Since Palermo and coworkers(1992) reported the first ICSI-baby, ICSI has been widely accepted as a treatment of male factor infertility. ICSI techniques have also been used to treat abnormal semen parameters in order to overcome fertilization failures and to increase clinical outcomes. From January 1994 to December 1996, 2146 ICSI cycles were performed at the Infertility Center of Cha General Hospital and we achieved a 75.1% of fertilization rate with 713 subsequent pregnancies(34.8%). The ICSI fertilization rate using 1-day old oocytes which failed to fertilize using conventional IVF method was lower than the ICSI fertilization rate using fresh oocytes(75.7% vs 65.9%). However, we achieved 13 pregnancies out of 125 embryo transfers from the total fertilization failure group. There was no statistical difference in the fertilization rates using normal semen or semen with single defect, but statistical differences were observed between normal semen and semen with two or more defects. No statistical difference was found in pregnancy rates between normal and defective semen groups. In our MESA, PESA and TESE programs, we achieved high fertilization rates(69.2∼82.5%) and a 45.8%(mean) pregnancy rate. Categorizing the female patients by age, ie., ≤29, 30∼34, 35∼39, ≥40, fertilization rates were consistently in the range of 74.5∼ 75.7%, but pregnancy rates significantly decreased in patients older than 35 yrs(31.3%) or 40 yrs(14.2%). Of the 713 pregnancies, we were able to obtain follow-up information of the babies in 527 cycles, of which we found 8abnormalities.
태충 침자가 간 미토콘드리아 내 Complex IV에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The liver is rich in mitochondria and it plays a key role in whole-body energy homeostasis. Mitochondria is double membrane-bound organelle that supplies energy for intracellular metabolism including Krebs cycle and beta-oxidation. Acupuncture is known to stimulate and regulate the flow of energy. To explore the effect of acupuncture on the mitochondrial respiratory chain activity in the rats' livers, the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I to IV was observed. Methods : The rats were divided into 4 groups; Normal 1 (no acupuncture treatment and anesthesia for 5 min), Normal 2 (no acupuncture treatment and anesthesia for 10 min), MA1 (acupuncture treatment at bilateral LR3 under anesthesia for 5 min), and MA2 (acupuncture treatment at bilateral LR3 under anesthesia for 10 min). All rats were sacrificed and the livers were examined for respiratory chain change. Results : There was no difference in ubiquinon oxidoreductase, succinate dehydrogenase, and ubiquinol cytochrome C oxidoreductase after acupuncture at LR3. Acupuncture at LR3 for 10 min increased the activity of cytochrome C oxidase compared with no acupuncture groups. Conclusions : Acupuncture at LR3 mediated mitochondrial respiratory chain activity via the cytochrome C oxidase signaling pathway in the livers of rats.
코로나19 상황 속에서 소셜커머스의 선택요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 소셜커머스 이용자들이 인식하는 소셜커머스 선택요인의 중요도와 만족도가 어떠한 차이를 나타 내는지, 소셜커머스 선택요인과 재구매 의도 간에 영향 관계가 존재하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 2021년 9월 1일부터 9월 17일까지 17일간 설문조사를 실시하였고, 316부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 소셜커머스의 선택요인 은 안전성, 편의성, 경제성, 정보성, 집단성, SNS 관련성 6개 요인으로 구분되었다. IPA 결과는 1사분면 편의성, 2사분면 SNS 관련성과 정보성, 3사분면 집단성, 4사분면 안정성과 경제성의 순으로 나타났다. 소셜커머스 선택요 인과 재구매 의도 간의 영향 관계에서는 소셜커머스 선택요인 중 편의성, 경제성, 안전성, 정보성이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과로 기존 소셜커머스가 저렴한 가격에 중요하였다면 코로나19 상황에서 비대 면 상거래는 편의성이 더 중요하다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. IPA를 통하여 지속적으로 이용자들의 쇼핑 경향을 파악하고 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것이 무엇보다 중요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to find out how the importance and satisfaction of social commerce selection factors perceived by social commerce users differ, and how social commerce selection factors affect repurchase intention. A survey was conducted for 17 days from September 1st to September 17th, 2021, and 316 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the selection factors of social commerce were divided into six factors: safety, convenience, economy, informativity, collectivity, and SNS relevance. IPA results were in the order of convenience in the first quadrant, relevance and informativity in the second quadrant SNS, collectivity in the third quadrant, stability in the fourth quadrant, and economy. In the relationship between social commerce selection factors and repurchase intention, convenience, economy, safety, and information among social commerce selection factors were found to have a significant influence on repurchase intention. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that if existing social commerce was important at an affordable price, convenience is more important for non-face-to-face commerce in the COVID-19 situation. It is considered important to have a system that can continuously identify and preemptively respond to users' shopping trends through IPA.
호텔기업의 ESG경영이 호텔직원의 자부심과 소속감에 미치는 영향: 조직 자부심의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to confirm how ESG management of hotel companies affects the organizational pride and belonging of hotel employees, and the mediating effect of organizational pride between ESG management and belonging. For this study, a survey was conducted for 20 days from August 8 to 27, 2022, and 336 copies were used for empirical analysis. According to factor analysis, three factors were classified into environmental, social responsibility, and governance as ESG management factors of hotel companies, and organizational pride and sense of belonging were single factors. As a result of hypothesis verification, it was found that ESG management of hotel companies affected organizational pride and sense of belonging, and organizational pride had a mediating effect in the relationship between ESG management of hotel companies and hotel employees. Therefore, hotel companies that realize ESG management need to make various efforts to share ESG management activities with employees and to promote pride in the hotel organization by seeking ways to work with employees.
