 of distilled water or with the appropriate saline solution. The highest germination rate measured 11 days after treatment was obtained at 20C with H. syriacus and 25C with H. hamabo without NaCl and Ca treatments. At 25C only H. hamabo seeds germinated(1% NaCl), dry and fresh weights increasing as Ca concentrations(0.0, 13.35, and 133.5mM) increased. Without NaCl treatments, hypocotyl, leaf length and leaf width of H. syriacus were longer than those of H. hamabo, while with NaCl treatments the inverse was true.
일장처리 및 생장조절제 처리가 층꽃풀의 생육 및 개화에 미치는 영향

자생 층꽃풀(Caryopteris incana)을 공시하여 일장처리 및 생장조절제인 GA, B-9, 그리고 uniconazole을 처리하였을 때 식물생육과 개화에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 초장은 대조구가 74.7㎝로 가장 길었으며 0.5㎎·L^(-1) uniconazole 처리구에서 53.2㎝로 가장 짧았으나 전 처리구에서 유의성은 보이지 않았으며 일장처리를 시행한 시험 구에서는 처리시기가 5월1일에서 8월1일로 늦어질수록 초장이 커졌다. 줄기 직경, 절간장, 그리고 엽장은 전처리구에서 큰 유의성이 없는 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 지상부 생체중과 건물중은 대조구에서 가장 무거웠고 unixonazole 처리구가 가장 가벼웠으며, 처리시기가 늦어질수록 무거워지는 결과를 보였으며 장일처리에서는 대조구와 비슷한 무게를 보였다. 지하부는 자연일장인 2000㎎·L^(-1) B-9 처리구에서 가장 무거웠으며 1.0㎎·L^(-1)uniconazole 과 1000㎎·L^(-1) B-9처리구에서 가장 가벼웠으며, 단일 처리시기에 따른 무게의 변화는 일정한 경향이 없었다. 개화는 9월 15일 생육조사시기까지 대조구와 장일처리에서는 개화하지 않았고, B-9 전처리구에서의 개화율은 낮았으며, GA과 uniconazole 그리고 생장조절제 무처리구에서는 모두 100% 개화하였다. 전 실험구에서 단일처리시기가 늦어질수록 단일처리 후 개화에 소요되는 일수가 짧아졌으나, 1000과 2000㎎·L^(-1) B-9 처리구에서는 가장 긴 일수를 필요로 했으며 50과 100㎎·L^(-1)GA 처리구에서는 가장 짧은 기간이 소요되었다. GA와 B-9 전 처리구에서는 5월1일 단일을 실시한 처리구에서 2차 개화가 발생했다. Plant growth regulator is an important source for plant growth and flowering. This experiment was conducted to estimate the effect of photoperiodic treatment and plant growth regulators, GA, B-9 and uniconazole on plant growth and flowering in Caryopteris incana. Plant height was highest as 74.7㎝ in control and was lowest as 53.2㎝ with 0.5㎎·L^(-1) uniconazole. However, significant difference was not considered in all treatments. When short-day treatment changed to I August, plant height increased in photoperiod treatment. Stem diameter, internodal length, and leaf width was similar in all treatments with no significant difference. Fresh weight and dry weight of shoot was highest in control and was lowest with all uniconazole. Also, relationship between delayed date to short-day treatment and higher weight was observed and was similar in long-day treatment. Fresh weight and dry weight of under ground was highest in no photoperiodic treatment and 2000㎎·L^(-1) B-9 and was lowest in no photoperiodic treatment and 1.0㎎·L^(-1) uniconazole and 1000㎎·L^(-1) B-9. Significant relationship was not observed among period of short-day treatment and weight. No flowering was observed in control and long-day treament at observation day, 15 September. Also, low number of flowers was observed in all treatments with B-9. However, 100% flowering was observed with GA, uniconazole, and no plant growth regulator. When the period of short-day treatment delayed, days to flowering decreased. Day to flowering was longest with 1000 and 2000㎎·L^(-1) B-9 and was shortest with 50 and 100㎎·L^(-1) GA. Second flowering was observed at 1 May with all GA and B-9.

국내 토종 자원으로 알려진 앉은뱅이 밀의 밀가루 특성 밀 과자 적성을 평가하기 위해서 경남 진주시에서 구입한 앉은뱅이 밀의 통밀가루 및 백밀가루와 중형제분기로 제분한 밀가루를 평가하였다. 앉은뱅이 밀 구입처에서 제분된 제분된 통밀가루와 백밀가루는 중형제분기에서 제분된 밀가루에 비하여 밀기울 혼입으로 인하여, 회분과 단백질 함량이 높고 밀가루 색깔이 어두웠고 침전가와 건부율 및 아밀로스 함량은 낮았다. 반죽 시간이나 안정도는 밀가루간에는 차이가 없었지만, 반죽 가수량은 밀기울을 포함한 통밀가루가 높았고, 쿠키 직경이 적게 나타났다. 중형제분기로 제분된 앉은뱅이 밀가루의 밀가루 입도와 손상 전분 함량이 각각 54.44μm와 2.46%로 연질밀 특성을 나타내었으며, 총아라비노자일란 함량과 수용성 아라비노자일란 함량이 각각 28.52%와 9.49%로 국내 밀 품종보다 높았다. 쿠키 직경은 86.88mm로 수입산 박력분과 유사하였으며, 쿠키 표면의 균열도 쿠키 적성에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to evaluate flour properties and cookie quality from Korean landrace, Anzunbaengimil, which cultivated in Gyeongsangnam-do Jinju. Wholemeal and flour of Anzunbaengimil were collected from Jinju and grain also was milled with a Bühler experimental mill. Wholemeal and flour of Anzunbaengimil from Jinju showed higher ash and protein content, darker flour color and lower SDS-sedimentation volume, dry gluten and amylose content than wheat flour milled from experimantal mill due to the bran of wheat gran. Wholemeal and flour of Anzunbaengimil from Jinju showed higher water absorption of mixograph and lower cookie diameter than wheat flour milled from experimental mill, no significant difference was not found in mixing time and mixing tolerance of mixograph. Average particle size of wheat flour and damaged starch content of wheat flour milled from experimental mill were 54.44μm and 2.46%, respectively. These properties of Anzunbaengimil were similar to soft wheat flour. Total and water soluble arabinoxylan of wheat flour milled from experimental mill were 28.52% and 9.49%, respectively, which were higher content than Korean wheat cultivars. Cookie diameter of wheat flour milled from experimental mill was 86.88mm, which comparable to commercial wheat flour for cookie baking. Top grain of wheat flour milled from experimental mill was also comparable to commercial wheat flour for cookie baking.
