본 논문은 수동소자를 사용하지 않고 선형성 향상을 얻는 가변이득증폭기(VGA, variable gain amplifier) 설계에 관련된 것이다. 이 제안된 VGA는 전류 귀환 증폭기 구조를 이용하고, 이득은 입력단과 귀환부의 트랜스컨덕턴스(GM) 비로 얻어진다. 선형성과 높은 이득을 얻기 위하여 귀환 트랜스컨덕턴스에 전류 분할 기법과 소스 축퇴(degeneration) 기법을 사용하였다. 이득의 변화는 가변 정류기로 입력 트랜스컨덕턴스의 바이어스 전류를 변화시켜 얻을 수 있다. 이 VGA는 0.35μm CMOS공정을 사용하여 설계하였고, 저 전력을 위해 sub-threshold 영역에서 동작시키게 하였다. 가변 이득은 23dB ~ 43dB의 결과를 얻도록 하였고, 소모 전류는 3.3V에서 2.82 μA ~ 3 μA 이다. 이 VGA가 차지하는 칩 면적은 120μm x 100μm이다. This paper presents a variable gain amplifier(VGA) without passive devices. This VGA employes the architecture of current feedback amplifier and variable gain can be achieved by using the GM ratios of two trans-conductance(gm) circuits. To obtain linearity and high gain, it uses current division technique and source degeneration in feedback GM circuits. Input trans-conductance(GM) circuit was biased by using a tunable voltage controller to obtain variable gain. The prototype of the VGA is designed in 0.35μm CMOS technology and it is operating in sub-threshold region for low power consumption. The the gain of proposed VGA is varied from 23dB to 43dB, and current consumption is 2.82 μA ~3 μA at 3.3V. The area of VGA is 120μm x 100μm
광범위 후종인대 골화증 환자의 O-arm Navigation System을 이용한 다구간 경사 추체 제거술: 증례보고

후종인대 골화증은 경추체 후연의 후종인대를 따라서 발생되는 경추 척수증을 유발하는 비정 상적인 골화현상으로 O-arm Navigation System을 사용, 영상 추적 항법을 통한 다구간 경사 추체 제거술로 해당 병소의 정확한 제거와 수술 시간의 단축이 가능하다. 저자들은 O-arm 장비를 이용, 수술 중 영상을 집도의에게 효과적으로 제공하고 있음을 보고하는 바이다. Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament is an uncommon disorder causing cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Through the use of image guided navigation with O-arm Imaging System, it was possible to accomplish faster and more complete multilevel oblique corpectomy. We report the case that we have effectively provided intraoperative images using O-arm Navigation System to surgeon. The penetration of Renewable Energy Source (RES) has been increasing because RES is drawing attention by the environmental problem in the worldwide. The power flow can be changed from unidirectional to bidirectional because of increasing the penetration of RES. In bidirectional system, the efficient operation of conventional Voltage Regulators (VRs) is difficult. As one of the various methods to reinforce the conventional VR, the Volt-Var control of the Smart Inverter (SI) is used for supporting the voltage by using the reactive power of RES. This paper verifies the operating principle of the Volt-Var control function of the inverter and the oscillation phenomenon according to the slope of the Volt-Var curve was confirmed through theory, simulation, and demonstration site.

Purpose Intervertebral foramina disc disease and it’s degeneration cause myelopathy or radiculopathy with lumbar back pain. These makes stenosis or obstruction of nerve root pad1way. It is in1portant structure for the decompression during minimal invasive surgery or surgical operation. We used to two dimensional(2D) sagittal reformation of multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT) helical scan in foraminal stenosis or foraminal disc cases. At this time, We obtain derail informations of intervertebral foramina(IVF) with spine disease and study IVF images by reformation angle. Materials and methods We studied lumbar spine CT(men: 20 cases, average age: 33.8 years) with helical scan using Philips Brilliance 16 channel MDCT, from Jun 2009 to Aug 2009. We examined helical scan and performed 2D sagittal reformation. At this time, We established six reformation angle techniques; midsagittal plane(MSP), L4 pedicle, L4-5 facet, L5 pedicle, L5-S1 facet, S1 pedicle. And we established L4-5, L5-S1 IVF and tested both them with comparison. Image analysis was measured three portions of IVF. We measured superior inferior dimension; length of straight line from upper margin to lower margin in IVF, superior anterior posterior; length of distance in straight line at facet joint level and inferior anterior posterior; length of distance in straight line at posterior body margin. Results As results, 2D sagittal reformation with six reformation angle techniques, case of parallel L5-S1 facer was measured right 41.6, left 42.9° mostly and case of parallel L4 pedicle was measured right 12.2, left 13.7° to bottom. As results, measuring three portions of IVF, in L4-5 IVF, case of parallel L4-5 facet was measured increasing superior to inferior dimension measurement(SID; right 21.86, left 21.61 mm) and case of parallel L5-S1 facet was measured increasing SID(right 22.34, left 22.26 mm) with comparison of parallel midsagittal plane. As results, measuring three portions of IVF, in L5-S1 IVF, case of parallel L4-5 facet was measured increasing SID(right 21.71, left 20.67 mm) and case of parallel L5-S1 facet was measured increasing SID(right 21.66, left 21.00 mm) with comparison of parallel midsagittal plane. Superior anterior-posterior measurement(SAP), inferior anterior-posterior measurement(IAP) of IVF in L4-5, L5-S1 are unremarkable. Conclusion Cases of parallel facet joint are checked increasing SID with comparison other conditions. So we established useful reformation angle techniques that these increased diameter of upper-lower structure of IVF and expanded space of passing nerve root.

신경섬유종증을 동반한 중증 경흉추 측후만증 소아 환자의 전방 경추체 융합술 및 후방 후두-경흉추 고정술을 함에 있어 O-arm Navigation System을 사용하는 영상 추적 항법은 수술 중해당 병소의 영상을 정확하게 제공하여 보다 안전하고 수술시간의 단축이 가능하다. 저자들은 O-arm 장비를 이용, 수술 중 영상을 집도의에게 효과적으로 제공하고 있음을 보고하는 바이다. Through the use of image guided navigation with O-arm Navigation System, for the anterior cervical corpectomy fusion and posterior occipito-cervicothoracic of severe cervicothoracic kyphoscoliosis pediatric patient associated with neurofibromatosis, it was possible to accomplish more safer and reducing operation time because it was provided accurately images of target lesion. We report a case of using O-arm which effectively supplies intraoperative images to surgeon.
동물원에서 사육중인 Japanese Macaque (Macaca fuscata)에서 Zoletil 마취에 관한 연구

To evaluate the effects of Zoletil (tiletamine- zolazepam) that have been widely used for the chemical restraint and anesthesia of primates, on physiologic alteration, blood gas analysis and anesthetic duration in the Japanese macaque(Macaca fuscata), this study was carried out. Zoletil was administered by intramuscular injection. Evaluation of temperature, heart rate, respiration rate and blood gas analysis were performed before administration and at 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 min after administration, and induction and maintenance time was recorded. There was no significant difference in heart rate, $PCO_2$, $PO_2$ after Zoletil administration rut temperature, respiraticn rate, pH were significant difference compared with these of Mere administration. The induction time was $2.5{\pm}1.0min$ and maintenance time was $86{\pm}23.2min$. It was considered that Zoletil could be usefully used for the sedation and immobilization of Japanese macaque reared in zoological garden.
