By entrusting logistics to third party logistics(3PL), firms can enjoy the benefits of cost reduction while concentrating on their core business. We analyzed the effect of five factors on the logistics transaction cost of shippers for third party logistics. We gathered the data through questionnaires to the third party logistics firms about the effect of each factor on the logistics cost of shippers. The results indicate that the higher the degree of complexity of the logistics service to be provided, the higher the cost to be paid. The easier to acquire information about competitive environments, the lower the cost to be set. However, as the sales or the logistics volume of the shipper increases, the transaction cost decreases. The purpose of this study is to assist determining the reasonable transaction cost between the shippers and the third party logistics, which are competing interests. In addition, we aim to provide practical implications to logistics managers to identify the factors that have a significant effect on transaction costs and to offer a practical cost reduction plan.

This paper examines the effect of customer orientation of the delivery driver who performs the logistics service by face to face with the customer on the service quality and business performance of the third party logistics company. The purpose of this study is to provide management implications for third party logistics companies based on the analysis results. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the accuracy and safety of the customer orientation of the delivery driver have a positive effect on the timeliness of the service quality of the third party logistics, as the reliability does on the economics, and the accuracy and the professionalism do on the convenience. Second, in terms of business performance of third - party logistics companies, reliability and safety, which are customer orientation of delivery drivers, have a positive effect on continuity of business relationship. In this way, the customer orientation of the delivery driver shows that the service quality and the management performance of the third party logistics company are partly but directly affected. Therefore, this study shows that customer orientation of delivery engineers is important for effective improvement of service quality and management performance of third party logistics companies.

최근 스마트폰의 수요가 급증하면서, 사용자들의 편의를 위한 애플리케이션의 필요성도 함께 증가하고 있다. 또한 무선 랜(wi-fi)이 제공되는 지역도 점점 늘어나는 추세이다. 이러한 흐름의 일환으로, 우리는 어디서든 사용이 가능하며, 우리가 속한 대학에 특화된 스마트폰용 메신저를 개발하였다. 스마트폰의 무선 랜(Wi-fi)기능을 이용하여 문자, 음성, 파일 전송 등 이동성을 살린 메신저는 학생들과 교직원들이 편리하게 사용 할 수 있어 학교에서 일어나는 활동에 적합화되어 있다.

간호학생을 위한 가상현실 기반 분만생리 교육프로그램 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop and effect the Virtural Reality (VR) based delivery physiological education program for nursing students. The program was developed through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The content included the overview of the anatomy about women’s reproductive organs, fetal skull, fetal postures, and step of delivery (from 1 stage to 4 stage). To evaluate the developed educational program, participants was attended 4 thnursing students (20 subjects) for 2 weeks. The average user satisfaction score was 4.16 out of 5 and the average expert rating was 4.58 out of 5. Based on the study results, the VR based delivery physiological education program for nursing students should be designed for convenience and usefulness as well as education. This delivery physiological education program for nursing students is expected to offer individualized training opportunities for improving maternal-child nursing knowledge functions, although further research is needed to investigate its effects in various settings
