매 해 가을에 반복하는 설사를 주증으로 내원한 산증환자(疝症患者) 치험 1례

Objective: The aim of this clinical study was to describe the case of a patient who experienced chronic diarrhea related to seasonal changes that improved with herbal medicine treatment. Methods: A patient with diarrhea and globus hystericus was treated following treatment with Hoehyangbanchong-san-hap-Ukgan-san and Gamisachil-tang. A defecation and urination diary, the Bristol Stool Form Scale, and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment. Results: During treatment, the patient's Bristol Stool Form Scale score changed from Type 7 to Type 4, and the VAS score was significantly decreased. The symptoms of diarrhea and globus hystericus almost subsided. Conclusion: In this case, Korean traditional herbal medicine reduced the clinical symptoms of diarrhea and globus hystericus.

여성 과민성 방광 전침 치료의 무작위 대조군 연구에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for women with overactive bladder (OAB) comparing with sham- acupuncture, and electroacupuncture plus drugs. Methods: We searched 8 databases upto May 26, 2020. Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) were eligible. The risk of bias was assessed by two independent authors using the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Study outcomes were calculated by standardized mean differences (SMD) with 95% confidence intervals (Cls) and mean differences (MD) with 95% Cls. Results: Of 146 screened, 5 RCTs were included. Number of participants per study ranged from 5 to 57. The combined results showed that electroacupuncture (EA) may be more effective than sham acupuncture or enhance solifenacin succinates in improving Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS) and urination frequency of 24 h. However, more trials with high quality and larger sample sizes will be needed to provide sufficient evidence. Only 5 of 187 OAB patients from the included studies reported mild adverse reactions related to EA, therefore, electroacupuncture is safe for treating OAB. Conclusions: Electroacupuncture might have effect in decreasing urination frequency of 24 h and OABSS. However, the evidences ins in sufficient to show the effect using electroacupuncture alone or additional effect to drugs in treating OAB.

울산광역시는 한반도의 남동부에 위치하며 북북동-남남서 방향으로 발달한 양산단층대를 경계로 크게 서부와 동부로 구분된다. 서부지역은 경상누층군 유천층군의 안산암류와 이를 관입한 불국사화강암류가 우세하고, 동부지역은 이암과 사암의 호층으로 이루어진 경상누층군 하양층군의 대구층과 울산층(진동층 또는 함안층에 대비)이 대부분의 지역을 덮고 있으며 고신생기 및 제4기 퇴적층이 부분적으로 분포한다. 지형학적으로는 서쪽에 1,000 m 이상의 산지(영남알프스 포함)가 남-북 방향으로 배열되어 있고, 동쪽으로 가면서 고도 200 m 내외의 구릉지와 좁은 규모의 평지가 반복되어 나타나다가 해안으로 이어진다. 선행연구를 통해 울산광역시 전역에 분포하는 다수의 지형 및 지질유산들이 목록화 되었지만, 아직까지 이들의 유형별 분류, 가치평가, 구체적인 관리체계와 활용방안 구축을 위한 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 이번 연구에서는 기조사된 지질유산에 대한 구체적인 가치평가를 수행하였으며 이들의 보존 및 활용을 위해 국가지질공원으로의 인증 가능성을 평가하였다. 가치평가가 완료된 40여개의 지질유산 가운데 강동해안, 주전해안, 대왕암, 태화강 일원, 대곡리 반구대 일원, 유곡동 공룡발자국 화석산지, 작괘천, 무제치늪, 신불산 및 간월산 고위평탄면 지질유산 등이 세계급 및 국가급 보호대상으로 평가되었다. 향후 이 곳들은 지질공원의 지질명소 후보지로 유망하며, 이미 국내외 학술지에 연구논문이 다수 보고되었으므로 국가지질공원 및 유네스코 세계지질공원으로의 인증 가능성이 높게 평가된다.

본 논문은 아시아에서의 ‘한류현상(韓流現象)’처럼 큰 흐름을 타지는 못했지만, 충분한 잠재력을 가지며, 이미 우리 문화 속에 자리 잡아 가고 있는 일본 대중문화 수용에 관해, 특히 일본 드라마 팬덤 현상에 관한 연구이다. 구체적으로는 일본 드라마 팬덤 연구를 통해 일본 드라마 소비를 통한 의미적 실천에 초점을 맞추어 진행되었는데, 특히 TV드라마라는 대중문화 생산물의 소비를 통해 일본 드라마 팬들이 만들어 내는 사회적 의미들에 대한 관심에서 출발하여 그 관심이 이끄는 일상적인 삶에서의 변화와 그 의미, 그리고 소비적 맥락에 있어서의 일본 드라마가 갖는 특성들을 알아보기 위한 과정으로 진행되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사와 인터뷰 기법 등 참여관찰을 통한 질적 연구방법이 사용되었으며, 인터뷰 분석에 있어서의 편파성을 극복하기 위해 선행연구를 통한 체계적 정보수집과 이론서 습득을 통한 검증의 작업을 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다.

Despite of global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions around the world, the damages from climate change are inevitable. Given this, the focus on climate change adaptation continues to grow. The energy sector is exposed to a wide range of serious risks from climate change. Nevertheless, research on climate change adaptation in the energy sector is very scarce in terms of quantity. Therefore, this study conducted a keyword network analysis of media reports and R&D projects to provide a comparative analysis of current key themes and suggest future research directions. Comparing the key themes of media reports and R&D projects, we found that media reports mainly focus on the status of damage and post-disaster response. On the other hand, R&D projects focused on preventive approaches through technical forecasting and risk assessment. This revealed a significant gap between public perception and technical/policy approach to climate change adaptation in the energy sectors.

심리상담자의 정서지능과 작업동맹의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력에 의해 조절된 심리적 소진의 매개효과

This study examined the moderated mediating effect of countertransference management in the relationships among counselors' emotional intelligence, psychological burnout, and the working alliance. The participants consisted of 309 psychological counselors. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and the SPSS PROCESS Macro. As a result of the study, first, the significant partial mediating effect of psychological burnout in the relationship between emotional intelligence and the working alliance was confirmed. Second, the moderating effect of countertransference management was found to be significant in the relationship between psychological burnout and the working alliance. Third, a moderated mediating effect of countertransference management was observed in the path from emotional intelligence to the working alliance through psychological burnout. This study is significant for identifying the characteristics and pathways of psychological counselors in forming a positive working alliance.
