우이신설선 건설이 주변 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The price of a house is affected by various factors such as the individual characteristics of the real estate and the environment. Among them, transportation access is the most influential factor in housing price. This study analyzed the indirect effect of traffic accessibility on apartment prices. Especially in the case of Ui-Sinseol Line, the influence of the station area will be different due to the characteristics of light rail. The effect of the opening of Ui-Sinseol New Line on the surrounding apartments was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. First, we estimate the basic model for the whole sample and then analyze the model according to the distance from the station. Next, we analyzed the influence of the subway station by the construction phase of Ui-Sinseol Line, and estimated the regression model by dividing the western and eastern regions. Among them, the East - West dummy model is the best model to predict the transaction price. Second, the apartment trading period was divided into three periods before construction, after construction, after completion, and after completion. This model was not much different from the basic model. Third, the regression model was estimated by dividing the western and eastern regions. The influence of the station area was not significant in the east area. The east side was close to Line 4, so the influence of station area did not appear well. The western area is the same as the basic model, and the influence of station area is significant. Therefore, the influence of the station area of the Ui-Sinseol Line was found only in the western part of Ui-Sinseol Line. Ui-Sinseol Line has lower influence on price than existing subway station and it is different according to surrounding environment. Lastly, it is found that the apartment transaction price is higher when the distance from the subway station is more than 500m and the number of subscribers is less than the average and the number of subscribers is less than 500m. It was found that apartment prices were low when the number of visitors exceeded the average of 500m from the subway station. As a result, we can see that the influence of the station area on the apartment price has more influence on the street distance than the number of the passengers.

자기불일치가 우울에 미치는 영향: 자기몰입과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략의 매개효과

The purpose of the study was to examine the independent and sequential mediating effects of self-absorption and maladaptive emotion regulation strategies in the relation between self-discrepancy and depression. For this, 501 university students were surveyed using Self-Questionnaire, Scale for Dispositional Self-focused Attention in Social Situation(SDSDAS), Korean-Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(K-CERQ) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D). The collected data were analyzed by structural equation model analysis using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0. The results of the study are as follows. Both self-absorption and maladaptive emotion regulation strategies had significant independent and sequential mediating effects in the relationship between self-discrepancy and depression. This study is meaningful in that the role of emotional regulation has been reified in the relationship between self-discrepancy and depression by integrally confirming the process of self-discrepancy leading to depression from the point of view of emotional awareness and control, thereby complementing the limitations of precedent researches that lacked interest in the complex aspects of emotional regulation. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 자기불일치와 우울의 관계에서 자기몰입과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략의 독립적․순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 만 18세 이상의 대학생 501명을 대상으로 자기 질문지, 자기 초점적 주의 성향 척도(SDSDAS), 한국판 인지적 정서조절 전략 척도(K-CERQ), 통합적 한국판 역학역구센터 우울 척도(CES-D)에 대한 응답 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 22.0과 Amos 22.0을 활용하여 수집한 자료에 대한 구조 방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 자기불일치와 우울의 관계에서 자기몰입과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략이 유의미한 독립적․순차적 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 자기불일치가 우울로 이어지는 과정을 정서 인식과 수정이라는 관점에서 통합적으로 확인함으로써 정서조절의 복합적인 측면에 대한 관심이 부족했던 선행연구의 한계를 보완하여 자기불일치와 우울의 관계에서 정서조절의 역할을 구체화했다는 의의를 가진다.

In this study, sulfonated PAES block copolymers have been synthesized via nucleophilic substitution reaction. Hydrophobic oligomer was prepared using 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene and bis(4-chlorophenyl) sulfone, whereas hydrophilic oligomer was prepared using sulfonated bis(4-chlorophenyl) sulfone and bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) sulfone. The chemical structure of polymers was analyzed by $^1H$ NMR, FT-IR and GPC. The thermal properties of polymers were measured by TGA and DSC. The oxidative stability of membranes was investigated by Fenton's test. Furthermore, the proton conductivity of membrane was found to be 26 mS/cm at $90^{\circ}C$. All physiochemical properties suggest that fabricated membrane have a great potential for applications in PEMFC.

Objective: Easy-to-understand information on emergency patient transportation and emergency medical resources is required to operate emergency medical resources appropriately. This study evaluated emergency patient transport routes using a geographic information system (GIS) and converted them into visual information to understand the current status of emergency medical resource use in the region. Methods: The basic data used in this study were collected from the 119 safety centers in Gangwon-do, South Korea, under the fire-fighting headquarters in Gangwon-do from January 2017 to December 2020. The data were analyzed using the geographic information system and converted to visual information. Results: The number of patients with cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, and traffic accidents was 12,944. Of these, 9,393 patients (72.6%) were transported from Chuncheon city, and 3,551 patients (27.4%) were transported out of Chuncheon city. The number of patients with cardiovascular diseases during the study period was 1,219 (9.4%); 782 patients (64.2%) were transported to the K-EMC (emergency medical center), and 437 patients (35.8%) were transported to the H-EMC. For cerebrovascular disease, 913 patients (7.1%) were transported to the EMC of Chuncheon city, with 585 (64.1%) K-EMC and 328 (35.9%) H-EMC patients. The number of traffic accident patients was 1,266 (9.8%). Five hundred and forty (42.7%) and 726 (57.3%) patients were transported to the K-EMC and H-EMC, respectively. Conclusion: The adequacy of facilities, equipment, and human resources required to treat cardiac and cerebrovascular diseases in K-EMC and severe trauma in H-EMC needs to be reviewed.

독거노인 헬스케어 모니터링 임베디드 시스템을 위한 행동인식 오픈소스 연구

우리나라의 고령화 속도는 해를 거듭할수록 빨라지고 있다. 이에 따라 독거노인 인구도 급증하는데, 독거노인은 다인 가구에 비해 신체 및 정신 건강이 쉽게 위협받는다는 문제를 안고 있다. 또한 독거노인의 안전사고는 빠른 대처를 하기 어렵기 때문에 생명에 큰 위협이 된다. 따라서 안전사고 측면에서는 노인을 위한 안전관리 시스템, 모니터링 시스템 등이 개발 및 사용 중에 있다. 정서적 측면에서는 반려 로봇이 노인의 정서적 돌봄을 수행하는데 탁월한 효과를 보이고 있다. 만약 노인의 신체 활동을 측정하고 안전 사고를 감지하는 시스템이 반려 로봇에 장착된다면 건강 관리와 사고의 빠른 대처는 물론이고 정신 건강에 도움이 될 것이다. 독거노인 헬스케어 모니터링 플랫폼은 사람의 자세를 인식하고 운동량 측정, 넘어짐 감지 등을 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 AI 컴퓨팅 디바이스인 Jetson TX2에서 자세 인식 및 행동 인식 오픈소스를 연구한다. 또한 행동 인식 오픈 소스들을 성능, 최적화 정도 등의 기준을 통해 비교해서 적합성을 따진다.

우이신설 경전철이 주택 가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 우이신설 경전철 인근 아파트를 중심으로

본연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우이경전철 역 주변 아파트를 대상으로 아파트 단지의개별적인 특성, 주변 환경의 특성 등이 아파트 가격에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 둘째, 우이경전철 역 주변아파트를 대상으로 아파트 단지의 개별적인 특성, 주변 환경의특성에 더해 연도별로 아파트 가격에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에대해 알아보고자 한다. 셋째, 우이경전철을 기준으로 기존에 이미 4호선 역세권의 영향력이 있었던 동쪽 지역과, 역세권의 영향력이 적었던 서쪽 지역으로 나누어 우이경전철 동·서 지역에 따른 아파트 가격 영향 요인에 대해 분석해 보고자 한다. 특히 경전철 역과의 거리에 따른 아파트 가격에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 경전철의 특수성을 고려하여 역세권의 영향력에 대해 분석을 하고자 교통 접근성의 향상이 가져다주는 간접 효과들 중 아파트 가격에 중점을 두고 영향력을 분석했다. 특히 우이경전철의 경우 타 경전철과 달리 전 구간 지하로 이루어져 있어소음, 경관 등에 대한 외부환경의 부정적인 영향이 적을 것으로보이며, 4호선과 인접한 환경이다. 따라서 4호선이 혼재한 주변 상황을 고려하여 4호선의 영향력을 배제하여 기존의 경전철 연구들과 차별적인 연구 결과를 도출하고자 한다.
